Google
Great spot for fresh deli food and desserts. Bread is crisp and fresh. Sandwiches are tasty. Price is reasonable. Atmosphere is perfect and the staff is friendly. If you don’t have a lot of time this is great for take-out.

Google
Words will not do this joint justice a real gem on the corner of an uphill climb a must try. I have been a regular here since my first time in MTL fall:winter 2022.Eric John and new friend Chris are all a pleasure. You will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in to the moment you wash your hands on your way out. FYI not a paid partnership just REAAL RECOGNITION A1 From Day1 !!!

Google
We ordered two A La GiGi sandwiches. Very crispy and fresh bread, generous fillings and delicious flavour. Highly recommend and will go back when I am in Montreal again.

Google
Was excited to try after seeing many positive reviews. Overall a good meal but the taste is pretty standard and nothing stands out, like an elevated Subway with better bread. There needs some sourness in the salmon sandwich and some pesto or pepper with the steak sandwich would have been nice.

Google
I think it’s a genuine and decent gesture that they offer free meals for their members. I had this delicious panini today. I totally recommend this place.

Google
Visiting this cafe in the heart of Montreal was such a amazing experience, finding an authentic lunch style sandwich places is very difficult when you are just visiting a city, and when I found this place I was so lucky. The design and layout of this place was well thought out, the location is in a commercial area in the heart of downtown Montreal where is very inviting and designed very well. The service was fast, and everything was very fresh and made with high-quality ingredients. The pricing was very competitive and didn’t hurt the pocket as much. There are options to choose from. Also, depending on what you’re vegetarian to having even steak. I would give this a five out of five just for the authenticity and the quality that they’re serving at the price point. Whenever I am back in the city, I will definitely be visiting this café again for the fries also were amazing.

Google
Where’s the Melt? While my Turkey Melt came with a generous portion of turkey, (to be expected at $17), it was missing the ”Melt”! I could barely find the cheese and the bacon. The sandwich’s bread was nice, but it seemed more like a baguette than authentic panini bread. Panini bread is usually more thin and comes out press toasted from the panini grill, and so in the end this felt more like a sandwich than a panini. And then, the service felt rushed, missing a smile, and the atmosphere was nice enough, except for the annoying disco music. So I was a bit disappointed, but hopefully the rest of the menu fares better.

Google
The steak sandwich is AMAZING. The espresso and hot chocolate are very good as well. The staff is so kind and so friendly I absolutely had the best first time experience there. Jon the barista is now someone I look forward to seeing when I go back! The french fries, were on another level, because of the crispiness and the seasoning!! They were still crispy after a few hours of being in the takeout box too! I really recommend the steak sandwich and the fries! Also strike up a convo with Jon he’s such a pleasant soul to talk to!

Yelp
This place is EXACTLY what we hope look for when we're on vacation: A casual, non-pretentious place with food that is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the charcuterie Panino and my wife had a Porchetta panino. Both were literally the best paninis we've had in North America and much of Italy. They both featured a special "relish" (for lack of a better word) that was a mix of lettuce, peppers pearl onions and exquisite seasoning. I wish I could have that on every sandwich I eat - forever! The mixtures is both exceptionally tasty and a bit spicy. When I took my first bite it was like a party in my mouth! I knew almost immediately that it was one of the best sandwiches that I'd ever had. Then my wife gave me a bite of her porchetta panino and THAT was even better. The seasoning on that pork just exploded my taste buds... and I'm not even a big fan of pork. One of the keys to the greatness of these sandwiches is the amazing bread. It has a perfect combination of a delicious, delicate center with a perfect, gourmet-crunchy crust. Not too hard or thick, but just right for marrying with the perfection of the ingredients. Not to be outdone were the staff! They were all every bit as wonderful as the food, and so welcoming and helpful. My wife and I truly can't recommend the Parma Café enough. They served us a meal that we kept reflecting on with great fondness the rest of our trip. In fact, there is a very famous deli in Montreal called Schwartz's which is known around the world for its amazing sandwiches. We ate there the day before and it was, indeed, good , but if I had to choose between the two, I'd eat at Parma Café hands down every time. Enjoy.

Yelp
Was craving hot coffee in chilly, windy weather with light rain. Parma cafe did not disappoint with amazing cappuccino and carrot cake. Food menu appeared yummy as well, but we were there just for the coffee. The owners were warm and welcoming with beautiful smiles. They seem to have great WiFi as well :)

Yelp
Amazing sandwich! incredible food would dine here again. Lovely atmosphere. Great service too

Yelp
We came back here for breakfast multiple times, and it was 100% worth it each time. The food came out fast, the people were friendly and spoke English (and were kind about our mediocre French!) and the place was absolutely adorable inside. I'm gonna miss it the most from Montreal.

Yelp
The bread for the sandwich was very good toasted. My friend also ordered the truffle aioli French fries which were so crispy and mushy on the inside it was a great combo that I would recommend. The overall cafe was very cute design that was aesthetic. The service was very chill and nice and I would definitely visit again!

Yelp
Cute little cafe near the hotel I stayed which felt like I was in Europe. I ordered an iced cappuccino since it was so hot that day and the staff were nice to make it iced even though they didn't really offer on the menu and it was the fix I needed. My family and I shared the charcutterie sandwich and chicken salad which were really good and the bread was fresh. I'd say you get what you pay for good quality and it's worth to stop by!

Yelp
Wow what can I say this spot is worth all of the hype. There's something special about a good sandwich, the sandwich that has the perfect cheese pull or perfect crispy bread. We'll lucky for you Parma Cafe has it all. When you walk in your immediately greeted by the friendly owner who will take there time to let you choose any of their amazing pastry's salads or sandwiches. And if that was enough the coffee here is amazing too! I had to order a little bit of everything because I was scared of missing out. I started with the aranchini which came out hot and once I dipped them in that Marinara sauce I was sold. Just when I thought it couldn't get better the sandwiches role out and my eyes might have almost shed a tear. They looked fantastic, and they tasted even better you can't go wrong witch these I promise ! Next time your in the neighbourhood do your belly a favour and come eat here !!

Yelp
Amazing Italian sandwich shop. Casual ambiance, perfect sandwiches, friendly staff. Bread was crusty outside, soft inside. Home cut fries, good vegetarian options. Not cheap, but nothing is in Montreal.

Jerry Z.

Yelp
Great place to eat + chill/work, young and friendly staff on a Sunday afternoon, great service Asked for recs, wi-fi, and water (smooth & prompt) Decent ice coffee (milk was rich which is nice) Great Chicken Cutlet Panini: fresh crispy bread + ingredients, cutlet a bit too thin for my taste Overall 5 stars and amazing if it wasn't for the hefty prices that can easily add up for a full experience (30$ for sandwich + coffee + salad) Will come at least once a month!

Yelp
I've only had their chicken sandwich but it was delicious. I recommend getting the extra cheese. I don't know why I never visited this place before to study while I was at Concordia but oh well. Totally recommend to go grab a bite with friends and then staying to finish up some papers or just to chat. Seating is quite limited so plan accordingly.

Yelp
Really great place for a quick casual bite to eat ! Casual , clean and airy decor with some seating space inside. Service was friendly/quick and the prices were reasonable , especially for the generous portion size. I had the charcuterie sandwich and an iced coffee and my boyfriend had the chicken sandwich ,we shared a side of fries. The iced coffee was really nice - great flavor and not too sweet. The fries really hit the spot nice and crispy on the outside, well seasoned and they come with a side of garlic mayo :) The sandwiches were so big and so good, the bread was so fresh ! The charcuterie sandwich was fresh tasting and really generous on the cold cuts - I forgot to add spicy marinated vegetables to it though which would have made it even better. The chicken sandwich was also excellent (you KNOW I stole a bite from my boyfriends plate....ok , maybe a few bites lol). The grilled chicken wasnt dry at all ,well cooked and well seasoned , overall la very tasty sandwich - both were solid choices. Definitely looking forward to coming back here again!

Yelp
What a delicious surprise ! I had no idea this place even existed until tonight, it was one of the best pizzas I ever had. Picture side walk pizza but 10 times fluffier and way juicier! The margarita pizza was awesome, it comes pre sliced in squares and each slice has a piece of bocconcini on it. The tomato sauce they use has to be made there because it's so juicy and sweet that I refuse to believe it's store bought. The bread is very fluffy and is made just right. Meat balls were good as well I'm pretty sure it was made with veal. They gave a few slices of bread also for the meatballs, I was to stuffed to test it but it did look home made as well. Only thing I would recommend is adding spices on top but other then that I would recommend to try it with friends because it's a thick yummy pie :)

Yelp
Lovedddd Parma Café! I met up with my brother during lunch time and right away knew I would love this place when I stepped inside. Love the concept and speed of the service. The food is great and the coffee too! I ordered the pizza with fresh tomatoes, pesto and mozzarella. So fresh and the dough was thick and just the right amount of crisp. Also had to tried the Parma Cappuccino! - with chocolate liquor. So good! I will absolutely be back.

Thomas F.

Yelp
I really liked it here. The service was fast, the food was good (especially the breads for the sandwiches), and the prices were reasonable. Parma is definitely a great place to try if you want a quaint café dining experience.

Linni G.

Yelp
Currently closed from Dec 24th to Jan 2nd. Entrance get inside seemed odd. Menu had a good selection at least online.

Yelp
Went with their "charcuterie" panini and arancini balls. I enjoyed both! The panini bread was fresh and fluffy and the cold cuts were tasty. I really liked the arancini balls as well all was washed it down with Brio. Parma cafe is big and spacious and you can study here. With the nearby universities I can see this being a popular hangout space! Service was nice and quick and overall it was a very positive experience. Minus one star however for not having any protection from the elements. Sitting anywhere near the doors in winter was an issue for us with the amount of times it opened and closed. I truly recommend administration to install either a secondary door to prevent the cold elements bother their patrons or at the very least some thick curtains. Another note is that I found pricing either really good such as the 3 small arancini balls for $3 or not so much with the $10 panini with no side option. That puts it a bit on the expensive side. Also the cappuccino is $3.50 which puts it a bit on the expensive side as well considering it's $2.50 or $3 in most parts of little Italy. I guess rent is high in this pretty location. Overall, I'd come back. I want to check out their chicken cutlet panini and try other stuff on their menu!

Yelp
I was super excited to try this place, so I ordered a bit of everything. They had told me my order would take 15 minutes and I ended waiting over 40 minutes at lunch time just to get my food! Margherita pizza: Very doughy and heavy, almost raw. Sauce is very sweet and tastes like it is straight from a jar. I am sorry but I can't understand how anyone's can enjoy this. Tortellini Rosé: This dish was ok, but again, the sauce tasted too sweet. Arancini: Tasty and crunchy, but they are not stuffed, so it's just rice. So I wouldn't call these arancini, but rather suppli. Steak panini: It was good, with onions and mushrooms. Vegetarian panini: Excellent mix of various veggies, including sautéed rapini and red peppers. The only thing I would reorder if I were to return. Chocolate chip and Nutella cookie: I wasn't able to eat it... all I could taste was baking soda. My friend tried it and had to spit it out. I am pretty sure we got a bad batch. The prices are ok considering this is a downtown location. I feel like they are popular because the place is trendy and the only one of its kind serving light Italian fair downtown. Unfortunately, the attention they are getting is not due to the food which is mediocre at best.

Ekaette U.

Yelp
The service was nice, a beautiful little restaurant but I wasn't terribly impressed with the food. My friend ordered the tortellini and she LOVED it! I had the gnocchi and something was definitely missing from the sauce. They have free WiFi which was nice and it's right off the Market so a prime location.

Yelp
Peppery fries with truffle mayo? Based on that alone, I love this tiny Italian hole-in-the-wall, even if it is in a slightly forgettable location that meant I never found it until now. The pizza slices are generous and filling, with a thick bready crust and san marzano tomato sauce. I had a margherita, thinking it would look like the one I saw on the display, covered in diced tomatoes and herbs, but that must have been a different pizza because I got a pretty standard sauce-and-cheese concoction. Don't get me wrong, it was great, I just wish there were more indications on the pizza display! But the desserts were wonderful. A gooey chocolate cookie, a tiramisu-for-one and a light shortbread were our shared afternoon snacks back in the office, and all were wonderful. My favourite Italian desserts are the pastries--cannoli and sfoliatelle, with lemon or pistachio fillings--and it would have been nice to try their cannoli, too! There's always next time. I loved Café Parma, from the atmosphere, to the decor, to the food, and I'm excited to come back here for lunch given how close it is to my office ;)

Yelp
Love the atmosphere here. This is my second time at this location. My first espresso bar experience! Love how they serve you water with your coffee and talk with you and explain what they do with the brew. The Parma cappuccino is delicious (with alcohol). Still need to try some of their food options.

Manu A.

Yelp
Best tasting food I've ever had. Paninis are amazing. Fries are even better. Ambiance is great

Mike D.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of stopping by this nice Italian cafe for a great lunch. A nice open area with a lot of seating at the bar and a few tables in the cafe. They have a wide variety of Italian goods from pizza, panini and also pasta. So we took 2 chicken cutlet sandwiches with lettuce and hot peppers, a side of French fries with a fantastic truffle mayo.... and I'm saying this was FANTASTIC! And also an order of rice balls also very good! I'm glad they opened up an authentic Italian cafe in the heart of downtown. It was about time! I will definitely be back for a nice cappuccino and maybe some Nutella horns... hmmmm!!'
google avatar

Samantha C.

Yelp
The cafe had good food. No complaints. It's what you would expect from a cafe. There's outdoor seating, but the area itself is very small. It gets very busy during lunch time on weekdays.
google avatar

Ryan G.

Yelp
Came here on a crowded weekday during lunchtime. Had to wait in a short line to order and was able to grab a table to wait for the food. The panini was pretty good (I got the charcuterie one) but the bread was a little tough and there was a lot of it since this kind of sandwich isn't very thick with meat. Also got the arancini which was delicious. They're rice balls filled with cheese in marinara sauce. Overall nice little Italian cafe for a sandwich or pizza.
google avatar

Cindy Feng Xin L.

Yelp
This café is on Bishop, but it has more a fast-food restaurant vibe because of the big counter of sandwich and pizza inside the café. The noise level is quite high even starting at 10AM in the morning and the tables are quite small. The price is okay but the meal options are not very attractive. I have the impression that most choices are vegetarian and the portion is not big. I don't recommend this café for people who want to study because there are so many distractions, but as a place to meet up friends it is a good spot.
google avatar

George B.

Yelp
Really good coffee, strong but not bitter. A small menu for breakfast and lunch and an alcohol license too. Prices are very reasonable and the service was quick and friendly. Quaint atmosphere with an interesting mix of music playing in the background. We went Sunday morning and the place was very quiet, I'm sure during peak times this place is hopping. Go grab a cappuccino or macchiato, and a grill cheese with Pancetta.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Parma is good for a quick bite. I like the colourful paper straws and the food was good (even though it had to be reheated lol). The server was a bit standoffish :/ There is a small patio out in the front with fake grass and green chairs which I thought was cute.
google avatar

Dario C.

Yelp
I've been eating lunch here for a few months now & can say that the lunch menu is simple but very good-it's what you expect a cafe to serve (salads, sandwiches, home-made pizza). Espresso is fantastic-as it should be for an Italian cafe. Crowded at lunchtime but great vibe nonetheless. Prices are reasonable too.

Michael A.

Yelp
5 STARS FOOD SERVICE QUALITY THE BEST!!!! I stumbled across this place on Door Dash What a lucky stumble!! I have ordered a few times at my home and on Friday I ordered for a few colleagues of mine and myself from my work in Ville saint Laurent, they all agree that this is the best Italian place! To simplify there's nothing on this menu that is anything then extraordinary! The staff is also outstanding! Sincerely, Michael

Muriel S.

Yelp
service was fast and efficient, i got the breaded chicken panini and it was SO good that i couldn't stop thinking about it all week!!! the fries and coffee were tasty too :) just perfect i was so happy

Cristina D.

Yelp
Had the most delicious lunch with my daughter from Parma Cafe on Bishop. The fries and chicken cutlet sandwich were both outstanding!! The bread used for sandwich was just perfect!! Best I've had so far!! Friendly service. Can't wait to go back and have a seat inside or outside this cute place!

Yelp
I love the customer service, the staff is friendly and the food! It's definitely one of my favorite places and convenient for school. Everything's a reasonable price and the menu is a new surprise everyday!

Yelp
Amazing spot to eat and study.. they have a great lunch/ dinner menu full of panini's, salads and cold pizza... everything I have tried has been fresh and delicious. The espresso beverages are made with great care and taste 10/10. The staff is always friendly and welcoming too-- check this place out. I recommend the chicken cutlet panini!

Yelp
office catered from them. had leftovers the day after and it was excellent !! recommended
