Third Parsley Modern Mediterranean Expects a Summer Debut | Eater Vegas

"Located in a 2,422-square-foot corner spot at the intersection of Flamingo and Ft. Apache roads, the Parsley Modern Mediterranean counter-service concept—launched in the southwest in 2011 and expanded to Tropicana Avenue four years later—is taking over the former Chronic Tacos space and is confidently predicting the makeover will be ready to debut later this summer; the overhaul is stripped to the walls and does not yet have an estimated opening date. The Flamingo restaurant will seat about 70 customers, plus patio seating and a bar area offering beer and wine, and is expected to be open daily at 10 a.m. The menu will feature customizable bowls, plates, salads, wraps, and baguettes with ingredients like chicken or steak shawarma, beef kabob, tuna and falafel, plus salads, veggie platters, curries, and the “Parlsey Nachos” prepared with home-made pita chips." - Bradley Martin

Absolutely amazing experience! Parsley is hands-down one of the best Syrian restaurants I’ve been to. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented – you can really taste the authentic Syrian spices in every bite. The mashawi and hummus and the sweet were incredible, and the portions were generous for the price. The restaurant is very clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly and attentive – they make you feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Parsley to everyone I know! Thank you Hashem for the gift i love you🌹

Fabulous food. Really really great flavors and the hummus was great. We tried a cake type dessert which was phenomenal. Really friendly service as well. One thing is the name and branding outside didn’t really match the menu. It’s new and I’ve passed it a few times and thought it was just another basic salad type place. If I had known it was middle eastern/Syrian food I definitely would have come in sooner. I’d definitely recommend it.

If you like supporting small businesses and eating food that actually tastes fresh, this is the place. Their veggies are always crisp and full of flavor — the cauliflower and tabbouleh are my go-tos — and they offer a great variety of house-pickled vegetables you won’t find elsewhere. The meat is made to order and always seasoned well; it’s worth the short wait. I build my own bowl and load it up with everything. The sauces are fantastic, and a huge bonus is that they line the bowl with the hummus of your choice. If you’re not sure what to pick, just ask — the staff has spot-on recommendations every time. Don’t leave without grabbing a baked good; they’re homemade, authentic, and delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Parsley is consistently excellent — fresh, flavorful, and a great local business to support.

Wow! This little gem has so many delicious choices for adding to a bowl: roasted cauliflower, eggplant, lentils, parsley, baba ghanouj, beets, pickled turnips—probably over 20 toppings, each really fresh and flavorful. And both the falafel and chicken were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here when we were in Middletown!!!

Excellent food. Fresh ingredients. I had the chicken wrap and my daughter had the chicken schwarma bowl. We also had the honey cake and the “birds nest” desserts in pistachio and chocolate and they were absolutely delicious. Some of the best desserts I have ever had! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

My daughter and I randomly found this place and stopped for lunch. The food was very fresh and very delicious! We had the falafel bowl and chicken bowl both of which I would highly recommend. As I was leaving a tray of fresh meat pies came out so I bought some for later. The man waiting on us was kind enough to throw in an extra one for free and they made an excellent addition to our dinner this evening. This is a place that suits both carnivores and vegetarians. I hope to go back the next time I am in Middletown.

We came here to dine and it was a great experience especially being served by Hisham! We highly recommend the spicy hummus, pastries and grilled chicken with rice. The garlic sauce was also very nice and we got some dessert which was the perfect end to our meal! Will definitely be back. It would be nice to have napkins and cutlery at the table to make it a bit more convenient!

I work nearby and stumbled upon this hidden gem during my lunch break -- and wow, am I glad I did! This Mediterranean spot in Middletown is an absolute must-try. The beef kebab wrap is hands-down one of the best lunches I've ever had. The beef was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, wrapped up with fresh veggies and a sauce that ties it all together in the most satisfying way. You can tell everything is made in-house -- from the bread to the spreads -- and it makes all the difference in flavor. And don't even get me started on the desserts. I tried the baklava and a pistachio pastry, and both were out of this world -- flaky, rich, and clearly made with care. The staff is warm, the portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you're getting. I'll definitely be back (probably more times than I should admit) -- this is officially my new go-to spot during the workweek.

Fast casual restaurant serving delicious customizable bowls in a bright little spot with a few tables to eat in! Been eyeing this place for a month or so and finally stopped in today to satisfy an everything-good-and-crunchy-in-a-bowl craving. So glad we did! Great selection of ingredients, all very fresh. We both got falafel as our protein and they were excellent and freshly prepared. Will definitely be trying a falafel wrap next time as well. I will definitely make a point to visit again soon. Hope they do well, they are a great addition to Middletown!

We really enjoyed it. Food was very fresh the owners son was super friendly and helpful. And very proud of his mom's recipes. It's Mediterranean with (as he said) a Syrian bias. Some of the crispiest, tastiest falafel I've had. There's some many excellent eateries on Main Street, make sure you add Parsley.

First & foremost the food is fresh & delicious. We had a make your own bowl. The juicy kabobs & various grilled meats & halloumi cheese were made to order as well as the shawarma bowls which were savory & flavorful. Choose a base from several different hummus either regular, spicy, & beet hummus or baba ghanoush, then your choice of various greens & herbed, seasoned rice or lentils, add as many different toppings as you wish, top with one or more of their range of meats, poultry, salmon or halloumi cheese; finish it off with your choice of one or more dressings which you can combine to make endless flavor combinations or pick one of their distinctive signature bowls. I also appreciate the friendly service. I highly recommend Parsley. I have no doubt once you try it you''ll quickly return.

I've been meaning to stop here since they opened and tonight I finally had the chance. I'm so glad I stopped in because everything I got is absolutely delicious. Staff were so helpful in making selections as it was my first time here and the recommendations that were made were fantastic. The portions are huge so I will get at least two meals out of the bowl that I got. I didn't eat in but loved the decor and color scheme. It was very welcoming and I cannot wait to go back! Finally a place in Middletown that isn't an Italian or Mexican restaurant!

We finally got to check this place out and I'm glad I did! The food was great, we got two bowls, a schwarmma and a kabob. The flavors were great, nice and flavorful without being overwhelming. Lots of veggies, tomatoes and cucumber, pickled onions. The meat was nice and tender and spiced (but not spicy!). My picky kid loved it! Everyone who worked there were very friendly, gave us advice about options. The portions were perfect, we were full and had a bit to take home for tomorrow's lunch. I will definitely be back.

a friend and i were looking for a healthy food option in the area and decided to come here for the first time. the hospitality of the staff is phenomenal. they offered us astounding pistachio desserts as we waited for our food. the food was also cooked to order. they also gave us a complimentary dessert. if i am ever in the area i will be coming here again!

This is an authentic place with really good food and clean ingredients. The price was reasonable and the people were friendly. There is a dinning area upstairs. The mixed kebab is highly recommended and the cookies are amazing

I reached out to the restaurant after reading rave reviews of the food and service. I was not disappointed and neither were any of my lunch guests. Our party was thrilled with the feast provided via delivery offsite. They worked with me to customize my order, were incredibly communicative and the food was delicious and fresh! This place is AMAZING!

Not great. Staff had a baf attitude. Portions small. Items cross contaminated. Wearing torn gloves. Half the items were not available. And $15 per bowl. Wont be back.

Had the make your own bowl with spicy hummus, spinach, yellow rice, stuffed grape leaves, roasted vegetables, corn, tomatoes, olives, spicy parsley sauce, falafel and it was delicious! Friendly people and helped me pick out some great stuff! Got baklava for dessert and it was great! Got an order to go for our daughter and she loved it, too! I'll definitely be going back. Oh and the falafel was the best I've had in a long time!

Ordered online, was not ready 25 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up. I was not the only one waiting that late for food ordered to pick up much earlier- it was crowded with unhappy people. One group wanted to eat in the store and it took the employee seven minutes in the back before he came back to tell them that there were no forks. The meals are OK, but I certainly won't be going back.

We had a meal catered by Parsley and we were very pleased with the food, service, and their willingness to accommodate the vegans in the group. All of our guests loved the food, especially the mujadara, falafel, and baklava. There was enough variety to meet everyone's taste and everything was delicious. I look forward to stopping there for lunch and experience the great flavors all over again. Parsley is a great culinary addition to downtown Middletown.

the service at Parsley is so friendly and quick. I got the falafel oasis bowl and it was delicious. The food is fresh and satisfying, and I especially like how they coat the bowls in humus. The interior is cute and welcome, with really beautiful light fixtures. 10/10 will return!
