"This family-owned restaurant thrives on traditional white tablecloth service, making it a go-to spot for a romantic date or dinner out with the parents. Sift through a wine list 1,300 bottles deep and eat elk carpaccio, coq au vin stuffed with chicken sausage, and a side of layered fries stacked like Lincoln Logs. The separate lounge area with an extended bar and additional table seating (available for walk-ins) is always lively and offers a shorter, slightly more affordable, menu." - Katie Shapiro

"PARC Aspen opened in late 2022, and it’s already a go-to special occasion dinner spot and place with a lively bar scene. The main dining room is full white tablecloth service where you can sift through a 1,300-bottle wine list and eat elk carpaccio, coq au vin stuffed with chicken sausage, and one of our favorite salads ever with baby lettuce, goat cheese, pear, and almond brittle. This spot is best for a romantic date night or dinner with the parents, not just because they’ll have fresh flower centerpieces daily, which your mom will comment on, but because the room is lit by candlelight and all the food is top-notch. I had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant three times during my stay in Aspen, and each experience was just as amazing as the last! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and genuine hospitality that the owners, Maryanne & Harley provide. They're so involved in every aspect of the restaurant, and it really shows in the atmosphere—there’s a personal touch that makes you feel like you’re a part of their community. The interior is beautifully furnished with a classy yet cozy vibe. The elegant touches create a welcoming environment, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal. It’s the kind of place you can feel comfortable in no matter the occasion, whether it’s a casual night out or a special celebration. I was also moved by their thoughtful initiative to support Los Angeles in dealing with the aftermath of the fires. They’ve put out cards with QR codes that make it easy for guests to contribute to the relief efforts, which shows not only their care for their customers but for the community as a whole. As for the food—WOW! Everything is delicious, but here are 2 of my favorites. The Mushrooms & Polenta were absolutely divine. The flavors were so rich and comforting, with a perfect balance of earthy and savory. And the layered fries? Genius. Thin slices of seasoned potatoes pressed into a French fry shape, creating an entirely new take on a classic side. It was such a creative twist, and they were perfectly crispy and flavorful. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted with bold, balanced flavors that showcase the chef’s talent and passion. It’s clear that a lot of love and care goes into everything they do, from the food to the service to the way they engage with their guests. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're in the mood for something comforting or want to try something new and exciting, this spot is not to be missed!

Five stars. The food is excellent, in the way it is expected to be. They are down to earth, but not lacks of any culinary creativity and artistic touches. The restaurant is beautiful. Every detail is meticulously and tastefully appointed. The whole crew here is great. Everyone likes their job, and wants to take very good care of you. And they care. They truly went above and beyond.

Fantastic spot with impeccable service and awesome chocolate bowl at the entrance. Cozy formal vibes. We had the beef tenderloin, pasta special, coq au vin, apple bread pudding for dessert. The coq au vin was a bit dry but everything else was 👌👌. Also great cocktails

Local owner business. lovely place. Love the menu as well. Love the decoration with flower and stuff on the table and chairs. Our server is great “Iva” we enjoy our meal here. The dessert was a bomb. You should try the donut. very recommended

We had a fantastic meal at PARC last evening. We chose the tasting menu, and it was excellent. The service was also very good. Everyone was warm and welcoming and we were well attended to throughout our dinner. We will definitely be back next time in Aspen.

Our amazing evening started as soon as we walked in. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and upon giving my name to the hosts, I heard, “Happy Birthday!” The lovely young lady we gave our coats to echoed the sentiment. Our wonderful, friendly and professional server, Iva, repeated the same thing. I have celebrated my birthday in numerous restaurants over the years, but I’ve never experienced this level of care for the customer. One of the owners also came by to wish me a happy birthday, and I even received a hand written card and the dessert was comped! The food was delicious and the menu was creative. We gobbled up the bread, enjoyed the rabbit schnitzel, and loved the Colorado bass, and apple pie bread pudding. We have never felt so well taken care of at a restaurant. We hope to go back to Aspen next winter, and will make it a point to go back to Parc Aspen again! Kudos to the owners and diligent, hardworking staff!

We had one of the best meals we've ever experienced at PARC. The staff took great care of us, but Chef Mark was the true MVP. He curated a fantastic tasting that was spectacular from start to finish. The meal was Michelin-star worthy and deserves a STAR

Google
I was lucky enough to celebrate my Birthday here. The lovely owner is delightful and all her staff are as well. I can’t say enough about the steak and frites - cooked to perfection! They have a top notch sommelier to guide you through the wine list and decanters of beauty! My chocolate cake was decadent! I can’t wait to go back- just heaven.

Yelp
This place is pretty new, but I would definitely recommend that you try it out. It's not that the food blew me away, but everything was really good and it was hard to pick a favorite. I guess the pumpkin crème Brûlé was the most interesting, but probably seasonal. I think I have to hand it to them because it was fairly easy to get in, and even though it was their last day of service before closing for the off-season, they were extremely kind and attentive. Which is a pretty impressive because they probably wanted to get out of there. Overall, very much obsessed with their craft, so I recommend that you try it.

Yelp
Over priced and slow service for new years eve. Took forever to get food and way too expensive for the amount and quality of food. Maybe it was the typical new years eve experience but overall very disappointing.

Yelp
Let's be real...everything in Aspen is overpriced...it's a high-end tourist destination... And so as a tourist, we were recommended to try this restaurant. It was amazing!!! Overpriced- yes, a bit! But definitely worth it!! Our table of 5 friends were able to easily make a reservation on a weeknight, the day of. We were seated promptly inside by the friendliest hosts. Service: Prompt & extremely attentive. Everyone gave the greatest recommendations. Ambiance: Chic yet casual Food: - Mushroom & Polenta: This was light and airy and indescribable- a must try!! - Bread Board: Crisp, fresh, and tasty! - Elk Carpaccio: Yummm - Pasta of the Day: The pasta pieces were placed on bone marrow and it was amazing!! So much flavor and the pasta was perfectly made al dente. - Beef/Steak Special: Cooked to order and tender! - Aspen Donuts: This is the best dessert!! Shareable for our group of 5 and we were left stuffed!! You need to get this!!! Overall, this place is phenomenal. Don't think about trying it, just come! You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Great steak, although ordered it medium rare like my friend and hers was rare, mine was medium well, ate in the bar where it's open seating and had amazing service. The wine by the glass options were overpriced IMO.

Yelp
I don't usually yelp but had to for this restaurant! Everything was incredible: the food, ambiance, and the service. The owner was so nice and attentive to the restaurant the whole night. We got the Mushrooms and Polenta and the Baby Lettuces to start which was so unique and amazing. Then we got the salmon and steak with a side of fries. Highly recommend! Beautiful restaurant!

Yelp
Go! We have dined in so many Aspen restaurants and this is our fave. The bar good is yummy too. Get the Aspen donuts! Loved the decor which is so warm and comfy with lots of class. Beautiful. Can't wait to go back. :) Super friendly staff!!!!!!

Yelp
The best food, ambiance, and service we had in Aspen over the 4th of July weekend. Everyone was attentive, and great service, coursed out the way we asked, just a really relaxing atmosphere both inside and outside on the patio. We had ceviche, ricotta anolini, and beef tenderloin. All were really well executed, plated and the flavors were great. Bonus points, they had doggie treats and we took a few back for our pup, she was over the moon!

Kaylie W.

Yelp
Delicious! Simply the best ! My go to stop ! Love it here !! Good food , people and atmosphere.

Yelp
I organize events for a local YPO chapter and couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Parc. The private dining room experience exceeded expectations. The attentive staff, great wine selections and delicious food have us truly grateful.

Majorie W.

Yelp
It is Aspen's winner for best restaurant! We enjoyed the welcoming hostess, beautiful atmosphere, interesting wines by the glass, quality of food, and service by waiter Thomass! What a special treat for us..we're locals and have tried them all from time to time, but Parc Aspen is our first choice recommendation for a special and delicious dinner in Aspen from start to finish!

Louis S.

Yelp
Honestly. One of the best meals of my life. It was incredible. MUST try. I highly recommend the bar menu, and strive to sit in a cozy booth.

Yelp
A perfect dining experience. One of our two favorite restaurants ever in Aspen. We are regulars in Aspen - generally spend around 3-4 weeks a year here. Out of every restaurant we have been to, I would keep coming back to Parc Aspen over and over. We went here to celebrate my kid's birthday and our 3-generational family sat in the bar area. Every single person wished my kid a happy birthday at some point and made her feel like a rock-star. The owner even came by a couple of times to wish her a happy birthday and to make sure everything was great. The restaurant is elegantly decorated. It is a warm and inviting ambiance , elegant without pretentiousness. Every detail is perfect. The food and service was also exceptional. The chef worked under Thomas Keller and it showed. We chose several items from both the bar and restaurant menu and every single thing as both beautiful and delicious. Every item was perfectly executed. Some of our food highlights. My kids (yes kids) LOVED the beet salad. The kitchen sink pizza was sooo good. The pappardelle bolognese rivaled the best we have had in Italy. The steak was absolutely perfect, but the star on that perfectly cooked dish was the layered potatoes. We also loved the great selection of local beers. We also sincerely appreciated the hand-written birthday card from the owner. My kiddo proudly has the note displayed as a beautiful reminds of our memorable and exceptional dining experience. The entire staff was very friendly, but not intrusive, attentive, but not over-bearing. We highly recommend this restaurant for an incredible, memorable, fun dining experience. Can't wait to return.

Yelp
January Saturday night and it was crowded by 7pm. Service was good. Interior decoration was very well done. Prices are standard for Aspen. Smaller food selection and the mains were all okay. The best at our table was the ~$79 beef tenderloin. Sides were excellent and the accompaniments to entrees also good. I don't think we will go back but worth going one time.

Yelp
Yes, please and thank you! Fantastic restaurant (our favorite out of all the well-respected restaurants we dined at during our visit to Aspen in March). So good, in fact, that we had to go twice! All aspects upon which a dining experience is rated (food, wait and bus service, ambience and front-of-house staff) would receive a 10 out of 10. A heartfelt appreciation for Executive Chef Mark Connell's menu, which is as delicious and beautiful as it is original. Note to all future diners: you must order the French Fries! Delicate layer upon layer of shaved potato and other ingredients that create a one-of-a-kind, never experienced before, transcendent (yes, I said it, transcendent) experience. Co-owner Maryanne Sefton, Assistant General Manager Carlos Valenzuela and the exceptional wait and bus staff all work seamlessly together to create a world-class dining experience. PARC Aspen is now a "must visit" for us when in Aspen (and I highly recommend it to both visitors and locals alike). I am not one to photograph my food (I prefer to dine "in the moment" but I can assure you, while all dishes (on both nights we visited) were beautifully presented, a cellphone photo would simply not do them justice. Let's just say they're as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. ;) Thanks to everyone at PARC Aspen for two fabulous meals! We look forward to our next visit to Aspen and to seeing all of you again soon!

Gerry M.

Yelp
Very dish was excellent and the service was impeccable. The prices are on the higher end but worth it for a splurge.

Joseph B.

Yelp
Steak and frites are amazing. Love the bar area as well as Craig and Kelci. Such a good time.

Ana S.

Yelp
Very good meal! Spent a week in aspen and enjoyed my dinner at PARC more than Catch, Bosq, Jerome, and especially Casa D'Angelo (gave me a well done steak when I order medium rare) Only misses on the menu are the elk carpaccio and truffle fries - everything else is top notch

Andrew M.

Yelp
Very high end dining experience which was amazing all around. It was expensive including the incredible wine list but the food, atmosphere and service exceeded all expectations. We loved the casual, friendly service which was also spot on. cocktails were strong and delicious. The wine Jeff the sommelier recommended was sensational, and the food preparation was not only absolutely delicious but beautifully and artistically presented. (on the tomato salad, olive oil was presented in hand made crystal, edible balls. Brilliant!) truly Michelin worthy. We will be back!

David L.

Yelp
Took my girlfriend here on a weekend trip and they put on a perfect birthday dinner for us. Kelci our waiter was great and spent time talking to us about our plans for the weekend. Short rib was cooked perfectly.

Alexandra M.

Yelp
Excellent addition to the dining scene in Aspen - refreshing to have a locally owned establishment, serving locally sourced, thoughtfully made food. Fast, attentive and friendly service staff. You feel as though you've stepped into someone's living room - very inviting!

Alex D.

Yelp
This place was excellent! The salmon was the best salmon dish I've ever had. Highly recommend this place!

Sara W.

Yelp
Delightful experience for the palette and the eyes. The menu is creative and well executed, food is fresh, flavors balanced and satisfying. The decor is on point, welcoming colors, flowers and a great patio. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Thank you DoDo, Greg, all the waitstaff and especially the kitchen. Looking forward to coming back.

Jonathan S.

Yelp
I would give this restaurant a 10 in ambiance. The food was very good, as was the service but the menu is limited and ridiculously overpriced, especially the wines. Will not return. Sorry.

Kevin F.

Yelp
Had another fantastic and amazing dinner at Parc. Have been twice in the past month and both times were great with the second experience being better than the first. From the fresh baked bread to the main entree, all wonderful. Service was exceptional. I look forward to the next time. Thank you for a great night with Tomas as our server. Appreciate it.

Assaf D.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible. The attention to details with the food the wine the service the care is superb. I haven't had such a great outing experience in a very long time. Im so impressed with the hard work that went into this restaurant and I've never felt so welcomed In a restaurant before. The staff truly cares and wants you to have the best experience possible. The food was incredible. Sorry no picture of the dessert we wolfed it down lol. Thank you PARC Aspen for a wonderful dinner and a great experience.

Natalie H.

Yelp
Food was fantastic, everyone who worked there was lovely. Great local spot - a place town needs. Beautiful space. Will be back!

Jack C.

Yelp
Food is amazing. Service is a joke. 2 hours before we got our main course. Restaurant was a third full. Staff kept saying kitchen backed up. LIE. They could have owned it by taking something off the check. $150 per person. NEVER GO BACK. my bet is they are out of business before year end. STAY AWAY.
