Executive chef Esther Abobo doesn’t skimp on the happy hour offerings when drink specials on cocktails are paired with wagyu sliders, truffle fries, and salmon croquettes. Consider splurging on the roasted oysters, which currently feature anisette cream, spinach, Parmigiano and Gruyere, and garlic breadcrumbs.
