Hands down, the best Croissants I have ever had in my life and I have been to France. We had the passion fruit cheesecake, lavender brownie, croissants, almond croissant, duck croissant, tiramisu tart and prickly pear tart. Duck croissant is my favorite. Almond croissant a close second. Lavender Brownie tasted a bit too flowery for my taste. The bakery alone is worth a visit to Bisbee. If Jackie is looking to expand to other locations, I would like to help.

The Strawberry Rose Tart and Baileys Stout Cake was amazing 😻. This beautiful elegant bakery is not only eye-catching due to the Paris like vibes the pink and black colors, but it does offer a myriad of desserts. I loved that the desserts are made from scratch and quality ingredients as can be tasted, and I love that these desserts are unique. I do recommend going earlier to try more desserts as we went by 430pm, and we didn't get much to choose from like I would have wanted, lol. The more the merrier, lol 🥰. Loved this place so much I even bought myself a t shirt. The other best part is the little tables next door to sit and enjoy your desserts from here. Overall, I recommend this bakery and their amazing desserts 😻. If you walk around the table area, you can read the articles on a prestige award the bakery won for being one of the best for their desserts.

Well let’s just say the staff was not prepared for my order 2 of everything. Lol. They did such a great job getting everything together . They didn’t miss a thing and they were fast. The food was amazing. We loved the pretzels , Ham and cheese croissant, peanut butter rice crispy treat, Chocolate chip cookie, Mint tart, Mango tart, and I think it was the mango cheesecake. We will be coming back again and again. Wish I took more pictures but we ate them too fast.

We generally keep our food expectations low when traveling to small towns but occasionally we struck gold. This is one of such occasions. The pastries were done beautifully and with great creativity, and the flavor definitely matches the look. They have a great selection of both savory pastries(not just your regular ham and cheese croissant) and sweet cakes/tart, and I strongly encourage you to stop by and try it out if you visit the town. We had duck and leek croissant and passionfruit cheesecake and both were divine.

If in Bisbee, this is a must stop and try place. One of the most delicious pastry places ever. I MEAN LIKE ONE OF THE BEST!.......EVER! For reals! Truly, it is absolutely delicious and the art these little delectables are crafted with is undeniable. The only thing to know is 1) pay attention to days open and hours 2) know that seating is very limited and outside 3) bring a completely empty stomach so you can crush as much as possible! Truly, very tasty!

Google
Sadly, this is hype. Some of the items were a little overpriced but understanding that options are limited kn Bisbee- you cant complain. We got a tart, brownie, some pastries and a croissant. The croissant was too crispy and baked so there wasn't much of a soft inside. The lavender on the brownie took away from the brownie itself. The eclair was too rich and the dough part isnt made out of normal doughnuts..- more of the fresh Madeline feel with creme filled. $34 down the drain

Google
Made the two hour drive from Tucson and it was well worth it. The flavors were incredible and the shop is adorable. I made a day of walking the nostalgic streets of Bisbee and getting a few pastries. One to try right away and a few to take home to family. I loved the earl grey tart. I can not wait to get back and try more.

Google
Patisserie Jacqui in Bisbee is an extraordinary spot that blends world class pastry craftsmanship with the charm and character of one of Arizona’s most unique towns. Recently named a 2025 James Beard Award semi-finalist, this patisserie lives up to every bit of the recognition. Housed in a most unique historic building that perfectly reflects Bisbee’s quirky, artistic spirit, Patisserie Jacqui offers a setting as memorable as the pastries themselves. The architecture alone draws you in with vintage details, thoughtfully restored charm, and a boutique ambiance that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a secret gem tucked away in the hills. The presentation of each pastry is breathtaking. Almost too beautiful to eat (almost!). The matcha lemon pistachio tart is a standout: bright, nuanced, and elegantly balanced. The chocolate pecan bourbon tart is rich and indulgent, layered with deep flavors that showcase expert technique. Their classic eclair is soft, sweet, and filled with a creamy center that literally melts in your mouth. Every bite feels luxurious. Service here is just as impressive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The staff clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Between the beautifully curated space, the exceptional quality of the pastries, and the impeccable customer service, Patisserie Jacqui isn’t just a bakery, it’s a destination. Bisbee is lucky to have it.

Yelp
I'm very excited to write this review! I recently visited Bisbee and stumbled upon Patisserie Jacqui completely by accident. I had no idea about all the glowing reviews until afterward. What caught my eye was the adorable pink Dutch door and a window filled with the most incredible-looking desserts--I just had to stop. It was late, so we grabbed the last two chocolate chip cookies. That evening, when I took my first bite, I couldn't believe it. The chocolate was so rich and flavorful, almost indescribable. The cookie wasn't just a typical chocolate chip cookie; it was more like a chocolate sandwich, with a thick section of chocolate in the middle. It was absolutely delicious. As a devoted Yelp reviewer, I made it my mission to return the next day to learn more about this place--but sadly, they were closed. Needless to say, I will be back every time I visit Bisbee. This place is not only charming but also serves some of the most delicious treats I've ever had!

Yelp
Me and my taste buds feel vindicated about my effusive praise of Patisserie Jacqui because it's now a 2025 James Beard semi finalist for Outstanding Bakery. This place deserves the accolades! https://www.jamesbeard.org/blog/the-2025-james-beard-award-semifinalists

Yelp
You'll know when you come across this place, because there is always a huge crowd looking at the delicious looking pastries in the window. Patisserie Jacqui is a small but popular dessert shop that will drain your wallet; I ordered three different things from them and I still thought I was missing out! I tried their classic eclair, pumpkin bar, & blue velvet tart. I can't pick which one was best; they were all amazing in different ways. I guess the tart was the one I was more skeptical of, but gosh, that all erased after my first bite. There's an area next to the shop where you can sit down & eat, but I ordered mines to go. I couldn't let people watch my face soar into nirvana. But my point remains that this is the spot to grab some fresh sweets. If you're on a diet, you need to run away as soon as you get a whiff of their desserts, otherwise you're done for.

Yelp
OKAY SO we were in town all week and planned to leave early Thursday. We were deeply saddened to miss Patisserie Jacqui so we literally extended our stay by a half day to be able to visit on a Thursday. Went around noon and had a great selection to choose from. We got a chocolate and an almond croissant because we couldn't decide between the two so opted for both (because why not?!). Went to the museum and coffee shop, tried the croissants and HOLY ALMOND MOLE this has got to literally be the best almond croissant I've ever had. It's sliced in half and stuffed with almond paste. It's sweet but not sickeningly. It's heavy but not dense. How perfect. We left the coffee shop a few minutes after they closed at 2pm and went back to the Patisserie to grab a few more almond croissants for our friends back home and they were COMPLETELY SOLD OUT. OF EVERYTHING. My advice to you: go early and buy everything!

Yelp
Passionfruit Tart: This D-licious lil flavor bomb is just D-vine, & still weighing on my mind! The Passionfruit glaze, not normally my flavor jam, ,is so intense with just the right amount of sweetness before you get to the dreamy custardy cream center, contained in a buttery almond shortbread shell finishes a perfect bite, topped by a coconut crisp and puff of cream? likely much fancier ingredient/s, apologies in advance. Nevertheless itsa $4.95 kiss that you'll not forget! Tax is 10.1% steep here, so 50c for that, and then oddly a 54c tip that appeared on my text receipt that I don't recall...maybe the Magic dust charge? hmm so watch your bill creep as an Almond Croissant is $6.95. Save up to savor! Do wish dessert palaces like this and generally were offered with sugar alternative or lite versions (coconut, stevia, allulose) for those of us that have to watch for health/diabetes/diet. Sigh, a lower sugar month could happen one day, Dry Jan is a (good) thing now, and bringing innovative and delicious NA bevs about! Fingers crossed. Also wish we were closer to taste the whole menu! Almond Croissant, Pumpkin Bar, Matcha Tart, Passionfruit Cheesecake are on the short list! Maybe open a 2nd or just send some to Tucson?! Plz!! Hard to miss the charming blink pink building with a sunny courtyard to dine on Main St. An elevated serving window is so European (like the wine windows in alleyways, Italy) with pastry cases on full display either side. A very helpful and joyful lady appears, channelling Dorothy, clicking glittery ruby shoes to produce you magic, packed in a brown box to take you away to the land of royalty in a bite. Now a newly annointed PJ cult member, seems there's plenty company as Jan 2025 **James Beard Award Finalist** Yee Haw, hitch a ride out here and join the wagon!!

Yelp
Patisserie Jacqui has some of the best pastries I've had in Arizona! I got a sunny disposition tart, croissant, and lavender pit brownie and they were all incredible! The prices are pretty typical for higher-end pastries. It's a small storefront with just a few outdoor tables. They have limited hours so be sure to make sure they are open before going. The service was really great and friendly. I will definitely go back if I make another visit to Bisbee.
google avatar

Yelp
Great selection of homemade pastries! Such a cute vibe a with the hot pink that you can spot from miles away. Love the walk up window and outdoor patio seating to enjoy your sweet treat. Wish I could've tried everything here! The cookies, pastries, and lemon bars were delicious. I would definitely stop back here next time I'm in Bisbee! This is a must!

Yelp
A must visit pastry shop in Bisbee! Along a main street in the hippy-artist town is this great spot. All sorts of sweets and snacks for breakfast or lunch dish. I got the creative fusion of southwest taste with a croissant. It had Mexican street corn, goat cheese and candied jalapeños. Savory and sweet with hint of heat. Just ring the bell, all you'll get the friendly service from the farm half-door as you order on the sidewalk. Take it to go or enjoy your pastry at the cute patio to the side. Truly a highlight of this town of unique character!

Yelp
A must try when visiting Bisbee! We tried the Nutella chocolate chip cookie and it was out of this world! Definitely will be back to try more goodies.

Yelp
I stopped by this Sunday at 9:10am and there was already a line of customers. It opens at 9am on Sundays. This is s walk-up place and you sit yourself down in the patio that is big enough for four tables. It is a very popular place among tourists. I wanted a classic éclair ($7.25) but all three on display were already sold out when it was my turn, so I opted for a Torte de citron ($7.95) and a cup of hot Brazilian coffee. My Bill was over $12 plus tip, so I took my time to savor the deliciousness as I sat in the shaded patio. The presentation was perfection and the lemon cream was air puffed, just like a genuine French pastry. The only thing I didn't like was the hard, tasteless pastry itself which I didn't eat. I stayed until 9 30 am but then left to make room for other customers. Customers clear their own table and place their dirty dishes in a bin for used plates.

Yelp
Croissants, tarts, cookies, oh my. James beard award winner yessireeeee. Placed our order on line on a Friday morning at 10am (as soon as they opened) and the order was ready in 10 minutes. Walk up window at a tiny pink sugar palace. Friendly staff and there is a small outdoor spot available if you want to sit. We high tailed it back to our Airbnb and devoured the almond croissant and the morning bun, which is a sugar cinnamon delight. Haven't eaten either of the tarts (citrus and pecan bourbon) or the cookies (Hungarian peanut and salty brown sugar) but we soon will. this was worth the short trip from Tucson.

Yelp
Perfect place to relax and enjoy some sweets. Highly recommend the croissant . Delish!

Yelp
I really wanted to love this place. It is very cute and pink. When we got there yesterday morning I was so excited to give them a try. I should have asked if they have samples before ordering so much. The service was good but the pastries left much to be desired. I was really looking forward to their almond crossaunt but it was hard and cold. I asked for it to be warmed up maybe it would soften it up but it didn't, it was still hard and way too sweet. I also ordered their éclair, Nutella chocolate chip cookie, and their pumpkin bar. My husband ordered their lemon bar, the lavender brownie, and the chocolate rice crispy. Every pastry was cold and way too sweet and my husband and kiddos love sweets but this was too much. We only took a bite of each pastry and that was enough. Actually my son did really like the Nutella cookie, he ate it all throughout the day. I think my sister in law liked the lemon bar but that's about it. I really wanted to like this place unfortunately it was not our jam. Good service and cute decor but falls short with the pastries.

Yelp
I've never been to France, but this is what I imagined a patisserie would be. On a recent stay in Bisbee, my daughter and I had the Ham and cheese croissant for breakfast. It was wonderful. Loved the al fresco dining. I had the almond croissant as a treat for later. Buttery, flaky, tender, slightly sweet. Perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
google avatar

Nicole B.

Yelp
Such an adorable, quaint spot. Small walk up window, with some patio seating on the side. It has all the right vibes and amazing pastries and sweets. Lovely staff. If I lived anywhere near here, I'd want to come every day.
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
Nice French inspired pastries. If you are traveling through Bisbee I recommend you stop by. Cochise county is fortunate to have this level of baked goods.
google avatar

Berna V.

Yelp
Patisserie Jacqui is probably the best little French bakery in Bisbee! They have a line...always! Their croissants, eclairs, and all other pastries taste as good as they look. Truthfully, you can't go wrong with any baked goods that come from this place. I especially like their eclairs. The big cookies are okay, but if you're going to a French bakery, then you definitely should get an eclair or a croissant. The almond croissant would be my choice cause it's the best, especially warmed. If you're ever in Bisbee, Patisserie Jacqui is definitely worth a visit. I would highly suggest getting there slightly earlier in the day while the line isn't too long yet, but either way, it's definitely worth the wait.
google avatar

Ray T.

Yelp
An outstandingly delicious pastry shop and worth the trip to Bisbee all on its own. This little pink walk-up window patisserie offers savory and sweet pastries in a classic French style with Southwestern Bisbee flair. Some pastries are seasonal offerings and some are tried and true standards that are generally always available when the shop is open. It's hard to recommend any one desert or savory treat because they're all so good! If you've never been, I say try the Passionfruit Cheesecake or the Lavender Pit Brownie. For savory the Hatch Chile Croissant, the Sonoran Croissant, and the Ham and Cheese have all been consistent winners for my tastebuds. Recently I had the What the Duck Croissant and it was truly mouthwatering. I cannot believe I've never had duck in a pastry before!

Yelp
We got a sampling of the brown butter cookie, lemon bar, almond croissant and baileys chocolate cake. The cookie was a bit salty, and I was hoping for a chewy texture but it was more dry and crumbly. If you are a fan of lemon bars you will enjoy it, but if not, you may notice the egg-ey aftertaste from the lemon custard. The almond croissant had a nice flaky texture and was buttery but that salty undertone was there like the cookie. Lastly, at first taste the chocolate cake reminded me of a store bought cake mix flavor. You could not taste the Baileys in the cake either. I think this is more of an average bakery despite the very inviting, French chic vibes.

Yelp
Amazing pastries - it's easy to see why a line gathers in front of this cute French bakery! We came for a weekend day trip to Bisbee and this was one of the highlights of our trip. The line moves quickly and you get ample time to look at the pastry displays in the windows before you order at the counter door. There are both sweet and savory options and you can choose to take your pastries to go or sit down in the outdoor patio with tables next to the bakery. We wanted to try so many things so ended up ordering 4 pastries, but took 1 home. Here's a breakdown of what we tried: - Chocolate croissant: the best chocolate croissant I've had in southern arizona, so simple yet delicious and buttery with a nice amount of chocolate that is soft - Sonoran croissant: a savory option that my husband really enjoyed; it comes with goat and cotija cheese, sweet corn, candies jalapeños, cilantro, and chili flakes and is filling - Sunny disposition tart: definitely on the sweeter side so my husband and I shared this after he ate his savory croissant; tropical flavors of passion fruit and mango but with some tartness of the curd - Pistachio strawberry croissant: we brought this home and had it the next day and it was still amazing - like a baklava in croissant form with pistachio-almond cream filling mixed with strawberries (preserves with pieces of strawberries) and topped with ground pistachios; beware it's messy to eat but delicious I wish we lived closer because these pastries were so good - we will definitely be back the next time we're in Bisbee!

Yelp
This place is soooooo pink and cute! There is so much personality just oozing out of this little hole in the wall place,(literally a hole in the wall! You order from the outside!). We only tried the lavender honey cruffin and the chocolate ganache pastry, both were amazing and pumped full of flavor! The cruffin was flakey and crunchy on the outside, but soft and buttery on the inside with a custard touch on the middle, the top had a tint of lavender with the honeycomb crisps on top. The chocolate pastry was layered with a thick chewy layer hidden inside and covered in a fluffy mousse covering and a buttery chocolate ganache stringlies topped with the tart raspberry. Who ever is coming up with these recipes is a baking patisserie genius! My tastebuds are not evolved for such fine tastes and flavor combinations! I will be back one day to get another taste of this one of a kind patisserie, thank you to the bakers or chefs or whoever is making such delicious treats!

Yelp
Driving through Bisbee my daughter spotted the "pink shop" so we had to stop. Thankfully I found parking right up the road. Looking at all of the items in the window is overwhelming because everything looked so good! My kids each got passion fruit tarts and I got the margarita croissant (which was so good I could have easily eaten two ) . Both were excellent. The person behind the counter was patient with us because we couldn't decide what we wanted. Everything was delicious and my son and I are looking forward to coming back to Bisbee and trying more of their menu items.
google avatar

Johnny B.

Yelp
Three cute patio tables you order at the window. Inside is for employees only similar to Dutch bros without the drive through. The counter dude had a little attitude. I asked for apple strudel which they don't make No Diet Coke only coke bottles My cookie was stale more like a biscuit Pretzel was good but could have used beer cheese and mustard. Not sure if that is an option but he didn't ask Can't give this 4.9 stars like google. Fairly average plus But worth a stop just not 5 Star amazing imo
google avatar

Justin R.

Yelp
The lemon cake was insane, maybe the best I've had in my life. Service was quick and was worth the stop!
google avatar

Aysleen G.

Yelp
My goodness, the little round treats you see in these photos are phenomenal! It's not obnoxiously sweet and it contains different flavors within. The texture has a wonderful balance of soft with a slight crunch. They are super quick to serve you, they are on the pricier side of desserts but it is worth every penny. Highly recommend this dessert location in Bisbee!
google avatar

Jenny O.

Yelp
This adorable little window shop had quite the line on a quiet Friday morning in Bisbee. After a short wait, there were so many delicious offerings. We settled on a blueberry danish and mixed berry danish. The pastry was buttery and crispy in all perfection. The berries was plump and sweet. Skip the hot cocoa as it was just a simple mix, but stay for the sweet treats! They can't be missed!
google avatar

Brandon M.

Yelp
My husband & I took our nephews up from Phoenix & we were so impressed. The pastries are to die for, and they are served with a smile. The outside music was playing on the patio & it made for a nice jazzy feeling. We loved it & will be back for sure.
google avatar

Donna D.

Yelp
If you are looking for an AMAZING croissant run to the Patisserie. I cut a small piece of my blueberry/cheese croissant. The last layer was left on my cutting surface. I popped it my mouth and the Angels started to sing. Oh my goodness, simply heaven! Ever bite was just as amazing! The lamination was spot on which is key for a great croissant. Next time we are in Bisbee I won't wait till the last day to buy this deliciousness!!!!
google avatar

Daniel D.

Yelp
Try anything. Anything at all. You won't be disappointed. The flavors. The textures. The everything.
google avatar

Mandy T.

Yelp
We stopped by here to get some dessert to go. We got the Fresh Berried and Almond Cream Tart and the Pumpkin Bar. Both were so sweet we weren't able to take more than a couple bites of each.

Ralph Nicolay

Yelp
The pastry's here are fantastic. Go early or prepare to wait in line! Either way, this place is worth it. BTW, try the lemon bar!!!

Joe R.

Yelp
This place is amazing. The people were so nice and helpful. The cookies were amazing and we can't wait to come back to try more.
google avatar

Fabian G.

Yelp
Everything looked so beautiful and looked so tasty. I enjoyed the two items I bought, very delicious.

Sofia S.

Yelp
After coming out to Bisbee many times for court hearings, I have loved coming here every time!! I wish they had one in Phoenix, it's needed!!
google avatar

Paul C.

Yelp
Patisserie Jacqui is a tiny pink shop on Bisbee's busy main street. You order from the sidewalk, sometimes in the hot sun, and it's still worth ensuring they'll be open if you're going to drive two hours to Bisbee from Tucson (like I do). The display of colorful tarts in the window should be enough to make anybody order ALL of them. But if the look doesn't convince you, the flavor certainly will. There's nothing else like this in Bisbee. I don't think there's anything like it in Tucson, either. I'm not sure anything within 150 miles compares to it. There's really no words. You won't believe it till you try it. Just check the schedule first -- their hours aren't extensive. But seriously, try it. You can safely plan your trip to Bisbee around Jacqui's schedule.
google avatar

Van D.

Yelp
If you've done the 1000 steps of Bisbee and are in need of a sugar boost, check out Patisserie Jacqui. We weren't even planning to eat in midafternoon but were totally seduced by the pastry case by the front window. The Lavender Pit and Rice Krispies brownies are thick and messy good.
google avatar

Stephen E.

Yelp
Don't leave Bisbee without tasting the best croissants in this region of the world. Get the savory and the sweet. You'll thank me later.
google avatar

Chris K.

Yelp
A great dessert patisserie spot. Sweetness level is more American than french, but price is more French than American. So many tasty options, take a bag of treats to go. Highly recommend. There may be a line, but it moves fast.
google avatar

Caitlin G.

Yelp
I was thrilled that I got to stop by patisserie Jacqui on a snowy Saturday in Bisbee. I had to stop both days I spent in the city because I was so impressed by my first purchase of the brown butter salted cookie. I was blown away by my second purchase of a ham and Dijon cream cheese croissant. The employee I talked to was so kind and I felt like I had teleported to France.
google avatar

Jenn B.

Yelp
We nabbed a pistachio and raspberry tart along with a generously portioned lemon bar. The lemon bar curd was perfectly balanced between mildly tart and just sweet enough. The pistachio cream in the tart was divinely textured with a small pinch of a raspberry coulis on top. Note, they have a patio to the side of the building if you're wanting to enjoy on the spot!
google avatar

Sandi P.

Yelp
If you have anything of a sweet tooth go here! The mile high brownie, eclair and stout cake were amazing. It was different ordering from the front door, but it works. Very much worth the walk.
google avatar

M N.

Yelp
EVERYTHING is absolutely delightful and delectable! The Tiramisu Eclairs are Bomb! Cookies were delish! You can't go wrong with anything you pick and there's so much to pick from! One of each please! And did I mention it's the cutest shop? You'll love it!
google avatar

Holly B.

Yelp
This cute little shop has the best pastries and desserts in all of Arizona. Trust me! I am not a dessert gal as a rule, but while in Bisbee for my birthday we went by this shop. Everything was so beautiful, I ended up losing my mind and buying $100 worth of goodies for my birthday weekend and six friends who joined us. We devoured everything!! So delicious. Do not miss this little gem.
google avatar

Natalie D.

Yelp
This was the cutest little shop in Bisbee! The goodies in the window looked amazing and caught my eye right away. They had sweets on one side of the order window and savory treats on the other side, which we didn't see until we went up to pay. They have a nice patio area as well to sit down and enjoy the treats.

Paul R.

Yelp
Made my first visit to Bisbee today, and discovered a delicious reason to go back again and again. Patisserie Jacqui is a culinary gem. Gorgeous pastries with rich textures and amazing flavors, every bit as good as anything I had in Paris. They have savory items in addition to sweet, so all palates can be satisfied.
google avatar

Ashley P.

Yelp
Cute place. It had a bit of a line when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, but it moved quickly. I got a pumpkin bar; it was huge and tasty, not too sweet but maybe a bit heavy on the frosting. My friends got a cookie and said it was really good. All the pastries and even the savory offerings looked amazing. I would definitely return if I'm back in Bisbee. The cashier wasn't too warm or friendly. He pretty much just took my order and that was it.

Linda C.

Yelp
The absolute best pastry in Bisbee and in Southern Arizona for that matter ! Do yourself a flavor and don't miss it! I would visit the area again just to eat pastries from Patisserie Jacqui! Wish I could give it 100 stars!!!
google avatar

Kate D.

Yelp
Delicious chocolate stout cake, chocolate croissant, and back coffee. The perfect afternoon pick-me-up after our noon mine tour. Love the little side patio with a view of the Bisbee theater across the street. Nice French soundtrack, too.

Yelp
Pumpkin bar. Coffee. Dining al fresco at a tiny table. It was a delight.
