My husband and I booked the winter igloo experience on Friday and I’m sad to say it was not a good experience. The atmosphere was very cute and we were really looking forward having a romantic evening but it was not what we hoped for. We had a table right next to us which we weren’t expecting but what truly killed the atmosphere was the music, which was hooked up to a staff persons phone skipped for 20min and then completely turned off for the remainder of the meal. The food was mediocre at best and we never really had a designated server so our drinks got forgotten more than once. When we were leaving the person closing our bill graciously took care of our forgotten drinks which was greatly appreciated but to me our night was ruined. The prepaid price is expensive and the experience was not worth it.

A very nice restaurant, just a few minutes walk from the tram stop, with excellent service, always attentive and professional. The food was fantastic and of a very high standard! The dishes were perfectly balanced and prepared with local produce. Chef Tarik is very friendly and competent. Many thanks to him and all the team for a successful evening!

This review is long overdue. We got to have fondue inside of a snow globe! I mean how amazing is that? The fondue was amazing as was the Mulled Wine. Parkhuus 100% deserves a Michelin Star @210booze

I don't know why this restaurant isn't rated higher. The service was incomparable, the wine fantastic, and the food was better than what we've had at Michelin starred restaurants. They well exceeded what we had anticipated.

This is a great place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or just have dinner. The staff made us feel welcomed, we had a small request for a birthday party and it was welcomed and I commend the staff for being helpful in this special day. The food was top notch, you would not be disappointed. The selection of wine in the cellar is remarkably big, lots to choose from, overall this restaurant deserves all the stars based on my experience and I recommend this place to anyone! thank you to all the staff who made my day and my party's day special!

I had never been in the Hyatt until this week an what a lovely looking hotel bar it has. I didn't get an opportunity to try it but I absolutely must go back ! I had a business dinner at the Parkhuus restaurant so never saw the price of anything and often I factor in value when I make a review so this one is based on the food, service and experience ! Food: there was an open grill area (always good to see that a restaurant doesn't hide behind doors) and I thought steak would be a good idea. The rib eye was well cooked and moist. I had a couple of starters which were well presented and cooked. If I took issue with anything it was the service. Less would have been better in this case. There were 9 if us and the waiter barely left us alone. Constantly tipping up a what a glass or water glass unnecessarily. If I thought we were having "industry"?type discussions you may think he was a spy and hovering all the time to get clandestine information. It really was way OTT. Not normal in Switzerland. I think once we all had white wine and I didn't see anyone having touched it (waiting for a toast bs finish up aperitifs) before he was coming around to top us up. Seriously ! Topping up full glasses. Anyway, the food was tasty. The bar looked funky.

Usually try to avoid hotel restaurants but glad we ate here. That butter de Paris really made the gnocchi dish flavorful. My flank steak dish was too beautiful to eat but all the flavors combined together-WOW (elder flower, creamy savory cabbage, parsley couscous, and chanterelle)!!! My wife the catch of the day- sole was cook perfectly. Wait staff is great and helpful. Must make room for dessert. If ever staying at Park Hyatt Zürich, give it a try.
