Food was great. Carne asada was great taste the food comes out fast and hot. Take from someone who is not from South America this food was great. The arepa I would like it a bit more sweet. The cheese is on the salter side my husband loved it. Don’t forget to get tostones.

From the Patacon Sierra Nevada to the empanada to the flan to the picada the sampler to the presentation and the taste of my delicious jugo de piña con yerbabuena and the delightful ambiance that the owner Sandra created in the space is truly AMAZING…. I loved my stop at this restaurant …. I hope to have a restaurant like this in Orlando soon….

I’m not from this area. I’m from Tampa bay and I always have to have my Colombian food. I was here for only a day and I did try to get some food and I did find few places and this on got some good reviews. Well. I’m 10/10. Excellent suggestion for you to make a new list of good restaurants with amazing food.

After a long day of flying we had the chicken soup. It wad excellent. The Columbian beer was great.

This place never disappoints. The moment you walk in the door. It’s immaculately clean. The service is excellent. Their menu has something for everyone. And I ofcourse had the Bandeja Paisa Especial. Chefs kiss

The food was just great. Exquisite flavor, well cooked, nice presentation. A 10 for the cook. The place is set in a pleasant way, the staff works quite well, however, the place is very small and the tables are practically on top of each other, that is, there is no privacy for dinner, which brings as a consequence that the place is too full and you have all the time the staff passing by the side. This makes it very noisy inside, it's like you're in a bar and not a restaurant. It's a shame because the truth is that the food was spectacular but the atmosphere full of people makes it look like an inn.

The food was delicious the drinks as well. Our waiter Macarena was fantastic and the price was Excellent… I recommend to everyone..We celebrate early Mother’s Day on Saturday.. love it ♥️♥️

Went for lunch very busy food takes a while but still man is so good!!! It is amazing and staff does a great job is just they are busy cause they really that good! Love the beans and tice and madurosbthose beans are so delicious! The steak meat is so soft u can peel with a fork. The chicharron w the beans and rice crunchy yummmm! Avocado of course and the sausage yumm Colombian style its so good wow! Great prices and good decor this is my go to colombian! Bandeja Paisa heaven!

The ambience is beautiful, the restaurant is very nice, the food is delicious and the service was very friendly, my only issue was the price, is a little expensive.

No matter how delicious the food is, terrible and lousy service will drive me away every time. Do not expect to come here and spend a reasonable time eating, as they forget about your orders and do not check in once the food is brought out. Very disappointing. Giving 3 stars because the ambiance is very chic and chill, as well as the bandeja paisa being top-notch.

This is my go to lunch place when I want to eat Colombian. The place itself is very nice and well decorated. The staff is friendly and the food usually comes out very quickly. Their bandeja paisa is very good and the portions are usually decent. I've come here quite a few times and will continue to come.

We started our trip off with lunch here at the Colombian restaurant @pataconpisao and we were soooooo impressed!! Definitely recommend this delicious restaurant! Here's what we ordered: ~Mango juice This was so fresh and perfect for a hot day. Also I love the glass it came in!! In my opinion, their fresh juices are a MUST ORDER!! You won't regret it. ~Mora (blackberry) juice ~Dulce Tentacion- sweet plantains topped with gratinated cheese This is perfect for all of my fellow cheese lovers! I love the sweet and salty combo. ~Arepa de Choclo- sweet corn cake with melted cheese This was also delish! ~Bandeja paisa especial- beef steak, egg, pork rinds, arepa, white rice, beans, and sweet plantains I really recommend this dish! You get to try a little bit of everything! The steak was seasoned very well and so juicy. The pork was so crispy! ~Patacon Sierra Nevada (carne- fried green plantain with beef, mushroom sauce and mozzarella cheese. This was my first time having a Patacon and I loved it! The portion was also very generous! The portions are hefty, the food is delicious, and the juices are unbeatable. Put this place on your list!!!

As a Miami local who has lived in the Doral/Fontainebleau area for years, I can't believe I overlooked this hidden gem for so long. It was only when a friend invited my husband and me to dine here that I finally gave it a try, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. So much so, I've been back twice in just the past month! The menu at Patacon Pisao offers a wide variety of Colombian dishes. To start, I highly recommend their empanadas as an appetizer. This dish is stuffed with a savory mixture of ground beef and potato. From the very first bite, it's clear that these empanadas are freshly cooked. It's a fantastic way to kickstart your meal at Patacon Pisao. For my entrée, I've opted for the Baby Churrasco. The meat is always cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. However, the true star of the meal is the red beans side dish - it is absolutely delicious. The delectable food, the inviting, clean atmosphere, and good service make it a must-visit for anyone looking to savor the authentic flavors of Colombia right here in Miami. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their menu.

Hands down the BEST sancocho at this location. Kudos to the chef. The meat was tender, the vegetables were boiled to perfection (not soggy) and the broth was hearty. 10/10 Sin duda el MEJOR sancocho es en este lugar. Felicitaciones al chef. La carne estaba tierna, las verduras hervidas a la perfección (no empapadas) y el caldo abundante.

Went for lunch, and it was excellent! We ordered 3 Patacon with 5 sides each (large green plantain fried). The food was really good, but we could have managed with just 2 orders as the portions are quite generous. The service was exceptional; our server consistently checked on us, and another staff member ensured everything was to our liking - super attentive. The atmosphere is casual but pleasant, situated in a small plaza. While the prices seemed a bit high, the portion sizes justified it. Just be aware that an 18% gratuity is automatically added to your check.

Food was amazing. Visiting from north miami, and my boyfriend and I loved it! Both plates were clean! Will definitely come back. Service was also great, friendly waiter. I recommend the carne plate with rice, plantains and salad!!!

Really disappointed with the experience. I'm a regular customer, so I was expecting a great meal and great service, but was met with having to wait 40 min just to put in my order. When we arrived, the AC was broken, but against our better judgement we decided to stay. We then proceeded to wait 15 min just to get a menu, and we had to ask someone for it. Then after 30 min we had to wave for another waiter just to take our order. After repeatedly asking how long how food was going to take, they brought the appetizer and entree at the same time. We understand that restaurants have bad days, but at least communicate if there's an issue. Also, the bathroom didn't have a changing table for the baby.

I decided to try this location and I had to take out and I ordered the bandeja paisa and a coconut lemonade it was so good and I like I love coconut omg yes the bandeja paisa was perfect the place looked clean and staff was great

Solia visitar Patacon Pisao hace muchisimos años, recien habia ordenado por solo Ubereats pero quize ir a dine in y delicioso. A mi esposo y a mi nos encanto. Las porciones son super grandes. Todo muy rico.

Decent Colombian spot, usually a hit or miss as a bit inconsistent on the good. There are times I order a dish and it's amazing and certain days I can order the exact same dish and flavor, consistency, texture are all lacking and not the same. So will says it's a luck of the draw.

I had never had a Patacon before. Delicious! The setting is intimate & the staff is delightful. The coconut flan was also amazing - yummmmm

This place has done an amazing turn-around. The food has always been good, but the dining room and the service was subpar. This time I was totally impressed. The dining room is completely renovated. It looks fresh, modern, well organized, and clean throughout. The service is also much improved. Very friendly and helpful even though the restaurant was full. The food continues to be perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Very authentic Colombian dishes with generous portions at a very reasonable price. I'm entirely delighted and can't wait to go back.

I love Tostones, so when my family suggested we come here for lunch I was happy. First, the drinks, Lemonade with Hierba Buena was refreshing and something new. We ordered the Beef Empanadas, small size perfect for appetizers. They have a crispy crust and savory filling of shredded beef. Choclo con Queso- Arepas topped with melted Cheese. Yummy. Patacón with Chicharrones and several sauces and condiments. This " Toston" is gigantic, but paper thin. A new experience. Service was prompt and friendly.

The food here is incredible, you feel like you are eating at your grandmas house. Our waitress Daniela's service was excellent, she made sure we were well taken care off. The place is small, but you feel right at home, not crowded.

Place is nice and clean food was pretty fast coming out but service was really bad on this day. Not to take anything away from the food but the service was on the extremely bad this day the place was packed and a giant party was trying to get seated in a small restaurant. It created havoc and really was a nightmare for other customers as I had to force them get me drinks

We had a similar experience to other patrons in that the service is terrible. We were seated and waited over 15 minutes to place our order. We were sat before other tables who had been waited on and gotten drinks before anyone even talked to us. Our waitress did not bring drinks for 25 minutes which came with our apps. We asked for water from another waiter - and no one ever brought it. We only received 2 of the 3 appetizers we ordered and after 40 minutes we are pretty annoyed. I'm not sure why the service has been so bad. The food would have been better if it had all come together. We ordered a plain arepa to eat with chocharron but it didn't get to our table. Even paying took forever and we had to go up to the front to get the check and pay in order to get someone's attention. We weren't the only ones either. Several tables were left unattended for a long time.

Stoped by Patacon in Doral went old school as I haven't been there in years. It was just as good as I remembered. Had the Baby Churasco, empanadas, and my son had the steak special which included pinto beans, some righteous, crunchy Chicharrón, salad, rice and an over easy egg. The Churasco was one of the best steaks I've had in a long time, Cooked perfectly medium rare.. The chimichurri sauce was Homemade deliciousness, and their hot sauce that you could drink with a straw if it weren't so spicy was divine. Won't wait so long In between visits next time. Great prices, tons of food and the place was packed. Very authentic Colombian food. Delicious!

Went over for lunch , Really enjoyed the dish, it was gigantic and full of flavor . The mix of mushrooms and mozzarella was off in paper but great in practice.

Got here at 5pm the don't close till 9. of the 5 soup options on the menu they had none. The server came back twice each time I ordered a different soup to tell me they don't have it. The only place I've been to that the pandeja paisa doesn't come with chorizo. It's an extra $4. Def not coming back. Oo and it's over priced

A fantastic lunch with a great crowd that helped me order. I got the veggie Patacón and loved it. The juices were great and that little corn fritter-y thing was amazing. I'd go back in a moment. Here is the real danger though. They sell puppies next door and I wanted to take them all home. Be careful!

Después de muchos años sin ir volvimos para darle otra oprtunidad y la experiencia fue peor La comida de muy baja calidad Pedimos una bandeja paisa y los frijoles estaban ahumados,le comentamos al mesero y nos dijo que no tenían más y cuando le dije que nos diera otras opciones se puso con actitud de molestia Luego de tener un mal servicio mala calidad de la Comida pedimos la cuenta y como cosa rara pusieron por derecha propina de 18% y cuando llevan el voucher d ela tarjeta de crédito para firmar lo Muestran como sino hubieran cargado nada de servicio y ponen las opciones de dar propina sobre un sub total que ya la tiene Le comente al manager y me dio una escusa Mediocre Pero no Caigan en la trampa revisen la cuenta y no den 36% de propina por comida servicio y cargos ilegales Que vergüenza con mis paisanos y otros clientes de este restaurante Adjunto copia de factura con copia del voucher de la tarjeta

Overpriced. The food quality was not good, it seemed like it was just refrigerated and reheated. The place wasn't busy and the waiter was still taking very long. I ordered a sancocho de costilla which they served me a huge bone with a tiny piece of meat and a lot of skin... At the end we had to get assisted by another server because of how long we were waiting to get a dessert and the bill. Won't be coming back here again.

Here's another example of wishing to be able to rate a location with higher stars. After sitting at a table for over 20 minutes, we had to beg for someone to wait on us. We finally get a waitress where she is clearly and visibly annoyed by having to take our order. She takes our order(no name introduction, no upsell, no information on any specials ). She never offered us water, nor asked at any time while we were there. We get our food, but never checked up on again afterwards. I need to make sure I explain this part correctly. The food is AMAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZING! Like wow! Not a single plate that was on that table had anything but crazy delicious. Yummmm. But back to the 3 stars... not sure if the female and male waiter have bad blood or don't believe in helping each other out, but there would definitely be better service if they just even glanced at each other. We FINALLY get some service when a third waitress steps into the mix. She asks if we need anything else, gives us goodie bag boxes, and of course, the bill. And no, the restaurant was only half full. Better service and this place could be a goldmine!

Food was good, we really liked the empanadas with hot sauce. The ajiaco was different not my favorite, the taste is different from other ajiacos I've had. The bandeja paisa was great and big enough to share. Now the service on the other hand was really lacking. 18% gratuity is already included in all bills so you can tell the staff is not really going out of their way to be helpful. For this reason alone we won't be back.

Really disappointed. The must have changed the aluminum paper for a less expensive version, and what a nightmare. This cheap foil actually melted into my orders. I can only imagine what would have happened had I not spotted this potentially fatal mistake. After contacting them they sent over a replacement Patacon to enjoy with my cold sides. Very bad on so many counts- Take out at your own risk

If you want outstanding Colombian food look no longer. The Baby churrasco and Chimichurri sauce with fried plantains was amazing, and the bandeja paisa did not disappoint! In the appetizer arena the fried Yucca and empanadas were great too! The FLAN WAS GREAT just like my grandpa used to make! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. The service was impeccable.

La comida no puedo decir si es rica o no Como la gente de ahí no me atendió por mas de 15 minutos sin Tomarse el tiempo de preguntar siquiera Estaban ocupados pero si no pueden contraten gente Si vienen a este lugar esperen nada de atención cómoda no se pero pues así son los restaurantes colombianos en general parecidos a los de california sin embargo sin hacer publicidad a un restaurante a 5 minutos de ahí le conté lo que me paso aquí y la verdad que ellos me atendieron súper bien Lili la bartender espero que cambien realmente me salí furioso y quería poner en mal este restaurante pero pues todos le hacemos la lucha pero algunos no les interesa la clientela

Súper triste con mi experiencia. Estaba súper contenta ordenando mi comida para comer en casa. Un sancocho de gallina. Le dije al mesero que tomo mi orden que me diera una pechuga y el me dijo que claro que estaría pendiente. Cuando llegue a casa a comer mi delicioso sancocho la yuca y la mazorca estaban podridas del mal gusto y me dio un ala totalmente diferente a lo que le dije.

Solid Colombian food. Of course I went with the Bandeja Paisa. Bandeja Paisa is known as a generous portion, but nevertheless this was a generous portion. Steak was cooked well. The arepa came in a star shape which I've never seen before. Other than that, this was your traditional Bandeja Paisa. Prepared well. Filling and delicious. Their empanadas were delicious.

Colombian restaurant in Doral that serves up some killer oxtail every Thursday! Was recently treated to a sample by a friend, loved it, and had been craving more. Finally came in yesterday with a couple of coworkers around lunchtime for this Thursday treat!! The restaurant is fine; clean, spacious and with lots of parking. We ordered some Chicharonnes to start with which were also killer! Really tasty, not too greasy and served with a nice spicy salsa, they paved the way for the oxtail to come! The oxtail is around $14 but a pretty decent size for a lunch special; you get at least 3 big pieces and it's cooked with carrots and potatoes in a delicious sauce, and also served with white rice and a salad. These two items alone will definitely bring me back!

Great Colombian Food!!!! I visited this place on Friday for lunch waiting line was 15min, the attention was gentle, my server was Robert he brought water and offered drinks right away, they are really fasta enough for my lunch time period. I tried the pineapple and peppermint juice and it was delicious For my meal I ordered Patacon with grilled chicken and pineapple sauce that was outrageous!!!!! OMG what a combination! The Patacon itself was huge!!!!! I only had the half of the portion because for me was a lot of food. No problem with it I took it for later I also tried my friend's food: Empanada and chicharrón where good too! Everything clean in the restaurant I used the bathroom too and it was clean There is enough parking in the shopping center Great prices! Huge portions! I will definitely come back !

The food is Authentic Columbian food. It was very good. The service was excellent. Today I looked at my receipt which was a day later and noticed that this restaurant automatically adds the tip. We were a party of only 2 people. Not expecting this I wasn't paying attention and tipped again at 18%. My total tip was almost half of my bill. Be careful and review your receipt before paying. I am not happy about this at all. I will probably not go back.

My meal today while tasty, gave me a little anxiety. For starters, lunch was pretty busy. Got there around 12:45 and we were lucky enough to pick up a table cause the place was jammin. We were taken care of by what seemed like owner/manager and she was excellent. Very friendly, very professional and polite...nothing short of my usual experience with the Colombians so I was quite pleased. I ordered a patacon that brought pineapple- You could pick chicken or beef and I opted for the chicken and a lemonade and waited. Waited quite a while before it finally made its way to the table...and when it did it was ginormous. When I took my first bite...it seemed I was chewing forever, and the thought alone made me anxious- I couldn't fathom myself finishing that plate with the amount of chews it would've taken. The thought alone was exhausting and after a while, I just got tired of eating it. It wasn't bad, it wasn't exceptional, but I got bored! Next time, I share this or maybe order something different cause now I know that sadly, I don't have the patience to eat a patacon.

La comida tiene un excelente sabor y las porciones son bastante grandes. El tiempo de espera estaba bueno lo único es que la mesera tenía demasiadas mesas y se demoraba mucho en atender. Comimos las picada para dos pero fue suficiente para tres.

The food was decent but the service was horrible. We had to flag anyone available down to get a refill of water, because the waiter only cared to take the order and give us the check and gathering the signature. The other waiter took my husband's plate without even asking if he was done. I asked for another natural fruit drink and while I was waiting the other waiter again came by to take everything of my table. Then they even had the audacity of adding 18% of a tip for mediocre service. The first time here and for sure the last. Not worth the hassle.

The food is good, but the service and experience was awful. We placed a to go order at 2:30 PM for a 4:30 PM pick up and they did not have our order ready at all. We arrived at 2:35 PM and just waited as other orders were placed and served in house. We didn't leave with our to go food order until about an hour after our requested pick up time. We won't be coming back to this restaurant or placing any future orders.
