Park Hotel Hong Kong

I had a wonderful stay at Park Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel’s location was ideal for my group. It is right in a lively area, yet tucked away on a quieter street so you can relax without the noise. It’s within walking distance of many places I wanted to visit, which saved me both time and cab fare. Plus, there are plenty of great dining options nearby, so you’ll never go hungry.

The hotel is in a good location not far from 2 train stations with plenty of shops and eateries around. |We booked a deluxe queen room but got upgraded to a king. Decent size room with wardrobe, luggage area, large desk and chair, fridge, safe and tea & coffee facilities. The TV had a few English channels covering mainly news. Amenities were fine and we didn’t have to ask for anything. Wi-Fi worked well. Our room faced a building site across the road but we didn’t hear any noise.|We didn’t eat in the hotel but it does have a restaurant. Bus A21 runs to and from the airport and stops close to the hotel. Overall, we had no complaints.

1. Location||This hotel is all about the location. It is an easy 5-10 minutes walk to the MTR station, and is centrally located to key attractions. It was also easy to reach the hotel from the MTR station. It is around an hour by public transport to the airport. There are plenty of convenience stalls and eateries in the area - you will never be hungry. For those with kids, you can easily reach the HK Science Museum by crossing the overhead bridge. ||2. Hotel / room||The exterior of the hotel looks tired. Although it wasn't a great first impression, but the room was generally fine. Only minor issue was that when I opened the fridge, there was condensation so I decided not to store my food in it. Another super minor issue is that both pairs of the hotel slippers provided were of different colours, one white and the other golden. Having the slippers in the same colour would make the room feel more uniform.||3. Water||No water bottles are provided, but there is a water dispenser at the lift lobby of each floor, so it is convenient.

Wow the room was massive. Big for any hotel, really big considering that Hong Kong. Great shower. Clean. Filtered water on each floor. Great concierge and helpful staff. Nespresso machine in the room. Massive bed. Black out curtains. Got great sleep... that needed after tiring days in HK.

This is an excellent hotel especially for those with babies. When we arrived, I was informed by the front desk that the sterilizer will Be available the next day since they have a lot of guests with babies. i was disappointed since I reserved the baby items months before our arrival. When we checked into our room, it was spacious and the bathroom was equally spacious. Since we were tired from our trip, we opted to rest. Then housekeeping came after an hour or so and brought the sterilizer. I didn’t expect it since we were told it would be available the next day. So all of our baby items were complete: baby sterilizer, baby cot with beddings and pillow and baby bathtub. The tea and coffee were refilled everyday so was the slippers. Even if I didn’t place the towel in the bathtub they still replaced it with clean ones. The hotel has great prices for rooms when booked way in advance. Had an amazing stay with Park Hotel! We picked this primarily for its location, because it was close to MTR station, many restaurants and shopping centres that were suitable for our little ones. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Much better than other similarly rated hotels that we previously stayed at. The breakfast buffet was our children's favourite part. It was reasonably priced, and packed with choices. Noodles freshly cooked to order was the kids highlight! There was a misunderstanding with bookings but front desk staff and management were very understanding and resolved the issue swiftly. Highly recommend and will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Hong Kong. Thank you Park Hotel Team!

Good location, nice rooms and very friendly staf! Very good room service and well cleaned rooms! Our trip collided with typhoon Ragasa, the hotel was well prepared offering different options to get food, water etc. inside the hotel. Additionally a few shops nearby the hotel was open throughout the typhoon(if one dared to go there). We felt safe, and the hotel did not shake. Our flight got cancelled due to the typhoon, and we had problems to reach (English) customer service of the airline. In the end we went to the hotel reception and they helped to sort it out in Mandarin, to rebook our flight. Super grateful for the nice reception staff! There is a small gym. WE WOULD COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL! One tiny improvement idea would be an option to rent some kind of Cromecast/cables to connect to the tv for streaming(during a typhoon). I did not take a picture of the room/bathroom, but practically identical to the posted pictures. New and nice.

5 Stars — A Wonderful Family Stay at Park Hotel Hong Kong I stayed at Park Hotel Hong Kong for quite a number of days and had both the Family Suite and the Quintuple Room during my stay. The hotel accommodated me exceptionally well — the staff were understanding, responsive, and quick to assist with repair calls. The location is phenomenal — close to great food (like the goose roast place across the street, master congee and Red Tea down the street for pineapple bun or egg tarts) and very convenient to the MTR (the best exit is B2, or P3 if you need a lift). The Quintuple Room is perfect for families — spacious and comfortable, with a king, queen, and single bed, three TVs, and two bathrooms. Though not partitioned, the extra space makes a world of difference. The family suite is smaller than the quintuple room. There was construction next door but it could only slightly be heard during day time. For families with babies, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. They provided baby amenities like a crib, guardrail, and bottle sanitizer. Even when the baby bathtub ran out, the staff purchased a new one so my daughter could bathe comfortably. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, even when we needed support visiting a hospital. If you’re arriving by Uber or ride-share, ask to be picked up and dropped off on Granville Circuit, not Chatham Road — it’s easier and less congested. There’s so much to do around the area, and the warmth of the staff truly made this feel like home. Highly recommend this hotel for families wanting a comfortable, authentic Hong Kong experience

I purchased a travel package of a return flight on Eva Airline plus 3 nights stay at this Park Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel checkin process was very straight forward and staff were courteous. My requested room was for a king-sized bed which is actually a queen-sized bed in Canada or the USA. Nevertheless, the real estate is comforting. It's a nice room.

So far, the check in was a breeze. They took our passport and quickly check us in. As for our room, we got the family room and it came with Pokémon covers. I'm happy that they were able to accommodate the cartoon covers since I saw on TripAdvisor that some of the family room came in plain sheets. They also offer complimentary water, toothbrush and toothpaste. Therefore, don't worry if you forget your toothbrush. I noticed that a review said they have bedbugs. So, I checked the mattress first and it was good. As always, check the bed before you go to sleep because it is a hotel and things do happen.

Check in was pretty easy and quick. Felt safe, the beds were comfortable, the A/C was working and kept the room pretty cold. Everything was really clean, mini bar was complimentary with our stay. I can say I've stayed at better hotels but for the price, it was really good.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS! Beware! Hotel is SUPER loud, not AT ALL like pictures on website (or on expedia). We are a family of 4 from Seattle that stayed in the hotel. My kids were RAVAGED with bed bug bites. The hotel told us in order to consider any sort of refund we had to go to get a doctor's diagnosis. We spent $197 and a half day having the appointment and getting the diagnosis and the hotel STILL refused to provide a refund. They claimed they had an inspector look at the room and there were no bed bugs. They would ONLY consider a refund if the inspector could actually find bed bugs. They are immoral, greedy, disgusting and the hotel is gross I have pictures of kids covered in bugs and doctors letter to prove it

You know, in the grand scheme of things, you have to take all these reviews and ratings with certain air of subjectivity. Everybody has different expectations. I do a lot of traveling and, because I visit many places in the US and other countries, I always give the benefit of the doubt to hotels. The hotel business cannot be an easy one. The Park Hotel was very nice in my opinion. Checking in was fast and easy and the room was very well prepared and each day, very well cleaned. One day I had lost an item a breakfast and they remembered who I was and returned to my room has a courtesy. The kind of concierge service is rare to find. This hotel is more than willing and happy to come and help you in anyway possible.
