Pepe's Bistro

Wow. A very talented chef. We tried one of everything, and nothing disappointed. I was skeptical of the quesadillas with apples inside, but I was so wrong; we ordered 2 more! We also found a friendly squirrel outside.

Thank you so much for your hospitality Pepe, we really enjoyed spending time together at your bistro! I hope to see you more and get to know you better! You are so kind and thoughtful. The horchata was amazing!

Although I've had Pepe's wonderful vegan creations at various pop-ups, the Farmer's Market, etc. I had never set foot in his Bistro! A recent menu enticed me, the stars aligned, and I got my husband to meet me for lunch. I already knew I wanted the Quesadilla. This is not a usual order for me but the maple espresso roasted apples it contained piqued my curiosity! It was rich and savory, a bit spicy. The guac was extra yummy. My husband went with the Pita BBQ Tacos. He loves mushrooms and BBQ, perfect choice! Menu changes weekly. Hours are sometimes extended and he does various events so check the Pepe's Bistro page. There is also a grab-and-go cooler with soups, burritos, and desserts. Namely his famous Avocado Cheesecake! It is a cool little place. We were both greeted by Pepe and addressed once again before he took off with a kind Thank You for stopping by. The winter months are a struggle, as they are for many. If you are looking for a local place to support, this is a Great start!

First time visiting and will be absolutely coming back! Fantastic service, wonderful food, and great atmosphere. My sister and I ordered the Nachos and Strawberry Horchata and it was the perfect meal!! The ingredients were fresh and tasted so good. Next time you are looking to grab a bite, I would recommend this local restaurant.

I absolutely love what Pepe is all about and would eat here everyday if I could (and if I didn't need my meat fix). Wholesome ingredients, wholesome flavors, and wholesome mission. This time, I ordered the curry taco bowl and a cup of horchata with a shot of cold brew. 🌱

Top notch food, so creative and delicious. Pepe support local artist and business in so many ways. He is a gem in our community. Pepe is like the cool uncle every person needs.

Pepe doesn't just make food but serves you art. I love that his food is entirely organic, and he is always coming up with fresh ideas for delicious recipes. 1000/10!

I only recently heard about Pepe’s Bistro through a friend and then saw their page on Instagram which intrigued me. I decided I needed to check it out asap. When I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the owner and was shown the menu. A cook quickly assisted me at the register and took my order. To my delight they had buffalo cauliflower tacos (I love buffalo cauliflower). $10 for four quality tacos with great ingredients. I work in a kitchen myself and frequently visit places where I feel there is no care or craftsmanship in their work unfortunately. My food here, not only looked, but tasted beautifully. Pepe’s Bistro treats this like an art, which it is. You guys know what you’re doing and I will without a doubt be back! It is so refreshing to see people that actually care about the work they do. Thank you for serving me a delicious meal! (Also I’m not vegetarian/vegan but this is a place where meat is not needed to have a fulfilling meal.)
