"Fresh seafood might not be the first thing you think of in landlocked Missouri, but Peacemaker wants to change that. This Benton Park restaurant flies in high quality fish daily and serves favorites like lobster rolls, steamers, and po’boys in a space that’s basically Restoration Hardware meets Cape Cod. The food is consistently great and it’s the perfect low-key spot to have some oysters and a frozen daiquiri while you plan your next trip to a beach." - jen maylack

"At Peacemaker, 2017 James Beard Best Chef Midwest winner Kevin Nashan serves food he likes to eat. The restaurant mostly centers on New England-style seafood, but there’s also Frito pie, which Nashan grew to love growing up in New Mexico, where he would ride his BMX to the iconic Santa Fe Woolworth’s for the store’s version. You’ll also find a daily crudo and peel-and-eat shrimp in the 150-year-old stone trough anchored in the middle of the restaurant — it’s been turned into a raw bar, where a selection of East Coast oysters are also shucked. The oyster po’ boy and clam roll are both reason enough to visit, and the lobster boil always feels like a special feast, but the Peacemaker corndog and the sweet potato sandwich served with arugula, confit tomato, corn nuts, sour cabbage, and aioli are also menu stars. Pair anything with a slushy Sazerac." - Holly Fann

We came in for a late lunch and even though it was close to the reset time, they seated us and provided excellent service. I tried the apple cider run slushie and it was excellent. Tasted like apple pie filling in a glass but not too sweet. I started with a cup of lobster bisque with lobster. It was a lighter broth and delicious! I was expecting really heavy but it was really nice and soupy with a good chunk of lobster. We split the Connecticut and Maine lobster rolls. Both were rich and delicious! Good portion of lobster. Buttery and toasted roll. It was just under six inches and perfect and filling. I had chips with mine and they were good and fresh and crunchy. The restaurant is super cute. Portrait photos of fishermen. Wood tables. Clean and modern but still feels like you are in a local fishing village restaurant . Our waitress was great. Friendly and efficient.

Dined here solo for lunch and loved it! I had a Moscow Mule, the steamed crab legs, hush puppies, and collard greens. The crab legs tasted like crab legs so no surprise there. I appreciate the bucket of supplies they gave me- wet towel, shell buckets, lemon, etc. I would definitely try one of the lobster rolls next time, I didn’t order it but they looked so good when other people did. The hush puppies were incredible. At first I was unsure of them because they seemed a little sweet to me but they quickly became one of my favorite items. I would bathe in the dipping sauce it came with. Loved the collard greens, they are listed as smothered but I’m not really sure in what? Very good regardless. Drinks came out quick and delicious. Mike was my waiter and he was great. He wasn’t hovering over me, gave me the perfect amount of attention and left me alone appropriately while I was eating. The rest of the staff was also great, they knew customers coming in by name which was nice and heartwarming to see. Clean and cute inside.

Everything we ordered here was delicious. The oysters were fresh and tasty. The Connecticut lobster roll had some nice tasty chunks of lobster meat. The shrimp broil, I can’t saying enough of with the red potatoes and sausage. Just a great meal, with great services. Our waiter was friendly and top of it. Such a great experience.

I went with my niece on a recommendation from work friends, and I was not disappointed. I knew it would be a bit pricey, seafood usually is, so I was prepared for that. There are plenty of options on the menu that aren't very expensive, but I was wanting the lobster, so... The food was incredible, our server was friendly and helpful, but I was most impressed by the atmosphere. It was just a wonderful place to wind down. The lighting was relaxing, the music wasn't too loud. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. If I lived in the neighborhood I'd be a regular I'm sure.

This was a special treat. It was a birthday celebration for my wife. We invited our younger son and his girlfriend to celebrate. We had lobster rolls and mussels for an appetizer. The mussels are cooked in a shallot broth, not like the heavy garlic loaded sauce found elsewhere. Our son had crayfish tacos, and his partner had the sweet potato poorboy. This is a restaurant to try it is a little pricey. The Maine lobster market price was up. This was well worth the trip. I definitely recommend it, especially for special occasions. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy.

Google
The experience was good . The food is actually good too. Needs a dipping butter for lobster roll & more seasoning! Just wish they had a better variety of sauces ! The lobster Mac was dry to me not much flavor or sauce ! Good customer service! I recommend!

Google
Ordered shrimp boil and lobster roll. Shrimp and sausage were overcooked in the boil but the potatoes and veggies were good. Lobster roll was great. The chips with the lobster roll were very crisp and flavorful.

Overall I enjoyed my dinner here, although I do feel like it is overpriced, like to the point of absurdity for the lobster rolls we had a party of 7(3 adults and 4 children) and our bill was $300 lobster rolls were $37 and were not very big or on rolls for that matter texas toast would be more accurate, it comes with chips and there is a $3 upcharge if you want fries. There was no childrens menu we were told that the po'boys can be turned into baskets but were not told there was an upcharge for that as well. The sides and everything were good, although the fried green tomatoes were pickled, and that was different, but I didn't hate them. I don't have to go again. The food was decent but not for the cost and portions, in my opinion.

Yelp
Peacemaker is a fantastic seafood restaurant that boasts incredibly fresh seafood for being located in STL. Peacemaker perfectly balances high quality food with the comfort casual dining experience to create a fun atmosphere that adds to the meal. I highly recommend getting the 4Hands Peacemaker draught beer. It's an exclusive beer made in STL only served at Peacemaker and made to pair with seafood! We got the fresh oysters and really enjoyed the selection. They come pre-loosened which made for easy enjoyment. The kitchens' mignonette sauce is fantastic and is always just a little different each time you order. Our least favorite oyster was the Maine Select but all others were delicious. For the main meal I recommend getting the warm style Lobster Roll with house chips (& with the Peacemaker beer!) You really cannot go wrong with this restaurant. Overall the service was good and the food was better! And although it is pricey I will be revisiting again!

Yelp
While I have quite a few critiques about my experience here, I can't deny that the food was phenomenal. Favorite dishes: Shrimp poorboy, lobster mac

Yelp
Peacemaker is the bomb. This Benton Park staple consistently delivers fresh, flown-in-daily seafood that makes you forget you're in a landlocked city. Bless you Kevin Nashan. While I couldn't personally join this time, my trusted seafood enthusiasts, Jensen and Ace, held down the fort--and look at these videos Look at that buttery lobster. Peacemaker offers a menu that feels like a mini coastal getaway. Their oysters are pristine, the clam chowder comforting, the crab roll a lunch staple, and then there's the lobster. All are pure magic. Even pescatarians with the highest standards (read: me) can rely on Peacemaker for exceptional quality and variety. #StLouisPescatarianApproved Always!

Yelp
Been here a few times! The food is great! The lobster rolls are.... Lobster rolls. I'm no connoisseur, but the rolls were good. My only gripe is you need to ASK MARKET PRICE BEFORE ORDERING. It's a simple sandwich with a high cost if you're not prepared to hear it. That being said it was great the pictures are from my second time there, my first I got a lobster roll, chips and we had ice cream dessert. Decor is gorgeous, it's never too crowded when we go.

Yelp
I love a good seafood establishment! Peacemaker was in a cute neighborhood where parking was a bit difficult since you had to find a spot on the street. There was a lot of seating inside and it was beautifully decorated. The venue had great options but I was surprised they didn't have crab cakes! I got the shrimp po boy and it was delicious. I was only able to eat half if it so it was a nice size. There is an option to get lobster bisque worh or without the added lobster meat which was good! Of course it was more expensive to add lobster. If I was just having the bisque as my meal I would have added it for sure. The lobster roll was full of meaty lobster and was so good! Our server was very nice and helpful! We weren't sure which frozen drink to get so she offered us a little sample of a few to help us decide which was nice. It was an overall good experience.

Yelp
The warm lobster rolls are great appetizers. I also love the mussels and clams. The gumbo is awesome also.

Yelp
WOW! Finally checked this 2 year wishlist restaurant off of my list :) my partner surprised me with dinner where for my birthday and it was nothing short of amazing. We had a beer and wine in the cute, chick restaurant. For dinner, I couldn't decide which lobster roll I wanted so I ordered both! Tbh, I'm more of a Maine style as I like the cold lobster with the mayo and greens on top vs the very buttery Connecticut roll. Both were delicious tho! My partner ordered a poboy and loved it too. Definitely going back :) also shout out our the server who made it a great experience!

Brianna N.

Yelp
I finally tried something other than the Connecticut style lobster roll, so a review update is in order! While the lobster roll is still fantastic as ever, I tried the buffalo crawfish poorboy and I'm obsessed! Not only is it delicious, but it's also a good size. I was able to take one of the sandwich halves home and it was just as good the next day! I also love starting off with oysters! They're fresh and always have a few different kinds to choose And kudos to Peacemaker for the continually stellar service. The servers always go the extra mile with their kindness, and I appreciate it so much!

Gwennita W.

Yelp
OMG! Looks are definitely deceiving. I didn't expect this restaurant to be this big on the inside from the way it looked on the outside. The staff were so nice. The Margarita and lobster roll were exceptional. My only complaint is I needed a bigger lobster roll! I could eat that sandwich everyday, all day! I'm going back soon!

Patrick C.

Yelp
Went on a weeknight for dinner which was not busy. Exceptional and attentive service. We started with oysters and lobster bisque (lobster added), shared the Connecticut style lobster roll and Maine style lobster roll for entree, and got the s'mores dessert. We ordered the lobster rolls even though they were $36 each (market price that day), was a bit nervous at first about value for what we were paying, but worth every dollar. They also had a really good music playlist playing throughout the dining rooms. They have a bar and main dining area.

Danielle P.

Yelp
A classy place to dine for seafood. The staff was attentive during the busy lunch hour on Father's Day. We had reservations and were seated promptly. The catfish, shrimp, and lobster were good. The shrimp is a must to order! Our favorite was the 4 Hands Peacemaker beer that complemented the seafood. I could not find a kid's menu online or was given one when we arrived. I settled with ordering my toddler french fries. The waitress volunteered items for kids and we went with the mac and cheese. The blueberry dessert was delightful. The hint of graham crackers was my biggest takeaway from it being a tasty sweet treat.

Lauren H.

Yelp
Took my boyfriend here for his 30th birthday and my oh myyyy. I literally ate a whole pound of crab legs and didn't even need the butter it was THAT good. My boyfriend got the whole lobster and ate the entire thing as well. We were enjoying ourselves so much we were already planning another date night to go back. I'd like to add that we had excellent service!!

Chuckie R.

Yelp
Not the cheapest place.....but when you fly in fresh not frozen product it's well worth it! Has the vibe of a seafood place in New Orleans. As fancy as you want to be...fresh seafood and good service!

Hannah M.

Yelp
Every time we've been to Peacemaker we've had a great experience! Today we tried oysters, deviled eggs with caviar, a fried clam roll, buffalo crawfish steamed buns, and hush puppies. The food, as always, was excellent. My fiancé and I had never tried oysters, but got 2 to try after the recommendation from our waitress. I love that you can order them individually so we weren't committed to a large order of something we weren't sure we liked (as it turns out I could have eaten a large order of them though). We also got the deviled eggs with caviar to try - while those were also tasty, next time I'd opt for more oysters instead. I've thought about the fried clam roll since our first visit and it did not disappoint. The steamed bun was fluffy and soft and a fun vessel to eat crawfish. The absolute standout star is the hush puppies. I don't know how they make them so delicious but I could eat 100 of them. The service was top notch. Our waitress was not only extremely knowledgeable about the items on the menu but also where each item was from. Knowing where your seafood comes from and how fresh it is just makes it that much better. She was helpful in teaching us the best way to eat oysters so we didn't make a fool of ourselves and had great suggestions about what to order. If you're a seafood lover, this is the spot for you. If you aren't a seafood lover, come here anyway and get the hush puppies

Yelp
We visited the first weekend of August. I debated on how I wanted to rate this review because it has such high ratings typically. This restaurant was recommended to us so we looked it up on Yelp, of course ;) and decided to make a reservation because it looked great and had good reviews. Upon arrival, the hostess was awesome, super outgoing, as we told her we had a reservation, but we seen a couple spots at the bar and we would rather sit there so she was like no no problem. Also, when walking into the restaurant, vibe of the place is upbeat yet chill & and open atmosphere. We were pretty happy with that. The bar was full, but there were two spots like I previously mentioned so we grabbed them as that's what we usually prefer but cannot make reservations for. Unfortunately it goes downhill from here. The bartender just slaps some menus down in front of us and walks. Ok, no problem. First time here so we just browse the menu. He dropped some water off and continues just to walk on by so we just sit there and wait a little bit more, watch the tv, talk, etc...lol Then he comes back and takes a drink order finally. After that, we had to wait quite a bit longer to get an appetizer in which we ordered the hush puppies, unfortunately I did not get a picture of that. They were pretty bland. We ordered our meal next and my husband ordered the peel & eat shrimp and I ordered the warm (buttered) lobster roll. I did not know the lobster roll was going to be as small as it was. (I'm thinking I would be getting a lobster roll like I would be getting on the east coast). I could not eat the lobster roll. First bite tasted like all butter on my palate. So I'm thinking I got mostly just the bread so I took another bite, and same thing so I tried just a piece of lobster, and it was still just drenched in all butter. It was just too much butter. I've had these kind of lobster rolls before and they were not like this. My husband said his peel eat shrimp were just OK . The cocktail sauce was overwhelmingly tasting like lemon. We were pretty bummed in the end as we were looking forward to this dinner. But between the service & the dinner.... It has taken me weeks to write this because I hate leaving this type of review, but I felt like I needed to in order to be honest about how we felt with our experience.

Dejah M.

Yelp
Really cute place inside! The decor was nice and fitting for the restaurant. They are an okay price for the Midwest. I really was in the mood for a lobster roll and got a lot of things because they have a happy hour from 4:30-6 Monday-Thursday which was really convenient. You can get a cold lobster roll, a warm one, and a cold crab roll in a mini trio or order them separately. The shrimp basket is for sure worth it, along with the mini rolls. One thing I didn't like was the lobster bisque. Honestly, red lobster's is better. This one has an additional up charge for lobster pieces and it just tasted watered down with seasonings. But everything else I had was amazing!

Gene K.

Yelp
Service experience is awful. Period. Yelp says my review needs to be 85 characters, but my first sentence says it all!

Sierra T.

Yelp
Another fabulous lunch in the city with my handsome gentleman , taking us to a historic area once known as the Millionaires' Row of South St. Louis during the late 1800s. It's always a treat exploring these storied neighborhoods, and Peacemaker was the perfect spot for our afternoon adventure. Let me confess: I've never had a lobster roll or lobster mac 'n cheese, and I'm always skeptical of anyone's collard greens because mine are pretty hard to beat. But Peacemaker? They've done it. Their food was excellent, and dare I say, their collards are even better than mine! Our service was top-notch, with a welcoming and friendly staff that made us feel right at home. The restaurant's design has this relaxed backyard party vibe, and the oyster bar steals the show. It's where you can settle in, enjoy great company, and savor incredible food. Until next time, Sierra

Jeremy C.

Yelp
Got in right before happy hour ended and was able to grab the three lobster and crab rolls for 30$, so worth it! As someone from the East Coast I can attest to the quality and it was great. Service was very friendly and fast and the added hot towel at the end is amazing. Great spot to hangout with friends or out on a date and gorge on seafood.

Maya Luisa L.

Yelp
First time trying this place 10 out of 10 on everything. We did get the lobster bisque soup with lobster meat, which was phenomenal as well. This is such a wonderful spot for a date night. There's not one thing you can get on the menu and not like. I definitely recommend getting a spicy. Margarita was so good. My husband had gotten Woodford and Coke was amazing as well. We will definitely be back.

Erin M.

Yelp
A little on the pricey side but pretty good lobster rolls. Enjoyed the ambiance as well but it was a tad difficult to get a table on a Saturday evening. Hope to be back soon!

Chris L.

Yelp
This was maybe the best lobster roll I've ever had, and I've been to coastal areas and love lobster. The lobster was perfectly cooked, not too buttery, bread was the perfect ratio, there was a lot of lobster. Market price was $37. The one issue was the server asked me if I wanted chips or fries, and recommended the fries. I wasn't really interested in either but went with her recommendation. I was surprised to find there was a $2 up charge for fries, which I wish had been communicated in advance as I was indifferent between the two (and ultimately didn't eat the whole portion). I also got a clam chowder, which was also very tasty and a different style than I'm used to. Would return and eat a lobster roll again, just know it's fairly pricey.

Stephanie K.

Yelp
There's not a lot of good seafood spots in St. Louis, but Peacemaker checks off every box I can think of in the Midwest! I love this place so much that I drive 40-minutes to come here! We started off with their Peel & Eat Shrimp because it's quick and it'll keep us distracted while we wait for our main dish. Any of their steamed buns are a MUST! They have the Lobster and Buffalo crawfish and both are OMG! I'm salivating while writing this review! For my main, I got their Lobster Roll (Conneticut Style) and Lobster Bisque! It was delectable, burst of warm buttery flavor! I also tried some of my friend's Lobster Frito pie and Lobster Mac & Cheese and they were amazing! If you're going to be spending money on food, this is the place to spend it on! Friendly staff! Clean and bright space! Street Parking!

Wanda H.

Yelp
If I could give it 4.5, I would. Some of us arrived early and munched on some appetizers (the Caviar Deviled Eggs and Broiled Shrimp). The cocktails were tasty and so were the apps, though now that I've had the Caviar Deviled Eggs, I wouldn't order again. IMO, too expensive for the amount received. It was nice that we didn't have to close out our tabs at the bar, but they moved those tabs with us to the table. We were there with a large group and they did a pretty good job of getting everything to the table. The food was good, though it was pretty loud once they got more customers in there. Sure wish restaurants would consider acoustics more when they design the space! Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Lesley P.

Yelp
Great service and menu options and portions are decent sized. I went for the Peacemaker Poorboy for supper and ordered the Paloma slush beverage. I did not realize I needed to take drink picture until after I finished consuming it and it's fair to say it was good. Can now check off Peacemaker Lobster and Crab as a place we officially tried.

Kassandra M.

Yelp
My theory that good seafood in the Midwest doesn't exist has been debunked, thanks to Peacemaker. I've been wanting to try this out the entire time I've been in STL and finally got the chance a few weeks ago for a friend's birthday dinner. For starters we ordered the hush puppies, half a dozen oysters and the fried green tomatoes and everything was exceptional. For my entree I ordered the peel and eat shrimp which might have been the best I've ever had (and I lived in Baltimore a while, iykyk). My group also had a few different cocktails and were really pleased with those, as well. Finally, our server was wonderful and happily obliged when asked to snap a pic of our group. One of us also left our card on the table and he chased us out the door to return it lol! We so appreciated that! Overall 12/10 and I'm already planning my next trip!

Irene N.

Yelp
Always a good vibe, came back for the great service and shrimp po' boy! We wanted to try the buffalo crawfish because of a different picture on Yelp. It turns out that they know serve three in an order, not four (like a previous year picture)

Latise A.

Yelp
Went to this gem in the City for a late lunch, on a Monday(1:30 pm). No wait time. Cute store front look, in a very quaint neighborhood. Once inside, large, open dining area. Bar to the right, seating in the middle and to the left. Lunch rush was over. Was able to converse with manager about the menu and how we heard about the spot, shortly after being seated. Nice touch. Decor was eclectic in nature but effective. Once we ordered the food came quickly. Started with steamed mussels in tasty tomato, bacon, shallot broth. Before we were half done with that, our fried oyster sandwich with fries came. I enjoyed every minute. My taste buds were overjoyed.

MaryAnn B.

Yelp
Quaint Benton Park location. Parking on street. Enjoyed a cocktail at the bar before being seated at our reserved table. Enjoyed some shrimp and an order of deviled eggs along with our drinks. At the table, ordered a seafood salad. Toppings hard to find and as with other items we tried, pricey which might have brought down the enjoyment of the food a bit. Service attentive and efficient.

Jane S.

Yelp
Good food, they know what they're doing. Great recommendations from the server too. We went at lunch and I would go back for dinner.

Joslyn N.

Yelp
I've had this place in my bookmarks for a while now. I happened to be not too far away so decided to check it out for lunch. This place is easy to pass up but I'm so glad that I didn't. I got the oyster po-boy sandwich. I upgraded the chips for French fries because it was only right. The fries were well seasoned, fresh and delicious. The po' boy was fantastic and the sauce was as well. This was my first time having fried oysters. I love Seafood so I had to try it. I arrived a few minutes before they closed at 2:00 and they open back up again at 4:30. The decor inside is very on-brand for a seafood spot and there was plenty of seating. I will be back to try the infamous Connecticut lobster roll!

Chad I.

Yelp
Service was excellent the food was fantastic I had a lobster roll and fried clams they were cooked to perfection the spices were on point absolutely nothing to complain about with this place will be coming back regularly

Emily B.

Yelp
Went there for my birthday and it was amazing. Everyone in my party loved their food and our server was hilarious. Very nice atmosphere too.

Janet S.

Yelp
Found this gem because the other place we intended to eat at was closed. Very nice atmosphere, clean and very friendly staff with great service. Chowder and Bisque were more brothie than we expected but great flavor. We all ordered. poorboys: catfish, crawfish, and shrimp. We all enjoyed our meal and felt the price was a good value. Benton Park is a bright cute neighborhood and we will back when we visit our son.

Tonya J.

Yelp
What a fantastic seafood find in St. Louis! We stopped in a little after 8pm on a Friday night and we were immediately seated. This is a bustling restaurant. Music serenaded the patrons and all staff and servers were extremely attentive and friendly. We ordered fried green tomatoes, hush puppies, crab, a lobster roll, corn on the cob and fries and everything was cooked just right and served up fast and hot. We loved everything we had and would certainly recommended this restaurant! They offered indoor and outdoor seating and parking was available on the street.

Whitney R.

Yelp
We just went today. While the lobster and crab are a bit pricey, the fresh seafood rolls were very tasty. We also had the fried green tomatoes and corn on the cob. Our kid had a corn dog and fries because she never eats the good stuff! The tomatoes and corn were very bland. I had to ask for butter and even the melted butter had no flavor. It would be nice if there was salt on the tables. The tomatoes were similar bland taste and the remoulade helped, but it wasn't great. Honestly, other than maybe a quick takeout roll sometime when I'm really craving it, I doubt we go back.

Courtney F.

Yelp
I'll preface this with saying - I don't like seafood. My husband loves it! But I'm just not into it. My BIL is from New England and ALSO loves seafood. My brother is like me though. Someone let my BIL know that this was the most like New England seafood in St. Louis, so we rallied and gave it a try. I've lived in STL for 6 years now, and in the area for 3. This has always been a spot I knew I wanted to try, but just hadn't made it. Now I regret not coming sooner. The non-seafood options may be scarce, but dang, they're good. The sweet potato po' boy is so flavorful and delicious. The boys loved their seafood and didn't have anything bad to say. Even my husband told me he was glad because now we can come back. Cocktails were great, dessert was delicious. And I love a small menu, too big and it gets overwhelming. Peacemaker knows what they're doing. There's a reason they're so highly rated, they live up to the hype. Seafood lover or just general foodie, you have to try it.

Polly M.

Yelp
We found street parking easily. Upon walking into to this beautiful restaurant we were blown away with its quaint charm. Our wait person was kind and patient with our party of 6. She knowledgeably answered our questions. The crowd eating the fresh oysters were happy with the freshness and size. On a down side, I ordered clam chowder which had a very good taste but I guess it was clam chowder because a clam was cooked with it. However, the crawfish steamed buns, the Connecticut lobster rolls, crab rolls, homemade crispy chips, and hush puppies more than made up for the chowder. I will definitely return!

A pricey but good seafood spot in STL. Consistent good food. Lobster rolls, steamed clams, peel and eat shrimp all good options. Service is friendly and restaurant is clean. Fourth visit and I'll go back.

Yelp
If you're craving seafood, Peacemaker Lobster and Crab is the place to be! We ordered each one of the lobster rolls--mine with fried green tomatoes and my partner's with coleslaw. While the coleslaw was just alright, the pickled fried tomatoes were a delightful twist. The brownie cookie dessert with ice cream was absolutely delicious. Despite being a Friday, the service was impressively fast. Sitting in the back corner transported us to the East Coast, making it a must-visit spot in STL.

Yelp
Absolutely delightful. I've been trying to step into the world of sea food and this was definitely a great start! For those like me, the caviar deviled eggs and buffalo crawfish bao weren't overly-fishy, but there is such a wide range of amazing sea food that all of my pescatarian friends were raving over!

Yelp
Good god, Peacemaker was amazing. That Maine lobster roll is easily the best food I've had in St. Louis so far and the best I've had outside of Cape Cod. And my server Anna tonight was just the nicest and the best! If you're ever in STL, do yourself a solid and treat yourself to this delectable spot. Oh, and the strawberry cheesecake in the adorable little mason jar was scrumptious too. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Whenever my mom comes to town, she always begs me to take her to Peacemaker. We've always had a great experience. Tonight, we started with drinks, wine and a Louie cocktail. The cocktail had a much stronger cucumber taste than I expected, but it grew on me. I also tried their zero proof spicy margarita, which I enjoyed very much. Not too sweet like some mocktails, but also not really spicy for those looking for that. For dinner, my mom got her usual shrimp boil and I tried their mussels. The broth was very good. I also ordered the pickled fried green tomatoes which I've had before. They are thick cut and perfectly tangy with well seasoned breading that mostly stays in place. For the boil, they bring you a warm towel and lemon to clean your hands afterward. Service was fast and our server checked back often even with a full house.

Yelp
The food was absolutely great! We were greeted immediately and seated right away. There was a bit of a mix-up when we ordered our food. I ordered a Lobster Roll and when the waitress asked my wife what she wanted to order she told the waitress she was just going to share the meal I ordered. Whenever she brought out our food, she gave us 2 lobster roll entrees. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but paid for two lobster rolls instead of only wanting one. We would have talked to our waitress about it, but we didn't see her for 15-20 more minutes. However, the atmosphere was great, and I will be back to try a different meal.

Yelp
Celebrated a birthday @ Peacemaker and they took very good care of us. As a group we started off with some oysters and their shrimp. Both were very satisfying and did not disappoint. For my entree I got their shrimp po'boy w/ chips and as an extra side their lobster Mac & cheese. Everything was very delicious. If you're a seafood fan, this is a must try!

Yelp
Beat this place for seafood in St. Louis. It's hard to get good seafood in this area as last I checked not too many oceans nearby. But peacemaker pulls it off and I mean pulls it off every single time. I just love their food and the atmosphere is cool, I feel like I'm back in New England area sitting by the seashore having some good good lobster or other seafood delicacies.

Yelp
Brittany was super sweet, personable and such a help in deciding on food items and drinks. Loved the eclectic decor and the food was phenomenal! This is my new favorite restaurant but unfortunately it's 5 hours away from home!

Yelp
Jake was amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu! The food is amazing- lobster roll is a MUST, but the Buffalo Crawfish Buns were SO good as well. They get fresh seafood flown in from Maine everyday so none of it's frozen. When you step inside, you truly feel like you are on the east coast. I love all of the pictures of the fishermen around the restaurant too.

Yelp
I was sceptical about seafood in the Midwest, BUT this place brought it! Drinks were very tasty and the Mac n cheese was giving creamy, but not dense. We loved our rolls and felt like they were the closest you will get to the real deal here in Missouri (mkt price was $37 each roll). Thought it was silly that there was an upcharge for fries, but whatever:). Our server was incredibly personable and helpful with recommendations. We sat outside on the patio (gorgeous outside), which is quaint. The inside smells like seafood, which I love! Definitely stop by one of their locations!
