Third Parsley Modern Mediterranean Expects a Summer Debut - Eater Vegas
"Parsley Modern Mediterranean is well on its way to taking over the space formerly occupied by Chronic Tacos at the Flamingo Commercial Center. The 2,422-square-foot corner spot will feature room enough for 70 customers, plus patio seating and a bar area to offer beer and wine. The menu will include choices of bowls, plates, salads, wraps, and baguettes to be customized with ingredients like chicken or steak shawarma, beef kabob, tuna and falafel, plus salads, veggie platters, curries, and the 'Parlsey Nachos' prepared with home-made pita chips. Expected to be open daily at 10 a.m., the restaurant does not yet have an estimated opening date." - Bradley Martin
