No idea who made them consider changing or simply removing the ORIGINAL spicy smoked sausage.. The dry one's.. The original ones are what put you on the map in the midwest.. They were guilty pleasures for cook outs, after school snacks, and definitely the main dish for weekend breakfast!! These new one's are more geared toasts Towards the gentrification community.. I give it 1 star because we brought them by the case.. I've driven all over Chicago from the suburbs, south, west, and then up north.. Wasted a whole Tsk of gas hunting down something that everyone says you no longer produce.. The left photo you'll find in abundance.. The right package is what put you all on!! Very disappointed after 40yrs its another thing black ppl lost out on..

Parker house sausage hot links use to be good,I don’t know who messed with the recipe,not they taste like crap go back to making them with the old recipe please and thank you!!

I’m so very disappointed with your company’s decision a few years ago to discontinue production of the sausage link that my entire family for decades so enjoyed! My maternal grandmother shared a friendship with the senior Mrs. Parker in the 1970’s, a very beautiful and stylish lady, who would “gift” me with cases of the delicious hot link for years. I have an “acquired” taste for the original hot sausage….. the casing, the texture of the pork, the distinctive paper band, the cloth twine tying the ends, that marvelous flavor! Why oh why would the company tamper with the original product, compromising the brand as such? I unfortunately, speak for thousands of Chicagoans who no longer enjoy your product, and implore the company to begin production of the original sausage. Try as I might…..I just do not enjoy the skinless, OR flavorless “natural casing” links in the vacuum sealed packaging. Surely there’s a negative impact on revenue since you’ve reformulated the recipe for the traditional sausage, I for one have stopped purchasing altogether. What a wonderful legacy the Parker House brand embraces! Would you please honor that legacy and restore this delicious sausage, to it’s original splendid deliciousness! If only for seasonal promotions!!! Thank you!

I grew up on Parker House Sausages I ate the pork sausage when I was a child. I gave up pork at the age of 17; then I purchased Parker House Beef Sausages from then on. Since moved to Georgia I cannot find Parker House Beef Sausages. My grandparents and parents ate Parker House I bet this company is over 100 years old I am 68 years old. This is the best sausages out.

I have been eating Parker House smoke sausage for years. I moved to TN in 1998 and when it would go back to Indiana I would bring some back home. I purchased a couple of packs back in May 2021 in Indiana 🤮🤮. I don't know what they tasted like. My daughter came to TN this past weekend and bought me 2 pack. Awful, just awful. What have you all done to the recipe? I will no longer invest in this product.

I moved from Chicago over 15 years ago and was a huge fan of the legendary Parker House hot sausages. I ordered a case of them and was so incredibly disappointed. You had a unique and very popular recipe and "Coke Classiced" it. What's up with all the fat in them?;? I didn't mind the price point when I thought I was getting the old recipe, but now I feel like I wasted my money! I can't give them to friends because I value our friendship too much!

We love shopping for our Parker House sausages here. My husband and I always get Friendly, Courteous and Fast Service. We've been shopping there since wayyyy back in the day and we still love the sausages. We buy them by the case. Our entire family love them. Thanks Parker House for such an enjoyable visit every time.

Why would you change a great product and ruin the reputation of a great company. Parkhouse brand was synonymous with great taste and supreme quality. It now has neither. It is just lower than average and I can no longer justify paying the above average price.

Hello, one thing for sure is this use to be the best hot smoked sausage in the world many, many years ago. Why did yall change? Hopefully you go back to the original recipe when it was juicy and really hot!

I bought your hot smoked sausage. The flavor was delicious but the material that the sausage was encased in was very tough. It was very hard to chew. Can you encase the sausage in something easier to chew?

Why did you all vaccum seal all the loose original parker house hot sausages??? They taste different when packaged this way I would appreciate if I had a option like before you all have officially lost me as a customer.

Best smoked hot sausage and chicken sausages around. I been eating these since I was a kid. They taste great on the grill and for a good old country breakfast.
