Pastries, cakes, croissants and breads are outstanding. They have great sandwiches and good espresso. I had peanut crumb bread and an espresso this time. Prices are very reasonable. Recommend this cafe. Several locations around Manhattan.

I purchased a blueberry chiffon cake for Father’s Day and was really looking forward to it. However, I was disappointed to find that the cake had slid to one side inside the box by the time I opened it. I was extremely careful while carrying it home on the train—I didn’t drop it or handle it roughly—so I believe this was due to careless packaging at the store. Unfortunately, since I needed the cake for today’s celebration, I didn’t have the option to return to the store and request a replacement. I had to accept the cake in its damaged condition, which was frustrating given the occasion. I’d recommend that anyone buying a cake from here double-check how it’s packaged before leaving the store to avoid the same issue. A little extra care in packaging would go a long way.

Paris Baguette in NYC is a charming bakery café offering a mix of French-inspired pastries, Korean favorites, and fresh coffee. The space is bright and inviting, perfect for a quick bite or a cozy break. From flaky croissants and fruit tarts to savory sandwiches and cakes, everything is beautifully made and tastes just as good as it looks. A great spot to grab a treat or relax with a pastry and coffee in the middle of the city.

I didn't even realize this place existed in Chicago. My first time trying it was in NY while visiting Times Square. The strawberry lemonade refresher had a hold on me. I was getting one almost daily. Yum yum!

Google
I came in near the end of the day, and while they still had a good selection of items left, I was unsatisfied with the lack of flavour in both the strawberry shortcake and tiramisu tart. The washroom was alright, but they’re quite unaware of when someone is in there and may unlock the door when you’re in the middle of doing your business. Overall, not the best experience.

Google
Holy cow. This the second city I’ve been able to visit Paris Baguette in. So effing amazing. I can’t imagine what people could actually be complaining about in any bad review. Everything we are there was fantastic. The staff was friendly (though busy, all the time). It had plenty of seating inside. We visited the Honolulu location in April and went probably 4 times that week. So excited to see one near our hotel in Times Square. I wish we had one in Colorado. Try the croissant donut with the citrus glaze. Or the strawberry chiffon cake. Or really, anything.. it’s all good

Google
I enjoyed the pastry’s from this place. They are extremely similar to the pastry you will find in France. The donuts twist is nicely fried and slightly chewy. Cookies are soft and flavorful. I would come here again.

Love visiting this place. This is the one located on Seventh Avenue nearby Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. I came in the morning around 10 am where all the cake were prepared freshly and in complete selection. Reasonable price on cake. The Soft Cream Cake was heavenly delish and not too sweet, just perfect for my taste bud where I dislike anything very sweet. It was very crowded during morning hours on Saturday. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit. Coffee and teas are also offered. Great Matcha Latte as well. Pastries selections are great and plentiful. Reasonable prices on pastries.

Yelp
The pastries here are sooo good! I was in the area for a temp job and I wish I worked over here more often! Not sure how I feel about being able to grab your own pastry ... in nyc. People are pretty nasty. But just hope and pray they're not while grabbing their own pastry, WITH the paper provided. Overall, The fruit in the pastries were fresh, and sweet. Loved every bite!

Yelp
Friendly counter service and good pastries and donuts but this place is VERY messy and dirty, which ruins it all. The upstairs bathroom was out of order and upstairs counters were disgustingly piled up with garbage (see picture). Management needs to be fired for letting this place get out of control. Like, really?

Yelp
The food was not the best. I ordered a crossiant dog, and I ended up throwing the dog away. It was so cold like ice. I asked them to warm it up, but it just tasted so bad. Then the donut stick I brought, it was dry and pretty close to being stale. Everything was a waste of my money. I would not return to this location again. They have better ones. I do give credit for the service, though. The employees were really pleasant.

Yelp
Came here on a cold afternoon. Ordered soup but it was all gone. Had salad & bread & coffee instead. Salad is fresh, bread is crunchy & coffee was hot. They were so busy though. Only 2-3 person on the whole store. We have to ask for milk, tissues & utensil because the self service area were not refilled. But i can tell, They tried their best. Guy even offered to heat the milk. This spot get very crowded & Busy. You Might need to share tables with strangers. They got bathroom, code is on the receipt.

Yelp
Paris Baguette has two locations very close to each other. My daughter and I were at one on Broadway and my cousins were here! We came to this location and found they had seats upstairs. We had plenty of room for the four of us. I had the Jalapeño Cheddar Croissant and really enjoyed every bite. I did take the jalapeño on top off! My daughter had a Chicken Caesar Sandwich and she gave me a piece. She and I both really enjoyed the taste. The chicken and ingredients were delicious. I didn't care for the bread but my daughter enjoyed it. We only had one issue and that was the loud music. We were there to catch up after not seeing each other in years and it was just too loud. The nice employee did give us the code for the restroom so that was definitely nice. I'm sure I will return to Paris Baguette. The food is good. Please turn the music down upstairs!

Yelp
Very clean and pastries are always on point. I received a baguette literally fresh out the oven and hot. DELICIOUS. And i ordered the berry cake in the special winter editions cakes and what a beauty. How can they make a cake so cute, delicious and not over powering sweet ?! I usually hate icing but this is the only place where ill lick every piece off the plate and fork!
google avatar

Trina S.

Yelp
Had a very patient person who waited on us. Pastries are good. And the displays are nice and appealing. Y'all need a tip jar. We wanted to leave one but customers were not allowing us to ask if we can tip with cash. The ambiance is nice
google avatar

Katherine D.

Yelp
The place is always clean and fully stocked in the morning. This time they have bew fall items to try snd i got their new Apple Cider Cinnamon Croissant. The wait time at the cash register was quick and efficient. The staff was super friendly. The croissant itself was actually really good with a filling that is sweet and cinnamony.

Yelp
Very busy holiday time when we visited on 12/7/2024. Sadly the pastries did not feel or taste fresh AT ALL. We bought a huge box to take home at 7pm. Had a much higher expectation. All the croissants were super crusty and other pastries just not fresh either. FYI we ate several immediately Still finished them all but with despair.

Yelp
Solid spot! I had a hankering for a cronut for the longest time and was finally able to fulfill my curiosity and craving! Walking in, i was blown away by their assortment of baked goods! There were cheesecakes and bean filled buns and milk bread and even mochi donuts! I was also impressed by their refrigerated drinks and other healthy options such as chia seed pudding with coconut milk and fruit! Huge relief too because I definitely needed that after all the junk I've been eating for 2 days. Not that it mattered since i got two mochi donuts, a cronut, a croquette with curry, and baked hotdog bun lol. I couldn't commit! I was also desperate for caffeine and prayed they made lattes as good as their breads. I ordered their small oat milk latte and looked for a spot to sit. All the tables were taken so I considered making my food to go instead of for here. One of the employees gestured me to come to a table and he dismissed a whole group of kids who were loitering for the charging stations in the table. I thanked him full heartedly since that was extremely professional of him to make sure his paying customers were taken care of. He was also a great advocate for masks since he made sure customers had one as required. That also made up for the drink mix ups since me and another girl ordered a small latte. But the lady announced "oat milk" as well as "whole milk" latte. They always kinda sound alike and I honestly dont think the other girl understood a lot of english. So she took my drink instead. But luckily the lady went up to her and informed her the mix up, switched our drinks, and although the lady didnt drink it yet, she offered to make me another one. I declined tho since it was evident that no she barely touched it. Great establishment. Great employees. Great oatmilk lattes! Hands down my fave spot in Time Square!

Yelp
Reliable Paris Baguette, so no complaints. We got a strawberry matcha cake, and it came with a lot of luscious pieces of strawberry inside. $37.99, free matches, cake cutter and candles. I didn't have any pastries during this trip at this location but the pastries looked delicious.

Yelp
Pretty awesome space! It was very crowded but easy flow to the store. They had a bakery but also a market area. I ended up getting a rainbow slice of cake. Very moist and very good!!! They even had a check out area which I thought was awesome!

Yelp
Nice convenient spot, kept cleaner compared to some of the nearby PB locations. Staff is all really nice and friendly. Today I was helped out by Telesia (I think that was her name!) who was really nice and patient with us. They make a great flat white, better than most chains. Temp of our bevs were perfect, not too much syrup added. Loved that they had plenty if upstairs seating where you get a nice view of the busy street below. Fellow customers were quiet and courteous. The only reason I took off one star was because their pastries didn't seem as fresh, but maybe it was a rare occasion. Also that giant flight if stairs to get to the second floor can be scary lol. I had vertigo coming down! But overall nice place and not nearly as jampacked and chaotic by the Starbucks' all over the place.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious mochi and croissant coffee donut. Fast service early morning. The second floor is clean and a nice place to sit down while watching outside.

Athraa M.

Yelp
This has to be the best bakery i've had in new york. I got the Hash brown bread, which was amazing, I got the Nutella cake that was amazingly light and airy and was not heavy at all, as was the sugar mochi donut. The vibe of the place is just so cute, you get your own tray and get to put your own food and then pay for it. The staff were super nice and helpful at explaining what was inside the food.

patrizia l.

Yelp
Love the cakes!!! Great service at 42 st location Good ambience! You can get the cake right away!
google avatar

Siniyah S.

Yelp
This place is awesome! The food is great and fresh, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The setup is very chill, they play music and have tables for you to eat and go. This place is consistent as well. Definitely worth the trip!

Yelp
Paris Baguette is always my choice, and especially in US, everything is so sweet, this place is guarantee that you can have a mild and delicate dessert. Strawberry Soft Cream Cake is 3 Layer of Vanilla Cake, Whipped Cream Filling with Strawberry, classic but perfect for any time. And also strawberry cheese cake is also great for the creamy cheese layer.

Yelp
Great spot with a view check out Paris Baguette 2nd floor by timesquare. Love coming here on rainy days, cute and cozy atmosphere~ Great spot to meet friends. They have a ton of pastry selections and sandwiches if u need a quick bite.

Yelp
I was here a few times on our trip toNYC and it has hours when they are genuinely crowded versus others we here you can walk in. Really pretty display of all the baked goodies but I really wanted to try their Japanese style 'fluffy cheesecake'. Mine was picked up around 3 pm and it had a staleness to it. There was a smell of dairy that wasn't just right. The first time I got this cheesecake earlier in the day from another location of this same chain, the cheesecake was fantastic so I learned the hard way that the consistency isn't predictable. My kids love to get the savory items on the menu and they loved the little cake they picked up (it was soft, chiffon like texture with the perfect balance of sugar).

Yelp
A late night coffee, in my opinion is a great way to end the night off. However, at this location, they felt so inclined to stop serving coffee 45 minutes prior to closing hour posted on Apple Maps--which would be okay, except this is not made public until you go to order. I'm not typically a Yelp reviewer and I probably still wouldn't have been if the barista hadn't asked for the time and promptly told me in a condescending tone that they already turned the machine off...because it was 45 minutes until close...

Jorge D.

Yelp
They close at 11pm pass by at 10:20 pm and they didn't have anything a available , all coffee machines were off , only cakes at the counter. They said everything was turned off because they were about to close. So why stay open if you don't have anything available.

Yelp
Diego was great and we love this place, very great service and treats. Great place to warm up during the cold NY weather!

Yelp
Great location and easy to get to in the Times Square area - less crowded that some of the other locations. Staff is friendly and service is good... Have pre-ordered cakes online or through the app and able to pick up. They have sandwiches and salads now too...have to try that next time. Cakes have the lightest cream! 6" mini-cakes are good for small group and 10" full size for bigger parties...though value wise, purchase the larger cake... Sign up for PB rewards and earn points for every purchase. 60 points earns you a free pastry!

Yelp
Have seen this place and it looked pretty good, with some nice looking pastries and Lavazza coffee served. Went with my wife for the first time yesterday. I had a coffee bun, which was OK. Prices for the other pastries were reasonable. Nice concept to enter, pick your pastries out, and pay for them and order coffee if desired. We've had Lavazza coffee before and it is good, but I guess it depends on how it's made. We both got Americano's...wife's hot and mine iced. They do not actually hand make espresso drinks....they have a machine that does it. The coffee was not very good. The bigger concern and hopefully a heads up to Paris Baguette is that they need to CLEAN the place. The tile work over their pastry bakery area is filthy. The floors are dirty too. My wife said the women's bathroom was dirty and the paper towel dispenser was half hanging off the wall. The men's bathroom was disgusting. Obvious lack of any cleaning on a regular basis. As mostly women seem to come here, it was evident to me that the floors were not mopped at any sort of regular basis as there was urine all around the urinal. The trim work was dirty/dusty as well. As though the place, when it was opened, was never cleaned properly. Based on the fact that everything seemed dirty in this place, with not very good coffee, we will not be back. Great concept though, but lousy execution.

Ashlyn V.

Yelp
Tried this out while visiting NYC recently. Did not disappoint! Quaint and cute with cozy upstairs seating. Employees were helpful with the couple of questions we had, and the food was amazing. Some of the best pastries I have had in a long time. Great coffee, too. Would absolutely go back!

Yelp
I visited this location on 3/23 around 8AM and selected an egg salad sandwich. My expectation is that the sandwiches should be freshly made that morning. However, when I examined my sandwich, it looked old with a crust formed at the border. This completely grossed me out and I had to throw the sandwich away. See pics attached for reference.

Yelp
Not as nice as the 8th ave location a few blocks away. Hardly any seats on first level where food and registers are. However, there is a 2nd and 3rd level, only saw the second which has good amount of seats. For some reason looks like there's a smaller assortment of items, but everything still looks tasty. Got a pineapple tart and onion cheese bread the size of a demi baguette. Both were good (3.5/ 5). Anyway it's worth checking out if you're in the area, but for me I'll make my way to the other location.

Jessie M.

Yelp
Really wanted to find a baguette to go with my dinner and this was nearby so I tried. Service was quick, cafe was clean, and the baguette was delicious. Hopefully this will be a new go-to spot

Mike S.

Yelp
The service is awkward and I'm sure the girl in the flannel was high. Burnt my pastries and didn't even offer to replace them. The trays were dirty and the line was too long. One girl rung me up then walked off and flannel girl came up with an attitude asking if I needed something to where I responded I would like to pay and she said did you buy something or are you just standing here I don't know what you're saying sir you're not making sense. Maybe I should've left then. Thanks for the black croissants.

Yelp
Great items and good service. I was in and out quickly with my cappuccino without any wait

Yelp
Amazing pasteries and very good reasonable prices too. Comfortable seating options indoors and outside.

Yelp
Spectacular pastry and coffee. Busy. Service not as good as the food. Worth the angsty staff.

Yelp
Stopped by here to catch up with some family members who visited on a weekday. This Paris Baguette location had a good amount of seating available. They had a large selection of desserts and coffee. We ordered two cakes(mango and blueberry) and a pumpkin spice latte. I'm not a huge fan of cake, but these cake pieces were decent and I enjoyed the fresh fruit. Personally, I preferred the taste of the mango cake over the blueberry cake. The taste of the pumpkin spice latte was average. Overall, this was a pleasant environment for a quick get together.

Naiyiri B.

Yelp
I am a big fan of Paris baguettes other locations, they're all clean, great ambiance, great pastries, and good service. This location however is none of them. The trays were covered in juice, I went to the front to let them know and they ignored me. All of the parchment paper was on the floor. The pastries had no labels. I went to the front to ask what each pastry was (obviously aside from the croissants and easily recognizable ones), the lady could not for the life of her tell me what the pastries were. Eventually she kind of remembered what the name of the pastry was that I was looking at. And when I asked for ingredients she didn't know. This is literally terrible business because what if someone was allergic to something?? I didn't really feel like having an egg pastry and made sure to ask if there was egg on the pastry (because she just said it was bacon and cheddar) and she said no, but when I bit in later I got a mouthful of egg. Hated this location. Go to another Paris baguette, they're much nicer.
google avatar

Corey S.

Yelp
Surprisingly good pastries at a chain right in the heart of tourist town. I tried the curry croquette and it was fresh and delicious at 7:15 at night. My wife got a chocolate filled donut and loved it so much she went back for seconds. The shop is tight but there is plenty of seating over several levels and there are some decent views up near the windows.
google avatar

Yelp
The workers appeared confused on how to make the drinks which explained the poor quality. No one seemed eager to help us or serve us. The location was brightly lit but the three floors were dirty and there was trash scattered on the tables and chairs. The milk tea tasted like slightly bitter water, nothing remotely like the traditional milk tea. It was extremely overpriced and practically tasteless. The mango smoothie was made from concentrate. As we waited for the drinks, we saw a large jug of orange liquid being added. Not only did it lack legitimate mango flavor, one cup wasn't completely filled. It was pure icy sugar water. We paid nearly $20 for the drinks and all were subpar. This location appears to have good ratings for the food but the drinks are absolutely horrid.
google avatar

Andy H.

Yelp
I like the coffee and selection of pastries. Yet it would be fantastic to find a few more healthy and non meat options. Essentially all sandwiches include sausage, tuna or other meats. A few plant based and other healthy options like Pret would upgrade the selection. Also the lines are too long and the store feels under staffed.
google avatar

Manasa A.

Yelp
Great selection of pastries and breads. We often get birthday cakes from here and they are very good. They have a seating area upstairs with a cafe. We used to get the quick toast bread (fav)from here ,which unfortunately is not available these days.

Yelp
Sprawling all over the city and serving up its beautifully packaged and well made pastries is Paris Baguette. While certain locations may only have pastries, some have a sandwich section for people to grab quick lunches from. This particular location is right in Times Square and is quite convenient for those working in the area for their morning coffee and pastries. My personal favorites include their mini croissants (perfect for snacking throughout the day!), Mr. Bear (a chocolate cake in the shape of a bear), and their chocolate croissants. You can also download their app if you are a frequent visitor to rack up points for rewards! The only drawback is that their items tend to be on the pricier side. For example, their Mr. Bear which is like a 3x1 inch cake cost around $2.75. Not terrible for NYC but definitely pricier than what you can find at other places for sure.

Yelp
I was first introduced to Paris Baguette when one of my colleagues would occasionally bring their pastries to work. I always thought they were tasty and high quality, so I put the chain on my radar to visit if it ever suited convenient for me. Circumstance found me having even more Paris Baguette experiences when my coworkers bought me one of their green tea blueberry cakes for my birthday. The cake was delicious - subtle green tea flavor with a good balance of whipped cream and blueberry; everything about it spoke to me. This leads me to my first actual visit to PG. Located not far from the heart of Times Square, this location is super small. The space is kind of narrow with coolers filled with pastries, sandwiches, and such lining the side walls and the ordering counter in the back. Seating is limited to a small counter near the front but some reviews say there's seating upstairs (??). Anyway, I only stopped in for an Earl Grey tea for this initial visit. The tea was good - nothing outstanding but hey, it's tea. I'm giving this PG a 4 based on the strength of their pastries in general and the speedy service I received here. I would definitely return to try more of their offerings, and maybe some more tea ;-)

Yelp
I love Paris Baguette, so happy they started popping up in Manhattan. They have the BEST chai latte and a huge spread of yummy and cute pastries. My favorite is the strawberry croissant. My only complaint is all of the items with meat contain pork (which I don't eat) I wish they had beef or chicken options I love fwd to going to Paris Baguette on a weekly basis to try new things as their menu updates seasonally
google avatar

Bosco C.

Yelp
This location is right by Times Square. It might seem small from the outside but there is actually 3 floors to this. The upper 2 floors are sitting areas and are usually very quiet. Baked goods are just your typical items found at other locations but they don't seem to have much "hot" items. Decent place to swing by for a break and grab some coffee.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
Paris Baguette is a South Korean bakery café chain. There is now one in Times Square so I stopped in for a snack. I've eaten it many times in Seoul. This one had the bakery on the ground floor and a café on the second floor. I got a box with tiny cheesy mini croissants for a snack. They had a good selection. Many things that you'd see in Korea with mayonnaise and ketchup etc on the pastry. It was delicious just as it is in Seoul. Very friendly employees!

Catherine L.

Yelp
Order ahead on the app is a scam to get trusting customers to pay in full and in advance for zero ahead customer service - items are not prepared until you arrive and items that should be hot and ready given how long ago they were ordered are shamefully not even started and given out cold. This is not what customers pay in advance to order ahead for and constitutes false advertising at best for unilaterally changing the terms of the sale after payment and making it your further inconvenience to waste time going there, realizing, waiting to initiate a refund, and securing an alternative to their failure to deliver. Shame on you Paris Baguette - you must do better. Take yourselves off the app if you won't or can't deliver. Future customers beware they have no consideration for your time, efforts and schedule. Quite honestly this was the worst experience, a true waste of my time on a busy day and they proved to me they are not suitable for business with busy New Yorkers. For actual order ahead in this area, the McDonald's across the street from them is more reliable if you want your order hot and ready when you arrive and to be satisfied with your experience. Bravo McDonalds, should have ordered here in the first place.

Anna K.

Yelp
This is one of my favourite bakery chains. It was such a cold day that I decided not to resist the temptation to have a cup of hot tea and maybe some good pastry and of course first of all I've googled for Paris Baquette nearby. As I walked in I was surprised not to see a person inside taking into consideration the location of this place. I decided to take a cheesecake but was disappointed to find out that there were no cheesecake in piece to choose :( So, finally I took something else but give 4 stars for not receiving what I wanted.

Yelp
UPDATE: they no longer make the (coffee cake?) pastry I mentioned below. Add to that, I went in at 8 am, empty shelves...at a BAKERY!!! I asked if they were sold out already, they said most things are not on the shelves till 11am. What!!?? Ok, fine, went back around then and only bland, boring thinks on the shelves...come to find out they removed my favorite item altogether. Basically all that was out was croissants, and milk bread (pretty but so bland!!) and other bread you can find all over. Total disappointment. Omggggggg! Beautiful desserts, breads and pastries. They take a simple piece of bread and make it outstanding, I don't remember what the puffy thing with the brown top is that I got but it's just basically a sweet bread, with just the right amount of Crispnaround the edges, and after two bites I wanted to go back and get a bunch more to take home with me. Everything in here is beautiful, the perfect place to pick up a treat. I think my pictures tell at all!

Yelp
Always great options for bread European style with a Japanese twist in it. This bakery always reminds me of the ones I saw in Japan more than Europe.

Laura M.

Yelp
Angel and Ray are so kind, so nice and welcoming. They understood my request with my drink and made the best coffee I ever had! This is very different from the experience at a Paris Baguette the opposite street (on Broadway). This team knows how to treat their customers and are true professionals. I wish every team to have more of Angel and Ray to make this world better!
