Park West Cafe & Deli

I have been here 3 times so far and both the service and food were amazing. This is real food, made by a great chef!

Great deli located right next to the south woods in Central Park. I had the breakfast burrito and it was delicious!

Great breakfast considering the price. And the guys are very gentle.

Puja makes delicious Nepali food like the dumplings below as well as yellow rice with tumeric, paneer, and chana (chickpeas). In addition to making delicious vegetarian Nepali food, Park West Cafe has excellent bagels, coffee, and unique Nepali teas. The owner works with Nepali artisans to sell handcrafted masks, teaspoons, tea sets, and cruelty-free necklaces and rings made from animal by products like horns. It is a unique blend of culture and I recommend a visit for anyone on Central Park North.

They seemed irritated I entered their business. Did not feel welcomed. From the distance I took this photo you can smell the food isn’t fresh. 🤢🤮

Not very good. The shelves and fridges were mostly empty. They struggled to make a turkey sandwich and didn't have any condiments besides mayo and ketchup. And didn't know how to wrap the sandwich after making it. Bizarre. Almost like someone pretending to run a deli for the day.

Good to grab something to eat or drink before accessing the Park, very friendly staff.

Went on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 1:50pm and they were closed. Their hours posted on Google Maps claimed that they were open.
