Super delicious! Even my 4 y.o. very picky son was eating there. Highly recommend this place. I always wandering what is inside. That is why I made a couple of photos with the “inside view” for those who are interested as well :)

I stopped by Patis Bakery for an early morning meeting today. This establishment is located within the Arthouse Hotel and is a great spot on the Upper West Side for coffee, pastries, and getting some work done. The living room area is very well decorated and cozy. This place was packed on a Tuesday morning, so I'm not the only one who likes it here!

Think you’ve had the perfect croissant? Think again. Tucked inside the Art House Hotel, Patis Bakery is a hidden gem for those who appreciate sophisticated, irresistible, and fully kosher Mehadrin pastries. The vibe? A perfect blend of elegance and warmth, and the pastry display is straight out of a high-end food magazine. Service is on point—attentive without overdoing it. The space is modern, cozy, and inviting, the kind of place where you’ll want to linger just a little longer, soaking in the aroma of fresh coffee and buttery pastries. Final Verdict: Patis takes a simple coffee break and turns it into a next-level pastry experience. If you’re into top-quality baked goods and great coffee, this spot is a must. :) ✍🏻Rating: 4.8/5 – Kosher, sophisticated, and totally worth it. LFT

Google
Great location. Visiting New York without eating a bagel doesn't make sense. The bagel, garlic cream cheese, and coffee made my day. A bit crowded (duh!), and the service was excellent. The food was fresh. Stop by if you are near Time square area—two thumbs up.

I came here specifically for the almond croissant. The croissant was fluffy, the filling was generous, toasted almonds added the perfect crunch to every bite. I am used to more buttery croissants, but the layers were nonetheless clearly distinguishable. Even though I came here for the croissant, the latte drove the experience to 5 stars. It was nearly perfect - strong, creamy, hot. The latte and croissant complimented each other. The bakery is located in a hotel lobby, so there is plenty of comfortable seating. I saw people using laptops and outlets, so it is conducive to doing some work, perhaps next time!

I like their tiramisu swirl, rum, coffee, but no cinnamon. The coffee cream icing is tasty and not too sweet. I’d have stayed away with the almond croissant if I knew it’s kind of soggy beforehand. The service was a bit slow.

Google
This kosher (under supervision of the MK) cafe has three locations in Manhattan . They have an extensive menu of sandwiches and croissants, in addition to coffees and teas. The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered was excellent, as was the avocado toast.

Great little coffee shop in Times Square area. Fresh selection of pastries, croissants and baked goods. Great service!

Yelp
We'd intended on going to a bigger brunch restaurant but couldn't stand the wait. So, we wandered away and stumbled upon this bakery. I am glad we did and am certain the food was better. I will definitely be back. Their bread is fantastic and the sandwiches and paninis which are made with it are great. Their pizzas are also very good (try the Zattar) and their service is top notch. They also went way out of their way to try and satisfy my picky child. (No chance the brunch spot would have done this.)

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick meal and were super impressed with the potato leek soup and caprese sandwich. Good service and reasonable prices too. Worth a try if you're in the area.

Yelp
Located inside the Arthouse hotel, on 77th between Broadway and Amsterdam, the entrance to the coffee shop that also doubles as a bar in the evening is just before you get to the lobby. There's a small sitting area inside and a few tables outside. Crowded in the morning before 9, walk up to the counter and order. Good coffee and fresh croissants and pastries. Great people watching.

Yelp
The best croissants and pastries in NYC. They always have samples out so you can try before you buy. I'm never disappointed when I buy from here. Bread is amazing too.

Yelp
run. only you can save yourself from entering this hell hole. so cute, so alluring from the outside yet the moment you walk up to the register leads to instant regret. shhhh. slowly back away and run for the nearest exit. $17 for a pre packaged salad with basic veggies and canned tuna. uh, i think NOT. Plastic cups and paper plates? AT THESE PRICES? I want to end it all. Avocado toast bland af and my roommates coffee tastes like melanoma. Nothing is worse than this. Someone please make it better. pastries ate tho. mama at the register real sweet. don't even think about it. would not recommended

Yelp
This bakery/coffee source in the Arthouse Hotel offers so many delicious pastries that are so very tasty and the coffee is perfect. The staff is so warm and welcoming that one of the best parts of our stay at the hotel was the smiling welcome we received from Carol! We just fell in love with her and she made us feel like we'd known each other forever. The Pistachio Halvah croissants are other worldly good. The Arthouse Hotel and Patis are a great partnership.

Yelp
This little cafe is inside the hotel, and I grabbed a beet salad to go for a trip, and it was perfect. The nuts were toasted but not coated in sugar. The baby mixed greens were fresh. The simple dressing made this salad delicious and heathy. Thanks, Patis!

Yelp
-Really great sticky bun w/ pecans -Large iced coffee with oatmilk was delicious. -These two items alone cost $14 and change, which is a lot more than I expected so make sure you check the prices before you order. -Stopped by briefly on a Sunday at noon about 2 weeks ago. There were several people occupying the tables and only a couple in line. -Service was friendly and efficient. -The cafe is open air. The street facing wall opens up right onto the sidewalk.

Yelp
A lovely cafe to catch up with friends, get a nice meal or even WFH. I've been to a few different Patis locations and they are all great. But the Patis in the ArtHouse Hotel is definitely the best ambiance of them all! The food is also good. My favorite item is the salad Nicose.

Yelp
Amazing croissant and matcha latte, hot cocoa was amazing as well, quaint neighborhood area near Guggenheim museum.

Yelp
Located in the lobby of the art house hotel, this bakery is not very visible to the public. However, you go in and are presented with a variety of different pastries and baked goods that all look amazing. I went for the almond croissant which was flaky and not overly sweet. They also bake their pastries on the daily so they are all fresh. I'll definitely be back to try their other pastries, specially the savory ones.

Yelp
Plesantly surprised to accidentally land at this place after being underwhelmed by the famous Levain Bakery cookie nearby. The female staff working here is super sweet, gentle, and kind-spirited which is rare to find these days. She patiently explained the pastries that are all Kosher and I had a difficult time deciding because they all seemed amazing. Finally, I chose among the savory pastries and got Jalapeno Cream Cheese Croissant and it was phenomenal. I tasted little delightful jalapeno chunks in each bite and it was just perfection. Unique, flavorful, and crispy. I asked for it to be heated up so it was just wonderful. Highly recommend. In fact, I may have to return again this week just to try their variety of sweet and savory pastries. For drink, I ordered Iced Vanilla Latte which was sweetened just right with strong coffee flavor. I also appreciate the indoor/outdoor seating area where I got to sit down and read a book while people watching. This isn't a place to people watch tourists like Central Park but it is a serene setting for some morning reading or journaling or simply sitting for the sake of resting. I will be back! Thankful to have found this treasure!

Yelp
Service is really slow. I waited on line for 20 mins with just two couples ahead of me. When I finally went to order, they were out of coffee. Extremely frustrating that they would let people stand in line knowing they were sold out of coffee. Terrible experience, don't recommend to anyone.

Itamar C.

Yelp
Very unique sandwiches. Tasty and good price. The branch in ny city 46/8 is a nice place to chill out. And most of all kosher

Susan K.

Yelp
Great place for morning coffee. Expansive lobby are to sit in where you're not ' on top of everyone'. The pastries are very good and there are also breakfast type sandwiches. Losing one star because it's all paper cups and plates.

Mike M.

Yelp
first things first, AMAZING PASTRIES AND COFFEE! Other than that I love the interior atmosphere, decorations and of course the lively and welcoming staff. Amazing service all around!

David R.

Yelp
food excellent. everything very good but home fries not great at all. every time we go there, The manager Diamond is way above average. really excellent and on top of everything this is the Patis in the Upper west side. (93 st)

Elana K.

Yelp
Wonderful and tasty experience! The service was friendly and helpful, and the cheesecake was delightful. I can't wait to go back and try their many savory options!

Yelp
Amazing!!! The other day I stopped in for a chai latte and sandwich. I had the Fougasse sandwich, and it absolutely delicious. The chai latte was perfect, and they of course have all of the milk substitutes. I stopped by to grab a challah for Friday night, and it was UNREAL - fluffy and delicious. So glad Patis is on the UWS!

Priscilla T.

Yelp
Amazing coffee shop with a great ambiance. Good place to sit down, relax, drink some coffee and have delicious pastries. The customer service was amazing and the employees were so kind and caring. They gave us free hot chocolate and samples of their pastries. Very attentive to their customers and made small talk with everyone.

David F.

Yelp
The coffee is good and the pastries are great, if a bit over sweetened. And the space is one of the nicest on the UWS--good for conversations and fun to watch the crowd at the Arthouse hotel. But--because it's a morning pop up--and kosher--everything is in paper and plastic. There are no mugs and they can't service outside utensils. So if you're trying to reduce your environmental impact, Patis probably isn't a great spot.

Yelp
Great coffee shop in the hotel lobby! Delicious coffee and pastries! Food is also kosher

Yelp
As a European living in the United States for the past 15 years, I had just about given up finding a European-style Kosher bakery when I heard about Patis. I excitedly ordered a selection of their baked goods and sandwiches and could already tell from their impeccable customer service that I was in for a treat. The goods were delivered to my home stylishly packaged. Everything was so fresh and absolutely delectable! I was so impressed that I also ordered the desserts for my son's Bar Mitzvah from Patis. Eugene and Uriel were extremely helpful and patient advising on and arranging the menu. The dessert table was the highlight of the meal and is still being talked about months later! The chocolate Truffles are a chocaholic's dream, the Raspberry L'eclairs, Strawberry Croissants and Fraisier cake are made with fresh whipped cream to be savored with every mouthful, and the Pastrami Lox Croissants have a real WOW factor to them! These are just a few of the delicacies that I am excited to order again from my new favorite Kosher bakery in the future!

Yelp
Great pastries, decent coffee and excellent service in a charming setting.
