Tried this place for dinner, first you can build your own pasta meals, pick your pasta, sauce and protein. All the sauces are made in house and cooked fresh daily and you can really taste it. I tried the Diavola with rigatoni pasta and spicy Italian sausage. Was so delicious. The sauce was perfect. I am Italian and love to try different Italian restaurants and found the flavors so wonderful. It is a small restaurant with great service. They greet you when you first come in. Explain to you how it works if you have never been there. You can sample any of the sauces. Keep in mine you can mix sauces to create your own flavors. They boil your pasta choice and mix the sauce, put the protein on top with Parmesan cheese mix and fresh basil. You can also add other toppings if you want for a little extra. I also like that you can have as many proteins as you want for a little extra. I am a big eater and you get enough food to fill me up. They also have gluten free options for pasta and all the sauces are gluten free. All this for under 15 dollars. Amazing service and food. The owner who is constantly cooking in the back came out front to make sure everyone was having a good meal. This will be a regular stop for us in the future and cannot wait to return.

Authentic Italian noodles and sauces made FRESH in the store, build your own bowl in three minutes. Delicious flavor combinations, best tasting pasta I've ever had in America, rivaling the places I visited in Italy. Puts all of the chain restaurants to shame. And don't get me started on the soft, yet chewy bread sticks!!

This place is the real deal. Authentic Italian pasta and sauces. You choose the pasta, it’s cooked when you order. There is a nice selection of sauces to choose from and you can add veggies and protein. The service is friendly and fast. The prices extremely reasonable. The decor inviting. I had the fusilli with pesto. It was delicious! I will be back.

fresh and delicious! I'm not a white sauce person but they've CONVERTED me! Try their tres fromaggi, SO GOOD. All their pasta are fresh too. The garlic bread is yum as well!

Currently eating it and it is absolutely disgusting. I can’t even finish it. I got the BYO with sausage shrimp and mushrooms. Everything tastes like water. If you are a true foodie you know that means frozen now fresh! I also ordered 2 breadstick tastes like water as well and hard as a rock…..absolutely would not recommend! And i want my money back! I want it give it no stars but it wouldn’t let me leave a review if I didn’t!

I ordered the gluten free pasta with creamy marinara sauce and it was delicious! Very generous portion size as well. The man who greeted me was so kind and friendly. I was informed all sauces and all proteins except for the meatballs are gluten free. Thanks for a great experience! I will be back soon.

Fast casual fresh pasta? Yes, please! This restaurant has been open for only five months, but I'm so disappointed I didn't find them sooner! Everything, from pasta to sauces to bread sticks and dessert, is all made from scratch, in-house. The chef-owner, Cosmo,was on site the day my husband and I visited, and he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My husband had the strozzapretti with the Bolognese sauce and sausage. He said the pasta was well cooked and the sausage was tender. He was surprised by the flavor of the Bolognese, as it was more acidic than he anticipated, but he enjoyed it very much. The bread sticks, only 50¢ each, were PHENOMENAL. I had the fusilli with lobster cream sauce and chicken. The chicken was fork-tender, the sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the pasta was perfectly al dente. Cosmo said that the pasta shapes and sauces change from time to time. He is currently working on ziti, with the idea of creating baked ziti. We will definitely return, multiple times, over the coming months.
