The food was delicious! I ordered the short rib special..it was otherworldly & a generous portion..food went home! I ordered their House cocktail and it was yummy! Service was great, the prices reasonable, & the atmosphere was lovely.

Had an omelet off of their brunch menu and Italian sausage on the side and it was amazing!!! Chicken parm was awesome- and they have a gluten free menu!!

Host was nice. Waiter could be better, maybe was tired. Very little attention given to us and had to call(beg) for her attention. I have been to this restaurant since circa 2003/2024.

Not bad, but for the price you would expect better service. If you’re coming here make sure you have a readily available water bottle and a salt shaker. The food was a bit bland. Overall, they were nice people but should you have to beg for water??

The mozzarella caprese was delicious 😋 but thanks in large part to the sweet and sour balsamic reduction, which also went very well with the bread! 5⭐ The linguine vongole was also good -- especially the clams and the sauce -- but I probably would have liked less from pasta. So overall 4⭐. Nevertheless I will go with 5⭐ for food. A 2pm lunch on a Saturday when it was raining cats and dogs outside. It felt cozy, inducing feelings of comfort and safety, sheltering from the incessant torrents.

We had two pasta dishes. Their mushroom pasta Pappardella funghi e tartufo was excellent. It was a pleasant surprise! There are lots of Italian restaurants in UWS, but this is one of the few that I would recommend. Another one is La Pecora Bianca.

Truly a fantastic spot! My girlfriend has a gluten-allergen and Pappardella has an entirely different menu for folks who are gluten free! The food was delicious and it didn’t leave a huge dent in my budget.

Wow wow wow Came here for Christmas Eve and everything was superb. From the appetizers, to the entrees, to the cocktail and wine, and the service! All meals were fantastic but the rack of the lamb and flatbread stole the show. I wish we saved room to try their desserts. This is a must try in the UWS!

Restaurant was able to make a bad experience great. I ordered delivery from here via UberEats who did not bring the correct items and refused to refund me. When I called the restaurant to explain the wonderful manager offered me a gift card for the amount I was charged to come visit them in person. The items I did receive were good and I am looking forward to returning to try more gluten free items on the menu.

We visited this place at 12:45 PM. It was busy, but you could tell that the people who were there were locals or repeat customers. The inside of the dining room reminded me of the many cafes I've visited along the Mediterranean Sea. Anda was first to greet me and immediately offered me a cold glass of water, which I truly appreciated having walked the two blocks from the train station (which is nothing really but with the humidity that day combined with the 85° weather--it was Ick IYKWIM. The restaurant itself has plenty of outside seating so you can enjoy your meal and people watch or sit inside one of the more secluded alcoves to focus on your company instead. There is plenty outdoor seating if the dining room fills up with its regulars, casual walk-ins and a celebrity or two. I was seated at the bar to pick up my picnic order. I found Anda, my hostess and server, to be gracious and attentive. She immediately offered me an ice water to cool me down and chatted with me,briefly, between her table checks. As I waited, I met Marion, the lovely and welcoming manager. She doesn't hide in an office in the back. She is fully present and engaging with guests as well as available for the staff. I placed an order the day before for their Picnic in the Park for two. My picnic bag consisted of my choice of 2 sandwiches, 2 fruits, an appetizer, and a pasta dish plus beverages for $49. Check out their website to get the deal valued at $100. I had a sip of Prosecco that was crisp with an apple and honey after thought. I'd try it again if I could remember the name. The cocktail menu has much to offer as well as a wall of wines to choose from for your meal. If you are craving some upscale Italian with a neighborhood feel this is the place. There are 2 single bathrooms located downstairs. They are small but clean and well kept. There's a hook on the door to hang any personal items. I was pleasantly surprised by my picnic fair. I ordered 1 Italiano (meat & cheese) and 1 Caprese (tomato & mozzarella ) sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients. Tbere was cheese tortellini, a salad with oil and vinegar dressing, and a mini charcuterie appetizer. Everything was so delicious that I pre-ordered another picnic for a future date. We are definitely coming back one day to sit and have dinner there for sure.

Loved!! Sat outside & had great service. The food was incredible. The giant meatball is the best I've ever had. And my pappardelle buttera was excellent, especially considering that I am not a huge sausage fan. The tricolore sale and sorbet was good as well. The lemon ricotta waffles weee yummy and they made my son a gluten free pizza that he loved. I wonder if you can really go wrong with anything in NYC.

We decided to have brunch here after visiting the museum of natural history. We had tried another place, but they were packed and needed reservations and this one was just down the street. Glad that we made this choice. Their food selections all looked great. My cousin and I both ordered off of the brunch menu and my son ordered off the main menu. I had the breakfast pizza it had lots of flavor and the dough was soft and billy sauce had a great taste. It had a perfectly cooked egg on top. My cousin had the frittata and she loved it. It came with a nice salad leaves looked. Fresh dressing was good. But she loved the potatoes that came with. It My son had the baked pasta dish, it was cooked nice and crispy with lots of flavor. So if you're looking for a place near the museum, great food here. We did have the water and as you know, I'm a water snob and it was very good. The restaurant was nicely, decorated well lit, especially for brunch time on a Saturday. The place was hopping the weight staff was on top of their game. Loved that they had an outdoor space that was still protected since it was April and a bit chilly.

I stopped here on a whim after a show and ate alone. Served by the fantastic Halle who was delightful and attentive. Food was delicious - had a carbonara with a glass of pinot, followed by a tiramisu - and I was stuffed and happy. I didn't have my dog with me sadly, but there were sweet dogs there in the outside seating. Perfect experience - will return with a few guests sometime soon.

What a great hidden gem! Pappardella offers classic Italian dishes with delicious flavors and excellent cocktails. This is the perfect spot to sit outside, enjoy your linguine and clams, and people-watch as you pass the night away.

Nice Italian restaurant in the Upper Westside. Great ambience and food selection and outstanding service. Bonus that we got to upgrade regular noodles to bolognese for the chicken parm dish. Both were fantastic and the salad was fresh. A great date spot.

I came here for restaurant week. They were kind to me as a solo diner. Burrata appetizer was just okay - somehow the burrata was hard? Very dense. The olive oil cake was a bit burnt which I ate around. But the hanger steak was delicious!!! Excellent steak!!! The bathroom is a little scary to get to though; you have to walk down a very narrow staircase to the basement. Not disability friendly. They also have outdoor seating.

Close to the Beacon theater is a plus. The ambiance and food is like a solid Italian neighborhood place. Nothing too fancy but friendly wait staff and good food. Limited vegan option but had them make me a veggie flatbread sans cheese and it turned out pretty good. Price is a bit on higher side but to be expected near the theaters. It felt casual enough to have a good time. I would make reservations because otw you will be on the outside portion of the restaurant which seemed nice but different than the inside.

Came here with the family to celebrate my birthday since I wanted Italian and Pappardella was recommended to offer great gluten-free options. Well, I wasn't disappointed. I had the gluten-free chicken parm and the gluten-free meatball as well as the sangria and it was all a hit. My family had other options (with gluten) and loved it. Everyone was really impressed and love their dish. Ther servers were nice and the interior looked cool, loved the classic italian feel. Would recommend for a date and group!

Opened since 1983 on the Upper West Side, @pappardellanyc is an institution! Everything we ordered tasted homemade and super fresh. The owner will treat you like family and the restaurant is super romantic. Perfect spot for dinner after a day at the @natural_history_museum or @centralparknyc. Really great italian food on the upper west side! Great for dinner and dates. I highly recommend the rigatoni alla vodka and the parmesan broccoli. Great service as well.

Super excited to try this place again, but unfortunately, it wasn't as great as the first time. Made reservations for a friday night at 7:30pm - - I know, I know, it's going to be packed. The place was a zoo - - servers were stressed, place was crowded and super loud - - and on top of that, there were several large, loud parties and people with exhausted children struggling to control themselves. I appreciate that they have a gluten free menu, makes it easy for customers and servers alike. Was bummed to discover they didn't have the special frozen watermelon margarita, so started with casamigos on the rocks. The gluten free garlic bead was super yummy and such a treat. The Caprino Salad was fresh and delicious. But the gluten free pasta on my GF pasta baresi was a little tough. My husband thought his ravioli was boring :(

This place definitely can be hit or miss. To improve your experience in terms of the pasta, make sure to pick a house pasta instead of other options even if others sound tasty. House pasta has the taste and feel of fresh/homemade pasta while others tend to be not cooked properly or just outright thick/chewy in texture. The appetizers are a bit all over the place. The whipped ricotta and the fried burrata are well done. Salads should be avoided here. The components are fine and the veggies are fresh but definitely not prepared well enough to enjoy. Dessert is also not executed how the menu makes it sound. The wine list is fairly good and a nice variety. Multiple options across the board for by the glass or by the bottle. They do cocktails/beer/soft drinks as well. Service can be hit or miss depending on the night. Some of the staff is very knowledgeable while others seem to struggle throughout. Highly recommend inside seating as opposed to outside/patio seating. Definitely a better vibe that adds to the experience inside than the covered seating by the door or the curbside shed for outdoor dining. Outdoor dining is heated but the noise and how cold/lukewarm your food arrives makes it not as enjoyable.

The place is good, the ambiance and the service are very good. I love this place for brunch. It's on the expensive side especially for brunch but it's really good. Great location to sit, eat and people watch on Sundays. This is west side upper manhattan at its best.

Nice neighborhood family run Italian restaurant on the UWS. On the corner of 77th and Columbus, it's beenaround since 1983 and I can't believe I've waited so long to eat here. One of the few times I've had both my boys in the city at the same time, we made reservations for 7:00 on a Sunday. When we arrived the table was ready and we were seated immediately. Had a very nice dinner here. Service was excellent. Dining inside is comfortable with a nice ambience. Perfect for a romantic evening or an night with the family. Traditional Italian food and ir was very good. Chicken Parm was well made with a nice red sauce and comes with pasta, The Frutti De mare was excellent. Packed with lobster, clams, mussels, and squid on top of fresh pasta. Topped off with a nice glass of red, it was a nice evening.

Met my son and his gf were . Old school art deco was really inviting. Had a great table in a corner. Started out with few apps. Eggplant rollatini and a GF mushroom pizza. Pizza was so tasty and cooked perfectly. I have Frutti De Mare and it was amazing. Nice red sauce with so much fish taste to it. All the seafood was tender. Salmon was really good with kale. Branzini was a huge piece deboned. Cooked so nice so flaky Son had pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe. He said it was tender and pasta Al dente. It was a great dinner we all Enjoyed. For dinner in NYC air wasn't that expensive. Also we were able to park right outside with a meter.

I've been here twice so far and both times were delicious! First time I had the gnocchi with tomato sauce, last night I had the rigatoni with meat sauce. The rigatoni was perfectly cooked, slightly "al dente" just how I like it, the sauce itself was delicious and flavorful. Good portion as well, not too big and not too small. The service here is also great, all the staff are friendly and accommodating, they don't rush you and make sure to check on you multiple times which was nice. I look forward to returning and having the Bolognese again!

A GODDAMN COCKROACH FELL ON THE TABLE. ALSO MY ORECHIETTE TASTED HORRIBLE IT WAS STORE BOUGHT AND NO CHEW. They gave us a 40% discount but still. Lack of sanitation unacceptable. Very disappointed in my meal. Air conditioning was alright, but the fact that there were bugs is not ok.

This place has been around for quite awhile!!! It's consistent. Is it the best in the neighborhood or my favorite? No but you'll get a good meal. We dined shortly before 6 on a Tuesday and there was a decent sized crowd. I had a well made spritz to drink to start. My friend had a virgin watermelon mojito, the drink special. He didn't like it because it was a frozen drink. I thought it tasted good. We started with the asparagus with mozzarella and pesto. So good!!! We ate up all the pesto sauce! There were nice chucks of mozzarella with it too. For my entree I had chicken parmigiana. A very good portion size. My friend had the rigatoni bolognese. We each liked the dish the other person ordered better!! Total bill was about $100 with tip.

Food was superb. Was able to eat a gluten free & vegan meal with complete confidence -- there was a gluten free menu and our server was ready to help and explain changes! An incredibly special spot with a great feel, any time of day. The restaurant feels incredibly expensive (in the best way!) with incredibly reasonable prices. Can't wait to come by on my next trip to New York!

I took a friend out for dinner here as a gift - he wanted to visit since this spot was at a Seinfeld episode. Go figure! We shared a caprese and I had the cheese ravioli. Caprese was really good but the cheese ravioli was a bit disappointing. First, it was small four pieces of ravioli that were served. Second, it had those frozen veggies up top (peas and carrots) as... garnish? Or veggies? I don't know but I don't want to pay almost $30 for four pieces of ravioli with frozen peas on top... I won't be back.

This was my first experience of pizza in NYC, especially because I had to find gluten free, and there's plenty of options but this place was in around where I was so it seemed like a good place to try; sat outside, maybe a bad choice since it was hot out, but really wanted to people watch, so tradeoffs; Seems like a classic Italian/pizza place as the interior is one big room decked out in wood, covered in photos of famous people and pictures. Got the caprese salad to start and it was delicious, perfect balance of herbs, tomato, and cheese, nice and light. And the pizza, gluten free at that, was amazing. It was a great flour mix and held its own weight but thin and soft enough with a nice flavor to be tasty and easy to eat. Service was fairly average for an early afternoon weekday lunch, and the prices were fair. I think they also had other gluten free options so seems like a great place to try other Italian food for those with sensitivities.

Picked up a "picnic for two" and brought it over to Central Park for a day in the sun. We scheduled the pick up for 12:45-1 and when we arrived (a little past one) it was not ready. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the order to be packed and ready. The actual resturant gave off old school italian resturant vibes. Excluding the wait, the quantity of food and snacks was suffice - charcuterie platter (sliced meats, cheeses, olives), two sandwiches, pesto pasta, two apples, two seltzer waters, almond biscotti cookies, and bread (other snacks in the photo were not included in the offering). Food was more than enough and quality was not bad.

I've eaten at Pappardella with my best friend a few times when she comes to visit me in NYC and I have to say the food never disappoints. The service is always a little slow and strange but the food makes up for all of that. Parppardella is a UWS staple and has been around since 1983 (obviously they are doing something right). I live down the street from this restaurant so it is super convenient to pop over for brunch. My best friend and I always make sure we eat as much as we can while she visits and this day was no exception. Here are the items we had in order of favorites: 1. Egg plant parmegian shakshuka (we have had this dish twice now and it truly hits the spot). 2. Caprese panini (it not your regular caprese and I highly recommend) 3. Gnocchi pomodoro o pesto (the basil pesto sauce is the best on this pasta!) 4. Fried burrata (I would say it's a nice to have but not a must) The mimosas and Bloody Mary's are also very good! The only reason for the four stars is because of the slow service, but they are also consistent with this so I know what to expect. Thanks for another great brunch Pappardella!

It was my 3rd time coming to this restaurant around lunch time and I was not left disappointed. We got seated right away and service was quick. I ordered my all time favorite pappardelle funghi e tartufo and my mom got the tagliatelle spinachi. The papardelle was just the right amount of rich and creamy and I devoured it. My mom's dish was pretty good too, with a hint of spice and deliciously plump shrimp. The tagliatelle did feel slightly undercooked though. The portion size is also perfect for a single person. It is definitely on the pricier side, but I 100% think the pasta dishes we got were worth it.

Super cute place with great food! Stopped here after a visit to the Museum of Natural History. Food was excellent, for three of us it was about $100 -- not bad for the city! Service was great, nice staff! Would recommend! Smallish portions for price, but not unreasonable.

My partner and I are so fortunate to have this cozy, great restaurant few minutes from our home. Food is very good, and the prices are fair for the portion size. The staff is always attentive and provides a wonderful service. The highlight of our visits thought is Eduard, which is the most attentive, friendly and efficient manager a restaurant can wish for. We hope he is really valued as he is absolutely amazing.

My wife and I came in for an early dinner mid week while in town for a show at the Beacon. We had struck out getting a reservation at a different place and I'm glad we did after having a great experience here! The hostess was amazing from the minute we walked in and checked on getting a table for a few hours later for early dinner. She was engaging and a perfect fit for her role as hostess. They gave us a corner table (4 top) since they weren't crowded when we arrived which was great. Bruschetta app was perfect and our entrees were also amazing. Finished off dinner with espressos and a raspberry torte. Service was attentive and food came out staged (apps first then food). I saw another review which said everything landed at once...they wasn't our experience. Perfect evening, will definitely return!

We had a wonderful meal here while sitting outside and watching people pass by on Columbus Ave. The staff were hospitable, kind and efficient. We will return for sure.

Solid Italian option in the upper west side! Perfect location for a pre-theatre dinner or post show drinks. We ordered the Tricolore salad, spaghetti vongole and tagliatelle spinach, which had large fresh shrimps. The pastas were filling and hit the spot.

Came here the other day for lunch with a group of 6 people, and we didn't have a reservation, just walked in cause it was close the museum we spent the day at. Nice outdoor dining area, the weather was beautiful so that was packed, as well as the inside, so we did our best with the hostess to make a table for all of us. She pushed two tables together and made it work, so we all got seated after the tables were set and placed. We tried a little bit of everything on the menu, and a few things were misses but there were some that were great. The Cesar was a big miss, not impressed, flavorless and bland. The Garlic bread was good, and I highly recommend pairing that with the Honey Rigotta appetizer which was delicious. The Spiedini was pretty average, not bad but not great. The winner was the Papardell con Funghi, one of the specials. I would hope this would be good as it is the name of the restaurant, and I did think that was delicious. Manager came over, checked in with the table, filled the waters, very nice and friendly. That's the way managers should manage! Servers also delivered everything at once, so basically they fired everything we ordered and it came, but luckily we can eat, and made room for it all. Good spot, not too bad if you know what's good on the menu, 4 stars.

We were pleasantly surprised. Honestly, we weren't expecting too much...I confess because it's just look like a generic, old-school Italian joint. However, we were very happy with everything! My friend got some type of an egg dish that came with a bit of salad and some nicely roasted potatoes. I got their eggplant parm, which was cooked EXACTLY how I like it: the eggplant was super tender and just melted in my mouth! The cheese on top, as well as some of the eggplant, was nicely browned - somewhat blackened - in areas. It came with some spaghetti that was cooked al dente. We were seated out in front, in the open terrace, but still were fully protected from the sun (which we specifically wanted when we were looking for a place to eat...) Service was great. The inside of the restaurant is quite large...and it's clear (after walking through the entire place, to use the restroom), that it's a pretty old establishment....i.e., the real deal. I'd definitely return, if I were again in the UWS, and looking for a place to eat!

5 stars for gluten free food; 4 stars for regular meals; 5 stars for delivery. If you are gluten free, you owe it to yourself to try Pappardella. They have a GF menu, so you can skip the tortuous quizzing of the waiters. The gluten free pizza was okay for GF; the GF pastas tasted a lot like the regular ones. One drawback - there is no GF papperdella! Favorite meals: papperdella with mushrooms; chick parm; buffalo ricotta app. The mushroom sauce has just a touch of cream and lots of shrooms, so perfect. The softness of the papperdella marries well with the mushrooms. The chick parm is giant - can be split by 2 people, just add a side salad. the chicken was top quality, thinly sliced, crispy with minimal breading. It wasn't all gloopy like other versions. The whipped buffalo ricotta is fun - we enjoy fighting over the honey. The asparagus and the broccoli were perfectly cooked and enjoyable. The carbonara was too creamy and a bit chalky - but perhaps it doesn't survive delivery well. The delivery is great - all foods are packed well.

Excellent food and an institution in the neighborhood across the street from where I live. They do not cut corners, and the food is authentically, prepared and fresh, and they have been in business since 1986 It is a neighborhood institution

We made dinner reservations for this restaurant after seeing the expansive gluten free menu. We were not disappointed and would return again. We ordered the red sangria, we liked them, this one is on the drier side. We split gluten free garlic bread that came with marinara sauce. So good! And for dinner I had the Classica pizza with pepperoni (regular crust). It was cheesy and flavorful in a good way. My husband had a gf pasta dish with sausage, peas and vodka sauce. His one complaint was the peas were undercooked. Our bus girl did amazing and was so attentive. She filled out waters and offered bread.

I came on a whim because I wanted wood fire pizza, and I was near the museum of natural history. I was not disappointed. The pizza was delicious, as was the burrata. I was surprised the overall ratings for Pappardella were below 4 stars. I read through the other reviews, and it seems that your overall satisfaction here comes down to what you order. Maybe the restaurant is inconsistent. The gluten free options seemed to be lambasted. But, the pizza and the burrata, folks - you won't be disappointed. Others complained about the price, but maybe they were tourists or something. What do you expect? The one thing I will agree with reviews of un-stellar stars (ROUS - a princess bride Easter egg for fans of the film) would be the service. Our server was more than formidable. But getting seated was more of an issue than I've ever experienced. I couldn't tell if the host, who appeared to be the manager, was finding us a table, ignoring us, or tending to another issue. They seemed short staff, and a waitress wound up seating another party of two before us, because she seemed confused by his directives as well. Whatever. We got a table. We got a pizza. We got on with our lives. This restaurant wouldn't be the reason I come to the UWS, but I would return under the same conditions that brought me their the burst time.

What a great dining experience. My husband and I went with another couple before a show. They have a separate gluten free menu with a lot of choices. The waiter was very good with answering my allergy questions. Food was delicious and drinks excellent. I will Definitely go back.

My husband and I stopped in this charming restaurant and ordered the macaroni formaggi and the rigatoni bolognese. Both were delicious! So delicious that we made reservations for the last day we were in the city. We were not disappointed the second time. We were treated like family. The dishes were delicious and servings were generous. Pappardella is a place to go for great food, the best service and cozy atmosphere!! We consider this our favorite restaurant in New York City.

We hadn't been to Pappaardella in ages, and whenever we were here, we ate outside which is perfect for people watching on Columbus Avenue. Last Sunday, we got a table inside and were delighted with how much the place felt like a trattoria in Trastevere. The service was great, and I had an exceptionally fine bowl of calamari swimming in a rich broth sweetened with raisins and pine nuts. Honestly, a totally unexpected and delicious preparation. I also had the salmon which arrived on a towering bed of cooked spinach. Very balanced combination.

Three of us arrived early for dinner, around 5:45, but there were a good number of customers eating already. When we first sat down, we had some trouble getting a servers attention but once we did, service was fantastic. We started with the tomato and mozzarella salad which was solid. We used the bread to soak up the balsamic vinegar. We went with three pasta dishes but didn't realize how big they were when we ordered them. The chicken parmigiana had huge pieces of chicken and the pasta on the side was very tasty. Might be my favorite. The Pappardelle Funghi E Tartufo was nice and creamy with lots of mushrooms. The linguine with clams was also really nice. Clams were cooked perfectly. We were stuffed when we finished and still had some food leftover. Drinks were good from what I was told and my virgin mojito was very good too. Overall a great meal. Would recommend and go back.

Can't go wrong with anything u order! The pappardelle with white truffle + mushrooms was so good! Chewiest noodles and strong truffle taste & the calamari was so fresh but the pesto asparagus with melted mozz was insane.

We stopped in Pappardella starving after a day at the museum, it was in between lunch and dinner and it was still pretty busy. We were sat right away, we decided to eat outside in their tented area, it was so pretty and really romantic. They give bread and olive oil infused with rosemary and that was delicious, we also ordered garlic bread because we were starving, the garlic bread was great but their sauce that they give you to dip it in is so delicious. It tastes just like my nanny used to make it, it's absolutely delicious! We ordered chicken parm and rigatoni bolognese both absolutely delicious, again the sauce so delicious! I wish I would have snapped pictures but again so hungry.

Ambiance was fantastic packed by lunch time food came out quick and everything was delicious.! Service was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Not a bad choice if you want Italian and you're in the neighborhood. Lots of choices on the menu and the place was quite full both indoor and outdoor. We had the spaghetti carbonara and the regular Caesar salad. The spaghetti was cooked pretty well. We enjoyed the sauce however the pancetta tastes a little odd. The pork tasted like it was salted a ling time ago and sat there for a while. It had a very strong pork taste. The salad was very refreshing. Nice and cold.

Came here because one of the places I could get gluten free pasta. I had a lengthy conversation on both the phone and with my waiter. I wanted to make sure the Pappardelle was gluten free and resounding yeses and yeses that I was getting pappardelle. I was so excited to get a pappardelle noodle that was gluten free. Then my thirty dollar dish arrived and it was not pappardelle. It was a rigatoni noodle and not fresh pasta. It has to have been boxed. It pay have been another brand than barilla but it tasted just like boxes barilla pasta which was really disappointing coming from a place as lovely as this. The sauce was perfect. But the restaurant was a disappointment because I got something I feel I could've made at home. We also get bread at the table complementary and he asked if I wanted gluten free and so I was again excited. Until my bill came. He didn't tell me I'd be charged an extra $8. I'm just so surprised by the whole thing. Inform your customers if there is a charge for an item that would usually be free or if there is an up charge for different options. Marc D was the waiter according to my bill. Not sure if that was my guy for sure or not. The waiter was very nice but just maybe not knowing the way things worked. In know this place would've been excellent if we didn't have medical issues that required special attention. But there was a disconnect Indoors was louder and busier than outdoor tent. Tent only holds about four tables or so.
