A very disappointing French fine dining experience From a culinary perspective, the new menu seems confused and lacks direction. For me, things went downhill after the langoustine dish which I liked. Serving Chinese herbs broth is Chinese cuisine, not French. Believe me when I say most Chinese families can also make the same broth. I hated the tomato sauce for the fish dish. It tastes and looks like the same tomato sauce used at the cai Peng stalls. The worst dish of the day was the A5 Omi wagyu presented in a roll. I had no idea why the chef chose to change what was a steak form into a roll form and not only did the roll break apart, lack texture, no charr, and not enough sauce. it was just absolutely disappointing. I had to get a McDonald’s after this meal to make myself feel abit better The desserts were decent and almost helped made it better, but still insufficient From a service standpoint there were may suited up staff that seemed distant and unapproachable. It was my surprise that two of them only engaged with me at the billing process and leaving the restaurant. Before that, there was zero service from them and only from the junior wait staff. The restaurant was noisy and I could easily hear conversations from other tables

Happen to meet the chef in the restaurant during the Michelin announcement day. Food is with high quality, service is good as well. Chef prepare the special mushroom soup by the table, strong flavor. Love the French lobster, tender, sweet and full of freshness.

I had an amazing dinner with the La Legend meal set. There is no sommelier service but the wine pairings were delectable.starting with a rose champagne, chardonnay, and ending with a Pinot noir. Every wine were all on the sweet side and not dry.

Had a wonderful time here. Amazing atmosphere, service and food!! This is the first time i brought my wife to explore Taiwan and we decide to eat at the beautiful restaurant. The servers were extremely patient explaining every dish to us in English as my wife does not understand Mandarin. Every dish was spectacular and would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to experience new things.

So much care was placed on the theatrics (a bottle of perfume with one dish, a wireless speaker with soundtrack on your table for another) that the actual service and food experience is second rate. Service wise, it's obvious the restaurant didn't have enough props (the perfume, the speaker) because guests are not allowed to sit down until their reservation time - Ie if you show up 15 minutes early, prepare to stand outside the restaurant. Also it takes almost an hour to get your first appetizer. Food wise, some dishes were good (grilled iberico), but none particularly memorable (the usual fusion with Taiwanese ingredients).

Everything is presented perfectly and delicately. You can feel the creativity and passion for the food from the chef. Absolutely impressive..and the dining environment is very enjoyable and the staff is very friendly. For the set dish I ordered is 4500 wagyu ntd without tax and the wine paring is five glasses around 2500 or 2800 ntd. For the wine paring I think it's a bit pricy and the serving size of the wine is a bit smaller than that in most other restaurants. I went there in June 2022 before it got Michelin star and now the cost of the same menu seems 5800 ntd now.

Outstanding cuisines with French-Japanese infusion♥️ Love the way of cooking for king pawn and beltfish dishes. The service is very nice with warmness. Had a great time in dining here :)
