After purchase, at your convenience, you can ask to have the butcher breakdown your meat quick and clean - saving you a bit of a mess and headache. For a couple of years I have been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt from my experience it smells extremely bad, poor customer service, false advertisement. For example; they had hand clean chitterlings for $9.99 I went everyday of the week for that sale and never saw the chitterlings they also had a sale for crab legs and the crab legs look like something they just found off the streets. My neighbor loves this place but then she's a nasty little scam artist herself. I have decided that I will not take that hour drive for nothing anymore. I will just stick to my Peoria Meat Market

They have all kinds of Mears and most of the staff is very nice. I like their prices and I live the ground chicken. It's cold inside so where a coat or jacket I. the summer time. I've been shopping g here for years. They have really grown.

Best selection and prices on fresh meat and seafood. This is the only place I purchase ground beef from. It always has the freshest taste and the price can't be beat. I usually go here 1-2 times a month and get all my meat. They cut it for you for free as well.

I Love, Love, Love this place! They have a variety of meats to choose from. Chicken, beef, pork, goat, lamb, various kinds of fish and other seafood. They have a large selection of spices and cooking oils and lard. They have meats already cut for tacos, and stews that you can scoop whatever quantity you need into a bag and you can have any meat you buy professionally cut by one of the butchers. Very reasonably priced also. It is surprisingly very clean and well organized. Very impressive! The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Excellent Customer Service!!! Lots of smiles and great attitudes. They even help you take your purchases to your car. If you ever get the chance to visit this place, YOU WILL BE HOOKED!

I hate to give bad reviews. I love that living in Chicago, I have access to wholesale meat. When I walked in, I could smell rotting blood, which is a huge red flag. Since Park Paking has such a good reputation, I still shopped and picked up some T bones. They looked great, a little thin, but that's fine for the price. When I opened them to cook them, the meat had an odor. As someone who doesn't expect perfection from a wholesale market, I can't recommend this place. The meat doesn't have to be the best, but when there isn't basic sanitation, why risk your health? I've been to multiple wholesale meat markets in thr city which have been great experiences. Please avoid this place.
