The best place to go for an Italian beef sandwich. Love their hotdogs with fries. Great place for quick Italian food. the French bread is so fresh, the beef is cooked to perfection and the gravy is the bomb. The polish and hotdogs are very good too. Nice cozy place to dine.

The service was great and I had a good laugh with the cook. Even though the fries came messy they were still phenomenal! They allow you to customize your food to some extent. For a quick cheap meal definitely will stop by again

I grew up in this neighborhood in the 80s and 90s.. I remember gravy bread being 25 cents. This place is still here for a reason, it’s WAY better than the beef place every one else knows down the street! Taylor St. hidden gem for sure!

Only place I will go to in the World just to get this Sandwich. "Potatoe Sandwich" is hands down one of my Favorites... But don't get it twisted thru Beefs are Banging as well. Update: Returned food and owner wouldn't give me a refund. They only take cash and now I know why. Probably to many charge back. Offered me a gift card for four sandwiches out of 8. Never again will I go there. This place is not the same! I'm a long time customer (was my mom's favorite place, so started going here as a kid). My favorite is the Italian beef dipped with gardenia peppers. First off the got order wrong and added sweet peppers. Staff normally friendly but not last night maybe they was tired from a long night. The most important aspect of this visit was the sandwiches SUCKED! ordered 8 Italian beefs and they were all wrong. The bread was dry and tough (I asked for them to be dipped a couple times to be wet and juicy). All had sweet peppers. Also their juice that they dipped sandwiches in has changed and taste bland. Tamale boats were dried out with an old tamale and old chili. Best part of visit is that we also got a couple of hotdogs and they are still Vienna Beef hot dogs and tasted good (the reason I have them 3 stars instead of 2). Let's get it together Patios! You can do better! Will be bringing beers back today. Feeling Disappointed.

Amazing combo beef dipped with all the fixing o.m g delicious finger licking good highly recommend first timer and I felt like home love it. Thank you be back for sure .

I have been getting Italian Beef Combo for years and they are normally too stuffed with sausage and shredded beef that you can't just pick it up with bread closed. The Italian beef combo tasted great yesterday but the small portion that I was giving was way to skimpy. Next time I will ask for a original family member to prepare.
