Pasta factory sells its wares for retail along with Italian dishes & sandwiches for dining in.
"The fresh pasta shop that’s also known for its house-made mozzarella molded into shapes like the Eagles logo and turkeys for Thanksgiving sells a nice selection of Italian hoagies and hot sandwiches too." - Sarah Maiellano
"One thing you would assume they’d nail at the stadiums is hoagies. You can get child-sized (like literally the size of a three-year-old child) buckets of fries and "ice cream from the future,” but it’s basically impossible to find a vendor that does a good Italian hoagie. While we petition the Philadelphia Stadium Board to open a decent sandwich shop in at least one of the arenas, save your appetite and head to Pastificio after the game. It’s mostly a market, but they have a deli counter that makes a really good Italian hoagie, as well as a bunch of other sandwiches." - Sydney Mcelwee
"Pastificio is a tiny market in South Philly where you can buy homemade pasta and other Italian goods, but they also have a deli counter that makes a really solid Italian hoagie (as well as a bunch of other sandwiches that aren’t bad either). Stop here on your way to or from a game at Citizens Bank Park for food that’s much better than the stadium hot dogs. Unless it’s dollar dog day, in which case, we don’t blame you for wearing cargo shorts to carry as many dogs as you can fit in the pockets." - Sydney McElwee
