Paradise

Paradise in Seattle is an absolute gem! I stopped by for breakfast and was blown away. I had the greatest Bloody Mary I have ever had, paired with an amazing Mexican breakfast wrap that hit the spot. Sylvia, the bartender, was outstanding as she made sure I was well taken care of and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was inviting and lively, with just the right vibe to relax and enjoy. The prices were fair, and the patrons at the bar were friendly and engaging as we even shared similar political views which made for some great conversations. I will definitely be back!

I had low expectations of this place because every time we walk past it there is no one dining here. We went last Sunday and was pleasantly surprised the service was excellent and the music was barely audible and I like that. I had an iced tea and the bananas foster French toast it was delightful, highly recommend

I wanted to give this place a chance, it’s always so empty and now I understand why. We came in for breakfast, and it was a bit dark, only one couple plus one person leaning on the counter chatting with someone. The couple was listening to TikTok at full volume. No music playing. We ordered breakfast and coffee. The menu is a bit odd, a mix of American diner staples and a handful of Mexican breakfast options. The coffee is weak and tastes kind of sour, like Folgers coffee. My avocado toast was just sad, the toast tasted like untoasted grocery store wheat bread, there was barely any avocado and it was mushy and brown with small pieces of tomato throughout (like sad guacamole). The poached eggs were a bit under cooked, and the sautéed spinach and big chunks of tomato had zero seasoning, so it was bland. My partner had breakfast with eggs, hash browns, and toast with sausage. The sausage was just sad, more of the grocery store wheat bread, and the bacon was all overcooked and dry. Very disappointing, there’s a lack of breakfast places in Seattle and I’m sorry to say we won’t be returning to this one.

Lisbeth, Amber and Lilly have always been terrific hosts in the bar ! Their prompt courteous service always comes with a welcoming smile ! Their accommodating nature combined with the beautiful views and ambiance of our lake makes the Paradise Bar And Grill the ultimate destination for any occasion !

The food here is always delicious, good portion size and at appropriate temperatures. My favorite is the seafood cobb salad and of course the clam chowder. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Seated in a cozy dining room next to floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake makes for an enjoyable dining experience. The gem of this restaurant is Liz. She has been our server multiple times over several years. She always has a smile and a cheery hello when we come in. She is spot on for suggestions on what dishes or drinks to try, and exudes confidence in that the product she serves you will be enjoyable.

What a lovely place!! Great brunch. Went on a weekday for brunch and basically had the place to ourselves. The food was excellent and there was homemade champurrado that was so good. This is a significant improvement over the place that was in this spot before, and a great addition to brunch places on the hill.

My husband and I really enjoyed this new restaurant! We started with the asada fries, which were fantastic. The fries were crispy despite the generous toppings. For my main course, I had the Cobb salad and appreciated the cooked chicken. It was a nice change from the usual cold, pre-cooked chicken you often find. My husband had the roasted chicken. The skin was incredibly flavorful and crispy, and the accompanying rice was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning!
