Google
This shop had shockingly good prices and was surprisingly very calorie-friendly. In addition, there were a myriad of pastry options and it was a great place to study. It's also open late (but the later you come, the less food options there are, of course). Only downside is that not all of the outlets work, but there was always ample space to move to seats that DID have a working outlet. Their matcha and hot coffee were phenomenal, in addition to the pastries we picked up!

Google
One of the awesome cake shops in Austin. Open from 7am to 9pm opposite to Austin Community College. Cakes especially Red velvet cake is recommended here. Coffee is good and also sell coffee powder and mugs. Ample parking space with accessibility options and calm sitting area available in front of the store. Have a nice cafe

Google
European-style coffee shop, moderately sweet pastries, savory pastries and sandwiches. I liked everything, but due to the large flow of people, there is not enough space inside.

Do you want pastries that are fresh delicious? This is the place! Once you pick up your order, go home and eat them, you want to go back for more!

Google
let's get this bread. They give discount if you are a student with student ID. fresh bread 🍞 good consistency, coffee ☕ is decent too with a mix of options. They also have fancy birthday cakes. How are you out of rice donuts by 12 pm? That's my favorite thing on the menu 😭😭😢

Google
Got red velvet cake… delicious not overly sweet which I love but this was nice. They have different pastries to choose from. Staff was friendly. Eat inside. They do have area outside where we sat but there was a couple of flies that are definitely fans

Google
pastries are delicious and well priced. only issue is the girl working counter couldn’t stay off her phone to even finish ringing us up. go here for the food not the service.

I want to say that I am definitely coming back. I want to say a very big thank you to Brianna. Brianna took my order, it was my first time going to Paris Baguette and she helped me pick my drinks that were very delicious. Brianna had a warming smile, making me feel so happy. I really loved how she made me feel welcomed.

Yelp
Fresh bread, pastries, yummy coffee drinks, and cakes--what more could you want from a cafe?! Paris Baguette is a big korean chain bakery. But i feel that this location (currently the sole one in Austin) is quite underrated. It's quaint and clean. I've been here a handful of times, and the service is also fantastic. One of my favorite things from PB is their cakes; many of them are both filled and topped with fresh fruit. They're not-too-sweet and almost feels refreshing to eat. The soft cream they use is just so light and pleasant. I once walked in around 11AM to purchase a birthday cake. They did not have the one I wanted available/on display. I was pondering if i should choose a different flavor when the friendly staff member went behind to their cake baker to ask if one could be made to be picked up later in the day. I was able to pick up my cake later that day around 2:30PM. Phenomenal. Thank you so much!

Yelp
My Go-To Spot for Korean Cakes and Pastries! This is my absolute favorite spot when I need a cake for any occasion. Korean cakes are unmatched--they're light, not overly sweet, and have the perfect balance of flavor and texture. The cream is airy, and the variety is fantastic, with options like chocolate, tiramisu, and fresh fruit. I also appreciate the thoughtful details--they always provide candles and a plastic knife, so you're ready to celebrate right out of the box. In addition to cakes, they carry a variety of pastries that are just as delicious. While I wouldn't recommend their coffee (it lacked flavor and strength for my liking), this place remains a must for their exceptional cakes and pastries. Perfect for any celebration or just a sweet treat!

Yelp
August 2024 First time going here. Throughly enjoyed it. When you walk in, grab a tray and serve yourself out of the glass cases. Once you're loaded up with goodies, take your tray to a cashier who will box them up for you. If you rather enjoy your treats while you're there, they will be happy to warm up any items upon request. There is a seating area outside. Didn't try any coffee/tea, but they smelled great. I will definitely be back. Below is a description of the treats I tried. Also, see attached pictures. Bon appetite! Blueberries and Cream Brioche: Light, joyful and decadent. The star is the pastry cream and blueberry filling, which is absolutely packed inside the brioche. Sweet, not sugary. Well balanced. The brioche is delicate, not doughy. Strongly recommend this one. Would definitely order it again. Strawberry Lemon Croissant: The star is the lemony filling. Absolutely perfect. It's light, airy with a perfect balance of sweet and lemon. The crunchy texture of the mini-croissant balances out the silkiness of the filling. The fresh strawberries are honestly unneeded for this to be an outstanding pastry. However, the strawberry adds a fresh brightness which compliments the lemon perfectly. A perfect harmony of flavors and a definite recommendation. 10/10. Lemon Iced Mochi Donut: Didn't like this one. The dough tastes like a spongy version of funnel cake dough. The icing was sugary and didn't have a lemony flavor...more of an initial "zing" followed by uncomfortable sugariness. The icing was brittle and did not adequately adhere to the dough. Not a fan. I do not recommend. Jalapeño Hawaiian Quiche: Meaty, cheesy, and with just enough heat to keep things interesting. Well-balanced savory treat. Everything about this one just...works. You get "pops" of each ingredient flashing under the spotlight with each bite, each sharing the stage. Not too salty. Definitely recommend. Ham and Cheese Croissant: A classic. The ham is barely noticeable but the cheese shines through. Savory and light. Good but boring - a safe pick. The ratio of dough-to-filling is slightly off. This is something that few will hate, but it isn't cravable and certainly not the main reason to visit. But if you want a regular ole ham n' cheese on bread, you won't be disappointed with this. Very Berry Pastry Perfect bites. The fresh berries pop against the light and fluffy pastry cream. Perfect balance. Definitely recommend. 10/10 Maple Danish: Puff pastry topped with maple goo and chopped pecans. What's not to love? Great balance. One of my favorites of the day. 10/10 Definitely recommend.

Yelp
I've been to dozens of Paris Baguette from California to Virginia, and this is the absolute worst PB period. Not only are the selection few and far between, the concept of sanitation is also lacking. The checkout person wore a glove but used that gloved hand to touch the screens and then proceeded to grab the fresh pastries with said gloves instead of the SOP of using the tongue to put the bread into the bag. When confronted not only did this person get defensive and rather than correcting the unsanitary procedure, states that the screens were "cleaned". OK, but I don't know who else touched those screens, and certainly breaking protocol of using the tongue to put the pastries into the bag is completely unacceptable. Will not visit this place again.

Yelp
The last time I came here I ALSO had a weird experience with service (which wasn't 100% uncalled for but the way it was delivered made me feel kind of weird). The bread is still good but the second experience studying here just made me not want to study here ever again. I might go back just for the bread but there's so many good and cute bakeries/study places in Austin I'm not sure this is one that i will frequent that much anymore. I miss the one in Dallas.
google avatar

Yelp
the sticky milk buns are God's gift to this world!! it is so soft and fluffy. I'm not much a bakery girl but paris baguette is def somewhere i want to frequent! my friend had the pain aux raisins and pastel de nata and also really enjoyed it. I also had the pepperoni pizzetta (not pictured) and the crust was flaky and it was cheesy. super good!

Yelp
Paris Baguette is the perfect bakery with tons of locations around the city. Their coffee and treats are expansive and all very tasty. I'm a huge fan of their Mochi donuts that they also offer seasonal flavors in. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this cafe to get tons of work done in as the ambiance isn't always conducive to that, but it's definitely a great place to grab and go. In terms of parking, there is street parking available but it always fills up. I'd recommend any of the two garages available on the street behind.
google avatar

Karla D.

Yelp
This is near my office and I stop in once a week or so. If I didn't know better I'd think I was back in Paris. So many pastries to choose from both sweet and savory. Always fresh. Coffee drinks are good. Service is good.

Yelp
I visited here for the first time on a Saturday morning and loved the variety of pastries. Their donuts are amazing! I also enjoyed their cold brew. They have some outdoor seating options as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Heads up - I went here again recently to reward myself after finishing one of my final papers, I was working at ACC so I walked over. I asked if they had black tea and the guy behind the counter said yes. Im a tea lover and black is my fav. I figured they probably only had one kind so I paid and took a seat and waited. When I got my tea, I opened up the lid and noticed it was red. Then I checked the tag. It was roobios tea - which is an herbal tea. Not a black tea. I spoke to the guy who made my drink and informed him he had given me an herbal when I asked for a black. He said that they have their roobios labeled as black, which is incorrect. Roobios is a red herbal tea. I told him black teas are teas like English breakfast or earl grey - which they have those both but they are not labeled as black teas apparently. The guy remade it for me with the correct tea. I'm sure most people are coming here for coffee but if you're like me and you want tea, just be aware that it seems as if staff isn't fully trained on identifying tea as much as coffee, and/or their teas are mislabeled. The guy even made a comment about not knowing more about tea as he should as a barista. I'll still continue to visit, this wasn't a huge deal. But just wanted to update to make other tea lovers aware!

Yelp
I like the variety of sweet and savory pastry options! Although they have a lot of options, the taste was okay, nothing amazing. The cafe itself is well organized and beautifully displays the pastries. The cafe is a bit tight when it's busy and crowded though. Employees are slow and can be nicer/more welcoming. Overall, not bad but not good.
google avatar

Briana N.

Yelp
Such a cute place to get baked goods and to do work. It wasn't busy at all when I went so I could see it being a great place to chill and just sit and snack. They have such a wide variety of both savory and sweet selections. And I liked everything I tried!
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love Paris baguette. Their ham and cheese croissant is my favorite thing to get. they always heat the croissant up and there oven and it's extra crispy. The barista's are very nice and helpful. They have an app where you can get points and free things after ordering a few times. It's a nice place and a lot of people walk there from apartments and Austin community college right across the street.

Yelp
Blueberry Lavender and Raspberry Lemon macarons I've seen Paris Baguette before but never been. Cute interior and there is indoor and outdoor seating (with Wi-Fi). Great spot to wfh. They have cakes, sandwiches, drinks, macarons, bread (though it was almost end of day, so they were running out) The macarons are super delicious and the filling is very creamy, cheesy (cream cheese?) LOVE I think blueberries are my go-to flavor for dessert!
google avatar

Yelp
This breakfast café has too many sweet things, but the baguettes and coffee are brilliant.
google avatar

Arianne Victoria A.

Yelp
Their cakes are adorable! They are a bit on the pricey side but the taste and decor def make up for it. I stopped by to get a niche de noel, which is a famous holiday French cake. It had a sponge cake consistency and was very chocolatey. The bakery sells breads, cakes, and sandwiches and coffee. If you want something different as a cake I def ordering ahead and they have a a lot of unique not so ordinary cake options.
google avatar

Shahrzad Y.

Yelp
I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options, and there are so so so many of them. I've loved almost everything I've tried and ive tried many. My only criticism of the entire chain is that the cakes are priced slightly high comparing to other Asian/french bakeries and got the type of cake they are. I've had $8 slice cakes in New York for example, not in Texas. But other than that everything is great. I do wish they adjust their pricing. There are some seating and drink options too which is nice.
google avatar

Yelp
Wowee that was the absolute best Cream donut I've ever had (named the King Cream Football Donut). I'm usually not a fan of the chocolate on top of donuts but this was a much higher quality darker chocolate that elevated the donut. I also really wanted a cronut and I got one. It was a bit much. I would have preferred a more 'naked' cronut as this had a lot going on. It had the delicious cream in the middle, caked in sugar, and topped with a lemon icing swirl. I want to go back and try every pastry now! The quality was so good and the two pastries were incredibly fresh and delicious.

Yelp
I love that the Austin Asian food scene is getting bigger! Paris Baguette is (I believe) a Korean bakery, and they have locations all over the world. The pastries are really light and delicious, and they also have super good drinks too. I've been twice with my friends, and the first time, we each ordered a slice of cake and lattes. Their lattes are surprisingly delicious! I thought they would focus more on the food, but each latte I've had is well-crafted and balanced. My favorite is the matcha latte. The matcha is blended well, and the overall drink is sweet and creamy. I highly recommend ordering their slices of cake. Each cake has layers of sponge cake with more layers of cream, and it's not heavy at all. It's also not overwhelmingly sweet like American cakes are, so you can eat an entire slice by yourself and still want more. I love how light and fully the sponge cake layers are. I've also tried their chocolate croissants and strawberry + cream croissants. Everything is delicious. Pastries are slightly more expensive than other shops, but everyone should treat themselves!

Lisa S.

Yelp
Paris Baguette has the very best Croissant in Austin. Period. Flakey crisp layers and soft buttery interior. The real deal, FINALLY! The shop is adorable and the quality of all the food is A+. Go today! HA!

Autumn M.

Yelp
The first time I came in was the morning of national cold brew day after seeing all of their Instagram ads for it...and they didn't have any. :( I ended up walking out. It wasn't a good first impression, but I figured I'd give them another try, this time trying their pastries. I tried a cream cheese donut and twisted donut. The cream cheese donut was mostly hollow with just a little amount of cream cheese inside. The twisted donut was equally unimpressive. Better options were the red bean bread and the salted caramel cold brew. The bread on the bun was so light and fluffy and there was a good amount of red bean paste inside. The cold brew had a layer of sweet cream, not just cold foam that immediately melts into your drink. I would order both of these again! Beware though, they thankfully list the nutrition Information so you can see just how unhealthy these are. I would suggest coming here once in a while as a treat.

Yelp
Yummy desserts and bakery goods. A cute bakery to meet friends at and grab and coffee and quick bite. Service has always been good!
google avatar

Aislyn T.

Yelp
Ordered uber eats, there's no food in my fridge so bread was all I wanted and this satisfied my craving perfectly! Coffee was okay but all the bread was greattt and the sweet potato bread was my favorite and muchhhh better than expected all crispy on the outside...
google avatar

Md N.

Yelp
Very nice place to study at with plenty of seating and outlets and good wifi! The music and atmosphere can get loud sometimes but nothing sound proof headphones can't drown out. The matcha latte was quite sweet but still yummy and cheap compared to other cafes. The pastry I got was very yummy and filling for only $3.99. Will definitely be returning here to study :D
google avatar

Yelp
*Scam Alert* this place is practicing unethical charging for goods and services rendered. Not only has this happened once but for a second time. I ordered online and once I show up for my order, they have sold out of multiple items I ordered. The employees working had a horrible attitude and told me to just pick out something else. I found no alternatives and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn't refund me, only the owner can and he wasn't there. To leave without the items I wanted, no refund and horrible customer service is very upsetting.
google avatar

Demetrius B.

Yelp
I visited here when I first moved to Austin about 10 months ago. At first I was thrown off by having to serve myself, but after some time I think I prefer it! You know the bakery items are fresh! The employees were very friendly and asked me if I had any questions about the items, which I very much appreciate when it's a self serve type of business model. I also sat down at one of the booth and worked on the computer. I wish they had more indoor seating, but beggars can't be choosers!
google avatar

Blaire B.

Yelp
Delicious!!!!!! Parking is a bit hazard if you're attempting to find a spot on the street. Pro tip: park in the garage and then cut through the apartment complex courtyard for the most direct route. Really enjoyed the huge selection of pastries here, and everything was well made and precise. I think they really specialize in the sweet patisseries (sometimes the savory lack a bit of seasoning) but you really can't go wrong. I highly recommend the creme brûlée bombolone and the coffee cronut! They've also got coffee drinks and a nice deli to-go selection for anyone looking for a quick lunch or grab and go situation.
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect croissant and French bread, best I've had in Austin and can't post this until I get 85 characters

Yelp
We love Paris Baguette and when we saw one near our DPS appt, we knew that this would be a great little stop to get a cold drink and a snack. Right on the campus of Austin Community College Highland location, we parked in the parking garage for store patrons and it was an easy breezy jaunt to the shop. I got the mango lemonade to drink and my daughter got an iced matcha. We also shared a green tea strawberry cake slice and it was delish. Not too sweet and full of creme and fruit. Looked like there was decent WiFi and lots of students were studying so all around great place!
google avatar

Lauren F.

Yelp
I had a craving, and Paris Baguette was there to save the day! First I ordered a coffee, it wasn't the best coffee I've ever had, but I wasn't there for the coffee. I was there for the treats! Every bun, tart, pastry was five stars delicious! It took my family several days to finish everything I brought home, and I didn't hear a complaint about any of it. Would definitely recommend it!
google avatar

Huong E.

Yelp
Wow! What a beautiful sweet surprise finding this cute bakery. This place just lifted my spirits and put a smile on my face. The service was quick and staff were very nice. So many choices for sweet and savory pastries. The pastries are beautiful and delicious Highly recommended!

Yelp
I like this Korean bakery chain, which you might confuse for actually being from Paris. It's located by the ACC campus, close to the 99 Ranch shopping complex that I love, so I try and stop into Paris Baguette every time I make a trip to the area. Parking is minimal on the street but there's a parking structure nearby. There's a lot of great pastries and I've been making my way through them with each visit. My recent favorites are the condensed milk bread and curry croquette. The crab croquette was not as good as the curry one so I wouldn't get that again. The rice and mochi donuts are good as well. Paris Baguette also has a rewards app that gives you coupons and points for purchases so it's worth signing up!
google avatar

Jessica N.

Yelp
The pastries and the bakery itself are so cute!! There's always something new to try and everything is delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The pastries aren't too sweet and aren't dry. I personally prefer this place over 85 degree bakery. My only complaint is that finding parking is difficult. Definitely give this place a try!
google avatar

Courtney B.

Yelp
Super cute bakery w tons of options! You have to do street parking but there is plenty. It's nestled in Highland area by the ACC campus and it lends itself to being a nice place for a quick bite and to study or relax. It's self serve, upon entry you grab a tray, tongs, and whatever delights you'd like. They also have lunch/deli style options and some lighter fare like yogurts etc. I tried a custard almond pretzel and it was really delicious. I also got a chocolate croissant for later. They asked me if I wanted them to go and warmed. Super quick in and out, reasonable prices and really it's the variety that I appreciate. They have cakes as well, looked amazing. Definitely worth making a trip back over to try more things.

Brian C.

Yelp
There's not really any parking, so you have to play it by ear. Once you finally find a place to leave your car, and make it inside, it's almost overwhelming. So many things to choose from! If you're wondering, the baguettes are the very best thing of all.
google avatar

Jeff B.

Yelp
Recently opened, this is a nice bakery with so many different pastries to choose from. Additionally, it has a display with fresh ready made sandwhiches and bowls to grab for lunch or dinner. Located a just couple hundred yards from the ACC Highland campus, it makes an easy walk between classes. Paris Baguette also has several types of coffee. They use LaVaza coffee beans. The bakery has cakes and bread too, served by the slice or whole! The place is clean and pretty organized. The only downside is parking so be prepared to walk a short ways from the bakery to your automobile! The prices are reasonable especially on coffee products. The next time you are in the area or wishing to explore, stop by Paris Baguette and feed your sweet tooth with a beautiful delicious piece of pastry that will catch your eye along with a cup of hot or cold coffee. I'm pretty sure you will enjoy it!

Yelp
I had driven by this restaurant 100 times on my way to the nearby bouldering gym. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast 2 weeks ago and have been another time since that first visit. For our money, this is the top Korean(?)/French bakery in town. There are two others within a mile, so it's not scant praise. All of the baked goods we have tried have been fantastic! Some of the stand-outs are the coconut mochi doughnut and the coffee cronut. Speaking of coffee, the coffee here is delicious. This past visit, we tried one of the pre-made breakfast sandwiches and it was quite tasty and large. Definitely recommend trying it warmed up. Their baguette reminded me more of ciabatta, but was still tasty. I highly recommend this place and their cakes are adorable and I plan to try them soon.

Ashley M.

Yelp
The best pastries. The strawberry croissant is the best thing I've ever eaten maybe. The cream is perfectly sweet (not too much sugar), the strawberries are always fresh, and the croissant itself is the lightest most fluffy morsel of bread you will ever consume. The mochi donuts are fabulous. And the iced lattes are perfection. I cannot speak higher about this bakery. Thank you for existing.

Fernanda E.

Yelp
Very nice and cozy place. Great pastries and One of the best coffees in Austin!! I love the place

Yelp
Gorgeous products & wonderful service! Very clean & very well stocked. I will return often.

Yelp
Everything I've tried at Paris baguette has been 5 stars from the croissants to the dessert to the coffee! Would highly recommend stepping in here for a little treat myself moment!
google avatar

Suz L.

Yelp
You have to understand that this is a Korean-style French bakery. So it's going to be more fluffy and less sweet. Highly recommended.

Yelp
I was so excited that they finally opened a Paris Baguette in Austin as I remembered how tasty their baked goods were in Dallas. So when we arrived I was like a kid in a candy store and loaded up on all the goodies but sadly most of the ones I tried were a disappointment. I love croissants and sadly this strawberry one was a letdown as big box grocery stores tasted better. Their flavored desserts also tasted very artificial and highly processed which was such a bummer as their food looks so inviting. The two things that stood out were the mango and creme brioche as well as the croquette. Oh we also got a latte and it wasn't bad. Maybe I chose the wrong items and their cakes are better but sadly for the price and quality their pastries were a letdown to me. Also, if you order a lot you might want to keep an eye on how they pack your food as our person didn't care and squished it all in a box without much care. :(

Yelp
Paris Baguette is a great bakery in Austin offering all kinds danishes and bakery items. The restaurant was very clean and they had all the bakery items as grab and go. The hash brown bread tastes a lot like a piece of pizza. I also tried the fruit bread, they offer many different types of bakery items along with sandwiches, juices, smoothies, and coffees. A great spot to get a drink or a breakfast pastry after a quick morning workout.
google avatar

Isabel T.

Yelp
Lots of fresh and delicious pastries and desserts. I like the cute seating area inside as well! Great if you're a fan of more Asian-style desserts (less sweet).

Lila S.

Yelp
Pastry is not very fresh. They have the worst customer service out of any bakery in town. Very rude employees that obviously do not want to be there. My little toddlers were so excited getting pastries and were holding the tongs and when we got to the register, the girl that was working kept telling me "can i have the tong." and I was just waiting for my toddlers to get to the register, and while waiting she kept telling me it over and over and over. No patience. They weren't even any lines behind me. I was very excited when they got the location in Austin but it's just not the same experience than the other locations in Dallas/Houston. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place.
google avatar

Tina K.

Yelp
Is one of my favorite place to get cakes and pastries. We always get the Blueberry Chiffon cake- it's light, soft, and not too sweet This was my first time at this location and it was nice! The staff was friendly and there was a parking garage was close by.

Purple G.

Yelp
Update - Well Taylor, it's been about a week since I replied to your direct message asking for my contact information. Not sure what you're trying to achieve by posting in public that you reached out to me but not be genuine about actually following up We love the food but geez, how hard is it to fix your toilets?? Anytime we've popped by in the last 2 weeks, either one or both toilets are "out of order" with filthy water flooded into the restaurant out of the toilets yuck!!! Also, no high chairs for little children - why don't you like that demographic??

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place today. Was totally worth it. So many delicious things. It was hard to make a decision. Pineapple brûlée pastry was my favorite. Also got a turkey club sandwich which was also delicious and a raspberry almond croissant. Only slight negative was the croissant might've been baked a little too long but it would not stop me from going back. Highly recommend.
