"With hundreds of locations across the USA including 30 in NYC, Korea-based Paris Baguette is a behemoth of a production bakery and one can’t help but weep for the artisanal croissant bakers when these examples are so cheap and good. Nevertheless, differences of a negative sort, such as a certain dryness and sponginess, can be discerned. But boy are they big! $3.09." - Robert Sietsema, Eater Staff

I made a great choice with the stuffed strawberry croissant- normally $5.79- was free after downloading their app and signing up for the loyalty program. Had a great cappuccino to accompany the croissant. It is very hard to choose from so many wonderful pastries. The atmosphere isn’t great- but the food was wonderful.

Google
I have been purchasing Paris Baguette for several years, I love the croissant donut, strawberry cream cake, cream puffs, berry tarts, sandwiches, salads and also drinks. I just found that different locations provide different qualities of bakery and services. For example, the food in Korea town will be fresher than in flushing. I just purchased berry tart and strawberry cream cake from flushing couple days ago. Both of them are not in a fresh condition. Also they look great, but the cream and crust contains a strong flavor of the fridge. I was so disappointed not only the food but the service. The chaser was impatient and forgot my order in a second when I checked out. If I miss the cake, I definitely will choose other stores to purchase.

Google
Haven't been at this location is downtown Flushing in a long time. Can't beat the pastries which are delicious. The cakes are top notch and a great way to celebrate with family and friends. It's not overly sweet and the cake is soft for a perfect bit. Eat with a coffee for the perfect complement.

Google
This is a great location, very well organized, clean, efficient. Quality is, as usual, consistent and way above average most pastry’s. Tables are great, being next to the food mall has its pros and cons but that’s life. You can tell people work hard and really do their best when there’s an endless stream of customers.

Wow, where do I even begin with how atrocious this spot is? I’ve been to other Paris Baguette locations and they’re fine. First off when you walk in, there’s no air conditioning so pastries are melting, people are sweating, it’s just gross and musty. I went to go grab some pastries, the chocolate croissants were BURNT like insanely burnt. And I picked up an egg & cheese brioche bun an went to the counter. First off, the guy at the register was rude as hell. I told him he charged me for bacon egg & cheese and he said nothing except exchanged looks with his coworker and then gave me my change without saying anything. And then when I got the sandwich it was BURNT like bro why yall burning everything? The paper was burnt as well as the sandwich. I still took a bite cause I was starving and it was just gross. Immediately threw it out. And the latte was equally bad, so much milk and no espresso taste. The customer service was awful though.

Yelp
Have not been to this Paris Baguette located in Queens Crossing nearly a decade. On a recent visit to Flushing Downtown, we stop by to have coffee with pastry. Paris Baguette occupied the end unit of the Food Hall in the Queens Crossing. You can overlook the open plaza from the window counter top and watching pedestrians crossing the street. The coffees are freshly brewed and pastries are made on site. You can witness the staff brushing the pastries with egg white or butter. Sandwiches and salads are available with baguette. I never have any issue with staff here. They are professional and friendly. Today we have a slice of Rainbow cake and chocolate twist with coffee. The Rainbow cake is tasty and creamy and the chocolate twist is flaky and buttery! No specialty coffee today but just a normal brew. Another happy visit to Paris Baguette!

Yelp
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Paris Baguette. I called at 9:19 to check if this location had any king donuts left. I was assured over the phone that they had seven available and that the store would be open until 10 PM. Trusting this information, I drove all the way from Valley Stream, only to find the doors locked when I arrived at 9:55. To make matters worse, a staff member was communicating with us via text message from inside the store, instead of addressing us in person. I was furious, as I had been told the store closed at 10 PM. However, the employee at the door informed us that they actually close at 9:30. The management really needs to fix their closing times and ensure all employees are updated about the hours of operation. This was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of my time.

Yelp
Buffalo chicken salad was AWFUL such a waste of money. Better off going somewhere else for coffee and salad

Michael J.

Yelp
Awful customer service for expensive pastries and they can't make good ice coffee for absolutely nothing.

Yuri C.

Yelp
Located in Queens Crossing, Paris Baguette is one of the larger establishments within the building. I started coming here because my friends used to work part-time during college. Now, it has become one of my favorite Korean bakeries. I used to love their regular iced coffee, and now I'm obsessed with their sweet potato bread.

Janae B.

Yelp
Thomas (the barista) did such an amazing job with his crushed ice latte!! I enjoy the staff and such great service at the Flushings location!

Jim B.

Yelp
The food and service are both excellent! They have a huge selection of very creative bakery items, both sweet and savory

Paul L.

Yelp
asked for coffee- got my order wrong 2x. Stop hiring ppl who don't know how to take ppls order.

Genesis R.

Yelp
Paris Baguette has really nice cakes. They all taste amazing and I have never been disappointed. Their prices are not that bad but I think its worth it. The service is good, but could probably be better.

Linda W.

Yelp
This Paris Baguette has gone downhill. I've gotten stale bread. They even sold expired baked goods on multiple occasions. My mother in law would repeatedly come home with expired baked goods from this branch. The dates stamped on the bottom were usually a day or 2 past the sell by date. Another issue is that some of their baked goods are priced higher than the other Paris Baguette nearby. Now they're charging 10 cents for a bag even if it's to go. Service is lacking. The dining area is also dirty even early in the morning when they first open. It's very disappointing because this used to be my favorite one.

JoAnn P.

Yelp
Everything was absolutely fresh and delicious! Each pastry unique and very high quality. I don't live near this particular location (was visiting family), but will make a side trip to PB each time I'm in the area!

Vinne W.

Yelp
I like their pastries so I went there to pick up some pasties and a cup of coffee. The coffee is hot. I asked the staff at the counter if they have cup sleeve. They told me they don't have it. It was really hot and I can't hold it in my hands, I put it in the bag with the pastry ( not smart!). About 3 minutes later, it split to my feet and burned my toes ( sorry to show "not very pleasant pictures" here). I don't know how the coffee spilled if the lid was secure. The staff there are usually very nice and sweet and the food is good. Maybe have some cup sleeves for hot coffee or make sure the lid is secured next time?

Angela Y.

Yelp
I feel like París baguette baked goods went down in freshness and quality? Normally love their pastries but I came here to say DO NOT get the PEANUT bread. Maybe the one I picked wasn't fresh. I was hoping for soft fluffy sweet bread with some peanuts but instead I got slightly stale bread. The space is nice and sunny and has a good amount of seating! Good spot to read and do work (didn't test the wifi), but with a different pastry

Henry L.

Yelp
Part of Queens Crossing. Prices are good compared to other branches of Paris Baguette. Good amount of seating; but can get crowded. Don't fret, as it's connected to a food court that has more then enough seating. Service is prompt. Decor is similar to other PBs; only bigger.

Ellen Y.

Yelp
Rainbow cake slice - so soft, fluffy, delicate Strawberry tart cake piece - cheesy, tarty, creamy This place is in Queens Crossing which is a mini shopping/eatery building. There are usually no seats available at this location but once you go into the building there are lots of seats. Usually get my cakes here or tour le jours. Solid place to go :)

Yelp
I bought a cronut with the topping to go and it was packed like this. WHERE IS THE common coutesy of making the customer have a beautiful cronut at home ? Looks like I got it from street fair ?

Alison C.

Yelp
Great food I love coming here it's amazing everytime I am here. Thank you all very much

Yelp
I love to come to Paris Baguette anyplace. The workers are kind and the food is delicious!!!!

Jia L.

Yelp

Diran K.

Yelp
Diverse food, tasty pastries and a cool atmosphere. The new improved app makes for a better reward system for point redemption.

Brendan T.

Yelp
Great selections of pastries and bread... as well as cakes for any occasion! Sometimes they have the specialty cakes for holidays which is also a nice addition.

Over Y.

Yelp
Good service, good pastries, and good quality, though lacks the options in other locations

Caterine V.

Yelp
Me encanta este local, los trabajadores son bien amables! El sitio es muy limpio y los postres son muy bonitos 5/5 LO RECOMIENDO

Gordon Y.

Yelp
I like this chain of bakeries. The price is a bit higher, but I believe the quality is warranted. I often find myself at various Paris around the city enjoy a cup of their ice coffee and some pastry. Also, if you never had their Royal Milk Pudding, do yourself a favor and try it. When it comes to buying a cake, I often come to Paris because of their various designs and flavors. In addition, their cakes sit on top of a thick cardboard that has a "hook" that won't let it slide. Ingenious! Lastly, Paris does a fantastic job providing you with a plastic knife that has matches/strike pad to light the candles with. Talk about a well thought out process. I certainly appreciate the extra effort. Now that they are everywhere, I can always have a dependable bakery around when I need a fix. Btw, this location has plenty of indoor/outdoor seating.

Yadi C.

Yelp
Thank you for always getting my coffee correct. Hard workers and yet are always so nice and friendly. My fav is the loaf croissant bread and the chessecake.

Stephanie T.

Yelp
Lots of bakery options to go to in flushing but this place is a decent stop. I used to go frequently a few years ago and there was always a large variety of options. Loved their pudding and pastries. Usually a busy location but lines aren't too long but can't get crowded. Good lighting and the vibes are pretty good.

Sarinna S.

Yelp
Pros: - cakes freshly made everyday. The manager told me they try to not keep cakes more than 1 day. - good vibe inside - speedy service Cons: - very crowded hard to find a seat if you want to eat inside Overall, would come back for a cake. Bought the cake for Mother's Day. Beautiful. I bought it for about $50

Bina A.

Yelp
we went there to pick some stuff but it was closed 15 min prior to the closing time. I was knocking the door but they were looking at me but didn't open the door. then we went to another locatio, it was open at 10pm

Dipali G.

Yelp
Great place to come in for coffee and yummy baked goods. Store front and safety: the store is extremely clean and many baked goods is pre- packaged. The store front is large and allows gosh to distance yourself from others. The workers wear masks and are at tentative. In the summer, they have good places to sit outside. This particular storefront is located within a mall, so you can also explore other food options Food: baked goods are very good! My favorite are the garlic croissants but they run out of these, so many times I come in they don't have these available. The pain aux raisin is also very good, and a good level of sweetness. The pineapple bread is also pretty good, good balance of fruit v pastry Price: the prices are higher than the baked good that you can get from neighboring stores in flushing but the quality is also higher! (The bag of 5 mini croissants is about $5 and other danishes will range about $3.50)

Tamara B.

Yelp
We've been to this cute bakery twice and I just love this place. The food looks like beautiful works of art... almost too pretty to eat BUT everything is delicious also. It's very difficult not to buy one or two of everything, so I just try to pace myself and get 5/6 items. The display cases are very clean and easy to choose & retrieve the delicious items you want. The bakery provides a large tray & tongs for you to use. The first time I went here, everything was wrapped up and put in a plastic bag. PRO TIP: ask for a box, the cashier will happily place your goodies in a box for you. I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you love desserts like I do

Amy Y.

Yelp
This place is one of the togo place everytime me and my son come to flushing. Today we came here, my 5 year old son trying to pick his bread and this "OLD Korean lady"I think it's one of the owner. She Came Out of no where and saying to my 5 year old son. " Hey, don't touch this" ,"hey don't take this" , "hey why you get 2 bread", "why you take this milk". LIKE SERIOUSLY ???? We are the customer, we are shopping here and try to pick a something to eat for breakfast and you are treating your customer this way??? . she stand there and staring us like a security guy! command and intimidate my son. Horrible place ! Will never come back!!! Trash !

Mohcin B.

Yelp
love Paris Baguette , David and Leo are good onisha too,the twins are good and of course Michelle is the best

Courtney S.

Yelp
You've been the one you've been to them all. The staff was friendly and a good selection of sweets and pastries. It's also connected to a food hall so a bunch more food options to explore after your coffee.

Victor C.

Yelp
Paris Baguette is another successful chain from Korea. This location had a great selection of cakes and drinks, was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Cathy Z.

Yelp
The cashier's rudeness stood out. I ordered a latte, but it definitely tastes like regular coffee. When I inquired, the cashier was completely unbothered and insisted it was a latte.

Kelly C.

Yelp
Standard fare bakery, the almond croissant was dry and tasteless, their take on the cronut was actually ok.

Fox E.

Yelp
"Paris by the dashboard light" is one of Meatloaf's best songs. And this Asian chain bakery is full of Monsters baguetting Monsters. My first Paris Baguette was down in Atlanta and I have been to many since then. It's not really French at all. It reminds me of an Asian Bakery (well actually it is an Asian bakery, but it reminds me of others, such as Sweet Hut of Atlanta and New Flushing Bakery of Queens), but a little more upscale. So it's an Asian bakery and a really fancy and friendly one at that. The prices are not cheap but they're also not too expensive. This particular one is often sold out of stuff, because it's in such a popular area. But when you can get a hold of some of their good stuff, like the custard tarts, you will be impressed.

Vincent C.

Yelp
Most of the time I came here to eat here all the seats are taken. This is my best place to snack and earn loyalty points here for free bread. Just tell me when is most seats available out of daily opening time and why. Now what I experience here in Queens Crossing Paris baguette is everyday most seats are taken.

Hui L.

Yelp
They have a section where they showcase their top 5 best sellers...and there are boxes of sample sized bites of those goods next to them. Hello free food. You may or may not be able get full just from sampling away. That was the most important tip you could get from my review and feel free to move on while I describe how I only bought a strawberry mousse cake from here. It's a tiny slice for almost $5 but hey we're paying for both looks and taste right? It was packaged in a nice little box too. Too bad they forgot to throw in a fork or spoon. Was I supposed to eat it with my hands?

Andrew S.

Yelp
Paris Baguette does a good job at presenting many quality options for pastries, cakes, sandwiches, croquettes, breads, and beverages. They set a high standard and service is usually efficient and quick. The seating areas are pleasant as well and the large glass windows makes it pleasant. Many options to choose from. Quality place.

Christon W.

Yelp
Paris baguette is a very lovely spot. This location has a small shopping plaza attached to it where you can find other eatery's. This is a nice location and wonderful spot

Fateha A.

Yelp
I've been to this bakery so many times! I love the buns, especially the red bean bun. I don't like the Choux Cream bun because it tastes like raw egg yolk. It kinda tastes like an egg tart. I also don't like Mr. Bear (plain, I didn't try chocolate). Mr. Bear tastes & smells too strongly of eggs. The Creme Brule tastes a lot like a Boston Creme Donut. Too sweet, not a fan. I didn't like the Cronut pastry either, too sweet (powdery sugar) & flaky. The chocolate croissant is good. The Royal Pudding is amazing, especially the mango one. The vanilla one is good too but it doesnt beat mango. I also like the cakes. I got a blueberry yogurt cake which is tart but good ($32ish). I also got the chocolate chiffon cake which i didnt enjoy as much simply because i dont like chocolate cake but it was still decent (abt $36). The blueberry chiffon cake is also good though its not as good as the blueberry yogurt cake. The Green Tea Chiffon Cake is ok. Its not bitter. However, i just wasnt a fan cuz i dont think green tea desserts or green tea itself is good. The fresh cream cake is good as well. I got the one with strawberries. The Peach Pistachio mousse cake is amazing! It was weird to me at the 1st bite but each additional bite I took made me fall more in love with it! It's like my husband but better! The Stawberries & Cream cake was good too although not as good as the former. Its hard to find seating because its just so busy most of the time but i do like this place.

Ashley G.

Yelp
Been going to this bakery for a while now. Staff is very nice and really informed about the products there selling ! Saturday afternoon i was struggling choosing a cake for my mom's birthday party, Jorge and Alex was so kind to help me out. I will definitely be coming back ! Amazing customer service

Phornpan T.

Yelp
I stopped by to order just one ice latte. At the time I have ordered, it was no customer at all but after I got my receipt one customer came, she might be worker's friend, I was waiting my coffee but out of the blue she got one ice latte before me!? What!? Even they didn't start making my coffee yet!? So I did ask them(workers) "Are you not going to make my coffee!?" Then one of workers said sorry and started making my coffee. For GM information. 8/8/19 around 2.20 to 2.30 pm

Jason L.

Yelp
Came here for a small snack. The strawberry bread is soft. It taste little sweet. The macaron is 3 flavours. The price is kind of high but it taste good

Carie C.

Yelp
I come to Paris Baguette for cakes and I used to come for the occasional shaved ice in the summer. Their seasonal occasion cakes are beautiful as you can see in the photo referenced. Their bakery also has good food but can err on the pricier side. I will say what you should not get is the green tea shaved ice. The shaved ice is not good here. There is too much ice and the consistency is terrible. For the price, it is okay but there are definitely better places that sell cheaper and more flavorful shaved ice. Overall, would come for the cakes and the pastries but nothing else. Ambience: 3/5 Price: 3/5 Food: 3.5/5

Kirsten S.

Yelp
Everything I tried everything and then some. I may have take a few extra for breakfast the next day. The chocolate croissant was my favorite. Though the pastry was a bit dry but the dehydrated strawberries were the bright candy bites they really made the pastry sing. I've never been to a Paris Baguette before but I will seek them out now.
