Great falafels here. Just a tad dense but love it’s made to order. It’s more of a 3.5 stars. The salad ingredients were fresh and everything was quick. The only thing I didn’t like was the pita. I guess I like mine less fluffy. Otherwise, it’s a good spot for a quick lunch.

Delicious food! I love that the chicken and beef shish kebabs are cooked to order. You have to wait 15 minutes for them to cook so be prepared! Overall, the staff was really friendly and the food was really fresh! I loved their rice, and the chicken was quite flavorful! I wish the bowls automatically came with a side of tzatziki- I feel like most Mediterranean places automatically come with one side of Tzatziki sauce so was surprised it was extra at this establishment. I will be back despite that, the food was very delicious and fresh and a decent portion for the price!

A place I’d gate keep. Delicious, big portion, and budget friendly Mediterranean style food. Amazing, warm and soft pita bread. Clean ingredients and kind service. Everything here is delicious. We are a regular and go at least once a month. Only downside is wait time. If they’re busy, the line moves slow.

Love the atmosphere of this place, but really loved the food. I had a steak shawarma salad, and it just had a great flavor, and fresh tasting ingredients. The pita bread also tasted fresh and I think it's made in-house. Will definitely be back.

I eat here about 3 times a week and it never gets old. I absolutely love this place. The food is consistently delicious, excellent service, and incredibly priced. This beast of a wrap is only $10.99

This is a very nice counter service option for Mediterranean food. The portions were very large and filling. Service was great, with people very willing to answer questions and offer suggestions. I added the spicy chili sauce to my chicken Shawarma bowl and very much enjoyed it. It’s nice inside, but would be an excellent spot for takeout.

Fast friendly and fresh this is absolutely my favorite location. The other locations are great too but this one is really amazing, a great value for the money nice portion size and the freshest ingredients 12/10 Another great meal, no surprise. Perfectly fried falafel, fresh ingredients all around. Fast, friendly service. I had a sample of the chicken curry today. This was the only menu item I haven't tried yet, damn good, will order the full size on my next visit. Keep up the great work, you guys are stars in the Vegas valley. The guy just told me a new location is coming to Rampart & Lake Mead. I am so excited to have an option in the NW, I drive 75-125 miles a day for work, this will make it easier to eat here more often! 12/23 KALBA in front of me in line today. Typical entitled behavior giving the employees a hard time like they are supposed to stop the orders that were in front of hers to do her order first because she is special. This has become so common in Summerlin and it is becoming unbearable for any reasonable human being to be around and witness. Once again hats off to the staff for keeping their composure and just grinding through it these guys are the best and the food is wonderful and it is always worth the wait!

I had a rice bowl with chicken & beef kabobs, my fiance had a wrap with the chicken and beef kabobs. It was really tasty! The beef was a bit on the dry side, but I highly recommend the chicken kabob. Being our 1st visit, the staff was very friendly, helpful and offered recommendations to help us decide. The homemade pitas are awesome and the cucumber parsley drink is super refreshing. We'll definitely be back!

Can't remember when was the last time when I sad wow when I got my food. The food was delivered to us. I don't know should I make a comment on their pita bread which was still warm when it got delivered to us. I took one brad and start to eat just plain bread which was delicious. Then I realized I can eat together with white sauce (tzatziki). So I had two breads with white sauce and it felt so good, like home made bread. I still had my chicken bowl to eat. Chicken came with rice/row carrots/lettuce/chickpeas/tomato and cucumber and it was fresh and delicious. But the best parts are their sauces. Green sauce is combination of cilantro and parsley with something else added but it was delicious. The orange sauce i think it had curry or ginger or turmeric not 100% sure what was inside but it was delicious, maybe little too spicy for my taste. But I made it to eat somehow. Baklava wasn't great so I won't coment. But the rest of the food was amazing. Definitely coming back.

I have never eaten here before. I absolutely love Mediterranean food. However, I found myself disappointed with this restaurants food. My food was personally delivered to me. So I did not get to see the inside of the restaurant nor experience their customer service. My steak was oily and burnt. It looks like they gave me the scraps that needed to be tossed out. My pita bread was cold. I am used to the bread being served warm at other establishments. However, that wasn't the case at this one. The hummus was mid. The overall dish flavors were truly lacking in my opinion. I was highly disappointed. Yet, this is just my opinion and my tastebuds. If you would like to try this place out. I encourage you to do so. For me. I will not be coming back. Thank you

Love the decor of the location ...multiple tables to sit at and TVs to watch ...always clean... The food is always so good and fresh tasting. All of the people who work there have always been so nice. if you haven't been you need to go. prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

Very good, just very good. I dream of the falafels, they're so flavorful, crispy, warm, delicious. Everything is very good. To be honest, I only like this location because the workers are absolutely awesome and give a bunch of food and are super kind. The other locations they're so so stingy.

First time at this location (previously enjoyed the location on Sunset and Pecos Rd.). Parsley Modern Mediterranean has quickly become a favorite of mine. Delicious and fresh every time, with friendly staff and consistency no matter which location you visit. I'd describe Parsely Modern Mediterranean as the Mediterranean Chipotle. You enter and choose your meal in 4 steps: you pick your protein, style, toppings, and dressing. I highly recommend the beef kabob basmati bowl. It is EXCELLENT! The salad, sumac onions, tzatziki sauce, tahini sauce, and pita bread really complement the beef kabob and fluffy basmati rice. The portions are HUGE, too!!! I can easily split one basmati bowl into dinner, lunch, and a snack. Talk about bang for your buck! You have GOT to stop by and enjoy a truly delicious, authentic Mediterranean meal here. They're clean, provide excellent service, phenomenal food at reasonable prices, and dog friendly outdoor seating. What more could one wish for?!

Solid DIY Mediterranean bowl place! I've been looking for a Cava dupe in Vegas and was recommended this place. Reminds me more of Halal Guys upgrade. It doesn't have the same grain (brown rice) and dark green variety (kale, spinach, etc.) I crave but still a solid contender. Love the huge portions and pita on the side. Parsley is one of my Las Vegas staples for a hearty but healthy meal. If you're thinking of a kebab, there's a 15 minute wait but it's worth it. My go to is a chicken shawarma bowl but I've also tried the falafel and it was excellent. Don't miss out on their mint tea, it's perfectly brewed.

I'd liken this place to a Mediterranean chipotle, except the portions are waaaay bigger! You choose what type of food you want, I went with the basmati rice bowl, and from there they have tons of free toppings, and then some toppings that are extra but definitely worth it. We also had the feta green beans appetizer and it was delicious! I had almost half a bowl of leftovers, and it was definitely worth the money. It's quick service and just a casual restaurant, so it's not necessarily a big date night place or anything, but for a lunch or quick meal, it's absolutely worth it.

Had another wonderful lunch at Parsley Modern Mediterranean. The staff is helpful, courteous, and fast in preparing the food. Falafel is freshly scooped into the oils to cook. See photo because this was shared! Hummus was an additional charge $1.00. Reasonable prices for lunch too.

This was the first time I've been to this location. I came in about a week ago and I just got time to do my review. I've been to the location on West Tropicana and Decatur and I like this one better. I think it's laid out better and the seating area is nicer even though I took my order to go. I got the Chicken Shawarma Basmati Bowl. It also comes with a Pita. I thought the quality of the food was a little better than the other location. It came on a bed of seasoned long grained basmati rice, Mediterranean salad, and I added some carrots, tomatoes, and sauces. I got the Tahini and Red Chili Harissa sauces. I sometimes go to two other Mediterranean places and their sauces are better , but I have to say the chicken was very tasty here and they gave me a very good amount of it. They weren't stingy with it like some places are. The salad and vegetables were fresh and crisp. The pita was very light and tasty. There was a line when I came in but it moved pretty quickly. I would recommend it.

The amount of food Parsley gave me was no joke - I got 2 1/2 meals out of it which was great since it was less than $12. I ordered the pick 3 veggie bowl (babaganoush, hummus, quinoa salad). It came with dressing (I got 2 containers of tzatziki) and a fluffy warm pita. I do want to note that the hummus and babaganoush tasted a bit off - they both tasted bitter so I had to scoop those out of my bowl. I probably wouldn't get those again and would try different veggie sides if I were to get the veggie option again.

Unfortunately this location was a huge disappointment and after speaking with the lead ... no coupon was offered or anything. I placed an order for delivery, obviously i'm not able to drive to the location for them to remake. I placed an order for the steak bowl and chicken fries. The chicken fries were completely undercooked and my bowl was missing a lot of toppings i requested. So overall, everything was bland, tasteless, and disappointing. I very much prefer the decatur location. It's inexcusable for the lead to say they were busy assisting other orders and wasn't "watching" the workers. It was such a disappointing experience. From receiving the order, added a delivery note to just leave my order at the front door, this man proceeds to ring the doorbell and wait.... and then the horrible food received to the phone call. No thank you!

Terrible service. I asked about ingredients, and the server just dumped them in my bowl without answering. She did this multiple times and seemed unwilling to serve us. The staff had bad attitudes, and the portions were awful--way more salad than rice. The food was mediocre. I wouldn't come back.

Healthy and delicious. The flavors were unique and different from the Mediterranean food I'm used to. I would definitely come back to this chain of restaurants. If you're in Las Vegas, make sure you check in with the yelp app to get your free baklava.

First time trying this place. The location is on the corner space close to sorry not sorry. It's a pretty spacious spot. They have quite a bit of tvs to show many different things. The menu is simple and can easily read it. I personally got the chicken shawarma with almost everything. It was so good and very filling. If you want some sides it is a $1 extra. The food is very fresh. They make the food in front of you. Just like Chipotle but with Mediterranean food. The people working here are very nice. Sadly I didn't get to take any pictures of my food only because I devoured it so fast.

Got here at 6:47pm, it's 7:32pm and STILL there's a line!! My husband and I left HUNGRY after waiting 45+ minutes, and the same thing did the party right behind us (5-6 people). The restaurant wasn't even full, how come we costumers have to wait AN HOUR to place an order?? Bad management. Horrible disorganization. Never coming back!!

Stop # 6 on our quest to visit different VEGAN establishments during our visit to Las Vegas, was Parsley Modern Mediterranean. Let me start by saying the service was impeccable. All of the staff were very friendly and polite. The staff took the time to explain any options not on the menu and answered any questions we had with professionalism. The atmosphere was cozy and the seating was adequate. Now to the food, I had the falafel bowl with basmati rice, cucumbers, radish, and drizzled with Harissa sauce. I got a side of hummus on the side (which cost a buck) and pita bread (which came with the bowl). The portion size was HUGE, I mean I got 6 large falafel balls in the bowl and they loaded up on my toppings. The wife and I could have shared this bowl but instead, I saved half of it to eat for dinner the next day...LOL!! While there was a slight snafu with some item pricing with my wife's meal everything else was perfect. We even had a free YELP check-in offer for a side of baklava which was also pretty good. This establishment will join my list of "MUST VISIT" places to eat when I return to Las Vegas. Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, my Friends!!!!

I will start this review off with 5 stars for Manny and his customer service specifically. As far as the food, 1 star. I am not sure if I came on a slow day and the food was just sitting out or this is how it always is, but everything I ordered was not even decent. I will give 5 stars for the ambiance and interior as it was kept clean. I can't say I would return since the main reason would be the food and it was a total bust :(

This was my first time trying Parsley and it was so delicious. I got the steak salad and you can customize it however you want and it is HUGE. I couldn't even finish half! The steak was so tender and flavorful and the toppings were so fresh. Get the spicy carrots they are absolutely fantastic. The service was quick and nice and everything tasted great!

This place makes eating healthy a breeze! The chicken shawarma salad was so fresh and flavorful. I love all the toppings and dressings you get to choose from. The staff was so nice and I had my food in less than 3 minutes. Everything was clean too. Highly recommend trying this place out!

Really, really good food. It's so good and the portions are plentiful. These dishes are big enough to share. The rice is perfect. Grab a drink and get the green cucumber drink. A perfect match to your meal.

Went to Parsley yesterday, food was fantastic. Carried out several orders- hummus schwarma bowl, fresh pita bread, vegetarian wrap and steak kabob. Lot of food, delicious. Eve read a chance to took photos. Ever go to pick up an order, get home and find something is missing? In my case it was my dinner. No ones fault, just a mixup checking out. We had enough food to share with leftovers. I called the restaurant, told them I would come by later to pick it up. Apologies made. When I came in 2 hours later, they immediately recognized me, put up a fresh order, and added baklava as part of their apology. Loved their attitude and attention. This is one of the signs of a good restaurant, well trained staff and ownership. We will be back, with photos. Let me say it again - everything we tasted was great.

Edit to this review: I was contacted by the restaurant after sending a complaint through the website with an apology. I appreciate this! The food at this restaurant is good-my rating is because of the lack of efficiency for to go orders. I put in a to go order to be picked up at 12:45. I got to the restaurant at 12:40 and the order wasn't ready which was fine because I was early. 12:45 came and went-still no order. After multiple times of asking when the order would be ready, and watching all of the customers come in after me, order at the counter, and get their food before me, I finally got my food at 1:05. If I would have waited in line and ordered at the restaurant I would have gotten my food on time rather than waiting almost 30 minutes-it's really not fair to be penalized for planning ahead. This shows lack of good management.

This restaurant deserves a great and detailed review... some of their items are even organic! First let me say that everything was incredibly delicious. The quality of the meat was far better than I would have guessed. It turns out that they actually use great quality ingredients such as Angus for the STEAK SHAWARMA. The Chicken Shawarma was so juicy and tasty. Both are excellent. Falafel was a fan favourite for everyone in our group. It was a close tie with the grape leaves which were off the charts great. Meanwhile the Tzatziki with cucumbers and herbs, Is a must, must order. So yummy! Tabouli... Again authentic and delicious. The biggest problem at this restaurant is that it is hard to choose. Go with a group, so you can taste all of it. We ordered and brought it back to our office and now we have to go back often as everyone loves it. The hummus was very authentic and a basic every time we order. Just the right amount of seasoning. Don't remember ever having better hummus!

This is for the take out only. I ordered online and drove out to pick it up during my lunch break. My order was ready when I showed up. I ordered a wrap and it was pretty big portion. The wrap has a good meat to lettuce ratio and was pretty tasty. My only complaint is that there wasn't much taste to it. It wasn't as seasoned as I hoped. I never add salt to my food but this time I did.

Really good Mediterranean spot. My wife and I try to find new med/greek places everywhere we go and this one was great! Highly recommend it!

I don't know what happened to this place, I got two bites into my food and I'm already at the bottom of my dish. They changed the portion sizes to be about a half of what they used to be. Place used to be good value for the money. Prices went up, portion sizes went down. Not worth returning.

Super Duper Solid place for a quick casual meal!! Parsley Modern Mediterranean is not exactly in my part of town but the fam and I had a craving for something that was healthy & hearty all at once. This really fit the bill! Parsley really is like a build-your-own factory line type of eatery, making it real easy to pick your grinds! 1. Pick your protein 2. Style it 3. Top it 4. Dress it That simple! And the basic options that come included with your entree are many! For dinner that night the fam & I ordered: -Beef Kabob ($13.99) in a Basmati Bowl -Chicken Shishkabob ($12.99) in a Basmati Bowl -Steak Shawarma ($13.99) in a Baguette The kabobs are made and cooked fresh to order, so you have to wait approximately 12-15 minutes for those to get grilled. No worries, we get down with the freshness! For Basmati Bowls - each comes with rice, Mediterranean salad, veggies, dressing, and served with homemade pita bread. I topped my Beef Kabob bowl with tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, chickpeas, sumac onions, Saba's spicy carrots, and of course parsley! I then dressed it with tzatziki, and went super spicy with jalapeno serrano herb zhug & red chili harissa! Wifey went with a similar setup but without sumac onions and the spicy dressings. At the end, these bowls were so stacked! Pretty darn heavy! Such great value - you can split each bowl over for TWO meals, excellent portions! My kid's Steak shawarma in a Baguette was no slouch either! It was super packed with goodies! After it was cut in half it looked like it was ready to burst! We also got an appetizer serving of their Hummus and homemade pita bread. YUP, more bread!! And the verdict? Extra tasty punchy flavors! POW in your face! Fresh & Flavorful in each bite! Parsley is a great alternative for a colorful, nutrient packed meal! If we lived closer to Parsley, it would be a definite weekly visit! Actually I wouldn't mind making the drive the next time I want some vibrant Mediterranean food! Oh you can be sure we'll be back! Don't worry about the garlic breath from this place - it's worth it! You're worth it!

Mediocre food, chipotle style that isn't authentic by any means and caters to those who don't know what the dishes should taste like.

Met up with a group of girls for a luncheon today and let me tell you from the moment we walked in the vibe was cool, calm and collective, I love the seating area (except the metal stools they have in there which are not comfortable at all) I normally go to the location off off sunset and Pecos in green valley but, the location is much smaller, I would love for this location to be redone like this one and I'm sure it would get even more business than it already does, I had my normal steak shawarma nachos with extra veggies and the veggies were fresh as always. This location is a bit of a drive but, I don't mind it to have a nice lunch and it was nice that the manager(maybe owner?) came out to check if everything was good and if we were ok, which is appreciated. I will definitely be back soon and will try something new, thank you for accommodating us ladies today

I have been wanting to try this place so the day has come lol. Parking is right in front of the restaurant. It's easy access if you find a good spot. When you walk in, you get in line to order your food. They have it posted on their wall the steps on how to order. The service was pretty fast except when we ordered beef kebab we had to wait a little bit for it. First I ordered shawarma chicken and beef, with basmati rice and salad. you pick any however you want it seasoned, I also added hummus and tzatziki ($1 each add on) and ordered a side of freshly made wrap. The second order was a beef kebab (this is ground meat) with rice and salad. I checked in yelp so I got a free baklava. They have a free taste of chocolate hummus with pita chips which was not bad at all. I love their parsley cucumber chiller drink! It was refreshing and different so I really love it!

First time stopping at Parsley Modern Mediterranean. The concept is similar to Cava and Chipotle where you can build your own meal. Everything looks fresh and tastes delicious. The staff took the time to explain options and how to put everything together so the service was great. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating inside so dining in is not a problem. My one gripe is that on the menu board and the website my entrée was listed for $11.99 but rang up at $12.99 when I mentioned this to the cashier they said there was nothing that could be done since the menu price had changed. Sadly if I would've ordered online I would have gotten the correct price. The silver lining is the free baklava with your Yelp check in.

i really enjoyed my food ! the staff was friendly and helpful. i had the chicken schnitzel rice bowl with salad , olive oil, lime , chick peas, carrot, tabbouleh, tomato. it was delicious. im still thinking about it!!! clean restaurant.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - generous portion sizes and tastes very clean overall. Most of the toppings were raw and the proteins only lightly seasoned. The pita bread was super fluffy and warmed perfectly but since the dishes were so healthy, it almost didn't feel right to eat it with more carbs. Steak Shawarma Bowl with double protein with all of the toppings and tzatiki sauce and red chili harissa sauce on the side. Yummy overall and the spicy sauce was very necessary since it helped add a kick. Steak Tagine was not spicy at all and was very mild in taste actually. Didn't notice any okra but it did have brussel sprouts Baklava was so extremely sweet that we can only take 1-2 bites before having to put it away. It felt like it may have been sitting on the counter for too long since it was very dense and glued to the bottom of the container Ambience: n/a - ordered food to go. Restaurant was clean with lots of tables and chairs even though it was mostly empty. Service: 5/5 - attentive and patient with us as we were trying to figure out what to get and had to explain a few items to us Value for price: 5/5 - Not sure if the double protein was worth it, but delicious meal overall with quick service

Came here with some girlfriends, and we were all amazed by our first experience here. We had wonderful service, great seating, and delicious food. I'm sad I didn't discover this place earlier. Just waiting in line, the customer in front of us gushed about how this was her favorite place to pick up food. She grabbed 3 bowls of curry to go for a potluck she was heading to. That convinced one of my friends to get a curry bowl right then and there. Meanwhile my other friend and I were admiring the slowly turning rotisserie meats. My friend promptly ordered a chicken shawarma bowl. And I ordered a steak shawarma bowl as well as a chicken shawarma wrap to go, because I couldn't return home empty handed to my hungry husband. The steak bowl consisted of freshly cut steak shawarma poured over a bed of rice and salad and came with a big fluffy pita bread. Like the steak shawarma, the chicken was freshly cut. The wrap came with an option of hummus or garlic sauce, and I chose hummus with a bit of garlic sauce too. There's a lot of room to make the platters how you want them. For both the chicken wrap and steak bowl, I added lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chickpeas, and cabbage and got tzatziki sauce on the side. I personally loved the shawarmas - I thought the chicken and beef were both cooked really well and were very flavorful. My husband didn't care for the beef as much because he likes his beef to be big and chunky steaks. He really liked the chicken though and thought it was perfectly roasted. For both, the portions were HUGE and the flavors were GREAT. My husband was very satisfied at home. There's ample seating, from regular tables and hard chairs to high tables with high chairs and even soft lounge-ish cushiony chairs up in the front. Important for a pregnant woman, because I definitely would seat myself at a soft cushiony chair and not climb up into a barstool kind of set up. My friends and I were able to catch up with each other with comfy seating and delicious food. Perfect meal that was topped off with Sorry Not Sorry Creamery right next door. I would definitely come back.

Unfortunately I deleted my photo of the food here but wow it was delicious! My mom aunt and I all did the salad bowls. One with chicken one with steak and one with veggies only. We arrived close to closing time and they were still so kind to take our orders and told us to please sit down as they did not mind. The portion size was huge and the meat tasted very fresh! Their cucumber refresher was my favorite! Definitely will be returning :)

I get the Veggie Bowl with eggplant Salad and BabaGanush! I'm gluten free and I love it. I do ask for the sides/dips be side by side. I don't like my food piled up where I can't see it. They are always helpful in putting it side by side.

Same great food just a different location from where I usually stop. The service was personal and I enjoyed the larger seating area and outside seating. I am not a big fan of the location as it it difficult to get into and 10x harder to get out of.

This is basically a greek/mediterranean version of Chipotle. I love that that's an option because it can be hard to find places that serve lots of fresh vegetables. For the price of the food I got a big portion and had leftovers, which I can always appreciate. The pita bread just tasted like normal bread, not pita? Unfortunately the tzatziki really needs some work. It was basically just plain yogurt. It really needs cucumber, dill, garlic, or something because it tasted very unseasoned. The meat and veggies themselves were good though. Loved how they did a free baklava with yelp check in! The staff were very friendly as well. If I came back I would do a different dressing though.

I'm stoked, they have shawarma, and they use the vertical spit to cook it. So many places around town don't. Some of them even have the roaster with the spit and it sits there, clean and shiny, and they bring you "shawarma" and you know. It doesn't feel the same in your mouth. The stuff doesn't cook the same. They have the spicy pickled carrots too, that's dope. I like a shawarma wrap with a bunch of hummus, but he spicy carrots, kalamata olives, and maybe some onions and cucumbers. It's not complicated but there just aren't that many spots for it. They do it well here.

They gave our Uber Order to the wrong person. The uber driver showed up and cancelled. They reassigned it to someone else, the order wasn't ready and the person cancelled again. Had to fight with Uber just to get a refund with no cancellation fee. Extremely frustrating and no compensation from anyone nor any apologies. Waited over an hour for no food.

Parsley is a good place to grab some quick Mediterranean food. It's not the highest quality but it is good for on the go. I got the chicken shawarma bowl with rice, lettuce, red onion, harissa, hummus, tzadziki, and cucumber. I didn't realize it cost extra so I also added feta and kalamata olives too. I think it cost an extra $1 a piece. Not the end of the world. Chicken was a little dry. Bowl is a generous serving size. The Yelp Check In gets you a free piece of baklava. It is nice and definitely sweet from the honey. Overall a good, healthy choice but not the best Greek/Mediterranean food in town.

Excellent healthy food choices and soup I also love their Chicken Curry soup a great location and easily accessible. The staff is excellent and helpful when making your purchases. Nice quiet layout for large or small gatherings. Enjoy!!!
