People working there have 0 common sense and were not trained on how to make the drinks. I’m pretty sure they also barely speak English. They literally poured half a cup of white chocolate the rest milk to make a latte and added no coffee. I almost puked when I took a sip and it was pure sugar. (I had asked for 1 pump of WC…) disgusting.

Avoid at all costs, better go to Starbucks across the hallway. The staff cheats and doesn't know (or pretends not to know) how to make drinks like flat white (for example). A customer before me made an order, had his drink prepared, and only then got to know they take no cash. He couldn't pay, so the drink went into the sink. When I paid my order, I am sure the first transaction went through, but the barista told me it didn't while I stupidly opted out of the printed receipt to save paper. So I am rather sure I paid twice (perhaps to "cover" the guy before me). I had to explain that I want a flat white, but when I got it, rather than capuccino with a double shot of espresso it was a whole lot of frothy milk with barely any coffee. What a disaster. Never again.

1. Service sucked. They did not inform me that cash was not accepted, nor did they have a sign posted. I ordered and got ready to pay with cash and was informed they only accept card. I asked if there was a sign posted informing the customer, and they began to act confused. Needles to say they're incompetent, in my opinion. 2. As for the pastries (crusant, bagels etc.) customers serve them selves. This is unacceptable as I watched a customer put his hands in the cabinet and pulled out two pastries with his hand. There were tongs provided, but the customer still used his hands. This should be served by employees. 3. Avoid this place as you may pick up germs.

Disappointing experience. I ordered coffee ( cappuccino ), and it wasn't full. Foam was up to the 70% of the cup and the coffee was at the 50%. Also it wasn't as good as I have tried on the branches of peet's coffee & tea.

One barista was working extremely inefficiently while the other wasn’t working at all. Everyone waiting for the orders they paid for was frustrated. We need more coffee options at JFK cause this ain’t it.

I was so happy to find Peet’s coffee before boarding the flight but it was very average . Coffee was like water . No flavor .. was expensive too. Service was good but I wish the coffee tasted like the REAL PEETs coffee ..

Worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. Staff were too busy arguing to care about waiting customers. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Really disappointing experience.

Employees are friendly. Service is fast. Coffee is very good. Beats Starbucks. Had a caramel latte. What more could you want!?
