OMG, literally the BEST french toast in Seattle! Actually one of the best French toast in the states, 5/5 ⭐️’s! The flavor is immaculate! I’d say perfection, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The sauce, ingredients, and texture are the perfect trio! If you’re a French toast fanatic, add this one to your list as a must try! 😋

Davie was the bartender on New Years Eve and he was wonderful! He did not have assistance and was slammed the whole evening! Great job! He needs a raise!

Delicious vegan breakfast veggie plate with Homestyle potatoes, mushrooms, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, onions with sourdough & jam! The waiter was nice enough to help me create this.

I love Argentinian food. It's full of flavor and gluten free. This place though has a lot of gluten, is really bland, and really expensive. They have actual wood fire to cook the meat and the smell adds a nice atmosphere but the steak was really poor quality. A step up from Walmart cuts. The first potatoes were slathered in so much lemon it was inedible. The second batch was so over salted it was barely edible (and I love salt). They said they are knowledgeable about allergies but didn't think that the oil that cooks calamari is gluten contaminated. They also force a 20% tip and don't tell you till after the bill arrives. On top of it, it's kinda bland inside the restaurant. The decor looks unfinished. The staff were nice, that was the highlight.

Service was friendly but minimal touch, and there were very few patrons dining on a Wed night. I started with the Chili Rubbed Pork Belly, and when delivered my server informed me "It should really be called Brussel Sprouts and some Pork Belly", and he was absolutely right. It would have been nice to know at the time of ordering that the primary advertised ingredient comprised only 10% of the dish. It was a very good appetizer if you're interested in brussel sprouts, and I was disappointed at the misrepresentation because I came here for meat. They really want to you order your steak rare - when I chose the NY Strip my server asked, "Medium Rare?" to which I replied "Medium, please" and it ended up being just a touch above rare to be classified as medium. It was very tender and juicy, but lacking any significant flavor. For being cooked over wood fire there really wasn't any fired or smoked flavor, nor any salt or other seasoning. Two spears of asparagus are just enough to garnish the plate with a touch of green, and again not seasoned at all. The scoop of garlic mashed potatoes was the only item on the plate to include salt. Serving a steak in a deep-lipped bowl/plate isn't the best choice for a meal you need to access with both utensils. This could be an acceptable place to eat if you're staying in the hotel, but I woulnd't go out of my way to come here otherwise.

Been here for brunch and dinner so many times. This place actually has great quality foods (not average hotel foods). I love their presentation so much, especially their breakfast/brunch menu. I’ve tried every single item on the brunch menu and they all tasted great and looked beautiful! They also have the best frutti di mare (seafood pasta) and very yummy salads, which is on the dinner menu.

The double cheeseburger is flat out awful. Dry and tasteless meat (probably frozen) on over toasted hard buns. Couldn't get myself to take another bite. The first batch of fries came out cold and was replaced. Do yourself a favor and skip.

Came in on Mother’s Day for brunch and had a great experience! Our party of 10 was given a private dining room which was perfect for our kids to move around a bit. Service from Tim, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. The staff even provided a tulip to each of the mothers, nice touch! Food was excellent! Some of our favorites were the salmon Benedict, huckleberry French toast, and the special of the day: duck hash. Our compliments to Chef Mark and the kitchen team for an awesome meal! Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Seattle and staying in the downtown area or even if you’re a local looking for a delicious brunch spot!

Ate here for happy hour on a Thursday (2-5) and it was not busy at all. The service was quick, kind, and attentive. The food was better than okay, but nothing spectacular. Great for watching a game, or sitting at the bar with a friend.

the service was outstanding, I wish that I had caught his name. we had appetizers the truffle fries they were outstanding , and the ceviche which was below average, no detectable lime juice flavour. the burger was excellent, filling, and flavorful. the hen chicken, moist, but little flavour, should be a breast, way to many bones. the risotto was soggy, and no flavour.

I was looking for a great breakfast place to eat in Seattle by Pike Market. I found Patagon and the food looked great! I marked down the address and we proceeded to catch the monorail and walk to Patagon. When we got there, the restaurant seemed really nice and trendy. There was an open air kitchen and the food looked pretty good. Unfortunately after this, everything went downhill. First off, our waitress look "wasted" and didn't seem very personable. That's fine, but after we ordered coffee and asked for cream, she never came back! We had to ask another server for cream which he brought immediately. Her recommendation wasn't that good either. Eggs Benedict with prosciutto sounded promising, but in reality was ok. It looked ok, but the flavor wasn't really there. I added tabasco to liven up the taste but overall, kind of disappointing. The potatoes were pretty good though. After the lackluster service, we heard our waitress emit a loud "F__K" while she was complaining about something. I'm sure there are better places around Pike Market. Not recommended.

Terrible experience !!! Don't waist your money here !!we just had a breakfast and place was not packed , ordered very simple items ... avocado toast .. and scribbled eggs . Avocado toast had hard boiled egg lol , terribly hard old toast ., scrambled eggs were served with old salad . And we never got our fruit salad !! Waited for almost an hour to eat ! Across the street is better place for breakfast , it's just a long line to get inn ( no wonder why )

This is a pleasant, peaceful spot for breakfast for an evening drink. We came in the morning since we had food credits from staying in the hotel and the spiced apple French toast was delicious! The bartender was very friendly and helpful in the evening as well.

Don't skip this tasty restaurant!! The food was delicious, but the service is what really sold us on this place. Our Server Mary was the absolute best!! She was attentive, and her interactions with us were top tier. She also remembered us the next day and even gave our little one goodies. She is what made this place memorable for us. We stayed at the Charter hotel, and this was probably the best part of our stay since it's right down stairs!

Food is just okay for the price. The service is absolute crap. They absolutely need to train their staff especially if they are going to mandate a 20% service charge. The food runner took our food to the wrong table and the server never came up to us and acknowledged it at all. After we had been eating and almost finished the plate that came to us she finally came back and asked if we needed anything. The only reason to eat here is with the hotel credit. Otherwise stay away. Also.... They want $6 for black coffee. Comeon we are in Seattle!

This place was delicious. Happy hour keeps it trill and the fried chicken sliders pop off. 5 stars.

We were looking for a place for breakfast saw this place and decided to try it. We were greeted and sat down quickly. Coffee was brought over right away and the waiter took our order. I had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and truffle sauce and my wife had the special breakfast. Service was very attentive and warm. My eggs were over cooked, however I brought it to the waiter's attention and they quickly made them again and perfectly done.

I finally found a place that offers sweetbteads. Finally. Only I wanted more of them because they were absolutely delicious. The entrees were also tasty and paired well with Patagōn's extensive wine and cocktail offerings. The staff was great, and the location to the theater was terrific. I think the only negative was the end price. We didn't get anything crazy, but still ended up spending over $200 for two people.

I recently visited Patagon restaurant on 2nd Ave and had a nice experience. Maureen, the server, was very friendly and welcoming. We tried the egg Benedict with salmon lox, avocado toast, and sausages and eggs, all served with the most delicious, perfectly cooked potatoes. The food was good, but it was Maureen's exceptional service that truly made our visit memorable. The restaurant has a hip and trendy vibe. Overall, it was a pleasant breakfast outing.

We are here three times while staying in the hotel so this review takes into account three experiences. Patagon is an Argentinian inspired restaurant located on the ground floor of the Hilton Charter hotel about two blocks from Pike Place Market. We ate breakfast twice and both times had a very good experience. The restaurant takes reservations on Opentable but there was rarely a host so you can just walk in and choose a table. The food was very good. The salmon Benedict and the oatmeal were highlights. The continental breakfast includes coffee and gives you a few choices of items which is nice. The service at breakfast (I think he'd name was Mary) was excellent as well. The only thing that was odd is that even though I ordered the salmon Benedict with salad twice, they were quite different from each other. The first day, the Benedict had no sesame seeds or dill and the second day it did. And the second day, the salad had no sundried tomatoes but on day 1, it didn't. Not sure why the dishes aren't consistent, but the ideal situation is that they would be. Unfortunately, our evening visit wasn't as stellar. We went in for something light at around 8:45 (the restaurant closes at 9pm) and we're seated right away. We ordered the calamari and lamb empanadas ($15 for three really small empanadas of about 2 bites each). The service was not good. Our server disappeared. We ran out of water so I eventually walked to bus station and got the pitcher and refilled our waters myself. The calamari was only room temperature when it was finally brought to us and very soggy so I suspect it sat in the window for awhile while our server was who knows where... someone else brought out the empanadas which were good (and hot) but overpriced. Prior to the evening experience I would have given a four star review. Something else to note-- the establishment adds a mandatory 20% service charge to your bill. We consistently tip 20%( more if the server goes above and beyond) but don't appreciate it being forced on us. The mandatory tip is probably why the night service was so poor-- why bother being attentive and refilling glasses when you're guaranteed a tip and you can spend that time doing side work instead? If you're staying at the hotel, you can apply the cost of food as well as the service charge toward your resort fee btw. Also note, this restaurant closes early (9pm most nights and 5pm on Sundays).

What a wonderful surprise spot in Seattle! We were looking for a brunch spot and when the first one we picked didn't work out we randomly selected to pop in here and we were so happy! We sat at the bar and got breakfast meals with eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. My husband got a Bloody Mary and I got some mocktails. Everything was delicious! The breakfast was so tasty, especially the potatoes and toast with cinnamon butter. The bartender was so kind and personable. He came up with interesting mocktails for me and engaged in some wonderful conversations with us. I'm so glad we ended up here!

We came here pretty often while were were staying in Seattle. Just a heads up, this restaurant is connected to another hotel (Charter Hotel). There's an urban development tax where you have to pay the hotel $25 a night. However, they do give it to you back in credit here. This place is a great way to spend some of those credits. Here are a few of the favorite dishes we tried: Forager's Fritatta - a baked egg dish with mushrooms (diced really small so it's hard to see) and sundried tomatoes. This is such a refreshing twist on an omelet. Eggs Neptune - Decent option as well. It's a take on the eggs benedict, but stuffed with crab Boysenberry French Toast - this was by far my favorite meal here. Sweet, perfectly caramelized. Patagōn - located inside the Charter Hotel - sports a clean, modern look, enthusiastic and friendly staff, and a self-serve coffee bar for those waiting in the entrance queue. Though it builds on its Argentine roots, most of the Sunday offerings are now the typical brunch fate available in a dozen places within a few blocks. The pastries were fresh, tasty, and worth the visit. Sadly, that which got me waiting through the queue, the Chorizo Biscuit (Argentine chorizo, fried egg, manchego, and a chimichurri hollandaise), is not currently on offer. That was a combination of flavors I was most eagerly anticipating. Please bring it back!

I grabbed a quick breakfast at Patagon while I was staying at the Charter Hotel. I opted for the standard fare: Eggs Benedict. Nice hollandaise sauce, potatoes were a nice change from hash browns. Coffee was solid -- strong. Service was very attentive. Mandatory 20% service fee. I enjoyed dining at this restaurant. Classy place to enjoy breakfast while staying at the Charter Hotel.

Really great experience in the hotel lobby bar and restaurant. They have a great happy hour (2-5pm)with brisket cheese burgers and smoked bag scallops. Great local beer selection and incredible brunch menu from 7am to 2pm. Thank you for 5-star service from the whole team. Great conversation and service from Mary at the incredible bar area. Excited to be back to visit someday!

When I was recently in Seattle, I was looking for a breakfast place, within walking distance, that was close to my hotel. While it sure was a good several blocks, I sought this place because of their small but interesting menu. The restaurant is within the Charter Hotel in downtown Seattle. Walking in, one finds an elegant minimal decor. First we ordered the Foragers Frittata (wild mushrooms, preserved tomato, smoked buffalo mozzarella, Beecher's flagship). Second choice was Eggs Neptune (English muffin, Dungeness crab, spinach, tomato, poached eggs, Hollandaise). Both dishes were accompanied with Rosemary potatoes. Both dishes were good in their main parts. That is the frittata, and the eggs were prepared well. Except for the very small amounts of crab in the Eggs Neptune dish. What was disappointing was the Rosemary potatoes. They were a mixture of regular and purple fingerling potatoes that were baked. Both the dishes had most of their potatoes burnt. After alerting the server to this matter, they baked us a fresh batch, which came out half burned. Coffee was excellent (I drank four cups) and the service very friendly and attentive.

The salmon Benedict was the highlight of our morning.. Instead of your traditional Benedict on English muffin with a side of breakfast potatoes, they made the potatoes into a cake and served the Benedict. Perfect. Our waitress was so personable and funny. The interior was cute and very clean. We will definitely be back.

While the food was not bad, but I cannot help but raise awareness to the gross overcharge that took place at the Bar. I was asked by my wife to buy a bottle of wine and take it back to the room. When I ordered, I received a rather large bill of $670 for a hamburger, 3 glasses of wine and then the bottle of wine. I figured my wife was splurging for a nice bottle and didn't ask any questions. When I got back to the room I looked at the menu and realized I was charged $498 for a $78 bottle of wine. No harm, I will go downstairs in the morning and get it credited, right? Wrong, it has now been 6 weeks with ZERO correspondence from their team, could not obtain detailed bill, I called around 10 times to get through to accounting... NOTHING. To the point I had to dispute via my American Express. Absolutely HORRIFIC guest service follow up on an issue they were at fault for. Unfortunate to see.

I hate adding such a disappointing, horrible tasting food to my list: let alone capture photos for it and shared it. But here we are! For such place to exit in the same building/ hotel as the Fog room is mind boggling. But boggling it was! Came for brunch yesterday. Only one other table was inside. The worst food that should not have been serving to anyone, let alone charging people for it. It's blasphemous. Lulu was our server: she was somewhat friendly. We got coffee ( not on the menu but they offered. Obviously no prices: but $5 for drip) We got 2. That should have been it!! Should've paid and left! Pancakes! Description: Buckwheat Pancakes (V) 18 Pear & Rhubaro, vanilla Cream Cheese Strawberry vanilla Svrup. What I got: orange marmalade microwaved and drizzled on top of pile of crap! Literally how the server described it to me when she brought it out. I told her that's not what it said on the menu. It actually said fruit! Aka pear and Rhubarb? She said I can order fruit on the side for extra. It was absolutely disgusting. It look as bad as it tasted. I tried scraping off the organe goo to try the pancake: which was soggy over the top sugary gross mess. Who is actually letting these dishes be served??? I left the whole thing there: the server said it's on the house when I sent it back. I mean I didn't touch it, or eat it. I'm glad it was on the house. Seattle Choripan: Uli's Spanish Chorizo, Chimichurri Cream Cheese, Salsa Criolla. Preserved Tomato on Bui Bun! Again: not what we got. I had 2 cups of coffee while I waited painfully long to pay. She asked if we were hotel guests, which I said no. But she only brought us a bill for room charge. Later had to change it and redo/ sign the whole thing: took 20 -25 minutes too long extra. A messy crappy sandwich ( or Choripan) and 2 cups of coffee with 20% gratuity already added came out to 1.5 hours too long of my time, parking we paid for on the street and absolute worst meal that should've never been served to anyone. And you CANT USE HOTEL RESTAURANT as an excuse!! My favorite- regular brunch spots are right next door that I come weekly for. Literally! Gold finch at the Four Seasons, The hart & hunter at Pali Hotel, Conversation at Thompson Seattle. Such a shame to have this place next to all those places. AVOID!!

We really enjoyed the cheeseburger and the pasta with vegetables ! Damian the waitress is something else! We definitely will come back I only took away one star because I was waiting for Argentinian food.

Breakfast was average but didn't match the price which was high. The menu was a bit limited but mostly not a good value for breakfast.

We had breakfast at Patagonia. It was American breakfast but with a few nuances that made it interesting and tasty. I had scrambled eggs with Apple chicken sausage, toast and country potatoes. It was served with red jam which tasted delicious on the toast. The potatoes were cooked well and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, which made them a tad salty. The ladies who served us were very warm and friendly. My wife's vegetarian scramble had some unique ingredients and the cheese on it was incredible. All in all a great experience. A bit on the higher side in terms of price but we appreciated the quality, service and reasonable (not too much) portions which were perfect for us. The ambiance is great!

Place was pretty nice, was not busy at all, we went around lunch time, our server was really really nice and took good care of us, was a bit too much work for him because he was the only employee on the floor and he had customers at the bar so was running around. For the food it was good but worth the price? Not at all, the only reason we tried this place was because the food on Yelp looked really good but sadly all those pictures were from the Dinner Menu, for lunch the only options we had were sandwiches and a few plates. So that was a bummer, overall it was an Okay experience, the thing that bothered us on our way out was when we paid the bill, it was only the credit card receipt that was needed to be signed, and not our itemized receipt. We didn't know that gratuity was already included till we read the bottom of the receipt, was not a big deal for us but would be nice to know what you are paying for instead of just giving us the total.

I dined here during a work trip and everything was fantastic. A bit on the pricey side for what it is though imo.

This is a 1st....our waiter, who took our order 40 minutes ago, just asked us if we had gotten our food yet. Spoiler alert, we haven't. I've never actually entered a review while still in a restaurant, but I'm hoping this helps someone in the future. Absolutely pitiful. We'll see what happens when I'm presented with the mandatory 20% service charge.

Stopped in for a quick glass of wine and a bite to eat. Sat at the bar. It was very nice. The bartender was quite friendly. Food is very good.

Honestly I'm not a big fan of restaurants which are inside of a hotel. I find the ambiance very cold usually. I made a reservation here because I was going to see a show at Moore and this place looked promising on Yelp. The guy at the door was little awkward. He gave us a hard time because we were 10 minutes late to our reservation even though the place was not busy clearly. The service was also pretty slow. We had Wagyu steaks but nothing special, just the name.i think I had high expectations because I read that it's Argentinian but nothing to do with that. I don't think we will be coming back again.

Either the world's slowest bartender or the fastest line cook works here. Order a drink - wait - then order the food. A cute hotel lobby restaurant with a great kitchen (except for the carbonara which is hit or miss - can be jammed and a block of cold pasta or just fantastic. Great prices, they give residents a break. Nice overall but for travelers, the worst tip policy, classic democrat Seattle. Hit with 20% the moment you cross the door.

I'd the French toast, chicken sausage, eggs & potatoes. I definitely overindulged for breakfast, but so worth it, as everything was delicious. Great customer service and it's conveniently located at the hotel. You get to enjoy a delicious meal before going out to explore Seattle.

I ordered steel cut oats with hazelnuts, and they served my dish with no hazelnuts. The server did not come around to ask how our dishes were, so I never had an opportunity to let them know. My water glass was empty and stayed that way because, again, there was no service. They automatically impose a 20% gratuity, so whether they provide stellar service or poor service, they still get the same tip. Why would they even try? Disappointing.

Had dinner here before a show at the Moore. Surprisingly few restaurants right in the area. We ordered shrimp and smoked (this should have been a red flag) ceviche. $19 for small amount of pre-cooked shrimp and scallops with ZERO flavor. A few tomato's and parsley were also present but added no flavor. Won tons it was served with were ok. Burger was good, truffle fries great, hen and mushroom risotto mostly bones and very little flavor. Really expected more for the prices. Will not return, although our server was good.

Potatoes were so salty we couldn't eat them. Medium rare steak was medium well. Food and drink were way overpriced. Service was just okay. 20% tip pre-applied always seems to hurt service.

We were treated with upmost respect and gratitude. We very enjoyed it on our trip. I wish I could remember our server. She was an older latin woman, and was nothing short of great. Thank you guys.

Rating for Desserts: Dulce de Leche ice cream (not pictured) was ok. The sandwich was extremely hard, harder than a shortbread cookie. Maybe similar to chocotorta cookie layer? I love the dulce de Leche syrup though and Chocotorta is ok as well. not a big fan of the chocolate cookie layer (in lieu of cake) since this is an Argentinian dessert. The mousse and filling are good but beware if you're not a fan of coconut flavor or shredded coconut

Calling this an Argentine restaurant is malpractice. Only thing Argentine is the name. Food is ok at best. The pictures are of "parilla elongada" are vastly exaggerated. Beware of the 20% tip that is added by default.

Nice little breakfast place located in the lobby of the Hilton. Overall, clean, good food and friendly service.I enjoyed a sizeable breakfast sandwich with fried egg and sausage. Tasty! I would return for another breakfast. (Acoustically a little on the louder side)

We went here for breakfast. Our food was so delicious two of us got the Neptune's egg Benedict and one of us had the huckleberry French toast. All of our food had the best presentation and tasted amazing. The chef came out and talked with us. Very nice guy and you can tell he has a passion for the food he create. The atmosphere was really cool. The servers were very nice and attentive. Our mimosas were perfectly made and the Bloody Mary we got was made very well. Also this is a close walk to pike place and in a good location.

I dropped in here on St. Patrick's Day for a dinner away from the crowds down by the waterfront. It's marked as a Brazilian style restaurant, and I think they have a few things that go pretty well, but overall was disappointed with the food. Server was great, and the service was also prompt, ambience of the place is upscale and nice. The food could be outstanding but honestly, it fell a bit flat and we had to send back one dish that just missed the mark. The attitude in the restaurant was all positive and the servers were very accommodating when we asked for some changes. I hope they can work out the recipes to be a bit better and measure up to the downtown standard.

This place is terrible. Bartender told our party of 8 to "keep it down" @ 7pm. We all left immediately. Shame on this establishment and the bartender. You just left a lot of money on the table and I won't even address his mask situation.

This place is WAY overpriced. If I didn't have credit from staying at the connected hotel I would have never eaten here. Food was okay, not worth it unless you have credit to be there. We did breakfast and the service was good. Nice and quiet overall.

I loved my experience here both times! The food and the service was amazing each time :) The restaurant interior is very beautiful and sophisticated. I love the bar area and love that they have a huge open kitchen. You can eat at the kitchen bar and watch the Chefs cook, which we really enjoyed! The head Chef was super friendly and nice and he talked to us a lot about all of their different dishes and answered any questions we had about the menu! They source most of their ingredients locally which is a big big plus! We tried several things on the menu and loved all the dishes! We got the Rib Eye steak which is about 2 lbs (boneless!) and it was so good. The chimichurri sauce that it comes with was extremely flavorful and delicious. Hands down the best chimichurri we've had. We also got the duck dish which was on point. The duck was cooked perfectly! Our favorite appetizer we tried was the Crab Empanada. All the drinks were delicious as well -- not too sweet and not too strong and perfectly balanced. We'll definitely be coming back for more. It's definitely a must try if you're in downtown Seattle.

Service was good, but food took too long and the lobster ravioli is store bought and so much salt on the fries. Sorry, but for the price you can go somewhere else.

I want here for my birthday dinner with a group of 12 friends and there were less than 20 people in the restaurant. The service was terrible! They waited 45 minutes to even take our order and the food took an hour before it came out. They mixed up the orders and gave people the wrong food. After waiting an hour, the steak came out cold and underwhelming. It was overpriced and they made no attempt to improve the situation at any time. I will never go back.

Happened upon this restaurant by accident. Glad we did. Breakfast was amazing. What about that butter? Damn! Excellent service delivered by Mary. She was working very hard. They all were. Food was hot and portions were generous. Would love to know the brand and blend of coffee too. Really good.

Overpriced. Bland, lukewarm, soggy brunch. Eggs Benedict served on soft brioche that turned out soggy. Potato cakes were bland and soft. Bacon old and cold. Service charge of 20% included.
