Park Hotel Hong Kong

We booked the Premier Family Quadruple Room for 1 night stay. We have 2 adults and 2 kids so it’s the perfect room for us to stay in as there are 2 king size beds side by side. To be honest, the lobby looks 3/4 stars but the service and the room are like 5 stars. Because of our room type we got the highest floor and was able to have a very nice view of the city with a bit of the sea. The bathtub looks very new and clean as well. We took a walk down to the Stars avenue there and it took us about 30 mins to reach there really slowly as we have kids. It’s not really near but it’s not really far either. Tried ordering food panda and the hotel has this area for delivery to be placed there. Really good. For the price I think it is worth it.

Service was great and attentive. There were many staff at the lobby trying their best to serve all the guests very quickly. They even helped me to receive and store a frozen package till I check out. Great service! The only thing to note is that bottled water is not provided in the room but no big deal as we can buy from any convenience store downstairs. Location is great and walking distance to Harbour City area for shopping.

Park Hotel Hong Kong is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The main entrance to the hotel is on Granville Circuit. The location is very convenient, there are a lot of food shops, restaurants and bars around the hotel. The front facing Deluxe rooms are much better than the Superior room which face the back of the hotel, is smaller and has smaller windows. The Deluxe room is of good size, and plenty of lighting. The room is very large and spacious, with good soundproofing, clean and comfortable. The bathroom mirror has a light, and the view from the room is also beautiful~|Special praise to all the staff! They are all very friendly and will help with luggage and call taxis. The service is first-rate!

There are tons of restaurants and bars around the area, as it is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The front facing Deluxe rooms are much better than the Superior room which face the back of the hotel, is smaller and has smaller windows. The Deluxe room is of good size, and plenty of lighting. Everything was very clean and neat. Wi fi was decent for my needs. The beds are comfy and the pillows and sheets are of good quality. The bathroom is small, but well appointed. Towels and amenities are of good quality. Some bathrooms have walk in showers and some have bathtubs. The staff was nice and check in and check out was fast. Park Hotel is a good hotel and good value for money.

We choose this hotel because the rooms have a reasonable size. Everything was very clean and working. No view from our rooms, and windows were locked. Service was fine. We didn't try their food as we ate at a nice (cheaper) restaurant next door, but it looked good.. It's easy to find cheaper rooms in this area, but they are very small..

An excellent choice of hotel, in a fantastic location right in the heart of the district and the staff there were superb.|From the concierge greeting me and taking my case in arrival, ro them booking me a taxi and dealing with my luggage again on departure, they, along with the rest of the staff (especially Tony in the bar), made my stay so enjoyable and welcoming.|My room was a good size, clean, firm bed, good walk-in shower, tea and coffee, air con an each floorbhas water filters for freah water.|The lifts were spotlessly clean, as were the corridors and carpets throughout. A large buffet breakfast selection from across the globe that is constantly refreshed and was great value.|The bar is intimate, friendly, and small, and Tony and other staff, including Queenie, were friendly and welcoming. Drinks and food are discounted for hotel guests, and it was a cool, quiet oasis from the humid, close, and bustling streets outside.||Reception staff and cleaning staff were all as equally helpful and friendly also - there's an old saying that carries it's weight in gold when travelling - treat others how you'd like to be treated amd you wont go far wrong usually 😉 ||I suppose my only small gripe was my room was above the restaurant/breakfast lounge and there was noise early in the mornings shifting furniture etc....however it wasnt a huge disturbance and if it had been a problem, id have spoken to reception, so no problem||A fantastic stay - thanks staff 👍

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Early check in was allowed, convenient walk from MTR & AirPort Express train. Centrally located to many attractions mostly within short walking distances. Best & convenient way to go around is by using HK excellent MTR trains.

I purchased a travel package of a return flight on Eva Airline plus 3 nights stay at this Park Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel checkin process was very straight forward and staff were courteous. My requested room was for a king-sized bed which is actually a queen-sized bed in Canada or the USA. Nevertheless, the real estate is comforting. It's a nice room.

So far, the check in was a breeze. They took our passport and quickly check us in. As for our room, we got the family room and it came with Pokémon covers. I'm happy that they were able to accommodate the cartoon covers since I saw on TripAdvisor that some of the family room came in plain sheets. They also offer complimentary water, toothbrush and toothpaste. Therefore, don't worry if you forget your toothbrush. I noticed that a review said they have bedbugs. So, I checked the mattress first and it was good. As always, check the bed before you go to sleep because it is a hotel and things do happen.

Check in was pretty easy and quick. Felt safe, the beds were comfortable, the A/C was working and kept the room pretty cold. Everything was really clean, mini bar was complimentary with our stay. I can say I've stayed at better hotels but for the price, it was really good.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS! Beware! Hotel is SUPER loud, not AT ALL like pictures on website (or on expedia). We are a family of 4 from Seattle that stayed in the hotel. My kids were RAVAGED with bed bug bites. The hotel told us in order to consider any sort of refund we had to go to get a doctor's diagnosis. We spent $197 and a half day having the appointment and getting the diagnosis and the hotel STILL refused to provide a refund. They claimed they had an inspector look at the room and there were no bed bugs. They would ONLY consider a refund if the inspector could actually find bed bugs. They are immoral, greedy, disgusting and the hotel is gross I have pictures of kids covered in bugs and doctors letter to prove it

You know, in the grand scheme of things, you have to take all these reviews and ratings with certain air of subjectivity. Everybody has different expectations. I do a lot of traveling and, because I visit many places in the US and other countries, I always give the benefit of the doubt to hotels. The hotel business cannot be an easy one. The Park Hotel was very nice in my opinion. Checking in was fast and easy and the room was very well prepared and each day, very well cleaned. One day I had lost an item a breakfast and they remembered who I was and returned to my room has a courtesy. The kind of concierge service is rare to find. This hotel is more than willing and happy to come and help you in anyway possible.
