These people really care about food, and it shows. We were looked after by Medina, who took SUCH stunning, sunny pride and care in the Pasero menu. When she clocked we liked orange wine, she offered us an off menu suggestion - which was sooo good. And! The chef made some really cool alterations so I could have something without dairy or garlic (because I'm a nightmare to feed lol). The small plates were delicious, and the bread was warm and yummy, and honestly I cannot stress enough how special this evening was. Thankyou.
