Party Girl Bake Club

We have worked with Party Girl Bake Club multiple times but last night was the greatest experience. Sure, you can get a cake from them and it'll be great but if you aren't hiring them for a modern table scape type catering you are MISSING out. Just so beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. We can't wait to work with Mallory and her amazingly, talented and professional team again. Plus, everything was so delicious we could cry with joy. Thank you again so much!

Party Girl Bake Club is truly on another level. The cake I received was genuinely otherworldly. From the very first bite, the texture was absolutely divine. Soft, luscious, and perfectly balanced in a way that felt intentional and masterful. The flavors were complex and miraculous without being overwhelming. Every bite revealed something new, like you could feel the care, creativity, and intuition woven into the cake itself. It tasted elevated, thoughtful, and deeply satisfying. And the aesthetics. Pure perfection. The cake was stunning to look at, almost too beautiful to cut into. It felt like art that also happened to taste unreal. This was not just a cake. It was an experience. Party Girl Bake Club creates magic, and I will be dreaming about this cake for a very long time. Highly recommend if you want something that feels special, indulgent, and unforgettable.

Mallory’s Cakes at Party Girl Bake Club were an exceptional treat which was given rave reviews by guests across the board at our wedding. Their Carrot Cake and Apple Churro cake flavors were moist, rich and deeply flavorful- a highlight of the evening! In collaboration with Velvet Sky Bakery, Party Girl Bake Club did a fantastic job of creating artistic cake pieces which fit within the Aesthetic Vibe of “American Revolution Hobbit Hole”, critical towards matching the vibes of our venue, our family farm at London Purchase Farm. The artistic highlight was the grain tower cake modeled after a structure on the property. We would love to use them again for future events and any wedding would be lucky to work with Mallory for her artistry and culinary skills! ~Dan & Emily

Mallory of PTBC is incredibly organized and professional, while also wildly creative and inventive - a perfect recipe. Her work is highly custom and celebratory, leaning towards experiential installation art (and it’s delicious!)

Mallory was such a pleasure to work with and is a literal genius!! The cake was FANTASTIC - the cake flavor was delicious, the texture was perfect and the buttercream was amazing. The cake was also gorgeous on top of it all. So many compliments from guests and we loved it ourselves. Highly recommend!

Is there anyone who does it better in this city?? The cakes are so fun and creative and visually stunning, not to mention all the flavors she offers are insanely unique and delicious. I don’t know which is more impressive, the cakes, all the workshops offered or the expansion to catering with hand sculpted butter candles and woven bread baskets. A true innovator in tablescaping, PGBC brings a pure joy that I hope everyone gets to experience.

Time after time Party Bake has done nothing but provide me with some of the most lifelong remembering cakes I have ever seen. Accommodating and loving and so talented. Helped me organize a cake for a work event and helped me make sure I was able to transport it from Philly all the way to Jersey City can’t thank her enough
