Pendry Natirar

I had high hopes for the Pendry Natirar as a New Year’s Eve escape from NYC, but unfortunately, it missed the mark for us. To start with the positives: the property itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the spa is truly heavenly. However, the disappointing service and issues with basic necessities completely took away from the luxury experience. Our stay was marred by several operational failures: Room Service: It took over 90 minutes for our order to arrive, requiring us to call three times just to confirm it was still coming. Amenities: We had no hot water on our first night, and the in-room coffee machine was broken. Dining: We waited 45 minutes at breakfast just for black coffees and plain bagels. Valet: It is mandatory to valet park for $60/night, yet the cars are kept in an outdoor lot / were covered with ice when returned to us. Living in NYC, we are accustomed to high prices, but those prices usually come with a commensurate level of service. Here, the service simply did not match the cost. I would recommend visiting for the spa, but the hotel experience was not worth it in my opinion.

From the moment we arrived at Pendry Natirar, we were impressed by the upscale elegance and attention to detail throughout the property. It truly feels like a beautifully restored historic mansion transformed into a luxury resort, surrounded by perfectly maintained grounds that instantly create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff are outstanding friendly, attentive, and everywhere you turn, always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was valet, spa staff, or dining service, every interaction felt warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The property is expansive and stunning, featuring a gorgeous pool area, scenic walking paths, multiple lounge spaces, and breathtaking outdoor views. The spa is exceptional, offering serene relaxation areas that elevate the entire experience. Rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and classic charm. Dining on site is top notch and complements the refined, tranquil setting perfectly. Overall, Pendry Natirar delivers a true five star experience, peaceful, elegant, and unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

We spend the most wonderful weekend at this picturesque Hotel. We were welcomed with a smile and welcome drink upon arrival. Zachary at Guest Reception was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed and we had a spectacular view of the valley. The burger at Ladd's Tavern was delicious and so were the cocktails. The spa was very a relaxing oasis. we had dinner at 90 Acres and everything from the meal to the service was personalized and superb. we cannot wait to be back.

Had a nice visit at Pendry Natirar. The location is quite nice given its adjacency to many walking trails and outdoor spaces. Food at Ninety Acres was very good - worth a visit if you are staying there. We will be going back for when we are next in that area to visit family.

Horrible experience given what one should expect from a hotel at this pricepoint. First, our room lacked a bed upon arrival, despite them having the right number of guests in their system. Second, they take 40 minutes to serve you breakfast, and the bar was closed at 10pm on a Friday night. Third, despite paying >700$/room, activities aren’t included: they ask you 100$/person to try their bows and arrows on low-key hay targets, and the person in charge doesn’t even warn you of the price at the time of booking. Rooms were fine and location/view is gorgeous, but the service was really really bad. As if they were only staffed with clueless interns because it’s low-season.

We had some difficulty with communication and some frustration from feeling nickel and dimed during the planning, however, they made a concerted effort to make it right AND they totally deliver on the excellence day of. The food was outstanding, and our designated attendant, Salwa was the absolute most helpful and anticipatory person around us all day long. She remembered one member of the bridal party didn’t like seafood from cocktail hour and made sure to get them an alternative appetizer before anything was mentioned or orders were taken. That was a small detail that REALLY stood out and made a positive impression on the people who overheard. We also felt like there was an abundance of opportunity for the bridal party to have snacks or some champagne, which we didn’t expect and did appreciate. No mirror in their most common getting ready room was an inconvenience, but the venue fixed the situation.

This is Old Money place. If you love nature peace and quiet, this is it. If you get massage at the spa, request Rich The young new manager (didn’t get his spelling of name but think it’s Karam) at Ninety Acres made dinner a memorable experience

Accommodations very nice but extremely pricey. Had to book all excursions, spa and reservations on my own which should have been able to have been handled through the concierge. Nice experience but for the money it did not go above and beyond in service.

What an amazing hotel. The unique charming Mansion makes the experience Magical. I stayed in the Bay Window Resort View. I Loved my room. The view looking out made me feel dreamy. The Spa was my highlight. Kyra the receptionist was lovely. Martel the spa director such a kind Man. Yuka my massage therapist was incredible. I highly recommend her. Nighty Eight Acres Thanksgiving lunch was spectacular. My server Veronica was delightful. Only critic was the front desk. They need more training & hospitality skills as this is a high caliber experience. The valet was great. Young respectful hospitable men.
