Paradise - Review - Capitol Hill - Seattle - The Infatuation

"A new Mexican restaurant has opened in the former Olmstead location on Capitol Hill. It has an all-day diner-style menu, which means if you're hungry for bananas foster french toast, linguine bolognese, and asada nachos all at once, they’ve got it. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Kayla Sager-Riley

Art of the Table in Seattle Announces Long Goodbye Closing Plan | Eater Seattle

"A new spot in Capitol Hill is open but currently has no web presence or menu; it is testing out dishes like burritos and burgers to see what diners prefer. Operating like a diner, it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and occupies the space formerly used by Broadway Grill. Note that it does not yet have its liquor license, so come with the correct expectations." - Courtney E. Smith

I’m visiting from LA and this is the best Mexican food I’ve had my whole trip! The happy hour is amazing and so affordable, it’s also family owned and operated. Make sure to stop by for some delicious $2.50 chorizo/asada tacos and a hibiscus tequila!

Wow! I stopped here because I was working in the area and it was close and the burger looked OK. It was amazing but the fries were the best. I asked for them extra crispy and the chef sure delivered. They were hot, fresh and super crispy. They are the breaded and seasoned fries and they were awesome! Service was great, nice music, not too loud.

Delightful! We had chorizo tacos, clam chowder and Cesar salad. All were superb, possibly the best clam chowder I've had!

There's a LOT of competition around here for tacos, especially in Cap Hill, but when I say these tacos are some of the best I've had in my last 20 years living in WA, I'm not playing. I mean the food tasted so fresh, and homemade, it wasn't just slapped together like most restaurants do. The people here give service that is thoughtful and caring. The food is so perfect though, you've got to try it. I really feel like sitting and eating in here, didn't even want to take it to go.

Hands down my favorite spot for mexican food in Seattle. They have one of the best happy hours and theyre Taco Tuesday is always the best!! Coming from a Latino, Best Spot in Seattle! But the best part of all, is the Service!!

The staff here is so sweet! We tried the churros and the carajillo which were both amazing! The back room is SO cute with like a greenhouse vibe and they have a DJ on weekends! 10/10 recommend. Also amazing Bloody Mary’s!

If you’re anywhere near Capitol Hill and haven’t been to Paradise Restaurant yet, do yourself a favor and go—immediately. The service here is top-tier. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first time. You can tell that Fabian, the owner, truly cares about his customers. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and experience. That kind of hospitality is rare and makes a huge difference. Now, let’s talk about the burrito—absolutely phenomenal. Packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and generously portioned without being over the top. One of the best I’ve had in Seattle, hands down. The drinks were equally impressive—well-crafted and refreshing, making the whole experience even better. This place has heart, flavor, and a vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Paradise in Seattle is an absolute gem! I stopped by for breakfast and was blown away. I had the greatest Bloody Mary I have ever had, paired with an amazing Mexican breakfast wrap that hit the spot. Sylvia, the bartender, was outstanding as she made sure I was well taken care of and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was inviting and lively, with just the right vibe to relax and enjoy. The prices were fair, and the patrons at the bar were friendly and engaging as we even shared similar political views which made for some great conversations. I will definitely be back!
