What a great place!!! This eatery is located inside a building with multiple different restaurants. Paper plate has such great customer service! Aaron was so great! Recommended the single patty with fries. Honestly probably the best burger I've had in my Life! Prices are decently priced. And totally worth it! I'll definitely come back!!

Nice location. But burgers were mediocre. Shake was too watery. Not real shoestring fries. Lots of room for improvement. Not as good as Smashed in Essex nor 7th Street burger. Okay if you're craving a burger like real bad. Came here around 2ish on the weekend. Nice new food hall in Williamsburg so that's a plus. We had the double. Didn't quite have that beefy crusty texture like Smashed (Essex) nor 7th St Burger. Perhaps undercooked? The sauce also didn't taste very special. Missing that "tang" and was kind of flat in terms of flavor. For $12 this was average at best. The fries is my biggest complaint. These are are 100% NOT shoestring fries. They're thin cut fries. Not even fully cooked through. Some of these were luke warm at best. The onion and sauce was okay. Not even good as regular fries. Super let down here. We had a vanilla shake and a cookies & cream shake. Both were quite watery and the flavor was more milk than the described flavor. Definitely not great. This meal was $50 for two. So I was expecting something special but the burgers were average, fries were disappointing, and shakes were watery. If you REALLY have a craving and on those weekends when the L isn't running you can probably get a better burger from your corner bodega.

At first bite, my mind immediately thought In-N-Out which is a good thing cause I love In-N-Out! The sauce and caramelized onion was on point with In-N-Out. The burger juicy without being too greasy and the flavors just worked together. The fries are 10x better than In-N-Out but let’s be honest In-N-Out fries suck. Very crispy and the sauce and onions made it one of the best loaded fries I ever had. The double burger was $9 and fries were $5. All in $15 and was very full so I think it’s great value. I highly recommend and definitely get the loaded fries.

From what I saw from the menu and the reviews, this place is AMAZING! The majority of the reviews were 5 stars and I think it's for a reason. Those burgers, and everything in between look amazing, and I would definitely try!

Amazing experience. I saw a social media influencer post this place and I came to visit. Was NOT disappointed! Even the customer service was incredible. They told me how I could get a free burger and all! Food was delicious! Will definitely be coming back because of the two guys working 💯

I honestly wasn't expecting anything from the paper plate because of the terrible reviews I saw on here. I'm so glad I didn't listen. Yes, you'll get small portions, but the portions are amazing and very tasty. The chicken fingers were extremely fresh. I loved the crisp crunch and the fact that it came with two sauces. I tried the sweet and sour and buttermilk ranch. As for the special truffle buger, it was hella good. Yes, the buger is small (see comparison in photo), but it packs a punch. The fries are the old school fries that you would get with old school Chinese food. I absolutely loved their parm fries. The little pieces of parm are fresh. Next time, I'm getting their house sauce for the fries. The truffle fries were the best! I'm definitely going to order that next time I go, my party got the fries, and I'm still kicking myself for it. I definitely see myself going back here. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes small portions. The service was quick and had patience. They are located in the Jax & co building. The environment is very chill. It's like you're in a nice cafeteria. I hope this place stays for a while.

Single patty burger was tasty, much like a basic Smashburger if you will. Got a crunchy piece of lettuce in mine which made the difference for me. But... It is a very small burger. Not much bigger than the palm of my hand. And I am a small female. Selected option for extra pickles. I think it was just a normal amount: 2? Not a big issue though. I just got excited about free extra pickles Strawberry Shortcake shake had like Hershey's Strawberry Syrup pooled across the bottom of my cup. Slight taste of shortcake. The cup said "Taste of Home" which resonated, because a strawberry milkshake made in my home as a kid also had that syrup pooled at the bottom of my cup. This was not impressive. My boyfriend got their version of Animal Fries. Also very small. But tasty, he says. Probably won't go back to JacxCo in general because everything is overpriced and small in portion. Host at Paper Plate was nice and had a good customer service attitude at a busy time though!

So was heading to JFK and decided to stop for a quick bite as this was the last spot in the food court I had not tried in the last 3 days. The burger was a perfect smash burger. crispy edges and the sauce was a perfect counterpoint. The pillowy soft bun held up nicely and the gooey melted cheese and grilled onions were a perfect match for the meat. The lettuce and tomato helped cut the richness and added some crunch. Plated Fries: OMG these were fantastic. very much like animal fries at In-N-Out. Crispy fries covered with secret sauce and grilled onions. SO decadent and tasty. Service was quick and friendly

What a great spot! If Smash Burger and In N Out had a love child, this would be it! The smash burger was cooked to perfection, so juicy and flavorful. The "Plated fries" are a MUST and the cookies and cream shake is so addicting Staff, including the manager and owner are super friendly and very personable. They have plenty of seating inside if you want to sit and eat, and parking is in abundance.

New location of from the Paper Plate smash burger chain inside the JACX food court. Very limited options - smashburger, fries, milkshakes, soft serve & soft drinks. No vegetarian option for the burger, no sides, relish from a can.

Hamburgers are very good, the service was quick overall great little place to eat. Glad I stopped in like Arnold said I'll be back !

I was hesitant to try this place because of a few negative reviews but I'm glad I did because it's a damn good burger. I'm a huge fan of Five Guys and this is just as good. The main difference is these are smash burgers so the crust is way better. A main complaint among reviewers was about the size of the burger. For that reason, I ordered a triple but honestly a double would have been enough. The burger seemed like the same size as a Five Guys burger. I also don't know why people are hating on the fries because they were super crispy and well seasoned. I ate everything in the restaurant so maybe they don't travel well (like every other fry). I ordered and everything was ready in 10 minutes so again, I don't understand the negative reviews. Everyone working in the restaurant was very friendly. One of the best fast food burgers I've had. Would definitely recommend and go back. I don't think it's over priced (it's 2024 get over it).

I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was missing, and the cheeseburgers were mediocre at best. I tried calling many times about the grilled cheese, and the line was constantly busy. Others call with issues, I'm sure, or they keep the phone off the hook to stop hearing about all their mistakes. This was a one-and-done for me.

Paper Plate is the latest addition to the JACX&CO food hall. I've tried most of the menu so far, including the burger, fries and all of the soft serve combos (they only do vanilla, but you can get different types of dips or sprinkles). This is the only place with soft serve in this area that I know of (feel free to DM me if I'm wrong), so they earn points for that alone. When I tried the fries, they were pretty underdone, but the burger was amazing and the ice cream rules. The best dip is the birthday cake one, and I love the rainbow sprinkles, too. 4.5 stars. Will up to 5 if they get the fries right next time.

The burger was good, but it doesn't have the flavor of a Shake Shack, but nearly at the same price point. That's why I rated it as such.....

First tried this place with my partner when we were craving burgers. We decided to order from Paper plate as their menu looked simple enough. What made us decided on Paper plate more was that they had soft serve ice cream!!! We love ourselves some soft serves. While I was against ordering some, due to not wanting to be a fatass...I was won over! We ordered two soft serves! When we got our food...sadly we did not get the ice cream...not sure if it's due to it being well delivery or not but we didn't get it :[ We weren't told on the uber app either sooo I'm not too sure what happened there. BUT we got the burgers to talk about...my partner got the double cause ... that's what he do and I just got the regular single since I thought we were having ice cream... But the burgers were very good!! They were flavorful AND NOT salty. It was juicy and the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles did not become undone, not really anyways. I mean it's a burger...it's either good or bad. This one is good! Now..the fries...we got the plated fries AND YO! These fries are good! People said they are like in-and-out but I cannot tell you if that's the cause. I've never been to Cali. But the fries are good ! The sauce reminded me of like a thousand island ish sauce or big mac sauce. The little caramelized onions are oh so sweet! Like I can't say I would want more sauce on the fries cause I don't like when there's too much sauce that the fries just get...limp and soft. I think Paper plate does it well that they have some but it's not covering every fry, which is totally fine! So if you are to decide on regular or plated fries...do the plated!! I only gave it a 4/5 cause my lack of ice cream...

Surprisingly good spot for fast food. The chicken strips were crisp & juicy making it hard to stop. Burgers were pretty good juicy as well. Friendly staff & clean comfortable seating makes it inviting. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Burger was cooked well. Fries are crisp and strawberry lemonade was a little sweet but still very good.

Welcome to Deer Park. Great customer service. Everything is fresh and cooked perfectly. I have tried everything on the menu and it is all great. Clean and comfortable. My new go-to place!!!

Paper plate has taken over the empty stall at Jacx.. I don't see them being able to stay in that spot for long though seeing how tiny these burgers are. The burger before tax was $9 and it consists of a single patty, grilled onions, lettuce, cheese, and a thousand island sauce. The burger was the size of the ketchup packet it came with and I was shocked by the size of this thing. At least offer a small handful of fries with it or something! I think I could've eaten 4 of these to be full and definitely would label these as an appetizer portion. It tastes good though, so there's definitely opportunity to turn it around. We'll see what happens but I'm pretty sure the LIC market isn't looking for this.

Placed an order through their website for pick up, when I got there the food was already waiting under a heat lamp. The place looked clean, and wasn't too busy, no one in line ahead of me. I ordered two burgers, plated fries and a 7 piece chicken tenders, a side of honey mustard and comeback sauce. Neither of the sauces were in the bag, which I only noticed once I got home, and instead of plated fries which are supposed to come with grilled onion and special sauce, I got plain fries. Whoever is packing the to-go orders really needs to pay more attention and make sure everything that was ordered is in the bag, especially since there is a price difference. Overall, the burgers were really good, a little pink inside but it's ok for us. The fries were nothing special, the chicken tenders were good, juicy inside, but the breading was a little soggy, probably a mixture of sitting out and the trip home. I would try this place again, but would not place a pick up order for fear of my order not being correctly packaged and it just doesn't travel well.

The employee named Anthony was very rude.... didn't like how he served my food he didn't even change his gloves after he touched his phone He needs to fired ASAP!!!!....

Quick easy and delicious! The burger was juicy, chicken fingers were thinly breaded and juicy and the fries were crispy! Comeback sauce was delish as well. I would definitely recommend. Ordered and got our food within 10 minutes and the staff was very nice. Worth giving it a try if you want a classic burger and fries!

I had heard good things about the food here so I decided to stop by and eat there. All of the smaller tables were taken so I asked if I could take a larger table, they said it was fine and I sat down. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and the house special fries. The chicken sandwich was delicious and one of the best ones I've had in a long time. The fries could have been crisper, but I liked the bits of grilled onions. Why this isn't a 5 star review? I was sitting, enjoying my meal and at one point I look up and a guy was standing gawking as I'm trying to eat. It was super awkward and uncomfortable. The guy then at one point asks if they can sit next to me so they can sit with others. I said I would like to finish my dinner and he kind of mumbled words and then I scrambled to finish my meal. I was incredibly uncomfortable and frustrated. I know some staff noticed what was going on and ignored it. I was very excited to try more things and now I'm not sure.

If you love these 'smash' burgers, your standards are far too low. We had it delivered and I requested mine with cheese but no sauce or veg, so the extra star is benefit of the doubt, But regardless, nothing to say but meh. Very small double for $10, and they're not real smash burgers. They're just mildly smushed, COMPLETELY unseasoned, untoasted potato bun, and just deeply unsatisfying. They also forgot our fries, which sucks. Totally weak. Fast food doubles are cheaper and better. And they'd never forget your fries.

I would have been better off eating an actual paper plate. I ordered a double cheeseburger for me and my wife. Both were burnt. You can see in the pictures the cheese was charred to be completely black. Inedible.

These new indie smash burger spots are popping up everywhere and I'm not sure why? How much better can it get than a Five Guys. smashburger or shake shack? It doesn't. Meat was gamy and has no flavor. The size of the burger for the price is highway robbery. It's an indie ripoff of shake shack. Drive passed it.

First of all, the young people working there are ALL very friendly and very helpful. They smile, work hard and no one is checking their phones! Lol Now- the burgers....Amazing! Juicy and super tender. I got their special sauce on the side since I wasn't sure what it would taste like, but it is delicious and the perfect accompaniment to their burger! Perfect consistency to the meat and so flavorful! The fries, while nice & crispy and hot are good but nothing crave worthy. Not a fan of the crinkle fry. I wish they were more like In-N-Out Burger- a nice crispy thin shoe string. That would make the Paper Plate the ultimate burger joint for me. That said, we will DEFINITELY be back!

What a find! Great burgers cooked incredibly well. Their fries and shakes are delicious and definitely don't want to miss out. I have to say that the star of the show is the chicken fingers and chicken sandwiches. While everything here is delicious I haven't had a chicken sandwich like that in a very long time. Also love the way that they're doing burger lettuce wrap style. Almost wrapped up like a burrito rather than just put on top of lettuce.

I was looking forward to eating at this spot. While the burger was okay I think it was too small for the price paid. This place is like a one and done. The burger also was not seasoned appropriately. I would recommend shake shack over this.

Best chicken sandwich I've had in years ! Paper Plate is very well-known for its outstanding burgers and fries. But the chicken sandwich is delicious too - juicy and flavorful - so good it's hard to enjoy lesser chicken sandwiches. I think it's ruined me for life... The new location in the Williamsburg market food court (paper plate is located all the way in the back) is a great spot to go for delicious food and drinks. Desserts too. Paper Plate's milkshakes are calorie worthy - the cookies and cream is perfectly created, sweet but not too sweet. stars all the way !

Five guys prices just above White Castle size burgers. Also 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwich? You can definitely get better value in the area in my opinion

Smelled good walked by so many times and seen it at Brooklyn flea had the double burger very lomg wait they were slammed at dinner time...It is a smashed burger taste ok, was quite small in size tasted alright nothing extraordinary.

I give the burger 5 of 5 napkins!! If you are looking for a burger that you have to clean up afterward, this is the place. My wife asked me after the meal how you eat a burger this big and all I could say is "Don't let go!!" Great burger and I need to ponder a little more, but probably the best burger I have had on the East Coast, and I eat a lot of burgers. Thank you for the meal!!

Double smashburger with fries sure hit the spot! I got my burger with lettuce and tomato which enhanced the mouthfeel, offering a soft cool counterpart to the grill-crisped burger patties. Melty cheese, potato bun, house sauce, combined for satisfying (smashing?) good eats. The fries were hot and crispy, with a taste like Lay's potato chips. This place just opened up, and honestly, you could kinda tell. The employees were all busy but the food was coming out super slowly. A manager-looking dude kept ducking behind the counter to help out. I'm sure that once everyone gets into the swing of things, they'll be in great shape. Located inside Williamsburg Market.

customer service is awesome, the food was sooo good! I'll definitely be coming back! the shake was my favorite (it's always the best part) everything was cooked to perfection. the burger was also super juicy and flavorful unlike some other establishments I've been too. it's super relaxed in here. Overall a great place to just sit and enjoy some great food with friends or family.

Solid burger!!! If you're looking for good fast casual this is a great stop to make in Williamsburg. The staff is super friendly and the bonus you can check out other vendors in the market if you're still hungry.

PULL UP YOUR PANTS. Disgusting. Besides waiting 25 mins for a burger and fries, I had the pleasure of watching the guy cook my burger with his sweatpants dropped halfway below his waist. Nothing better than seeing a guy's butt crack through his underwear cooking your food. At this point does the food will be even matter? Not a good burger. Frozen cheap crinkle fries. Big NO. AND IT'S GREAT THAT YOU HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF LEAVING THE TIP BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ORDER AND ENJOY THE BUTT EXPERIENCE.

The pattie and burger overall is smaller to five guys. As a girl, I can be full off of one patty at five guys but here, it was just mediocre. Price is similar, would go to five guys instead. Felt like the price to product was overpriced. Also, food was under seasoned.

Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. Freshly made and lemonade/ ice tea delicious. Service was great also.

Food was good and reasonable price. It was packaged and prepared well. When delivered it was still hot and fries were awesome.

UNREAL BURGER. Please do not listen to the negative reviews which btw are based off a delivery?? Who gets a burger for delivery and thinks it will be good? Do yourself a favor and make the trip in person. You won't regret it. Guys behind the counter are so kind and lovely. My boyfriend and I got a third burger after we had finished because it was the damn good. One tip is don't add the lettuce (and I'm a toppings kind of girl), it makes the caramelized onions and their special sauce shine even more :)

I stopped by paper plate today for lunch & found the double cheeseburger to be excellent. It was super flavorful & hearty. Their fries on the other hand... unfortunately these tasted like they had been in the freezer for a bit too long & weren't as crisp as I would have liked.

How do you run out of french fries first time coming here and not happy at all I will not recommend this place to anybody

Went here with my preteen son. He really enjoyed the burger. I thought it was very similar to shake shack. Two burgers and one fry was 25 no drinks. People working there were friendly.

The sanitation during food preparation in the kitchen leaves much to be desired. The prices do not match the food quality. The potato was not tasty at all. Such potato should not be sold for money. The burger was passable, but it didn't impress and was too small for the price. I am disappointed since I expected more from this new place.

After watching "The Menu" (directed by Mark Mylod, starring Ralph Fiennes, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Nicholas Hoult), I wanted a cheeseburger. I saw this new place and ordered DoorDash to give it a try. The burger (double, $12) is all right but it's not seasoned enough. Shake Shack's and Five Guys' taste better. The fries are quite bad. They're not crisp, and their consistency is like cardboard. I even got them "plated" which is their version of In-N-Out's "Animal Style" ($5.75) but it didn't help. Seemed pretty obvious that they were frozen. Value for money is pretty mediocre.
