PARC in Aspen is a charming fine-dining gem where organic dishes and local wines meet warm, attentive service, perfect for special celebrations.
"This family-owned restaurant thrives on traditional white tablecloth service, making it a go-to spot for a romantic date or dinner out with the parents. Sift through a wine list 1,300 bottles deep and eat elk carpaccio, coq au vin stuffed with chicken sausage, and a side of layered fries stacked like Lincoln Logs. The separate lounge area with an extended bar and additional table seating (available for walk-ins) is always lively and offers a shorter, slightly more affordable, menu." - Katie Shapiro
"PARC Aspen opened in late 2022, and it’s already a go-to special occasion dinner spot and place with a lively bar scene. The main dining room is full white tablecloth service where you can sift through a 1,300-bottle wine list and eat elk carpaccio, coq au vin stuffed with chicken sausage, and one of our favorite salads ever with baby lettuce, goat cheese, pear, and almond brittle. This spot is best for a romantic date night or dinner with the parents, not just because they’ll have fresh flower centerpieces daily, which your mom will comment on, but because the room is lit by candlelight and all the food is top-notch.
