Excellent location and service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast every day was excellent and it’s a perfect base to stay in Capri, close in but away from most of the crowds. I only have one feedback for management which is to remove these chairs depicting children of color working as servants. Not acceptable under any circumstances.

My wife and I have stayed at Pazziella for 4 nights. They gave us an exceptional experience, communicated with us before, throughout, and after our stay making sure we were well taken care of. The hotel itself is conveniently next to the square and close to all transport, but is manages to remain quiet and romantic. Can’t say enough about the quality of the rooms and experience without writing a book. We had an amazing time. A special thanks to Massimiliano in reception for his amazing service!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The best thing we did in our trip to Capri was choosing this lovely hotel. Amazing staff and hospitality. You can contact them through whatsapp so they’re available 24/07. I loved everything about the hotel, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel, and specially the location, as there are two ways to reach the hotel, one was exactly in the center next to Loro Piana shop, which was convenient 👍🏻 if you are coming to Capri for the first time, the hotel is a must.

I have stayed in so many five stars hotels across Europe, this hotel by far the most friendly and welcoming staff I ever met. I felt like I am a very important person in the family staying at there home from the way and warm hospitality we felt. The hotel is amazing modern so clean very high tech. Room so comfortable and view from balcony is great. Breakfast is typical Italian waiters so friendly just want to bring you any thing you like with a warm smile and kind attitude. They made our stay just perfect, can’t specify just one or two persons simply every one is like that,,

Rooms and services extremely amazing and the location is the best nearby all the attractions as walking distance highly recommend. The front desk very kind and helpful and the have provided other room for the late check out as over flight at night. Nice of them 😍

It is a cosy hotel, where there is quality at every corner and with a welcoming and attentive staff. Any type of holiday you have in mind, they will help you and make sure that it is organised to perfection, whether this is a hotel transfer or an excursion. And the food is really an expression of the sunny Capri. Everything you need is there. And it is extremely quiet, as it is not on the high street, even though it is well connected: 2 minutes walk through a "secret" passageway and you are in the heart of Capri High Street.

This place is a Gem of Capri. It's extremely well located and has superb rooms and service. Register and you will be treated to an extraordinary surprise!

Attention not serious! On August 16, a 4-digit debit was made from my account on behalf of the company. The employee confirmed in writing that a payment for the disputed amount had been made. Since then, all communication has been ignored.
