They had the beer I wanted. But the guy with the pony tail has no customer service skills. I pulled up and he said “I’ll be a while” very rudely. Almost implying I should go elsewhere. So I waited. I asked if he had the beer I wanted and the amount and he simply said no I don’t have the amount. Not oh but I have a smaller amount? Just basic skills. I don’t know if he’s the owner or what but he’s not the best. If I wasn’t trapped inside there I’d have gone elsewhere and will from now on.

John is solid and a great business man. If you need a keg or other party needs he'll do his best to get what you need and make any things right if something goes wrong. Highly recommend

What a convenient little stop in Austin! Never even had to leave my car. Mary was so nice and helped me find everything I needed for my party.

CO2 refill was very light. It normally lasts 3 weeks for my mosquito trap, but only lasted a week with this fill up. I normally refill elsewhere and it always lasts about 3 weeks.

I refilled my CO2 cylinder here that feeds my sodastream for the first (and only time). My 5lb tank has lasted me about 4 months per refill for the last few years. I found out PartyBarn did refills and it was much more convenient than the place I use on the East Side. It was super easy and convenient, didn't even need to get out of my car! But that was the only good thing. Took just a few minutes, which seemed excessively quick, but since it was out of sight and the guy seemed nice, I didn't think anything of it. Two weeks later it's already empty. I do have a CO2 meter that sits next to the tank so its not leaking. So, sadly it seems like they just didn't actually completely fill it, barely a tenth of what I normally get for the same price. So if you do opt to use them, be aware that they may not fill it all the way (or maybe I just got unlucky).

Great place for party supplies! Friendly and best service ever from Mary (on a Sunday)🌞. She went far and away above the call of duty to help me out. I would definitely recommend these guys for your next party supply hookup!

I almost cried when the original Party Closed after the start of the pandemic and then....I heard it was reopening and I literally had a countdown on my phone for opening day! The new management is AWESOME!! The inside is so clean, and so much easier to navigate! The coolers are infinitely brighter and so much better organized. The entire team was quick to greet me, and showed me their layout and was incredibly patient as I rolled through cherry picking my treasures. The owner was right there the whole time, asking what I might want to see in the future, and letting me know what they still had coming. I am so impressed with their selection of hard to find beers, including one of my favorites, the Einstok Icelandic white which I fell in love with in Montreal but have been struggling to find here consistently. They were happy to chat with me and offer guidance and suggestions! They gave me some awesome swag and I left feeling like I had made 3 new friends who I will definitely be spending my Friday afternoons with on my drive home! They have a completely touchless payment system, they are happy to load your vehicle up, and have some snacks on hand too! I really hope they get the support of the community and are here to stay for many more years to come!

Glad this place is back open! Hard to find consistent craft beer selections near campus. I am going to park and go in next time with a mask bc they have so much stuff it can be overwhelming from the car but the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable for everything you might need!

The service here was so great! It's such a cool idea and there's a great selection. Brian was so helpful!

Party Barn is my Go-To Beer Store because of a few reasons: 1) Great selection of beer and wine 2) Competitive pricing 3) It's so stinkin easy 4) When you have kids in the car, no need to unbuckle the kids, bring them inside the store and go through that whole process. New management is friendly and they cleaned up the inside and it looks great. Cheers to another 40 years!

Asked the manager what the cost was to deliver.. "said he didn't have the figures on hand and would need to call back". Didn't call back and charged a $52 delivery fee. .... the delivery was 8min from party barn.

The people at party barn are super helpful and friendly and I have gone and been back a few times and had a good experience every time. Prices are reasonable for how close they are to UT and with the ability to drive in.

I've come here about 3 times since moving down the street. Every time I come in, the people who are working are SO friendly and helpful. Such a great place during covid because you just tell them what you want and they'll put it in your trunk for you. Went by today and met the manager, Lance, and he was awesome! I didn't know what I wanted so he recommended this new imperial pineapple blonde ale and it might be my new favorite beer. Highly recommend stoping by this place and grabbing some beer or wine!!

Had my first experience at the Party Barn and will definitely be returning. I drove inside and was promptly greeted by a wonderful young woman and she was super helpful and had me in and out so fast! They also have a great wine selection - highly recommend checking it out!

Called to reserve a keg and tap/tub for our engagement party a week in advance. When I showed up the day of they had lost my reservation and were out of taps and tubs. Junior's ended up saving the day.

The guys here are very friendly! Very good prices and they always have what I need in stock. When you rent the keg you get the bucket and tap added as a rental for free. We got the Ziegenbock and Shiner Bock kegs.

The people here know their beer!! Super helpful. Ive gone a few times to pick up craft kegs. Call ahead of time if you Wang something in particular, they do run out of things.

Last weekend 10/14 I had a housewarming party for my daughter and son in law. I ordered a keg of Dos XX and the guys who delivered it to the house were great! they gave me instructions to let it sit for 2 to 3 hours before serving and iced it down for me they said 2 to 3 pumps per cup. As the evening went on the keg was full of foam. I kept checking throughout the night and our guests informed me that it took 10 to 15 mins to fill up one cup of beer. I called on 10/16 and spoke to Steve and he told me that we pumped to much and that's why it was foaming! He told me he would check the keg when it was returned. On 10/17 they picked it up at 7pm. Still have not heard back and today is 10/19. The keg wasn't even half way gone! wasted BEER! Who does that!

I purchased a keg from Party Barn in March and returned the keg, tap and tub within 2 days as per their return policy. This week, over a month after returning the keg, I was charged $40 without any notice. I had to call about 10 times and send an email before I finally got a reply. I'm certain they thought they could get away with charging me $40 a month after doing business with them without me noticing. If you choose to purchase a keg here, be aware of your bank statements in the following weeks.

Excellent service! The beer choices are incredible. We needed a keg for a Hoe-down and it was easy to order, pickup and return!

We just stopped by the Party Barn because it looked cool, and it was such an amazing experience! The staff was so nice and helpful and knew so much about all the different drinks they have to offer. They also gave us great suggestions about what to do while in Austin. Would recommend to everyone 21 and older!

Steve was great! Delivery was easy and he drove all the way to Buda to drop off, set up, and pick up! Great variety of beers!

Just stopped by PB ver 2.0 for a case of cold ones. The make-over is great, the people were friendly and on top of it. Great selection, too.

The selection on kegs is great! I ordered a keg for a party. The guy delivered it when he said he would, with every supply needed. I had 72 hours to return it, so we could reap the benefits for the couple nights following the party. Prices were reasonable, and the staff were nice. Absolutely no complaints over here!

If you want a keg of cheap, light beer. You can get that anywhere. But if you want a keg of something that actually tastes good, this is the place for you. I have picked up many kegs for my kegerator from Party Barn, and 95% of the time they have what I want, in the keg size I want, already in stock When I have a special request for a seasonal of some kind, Steve can get it for you within two days. And I drive all the way from cedar park to get my kegs from here. That, in itself alone, speaks volumes about this place.

The Party Barn has been around forever. Great service, great prices. great beer. A recent party called for a keg. All roads lead to the Party Barn. Great selection and expert advice on proper set up. We got the Live Oak Pilsner. Fresh and tasty. The owner Steve was very helpful and friendly. Before the party everyone I talked to said go to the Party Barn. After my experience I can see why. I crown Steve the King of Kegs. A local business which delivers an exemplary level of service. Great prices make this an Austin original. Cheers !

No stars for selling very expired beer and then not letting me return it. I didn't expect to get all of our money back since we did drink some of it but I did expect to at least have an apology. 1 star for the nice staff that I talked with on the phone. I'm just sorry that I ended up dealing with the crotchety old man. I will never return to Party Barn, good job being a bunghole.
