Peet's Coffee & Tea

You have to laugh so you do not cry. $10 large hot chai latte with expresso ordered at kiosk. Completely forgotten for 20+ minutes. Finally go ask about it after waiting an eternity. Everyone behind me at the kiosk gets a drink. They cannot find the order. OK. Finally make it. No expresso. This was how full it was. Too sweet. You have to laugh so you do not cry.

I ordered a drip coffee and ended up paying 2 dollars.more.tha. posted. Normally I would bring it up immediately, but was in a hurry to make my flight. No atmosphere, no pleasant service.

I ordered an Americano coffee with non dairy creamer that I paid $1.20 extra for, but I’m pretty pretty sure they gave me just drip coffee without any creamer. I realized what is in the cup and had to walk 5 minutes back to ask for the creamer to be added. Not good for Peet’s name.

Worst service. The lady should not work in an airport space if she’s not able to communicate with customers. She wasn’t polite at all, didn’t respond to any words I said and turned her back after the payment without telling the pastries was in self service. WORST SERVICE EVER. Girl let your job to people who are really looking for one.

I walked 1 mile in the airport for the worst 8$ latte I have had in years. I am 100% sure it was drip coffee/ameicano sold as latte. This isn't about quality, they clearly steal your money

I was so happy to find Peet’s coffee before boarding the flight but it was very average . Coffee was like water . No flavor .. was expensive too. Service was good but I wish the coffee tasted like the REAL PEETs coffee ..

Iced horchata coffee was nice, but would recommend the muffin. It's a bit tasteless and dry

Disappointing experience. I ordered coffee ( cappuccino ), and it wasn't full. Foam was up to the 70% of the cup and the coffee was at the 50%. Also it wasn't as good as I have tried on the branches of peet's coffee & tea.
