Cannot recommend Peckham Smoker enough. We literally eat this with everything from roast dinners to salads. The smokiness separates this sauce from the rest of the hot sauces we buy - and we do buy a few. The unique flavour keeps us coming back for more. It's hot but not too hot. Great service when buying online. The sauce always arrives well packaged and quickly!
