What an incredible location! While it's true that you might encounter some homeless individuals around the station, the array of restaurants makes it truly worthwhile. The station is well-secured, staffed with numerous police officers, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. You’ll find many of America’s favorite dining options here, including Chick-Fil-A, Insomnia Cookies, Shake Shack, and my personal favorite newcomer, Pollo Campero! Pollo Campero is a must-try; their food is absolutely fantastic! They serve the best chicken you’ll ever taste, and their meals are incredibly affordable. I highly recommend the two-piece meal—it’s a standout! If you're new to the city, don't miss the chance to experience Pollo Campero—you won’t regret it!

A bunch of restaurants here! Specifically, there’s Chick-Fil-A, Insomnia Cookie, Star Bucks, and Beer Table among other restaurants on Penn 1 Plaza. A lot of these are licensed restaurants / businesses. Most of the people are nice. Particularly the security. Cops come through here often so it is relatively safe compared to the rest of NYC. It’s also extremely clean and a lot of the stores operate 24hrs a day. If you travel at night (12am-4am) keep an eye out for homeless people who sneak down there and beg for food and money.

This building is really nice. It has multiple offices operating from within the facility. It is modern and very clean with security at all times.

When you think of coffee as a delightful cup of black roasted beans, you definitely want to enjoy every sip. It’s a specialty coffee spot that will “WOW!” you in taste and comfort. This is what blue bottle gives you. I’ve never heard of them and I’m glad to know NYC has another brand of coffee outside of Starbucks. The team @ Penn1 is the best you’ll ever meet. To Debbie, Sarah👍 and to the rest of this blue team, know you’re appreciated.

While attending a Symantec demo, this was a private suite. The catering for this event was stellar, and the views from this building were absolutely breath-taking. I would be constantly distracted ( in a positive way, of course.. smile) if I had to work in this building every day. Very organized, extremely well maintained, and professional building security.
