Park Pizza

So happy this pizza joint has opened up in the Glassell park neighborhood! We tried it out tonight for the first time and got the veggie and the pepp swayze pies-hot damn they were both delicious. Jessie, pizza chef extraordinaire, recommended the white sauce veggie and it did not disappoint. Really rich and balanced flavors-sauce, cheese, toppings. And if anyone here is a sucker for a perfectly chewy and crusty pizza crust, the dough on these pies is perfect. Seriously. They even delivered our pies to the Verdugo bar across the street! 5 star delivery and pies still piping hot from the oven :)

Good pizza. Good price. Takeout only. Only downside is they don't have good custom pizza options when ordering online. You can only modify existing pizzas, and for whatever reason that ends up getting pretty expensive compared to their existing options.

Not gonna lie. This is great pizza. NY style. Thin crispy crust and great ingredients. But here’s what I love most about this spot: the crust. It’s crunchy outside and moist inside. Not all LA pizzerias can do this. Couple this with solid ingredients and this pizza is in the top 5 for me in all of LA. Just hoping they keep up the consistency.

This is a super chill corner pizza spot diagonally across from Verdugo Bar. I love that they at least carry vegan cheese. The non vegan pizza looks amazing. This place is adjacent to the general market. You can grab snacks and drinks along with some cool trinkets. There is three stools inside and two small tables outside that fit a party of four. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 25 years and I’m glad we have a local pizza spot.

Just had a chance to try their pizza for the first time, and I am SOOO happy to have them in the neighborhood. The pizza has the perfect amount of char and crispyness. Inside of the crust is super airy. All of the ingredients are top notch. Amazing beer selection as well.

Seriously underrated neighborhood pizza shop! I was so impressed with the crust, and the sauce/cheese/pepperoni are all delicious. Came out so quickly. Better than some of the other much more expensive pizza around here 👀ordered around 10:30 pm, pizza was hot and ready within 20 minutes.

Slice or pie, park pizza is serving my favorite pizza right now (saying a lot with bubs, wildflour, etc in the area). Great sauce, great ratios, and the crust is so good! Really happy they’re in the neighborhood. I also just enjoy having somewhere to swing by for a single toasty slice 🤤.

INCREDIBLE PIZZA! I’ve been looking for great pizza for a while in LA and this has become my top choice…i’ve also tried their gluten free pie, and it just as good as the regular

1st time trying their pizzaa... They did not disapoint. Half chese with basil & have pepperoni with basil... delicious. Will def be ordering again again. Highly recommend especially if you go to thee. Verdugo bar and you are hungie!
