Michelin-starred restaurant in Studio City. From the moment we arrived, the wait staff were friendly and welcoming, but over the night there were too many different servers attending to our table, which made the experience feel somewhat crowded and disorganized. Food wise while it was evident that they used high quality ingredients, the execution did not translate into a memorable dining experience. The flavors and presentation were kinda average, leaving us underwhelmed. The roasted goose and the trio starter platter were enjoyable, but the rest of the dishes failed to impress. Given the restaurant’s Michelin status, we expected much more in terms of creativity and flavors. Overall, while the service experience was good, it couldn’t compensate for the somewhat mediocre food. Given its reputation, accolades and the price, we had higher expectations that, unfortunately, were not met.

Food: impeccable, high quality ingredients and cooking technique Service: Personal server per table. Constantly pouring me tea and attentive to my asks Atmosphere: I felt like VIP the whole time. I had the whole dining hall to my family. The place was well renovated I felt like king. This place deserves its one Michelin star. I had dim sum my whole life but this is the best dim sum I’ve ever had, I would come back here again 100%.

Jasmine tea smells good. Complimentary appetizer of house tea smell cup with grapefruit dessert ball is amazing. Dim sum are all great. In particular, the “steamed pork dumpling with ham and quail egg” is unexpected yummy! Deep fried wagyu beef puff with sweet basil has a unique shape and color with good tender taste. Will definitely pay a visit next time!

One of the fine dining Cantonese restaurant in Macau, offer wide range of meat and seafood dishes and also signature tasting menu. Environment is good if you didn't bump into some mainland tourist sharing their video clips of playing slot machine or loudly discuss their adventure on the casino floor. Other than that, all is good. Food is well executed, the fish dish was delicious and the staff were attentive. Worth trying especially it is not that full recently due to travel restrictions.
