The 20 Best Things to Eat at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim | Eater LA

"The offerings at Paradise Garden Grill completely change every season, but there’s rarely a miss on this Mexican-inspired menu. The quick service restaurant’s chile verde chicken flautas are shredded, marinated chicken wrapped in flour tortillas and then deep fried until crispy. It’s then topped with avocado, shredded lettuce, crema, queso fresco, tomatillo salsa, and pickled onions. Paradise Gardens Park’s shady patio and daily live music performances round out the experience." - Julie Tremaine

The 25 Best Things to Eat At Disneyland, Ranked - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Location: Docking Bay 7 Food And Cargo, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Without checking the history books (i.e., fan Reddit), we’re going to assume Batuu has a long history of vegetarianism, because right around the corner from Ronto Roasters is another excellent meatless option—the Felucian kefta at Docking Bay 7. This dish comes with fresh herb hummus and tomato-cucumber relish, plus three massive Impossible meatballs that are so juicy and flavorful, you’ll forget how motion sick you still are from the Millenium Falcon ride. *Available for mobile pre-order." - Brant Cox

Google
Got the chicken taquitos ahogados and al pastor tacos. The taquitos were solid, but i have had better in terms of the green chile sauce they use. The al pastor was good, too.

Google
Good food. BBQ offerings with great sides. The service was strange in that non of our 4 dishes came on a plate and we had to lean over the tray or napkin. Also, they wouldn't allow more than 2 beers on a food tray as though the world would explode if this happened. Strange Disney rule? Loved the searing area, well shaded.

Whitnieee

Google
Brisket fries and char siu ribs tasting size for Sip&Savor pass. It was super tasty and worth trying. Recommend getting the pass so you get the eat heaps of things inside the park, but these are 🔥 and you could even pay for full serving to enjoy the dishes.

Google
As Magic Key Holders, this is one of our favorite spots to take a break. There is usually great live music, characters (from Encanto currently), shaded outdoor seating (always available tables when we visit), and great food and drinks. We recently tried the Mango Candy Cocktail and Tacos Gobernador and were both really delicious! The menu changes often, so it's fun to try new things.

Google
I have always loved Paradise Garden Grill and the outdoor seating area; where there’s music and characters. Long ago this was a McDonald’s! Anyway… the menu is limited but the food is fresh, with menu changes periodically. Right now the menu is geared towards Lunar New Year 🧧

Google
I really liked this place. The food is actually very good. My kids where able to share tenders and fries meaning the portions are 👍

Google
The food this season is really good. Some seasons you get some stinkers, but the tacos were delicious and the chicken cooked to perfection.

James Baumgarten

Google
Chefs Italian salad and slice of pizza makes for an excellent combo. Although on this visit I just had the salad, which is probably One of the best food choices in this park. There always seems to be live entertainment when I eat there.

Yelp
Tried the one and only vegan option at this spot, the "Beef and Broccoli" for $15.49. It's essentially fried rice topped with sauteed broccoli and (plant-based) beef. The fried rice portion of it was pretty impressive. It felt light, but with a heavy hint of garlic. If you're a garlic lover but not a fan of having too much oil in your fried rice, then this is for you. The beef that it came topped with was pretty similar to the Trader Joe's vegan bulgogi. Every part of this place is outdoors, from the seating area to the ordering queue. You stand in line and order at the front where cast members enter it into the system. You then head to a window where you pick up a tray of your items and find an open table. It's a food court environment. Since it's outside, I wouldn't recommend it if it's chilly. That's the one downside about Paradise Garden Grill. If you are a magic key holder, they'll give you a discount on your order.

Yelp
Mobile ordering is the most convenient way to go when in the parks. Minimal wait & order is accurate. On my last visit, decided to try the sisig burrito and it was quite a disappointment. The meal consisted of: Seasoned Pork, Onions, Serranos, Garlic Fried Rice, and Marinated Tomatoes with a side of Chicharrones and Serrano-Vinegar Dipping Sauce. I cut the burrito in half, as I was sharing with my sister. It was dripping with grease on one side (the tortilla seemed to be drenched in oil!) and its contents fell apart when i took a bite. I ended up discarding the tortilla and eating the rest with a fork. It definitely needed the dipping sauce, which added a little kick of heat from the serrano, but wished it was more spicy. If they sold the chicharrones and vinegar sauce as a side, I would totally get that again. The burrito, however, is a no from me.

Yelp
Mobile Ordering here can be convenient and easy. You can also order standby. Love that there are multiple options. My main beef with this place is that it is very seasonal. Once you find some food you like, it is gone. Food portions have gone way down and extra salty. Pricing isn't bad. You do get pass discount here. The food is filling which is nice. My favorite part of this location is their seasonal cocktails. They are fun and pretty strong. The cast members here are very. There is ample seating nearby and usually live music.

Yelp
Yay for veggie options!! What I like about Paradise Garden Grill: they always have a vegetarian friendly item on the menu. Thank Buddha and the vegan Gods. I'm so over going to places and ordering sides to make a meal. The other thing I really like about Paradise Garden Grill: the menu is always changing. So it's like a new restaurant every time you go lol The items change depending on the season. And if there's a special event happening at that time, then it usually changes too. So that is fun! The veggie food is delicious here! Impossible chili fries for the freakin win! Let's go

Yelp
Paradise Garden Grill is a solid quick service option inside Disney California Adventure park. The menu seems to change with the season and often offers items that coincide with any festivals or events taking place in the park. Perhaps, that's one of the draws to this place is their changing menu which, most of the time, is pretty good! Currently, my favorite item from them is the Sisig Burrito as part of the 2024 Food & Wine Festival. Paradise Garden Grill offers both mobile ordering through the Disneyland app and traditional standby ordering. There are plenty of seats and tables to enjoy your meal within the direct radius of the restaurant. If you time it correctly, you may even catch a live music act while you dine depending on the park's current festival. Portions have always seemed to be on point. Pricing is fair considering you are getting food at Disney. You can usually count on Paradise Garden Grill for a solid and good meal. Note that to dine here, you must have a ticket that will allow you entry to Disney California Adventure park. Presently, affiliation discounts are being accepted such as the Magic Key discount.

Yelp
As a kid... Disneyland was ALL about the rides. As a Teenager... Disneyland was ALL about roller coasters. As an adult... Disneyland is ALL about the food. And now that I'm a parent of 3 little girls... Disneyland is ALL about THEIR enjoyment. And of course for my wife and I... The food... and the booze! (Courtesy of Disney California Adventure) O.k... Don't get me wrong. When we come to Disneyland Resort, it's ALL about seeing our little girls faces light up with pure excitement just as it was for our parents when we were kids. Butt, and she's gotta a nice one... ;) when I see my wife's face light up when she gets her popcorn, or her cotton candy or her churro or even her Margarita from D.C.A... It's Priceless!! That's right people... We plan our entire Disney trip around where we are going to eat. Sure, we will make sure the kids get to go on their fair share of rides, but momma ain't waiting in no hour and a half line without a little treat to help pass the time. During a trip to D.C.A last year, My wife had researched prior to our arrival what we were having for lunch that day. And Mexican was on the menu!!! She had seen, probably on Instagram or Tik Tok (kids these days, lol) a place that had Chile Verde Chicken Flautas and she just had to have them. So after getting off The Little Mermaid ride, it was time. LUNCH TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife whipped out her Iphone, signed into her Disney app and added her Flautas to her cart. Next it was my turn! And if we are doing Mexican, I don't care if its Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday... It's ALWAYS Tacos Tuesday in book!! The Verdict: The Flautas were on point! So much on point, that my wife barely wanted to give me a bite to try them, haha. (But it's true) I mean Chile Verde Chicken Flautas topped with avocado spread, shredded lettuce, crema, queso fresco, tomatillo salsa AND pickled onions served alongside Spanish rice and pinto beans... I probably wouldn't have wanted to share either ;) As for me, tres tacos was my middle name! My Tacos Estilo Calle Jero was a trio of sirloin beef tacos with escabèche, pickled onions and cilantro served alongside Spanish rice & pinto beans.... Let's just say, I did a little Mexican Grito expressing pure happiness of what was about to hit my mouth and my stomach! So, The next time you are Disney California Adventure... It doesn't matter if you are... A kid... A teenager... An adult... Or a parent... Because at some point, even after all those rides, those roller coasters, the churros, the popcorn and those margaritas.... There's ALWAYS room for Tacos & Chile Verde Flautas! Just don't be scared when you or someone from your group suddenly yells out a Grito of pure joy as they dine at Paradise Garden Grill.

Yelp
I usually don't expect much out of theme park food, and when this people serve your food, would explain why. There's no attention to detail. The Mexican food is very blah, and the service could probably be elevated by being a little bit nicer to the customer. This is difficult to comprehend because Disney was always top-notch customer service. This food is bland.
google avatar

Yelp
The line here is always long for no reason! There's literally two cashiers and like five pick up windows . The cashiers and the order fulfillers behind them often don't know what they have or what they don't have. For this reason, I literally never come here. It takes way too long. And there is no mobile order for the Tasting Tabs. Had a festival of holidays food passport so I decided to try the shrimp taco here because I heard a lot of good reviews . The taco did not disappoint. It was very cheesy and gooey, but it literally only had two pieces of shrimp in it. The flavor, however, was great. The taco was literally about three bites. They had a larger version of this taco with rice and beans for a bit more. This location within Disney, California adventure serves seasonal items along with some Mexican favorites . Unless I really want something here I don't think I will stand in line anymore, but I had a great experience with the taco

Yelp
Today is the first day for the NEW Viva Navidad menu. (It will be available from November 10th to January 7,2024). My sister placed a mobile order for the plant based Impossible Albondigas soup and the chocolate cake flan for us to share. The albondigas had 3 enormous Impossible meatballs, zucchini, celery, carrots, onions and potatoes in a vegetable broth. It was also served with a lime garnish and a handful of tortilla chips. We really enjoyed the soup, the vegetables were tender, the broth was light yet full of flavor and the meatballs were unexpectedly monstrous! lol Now on to dessert, the chocolate cake flan was...ok for me but my sister enjoyed it. I thought they tasted fine separately but together the two textures didn't mesh well IMO. Service was great, it was surprisingly empty tonight so there was plenty of seating available. (They added festive plastic table coverings too) If you have a Magic Key, don't forget to use your discount!

Yelp
My friend ordered the Carnitas Wet Burrito. He gave it a 4/5 and said he would order it again. The seating area in the garden is a great place to relax in between going on the rides.

Yelp
*** Vegetarian Review *** Perfect timing for our visit. Disney California Adventure had their Festival of Holidays so I love trying the different offerings. This place has the best outdoor seating. Shaded and always a show going on ... either a parade or a mini concert. Today we saw both. Special props to 11-time Grammy nominees Mariachi Divas for providing the absolute best show. Mixture of Disney tunes and Christmas songs. Their harmonies gave me goosebumps. Definitely give them a follow on the Gram! Impossible Albondigas Soup ($12.99 with pass holder discount, Grade A+) - Wow, what a deal. Big bowl of steamy hot soup with 3 huge meatballs. The flavor was bold and with all the vegetables, it was a great way to counter all the sweets I've been working my way through. Highly recommend trying this soup and hopefully they keep it for their regular menu. My only request ... would love a side of rice. Street-style watermelon ($6.99, Grade A-) : Tangy from the tajin (chile lime) and chamoy, but because the watermelon isn't in season right now, it was sweet enough to overpower the tang. If the watermelon was in season ... this would be wow. Disney can do a magical things, but I don't think they can change the fruit seasons. Bottom line. Excellent place to relax. They accept the magic key for discounts and the food was very good. Recommended.

Yelp
[2023 update] Disney keeps stepping up their food game, and Paradise Garden Grill's latest offerings are worthy options for the parkgoer. PGG is quick-service restaurant located next to Goofy's Flight School at the west end of DCA. The live music adds a festive and lively mood to the dining area. The Mexican inspired menu has some delicious entrees for adults and kids--seasonal offerings for those who love collecting the latest sippers, tumblers, and more. My recent meals I tried: - Plant-based Chorizo Quesadilla - surprisingly delicious, I wouldn't expect this to be plant-based. Nice balance with the flavors. - Chile Verde Chicken Flautas - the flautas had light and crispy shells with tender chicken, and the sauces were flavorful, too. The rice and beans were average. I still want to try the Elote and the Tacos de Estilo Callejero, which I heard were delicious. Desserts and alcoholic beverages are also available. Service was painless using mobile ordering. Magic Key holders also get discounts.

Yelp
Got the web burrito here and I really enjoyed it. Slightly overpriced but what's not in Disney. Flavors were on point and it was pretty filling for like $15. Another plus is that it wasn't as busy like at the many restaurants at San Fransokyo. Worth eating here!
google avatar

Yelp
Seating is completely inadequate. Ordered the whole fish. It was inedible. They butterflied it but out the wrong side down on my plate and piled all the stuff on top. Couldn't even get to the fish flesh side because of the tiny plate not allowing it to be flipped Neven if could have flipped all the topping would then be underneath. DO NOT ORDER THE WHOLE FISH HERE. Water $30 on burnt inedible fish.

Yelp
We visited the park on the day before the Lunar New Year event started so we thought we wouldn't be able to try out any of the Lunar New Year items. But to our surprise, they opened up some of the stalls and Paradise Garden Grill had the LNY items on their menu. We tried their shrimp lo mien, korean barbecue chicken and mango pudding (ordered via mobile order). There was a bunch of covered seating area right next to it, so it was a good place to eat lunch and stay out of the rain that day. The korean barbecue chicken was the best dish! It was almost half a chicken and the meat was tender and tasty. Just this one dish would've been enough for two people to share. The shrimp lo mien might've been good if they didn't add szechuan peppers to it. The thing is I don't think it stated szechuan peppers in the menu description because if it did, I probably wouldn't have ordered this dish. For those who cannot handle spicy food, this is not the dish to order. Sadly we ended up tossing the whole dish away as it was unbearably spicy. Mango pudding was decent, it was reminiscent of the mango pudding you'd find at dimsum restaurants.

Yelp
Outdoor eating, plenty of food options, easy service and shaded ambiance. Cafeteria style inside.

Yelp
Located in California Adventure, Paradise Garden Grill is a walk-up spot with an interesting variety of foods. I ordered the loaded burrito which was filled with carne asada and served with a side of tortilla chips. If you want salsa, you'll want to grab the packets at the condiment bar as they don't include them with your meal. The burrito, when paired with salsa was delicious. Without the salsa, it was good but a little too mild for my taste. It was filling and I was satisfied. Though, I do wish it were hotter - I like my hot food piping hot and this was lukewarm at best. The Paradise Garden Grill is right across the way from a large area of outdoor seating, so it was nice that things were close by. Overall, the area had a good vibe and good food.
google avatar

Czarina D.

Yelp
New items are pretty good! The Al Pastor Loaded Fries were yummy. The Al Pastor was solid and the Oaxaca Spiced Cheese Sauce was addicting. Solid fries! I'd order these again. The burrito would've been tastier if it was more fresh. When I got it the burrito was cold?? The cheese didn't melt at all. And the tortilla was room temperature and was a bit dry so it started to tear. Overall the flavors were there but it would've been a much more delicious burrito if the burrito were warmed thoroughly. 3.5/5 stars, but I'll round up to 4 for Disney ;)
google avatar

Diele K.

Yelp
Love that this location routinely has a plant-based option, and even changes with the seasonal flavors. The impossible meatballs were amazing in the Albóndigas soup. I'll definitely be back as this location has mobile order for a quick dining experience with lots of outdoor seating.

Yelp
Paradise garden grill is a fast service restaurant in California adventure. The menu here tends to change with the seasons, so the food here can be a hit or miss. During my last visit, I got the loaded yucca fries, which has cheese, carne asada, guacamole, sour cream, and pickled red onion. The combination of ingredients sounded like it would be so delicious, but I was honestly underwhelmed. I'm usually not that picky with my fries, however, the fries in the dish were too big and thick to my liking and there were probably only 10 fries total in the entire dish. Alongside that, I felt like the fries were a bit cold. While the toppings were good, I feel like all of it lacked seasoning. Overall, I would say that it's still enjoyable, but you're better off getting something else in the park. When I went, the line wasn't too long, however, mobile ordering is also an option if you don't want to stand in line. One thing to note though is that it doesn't seem like all the items that were on the menu were available for mobile ordering, because the yucca fries were not available to be mobile ordered for whatever reason. Overall service is pretty good and the employees were friendly and our food came out in a timely manner. There is a decent amount of seating around Paradise Garden Grill and sometimes there are even people performing in the area, so those shows are definitely cool to see.
google avatar

Kristi H.

Yelp
Very impressed with the new fry options at this location! The Buffalo fries may be my favorite snack at the park now. My bf loved his Al pastor fries. Will be back to try the Thai ones!!
google avatar

Yelp
Paradise Garden Grill at Disneyland offers good food and a pleasant dining experience. The wet burrito, in particular, was delicious and worth trying. Overall, a solid choice for a meal in the park.

Yelp
Yasss the sip and wine festival in DCA brought a vegan menu to Paradise Garden Grill! Couldn't be happier as I am lactose intolerant. For my first order I had the buffalo cauliflower Mac and cheese, blue berry cobbler and the wine cocktail drink (forgot the name and list of ingredients). The Mac and cheese was good! Wish it has a little more cauliflower to balance out all the pasta as well as the buffalo sauce for some extra flavoring. Decent portion as well. As for the cobbler i was not a fan as i feel it lacked a bit of flavor. The cocktail was good! Second order (separate visit) i got the gyro fries. This one i was a bit disappointed as there was hardly any "meat" and limit sauce. The flavor was ok. If i had to pick between the two plates I've tried I would def go for the Mac and cheese. Looking forward to the next festival or new vegan plates they come out with.

Yelp
Ok stop here! Eat here!! If you want mouth watering delicious ribs. This is the spot. They also have a stage for entertainment. They had a band performing. We ordered two separate meals and shared both. Our first consisted of ribs, mac and cheese with jalapenos and topped with plain cornflakes. Yes you heard me right. That was a first for me but I enjoyed it. The second was a grilled Dry rubbed BBQ chicken and the coleslaw which was all very good! This was located in Paradise Garden area near the jumping jellyfish ride. There was plenty of seating available. We ordered thru mobile from the Park app. Prepaid and the app let's you know when your food is ready for pick-up. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
Not to be drama but does DCA have better food than Dland?! We stopped by Paradise Garden Grill three times on our recent Disney day! It's walk up ordering and pick up, with lots of shaded table seating and a live band! Very stress free and enjoyable all around. My girlies went twice for drinks and we also had our dinner here. They got the Mezcal Paloma and OMG it looked amazing. There seemed to be a good amount of alcohol in them too ;) The food options are real cute. I got the super yummy Impossible Chili Cheese Fries. Portions were perfect and flavor was on point - even the plating was nice! The only reason I didn't fee like it was a 5 star experience is because my meal wasn't hot. It was more room temp but I still enjoyed it. Service was fabulous!! Quick and fun adult Disney energy. There was never a line which was weird because every other food spot we walked by had lines and tons of people waiting for their orders. It might be because its a little hidden on the far side of the park.

Yelp
This place has a great location on the far right of paradise pier and is really slow in the mornings before 12 but after that it gets packed , my daughter wanted to eat Mexican food so we decided to stop here and give it a try now I will have to say the guy helping me was absolutely lost and seemed to think that all the food would be brought to him to give me even though every other person was going to the counter behind them and grabbing the orders so to say the least service was not the best but for others around me they seemed to be getting orders quickly. As for the food my daughter got the flautas meal and she said it was great , on the other hand I ordered the carnitas burrito which was filled with big 1 inch size squares of the fat and I've had plenty of carnitas burritos and never had that so probably won't be trying this place again

Yelp
6-25-22 Our first day at Disney theme parks was at DCA. We were surprised at how many rides we rode there before lunch time. We had ride times for Soaring and Toy Story. We fit in Radiator Springs just as the single rider lane opened up and the large Ferris wheel at Pixar Pier. We ate here at an outdoor table in a Coco themed area for some delicious BBQ. We ended up back by Hollywood but before we left to park hop at 1 pm or go back for some siesta time, Doc made hubs' wish come true- ice cream as she also made mine come true too: frozen lemonade and churros.
google avatar

Mike A.

Yelp
The wet burrito is pretty darn good for amusement park food, we all devoured them! They really need todo something about the pigeons, they wait for opportunities! All in all worth the $13.00
google avatar

Rachael M.

Yelp
The seasonal offering of the Watermelon Candy Cocktail, was our fun find at Disney California Adventure park yesterday. Despite the name, it wasn't overly sweet - it was the perfect balance of tart, sugar, and spice - and clearly it was a hit, because they sold out before 3 pm! As to the lines, and service, our wait was quick and efficient, and the service was friendly, as always. The cast member who checked us out joked and laughed with us as we all fought to try and pay for the round.
google avatar

Victor R.

Yelp
If I could leave, no stars, I would the chapels are soggy. The burrito has no flavor. It needs a lot of work. I don't understand how Disneyland can sell this type of food. Honestly, I'm disappointed. I've never had any complaints about their food and until now the only good thing about this place is alcoholic drinks.
google avatar

Maricel J.

Yelp
Their menu changes seasonally. So far, all the food i got here was quite good and well worth its portion size. Good location in DCA with plenty of seating.
google avatar

Vanessa T.

Yelp
Food was just okay. Definitely overpriced (but it's Disneyland, so what do you expect?). I got the carne asada burrito. The salsa was actually nice but the tortilla was rock hard. The inside was seasoned well and had a lot of flavor, but I couldn't get over the tortilla. Why is it so hard? It would have been better if they just dumped all the ingredients from the burrito into a bowl and just called it the carne asada bowl. It's probably one of the better places to eat at Disneyland. They have a nice variety of foods too. My sister got the sweet Thai chili chicken strips; my brother got the Al pastor loaded fries; and my little sister got the Impossible chili cheese fries. Everything was just okay for them as well.
google avatar

Ann T.

Yelp
Yeah mobile order is the way to go here. Paradise Garden Grill had some Sip & Savor portions for their seasonal menu that are exchangeable for the passport and man, the line was so long. To be honest, the line to exchange our tab and pick up our food lasted longer than any wait that I had at both parks that day ! There was only one cashier for both in person orders and for people exchanging Sip & Savor tabs, yet there were SO many pick up windows. I feel like they should have at least TWO cashiers you know? Other than that our Torta al Pastor was pretty good. The area has plentiful seating, a small stage area for live music, and some photo op areas where you can meet some characters. At this time they had the main character from the newest movie, Encanto (haven't seen it yet) and the 3 Caballeros and Mickey & Friends in some Latina American inspired outfits.
google avatar

Wan L.

Yelp
Mobile order is available. Ordered: Torta al Pastor ($12.49): I enjoyed the bread. It was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The pork was tender and flavorful. Pineapple Tres Leches Roulade ($5.99): moist vanilla sponge cake with pineapple filling and soaked in tres leche. It was good! Plenty of seating with live music!
google avatar

Tony L.

Yelp
Get the al pastor torta and the pineapple tres leches roulade, you can thank me later. The al pastor torta has well seasoned tender al pastor meat with a fresh bun that is decently sized as long as you don't use the sip and savor passes which cuts the portions to less than a third. The pineapple tres leches roulade will not last more than a minute after the first bite. This is one of the best desserts California Adventure has to offer. My recommendation for any of the entrees, DO NOT use the sip and save at this location because you will only get about 1/3 of the full meal.
google avatar

Willyum J.

Yelp
Yesterday, my family and I went to Disneyland and California Adventure for the day. For our second meal we chose Paradise Garden Grill. I've been wanting to try their Carnitas Wet Burrito. It was delicious. Highly recommend. Be aware that the green sauce on the burrito is pretty spicy, so if you are sensitive to spicy food ask for just red sauce. I'm glad we chose to eat here.
google avatar

Mundae K.

Yelp
Huge portions at reasonable prices. Be prepared to share. It's all VEGETARIAN!!! I had the chillaquilles with fesh cilantro, lots of chips. I had the delicious wine float cocktail. Crisp, Fruity and fresh. Very refreshing & original.

Yelp
On my first day at the Pixar Pier in California Adventure park, I was hungry but not in the mood for "snackie"junk food. So I used my app to find places to eat. This place popped up and on the menu was a pork belly banh mi. They were taking mobile orders and walk ups. I was super close so I meandered over. There was a big commotion at the mobile pickup counter. Apparently the system crashed and orders were unretrievable. Oh no. So I just ordered directly and got my food quicker than the hangry folks waiting for their lost mobile orders. Unbeknownst to me, the $7.50 pork belly banh mi was slider size. I wasn't expecting a full size but also not a slider size. My disappointment quickly changed after I took my first bite. It was so darn delicious. Not a Disneyland delicious, but actual non-Disney sit-down restaurant style delicious. The pork belly was marinated and grilled perfectly giving it crisp caramelized edges. Mmmm. The baguette had that crisp hollow snappy crust and soft pillowy inside. Who would have thought that can be achieved in a slider size baguette. Plus the mayonnaise spread was capital T Tasty! A few days later, I brought my crew here. They wanted to try the banh mi and the Asian inspired beef barbacoa street tacos. You get 2 mini street tacos for $8. They both were a hit! But the all around taste favorite was the banh mi.

Yelp
Not my favorite place to eat at the park but we do end up here at least once during each Disneyland trip. I usually order the street style tacos, which are pretty decent, but the Spanish rice is dry & I wish they offered black beans instead of refried beans. I would recommend putting in a mobile order as the line to order food does tend to get long, especially during regular meal times. It's outdoor seating but lots of places are in the shade. I love the ambiance & I love when the live band comes out.

Yelp
Always happy and excited to see more Asian food twists in the Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure parks. Asian-style Beef Barbacoa Street Tacos Braised Beef with Pickled Onions, Ginger, Cucumber and Serrano Peppers in Corn Tortillas $7.99 Pork Belly Bánh Mì Marinated and Grilled Pork Belly on a crispy Baguette with Pickled Daikon, Carrots, sliced Cucumber, Jalapeño, Cilantro and seasoned Mayonnaise $7.49 Impossible™ Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese Cheddar and American Mac and Cheese topped with crumbled Plant-based Meat and Special Burger Sauce $7.49 Asian-style Beef Barbacoa Street Tacos Braised Beef with Pickled Onions, Ginger, Cucumber and Serrano Peppers in Corn Tortillas $7.99 Stone Tangerine Express IPA India Pale Ale packed with whole Tangerine and Pineapple (6.7% ABV) $10.50 Bahn Mi was a bit on the soggy side from the juices of the pork and juices from the picked carrots and daikon, but flavors were a nice surprise and pork belly was nice and fatty. Tacos were good, pickled red onions helped cut down the saltiness. Was not a big fan of the impossible mac & cheese, mushy and didn't have a pleasant texture. Also was surprised to see them open a canned beer and poor into a plastic cup. I was expecting a draft beer but that was my bad, I should have asked before I ordered.

Yelp
Giving it three stars because the food doesn't taste like it'll make me sick. I remember when it changed from being McDonald's and Pizza Ooh Mow Mow to the Paradise Garden Grill, and while I missed Pizza Ooh Mow Mow, the menu wasn't bad. More options. Now, California Adventure is left with a place that serves okay Mexican food. How do you mess up Mexican food being in Southern California? Like seriously If you want Mexican and are at California Adventure, you may have luck at the Cocina, but Disneyland has a WAY better Mexican restaurant right next to Big Thunder. With plates that leave you wanting more - not because of small portions, the food tastes that good! Paradise Garden Grill's plates have you saying, "one more bite until I get my money's worth...ugh" and that's the sides! Hard pass!

Yelp
this was my first time trying this grill, especially as i usually go to the paradise grill and get the pasta! we ordered the taco combo plate, the pork torta, and the pozole. i will say that the ordering process was long, and not ideal if you're hungry / on a time crunch. if you know what restaurant / food you want, my advice is downloading the disneyland app and mobile ordering your food ahead of time. from start to finish, we waited around 30-40 minutes to receive our food. the taco combo plate was good, but not great. i'm a huge fan of tacos, so i will say i had higher expectations for this dish. however, the torta was scrumptious -- the pork inside was marinated well and the avocado was perfectly ripe. i think the star of the show is the pozole. even though it's just a soup, don't underestimate this dish! it's packed with chickpeas, onions, and loaded with pork. and i mean loaded! i'm not sure of its authenticity as the only other pozole i've tried is at my university's dining hall, but i am sure of the absolute richness of the broth. it comes with some tortilla chips on the side, which are quite tasty when dipped into the soup. TLDR; good restaurant if you're craving pozole. be sure to mobile order online to save a lot of time!

Yelp
Four cheese garlic pasta was pretty good the chicken pieces were not so I kept leaving them out. Pepperoni pizza rarely disappoints.

Yelp
We devoured this. I was really surprised that my daughter who doesn't like the spicy in her food but she eats this buffalo mac and cheese. It is so creamy. Not disappointing. My youngest who is 5 yro and I finished the bulgogi fried rice. Not too sweet and their rice is so flavorful we will come back again and get this. Highly recommended. The serving of fried rice can feed 3 people.

Yelp
That Thai sweet chicken tenders fries are okay but definitely the nacho cheese ruins the mix of the sauces and the Al pastor fries are okay as well, nothing to say wow! Or bad about them.

Yelp
Paradise Garden Grill always comes through with a great plant based option! I get excited to see what's new each time the menu changes over for special events like Lunar New Year and Festival of Holidays, but wow! The 2023 Food & Wine Festival offerings were completely unexpected. I never imagined they might make the full restaurant plant based!!! The hubs and I were in heaven. I am a little concerned by how quiet the lines were both times we attended, though. I hope their experiment isn't considered a failure because I'd love to see multiple vegan options continue in future menus there.

Yelp
Summer 2023: The new Al pastor fries were delicious!! Definitely a must!! The burrito was yummy but it was cold?? The new chicken was okay, but not very appealing, it's way too sweet.

Yelp
To celebrate the Dias de Los Muertos holiday and pay homage to the 2017 Disney film, Coco, Paradise Garden Grill transformed their menu and offered a wide variety of flavors from Mexico. Our party only ordered two items from the restaurant since we needed to keep our stomachs available to try other food items in Disneyland and California Adventure. The Coco cake was intriguing and colorful. The tri-colored base was vanilla and layered with a mix of cream cheese and cinnamon buttercream. The elotes (mexican street corn) was sweet and savory. Can't wait to go back and try other items. While our party was dining, a Mariachi band performed for us as well. The band was very entertaining and talented!
