"The ocean and golf course views may be pure California, but a meal here is all about Tuscany. Named for the Pèppoli Vineyard in Italy and owned by the legendary Antinori family of winemakers, this restaurant strives to deliver rustic cooking to their discerning Pebble Beach clientele. Many of their own labels are featured here, as a perfect complement to the cuisine. The dining room transports guests back to the homeland with rooms styled to resemble an exclusive Italian estate serving a menu of wood-fired Tuscan food. Expect hearty but skillfully prepared dishes like hand-crafted orecchiette tossed in vibrant green pesto, mixing puréed kale and broccoli with house-made sausages. Save room for excellent desserts like tiramisu and other traditional treats." - Michelin Inspector

We went here for my brother’s graduation dinner. Overall service was very nice, and the atmosphere is everything. The weather was perfect. The food was really delicious.

Will you be reservations to eat here at our anniversary. We let the staff know when making a reservations. The host congratulated us as well despite all this we never received an anniversary dessert plate like the table next of us did. That was our first time in many years that a restaurant never pay attention to that small detail. Despite that the staff are extremely nice, but I will say you will wait a while for your food and check to come. We ended up splitting a salad having duck and two different desserts. The Caesar salad was pretty much basic. I wish it was creamier. The duck was very good. It was interesting with the corn. If you do over the duck, I highly recommend you order a side such as mashed potatoes I think a creamy component would’ve really went well with the duck. Lastly, we ordered the fruit tart as well as the tiramisu with the tiramisu is very bitter my husband ended up, loving it so much from that bitterness of the coffee . I, myself preferred the strawberry tart, but I will say the strawberry tart is something special But it paired very well with the ice cream.

Wow, it was amazing! Delicious food and a stunning view! I had a lightly fried chicken with greens which was good, and my companions had pesto pasta, fettuccine with shrimp, and lasagna. I especially recommend the pesto pasta. We got bruschetta and it was very strange, wasn't like any bruschetta we have ever had, we didn't like it. Other than that I highly reccomend!

My husband and I had such an amazing experience for our anniversary dinner. The atmosphere was very fancy and beautiful. We got a good view of the ocean. The servers and hostess were very nice and polite. We ordered lasagna and it was quite delicious and filling. The server Anthony brought us a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. The prices may seem high, but for the service and food it's quite worth it! Thank you for the wonderful experience. We would definitely return.

Google
This was a bad experience. The Caesar Salad was supposed to be split in two, no anchovies. It came in one plate with anchovies. The other salad was served correctly. The soup orders did not arrive when the salads were served. 5 minutes later another salad came to the table, we hadn't ordered it and the waiter took it back to the kitchen. Still no soup. 5 more minutes and another salad shows up. Again, the waiter returned it to the kitchen and still no soup. The manager comes over, makes some lame excuse, apologizes, says, "they are working on your soups and entrees". The soups eventually arrive. By this time we have been seated for an hour and 20 minutes. We're all annoyed and starting to lose our appetites. The entrees arrive and for the most part they are ok, with the exception of the lasagna, which is luke warm. Apologies from the waiter. The manager wants to comp us for dessert, but we've had enough and decline. The manager then commits the cardinal sin of blaming the wait staff for the issues. Never blame the people who work for you in front of a customer. You're the manager, take responsibility and deal with the people who work with you in private. The manager then decided to reverse all of the charges, while saying that the waiter staff would be held accountable. Nice job throwing the people who work for you under the bus. Entirely an unsatisfactory experience.

Google
Beautiful space with the evening Piper and all. Great service. Huge wine list. But we were really disappointed by the actual food. Started with a nice Gin & Tonic and some good bread with great fresh olive oil. Those were the best part of the meal, sadly. Kauai shrimp were well cooked, but not sweet and lovely. The goat cheese and apple salad was uninspired and needed more pep and less celeriac. The tomato-bread soup had an off taste, somehow a bit plasticky? Mains were fine, but for the price, I expect more flavor from my blue cheese gnocchi and osso bucco.

Google
We've eaten at Peppoli many times, and it's always been a great place to dine if you like Italian food or steaks. Pictures are of affettato misto, Tuscan tomato bread soup, Pappardelle Bolognese, a fish entree were all delicious. The Tomahawk ribeye and the Tuscan T-bone for two will satisfy any steak lovers. They have a nice wine list too!

Google
Great food with amazing views, the service and staff is very professional and attentive to the guests. We tried filet mignon which was juicy and accompanied with some delicious risotto, the salmon and the pasta was also good. For appetizer I’d suggest the spicy Calabrese sausage. The ambience is comfortable and warmy, there are tables outside in the porch and you can eat while enjoying the ocean sounds as well. They need to pay more attention to the restroom, both of the automatic faucets at men’s restroom didn’t work correctly and was difficult to wash hands.

Yelp
Always a nice dining experience. Everyone's warm and welcoming, very attentive and helpful. The place exudes warmth and elegance even though you can come here in resort wear; dressing up is always an option. I have dined here a couple of times and both experiences were excellent. Food is delish you can never go wrong with whatever you pick!

Yelp
We love Peppoli's and try to come here at least once and preferably twice every year when we come for Car Week! The views are stunning and the bagpiper coming out near dusk makes everyone so happy! The food is delicious! We were there last night and I had the short ribs while my son had the rigatoni w/bolognese. Classic!

Yelp
I was having a celebratory birthday dinner in Carmel with family. I had wanted to go to Roy's, but my sister didn't care for it, and thought her daughter would prefer Peppoli's at Pebble Beach, so we went there. Both restaurants are right next to each other, with a patio and grass area that overlooks the ocean, golf course, and has a bagpiper that walks the course at sundown. Sitting outside at a table on the lawn on a particularly hot day to have a pre-dinner drink was the best part of the evening. I asked for a recommendation on the wine, as I wanted something very light, as it was so hot outside. They recommended the Nobili Sauvignon Blanc, which I'd have never chosen, but it was so delicious! It has a grapefruit undertone, and I've purchased some bottles of the same wine since. This, however, is outside of the restaurant, as you wait for your reservation time. You do want to go early, as there are beautiful views, you can drive along 17-mile drive for free, when you have a dinner reservation, and it makes for a lovely day. This part made me happy, and deserves stars. Our meal at the over-priced Peppoli does not. We then went in for our meal. We did not have a view of the ocean from this restaurant, which is what I was originally striving for, but at least we had the enjoyable cocktails with a view just before dinner. The restaurant has an elegant vibe to it on the inside, with the heavy, straight-back chairs that you often see in steak-house restaurants. The busboy was very attentive, refilling our water, and bringing bread, and taking away dishes. Our waitress was non-existent after we placed our orders, which is disappointing when you see what you are paying at this restaurant. The food: 3 out of 4 of us ordered the "Signature" lasagna, that they told us was their specialty. It was $37, and came with absolutely no sides, and was a fairly small serving. On top of that, it was very dry, and not very tasty. I would not order this dish anywhere again; much less when you are paying $37 for it! It is outlandish that a restaurant at Pebble Beach can serve this type of meal at exorbitant prices. Pebble Beach has an exclusive reputation. This restaurant did not live up to anywhere near it's mark. The 4th in our group ordered the vegetarian pasta, and it was so salty, she hardly ate any of it. We tried the Tiramisu for dessert, and that was very tasty, but after hundreds of dollars on a bad meal, it's not worth coming here. Eating meals at a restaurant that charges between $40-$100 per plate should leave you with a "Wow!" factor. This restaurant was a huge disappointment. And, the prices next door at Roy's at Spanish Bay/Pebble Beach are not any better. My best recommendation is to have a (pricey) cocktail while sitting at the lawn tables or at the firepits outside, enjoying the atmosphere, while it is still light out to see, and watch the bagpiper at sundown, that walks through the area. Skip the meals at the restaurants, unless you don't mind greatly overpaying for sub-par meals. No view. Over-priced Bad meals. Poor waitress attention. Not worth your money.

Yelp
Watched the sunset over Pebble Beach with some good wine, good food, good company and good service for Mom's birthday celebration. It was such a wonderful time! Ordered the prosciutto and ricotta appetizer: healthy serving of prosciutto and the ricotta and toasted points were deliciously warmed. Subtle flavor to everything. Fusilli with shrimp pasta and the short rib meals were good. Great? I can't say great but good. Really beautiful jumbo shrimp with light lemon flavor. I was excited about the made from scratch pasta but I was hoping it was more savory delicious. The short ribs were pretty fatty, unfortunately. Definitely not fall off the bone texture. The broccoli rabe on the side was great. It was supposed to come with polenta but they graciously swapped it out for spaghetti with marinara (delicious!) bc Mom isn't a fan of polenta. Eating outside, we were nervous about it being cold. Luckily they were quite accommodating with "3d" heat: fire pit on the table, heater above us and standing heater to the side of us. Last but not least, their birthday treat for Mom was lovely: chocolate cake with coconut sorbet. Mmmmmmmm that sorbet... Why not five stars: the food was good. We were hoping for incredible...and it was just good. ‍

Yelp
Hits on all cylinders! Food, atmosphere, view, service are all remarkable. Located inside The Inn at Spanish Bay, but don't think of it as a hotel restaurant. It stands on its own for sure. My friends who live in Pebble are regulars but this was my first time. The views across the grounds to the ocean are so beautiful. There is outdoor dining too. My friends know the menu well and we were able to share a few things. It might seem unusual to rave about the lasagne in such a fine-dining place, but it's really out of this world. The meat layers are filet mignon! The short ribs are also fantastic, as are the salads, And the affogato for dessert was the best I've ever had. I know I'll be back!

Matt O.

Yelp
Perfect Pebble! Our party had multiple meals but the Oso buco and pasta carbarnara were over the top. Perfectly done and absolutely amazing. Service was 5 stars - server as well as the somolie were stellar! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Perfect dinner and an amazing night.

Jeanna A.

Yelp
I recently stayed at the Inn at Spanish Bay for a work event and ended up at Peppoli for dinner one night. Our group of 5 finished a work event late in the evening and found ourselves with limited options for dinner... and Peppoli came to the rescue! They had no concerns seating us so late in the evening or accommodating our group of 5 without reservations. The menu offers classic Italian dishes. Our group ordered a series of appetizers, entrees, cocktail/drinks, and desserts. I went with a seasonal arugula salad and added some grilled shrimp on top. The lemon dressing was very good. Our entire meal was delicious but the affogato (with decaf) dessert was the star of the show. I honestly considered going back the next night, after dinner at another restaurant, just to get the affogato. The perfect balance of a salted caramel ice cream with the flavor of fresh coffee. It was perfection. The star of the dining experience, however, was Anthony. What a phenomenal server. The attention to detail, care, recommendations, professionalism, and kindness from Anthony made our evening even more memorable. Peppoli and the Inn at Spanish Bay are lucky to have Anthony working for them. I look forward to returning to Peppoli for dinner when visiting Spanish Bay again next year.

Yelp
We tried Peppoli for the first time time and loved it! We had the crab bisque, bolognese, and straw and hay pasta. For dessert, we had the tiramisu. The food was amazing, the service was wonderful, and the ambience is amazing! We will definitely be back.

Heather M.

Yelp
Always a special dinner @pebblebeachresorts Peppoli. They make the best martinis and the complimentary house bread is so fresh and delish. We started with the perfectly tender and lightly battered fritto misto- fennel, lemon, calamari, and rock shrimp served with the best marinara. For our first course we had the soup of the day (a traditional tomato pepper soup), the Caesar salad split, and the special tomato bread soup. All were exceptional- so simple and yet perfectly prepared with the best ingredients in a traditional way. For mains almost everyone had the house made lasagna. It truly is exceptional and I will be ordering next time , especially because they are happy to split an order. The short ribs with polenta were tender and flavorful. The Amatriciana was homemade spaghetti with pomodoro sauce, bacon, and spicy Calabrian chili. For dessert a complimentary bday dessert of coconut sorbet and chocolate ganache cake. Service is attentive, formal, and welcoming. One of our all time favs!

Yelp
5 star all the way!!! Started off with fried calamari, Italian ham and sausage. Bottles of Chianti were flowing. Tomato Basil soup was perfect! Osso Bucco, gnocchi lasagna and filet were outstanding . Staff was exceptional as was the atmosphere. Place is outstanding! When at Pebble don't miss this place.

Kirsten A.

Yelp
one of our go-to spots in the area has always been Roy's... & Peppoli has officially been added to the list! outdoor seating goes without question anywhere at Spanish Bay, especially with the golf course views & firepit tables. i just learned they offer blankets as well! the Gamberi Grigliato aka grilled Kauai shrimp was unreal. get the LASAGNA, you will NOT regret it. we topped dinner off with the Crostata di Frutta - with an extra scoop of ice cream, of course. excellent dining experience, no complaints here. can't wait to try the rest of their menu!

Matthew C.

Yelp
The view is just spectacular. If the weather is nice, definitely sit outside. The food is a bit overpriced and nothing to rave about. It's pretty average Italian food, but the atmosphere is what sold me.

Walter W.

Yelp
If you are staying at or near Pebble Beach and the Inn at Spanish Bay Pèppoli is a must to eat at. A great wine selection, while crowded it's not noisy. The food is off the hook. I had lasagna which I normally never order out but it's been on the menu for 20 plus years and it was one of the best I ever had. I also had tiramisu for dessert and it was so big I couldn't finish. I give this a 20 out of 10.

Yelp
Pépoli at Pebble Beach was superb last night. We got seated at our favorite window table on the far end of the restaurant, so it was fairly quiet. All the servers were amazing and took care of us from the moment we walked in. A glass of the Montepulciano was very nice. Then we ordered a couple of salads to be split. The Caesar with whole anchovy fillets and plenty of flavor hit the spot. The other salad was the mixed greens with warm grilled peaches. Apparently they baste a white basalmic glaze on the peaches and it really tops it off. Our hand made fresh pastas were all unique and wonderful. The lasagna was very meaty, had a nice crisp top with the cheese and very flavorful. Pappardelle with the boar ragu was very nice. Next was the Rotolo Fiorentina which looked like cannelloni cut in half and stood on end. The presentation was interesting. But the flavor was really amazing with spinach, tomatoes and cheeses-mozzarella and ricotta. Finally, the fourth pasta was the Conchiglie Verde, which was OK. It was the most disappointing of the dishes the only one that didn't really hit the mark. It was probably the kale infused pesto-just kidding! Dessert was a treat. We saw the next table had a 8 inch high desert, so we inquired what that would be. It's the mud pie, which is served at Roy's Hawaiian restaurant next-door but they can get it even though it's not on the menu. So we ordered the "secret" mud pie and it was outstanding. A very yummy meal. We're already planning to go back this week.

Yelp
Our waiter was extremely nice and efficient. I forgot his name, but he was very knowledgeable about the menu and super accommodating. The food, service, and drinks were incredible. We had an amazing experience when we dined her at dinnertime. We will definitely be back soon!

John S.

Yelp
Once again Pepoli exceeded our expectation in both service food and ambience. Claudia and Kyle operate a smooth well trade staff. Anthony Manny and Brian work as a well oiled machine to accommodate the guest in a professional, prompt and polite manner. A group of sex enjoyed the Kampachi and the short ribs with the variety of salads. Always beautifully prepared.

Myra A.

Yelp
We had a fantastic night at Peppoli once again. Every time I come here, they give me outstanding customer service. The servers here are immaculate. The restaurant is gorgeous. This was my first time sitting outside. I must tell you we had the best seats in the house. Most everything on the menu is good. My favorites are Tomahawk and filet mignon, and I love their tiramisu. They have a list of several different wines you can choose from. Their cocktails are limited. If you want to go to a fabulous restaurant with a beautiful view, look no further. Thanks, guys, for making my Saturday and giving me a great evening; much appreciated.

Stephanie K.

Yelp
This was probably one of the best Italian meals I have had in a long time and I have a lot of Italian options in Chicago. The food was out of this world. The veal was so tender and absorbed so many flavors. The atmosphere was fantastic and we had the best service.

Sarah L.

Yelp
The restaurant is located in Spanish Bay Golf Resort and has a Wonderful view. Make sure to make reservations in advance

Denise K.

Yelp
This is our favorite place to dine at Spanish Bay. We always have stellar service, a great view and an amazing wine list. Our recent visit in October provided us with the best weather we've ever had , watching the sunset with an excellent meal. The calamari appetizer, the salad the steak Florentine was all excellent. Our server Paige was amazing and very knowledgeable about the very long wine list. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Bon appétit

Brandon C.

Yelp
We've dined here twice over the summer and had great experiences both times. The ocean view ambiance can't be beat! The menu has something for every lover of Italian food. I've had the Carbonara and the "straw and hay" pasta. Each was delicious in their own ways. Pasta cooked perfectly, right amount of sauce and flavor. Service is very attentive although one of the help staff cleared our caprese appetizer before we were finished with it. Desserts are great - recommend the Tiramisu and the Italian pound cake.

Danyelle L.

Yelp
We have been here a few times but both times with a large group with somewhat of a set menu. Everything that I have eaten here had been fabulous and Service has been outstanding. I only got a few pictures of appetizers but I know I'll be back and I will get better pics !

Dorothy A S.

Yelp
It has been at least 5 years since we last visited Peppoli. We didn't have a good experience then and the hubs didn't want to return EVER. But we had a friend visiting from the UK and we wanted to hear the bagpiper. Peppoli is right next door so...... Off toPeppoli we go. We started with an outstanding Pinot Grigio. It was the last bottle they had. Shows the popularity of our choice. For our 1st course the hubs and I had the Caesar salad. Beautifully dressed with white anchovies. Our friend had the calamari fritti. Light with a nice marinara. Our main courses were the Fruitti Del Mar and the Osso Bucco. The fruitti Del Mar had scallops & shrimp with pasta. It was delectable. My osso bucco was served with broccolini cooked to a turn. The veal shank was fall off the bone. The wait staff said it was a signature dish & I understand why it received such high accolades.

Jaklyn K.

Yelp
Amazing meal, amazing wine. Our waitress was helpful in picking wine for our dinner and pointing us in the direction of her favorite meal choices. The restaurant has view of the ocean, and if you're outside you might have a chance to see and hear the bag piper that strolls the grounds. Food was light and fresh and presentation is . Would highly recommend this restaurant

Doll F.

Yelp
Hands down, the best Italian in the area. The food is INCREDIBLY consistent. I've had the lasagna, bolognese, arugula salad, steak, salmon, sausage and polenta--every single dish is well composed and a great portion of food. Can it be pricey? Yes. But when compared to other Italian places that make their own pasta, comparable dishes are about 20% more. In my opinion, that premium cost is small when you consider the fabulous view, large p and stellar service. Bring your own bottle and pay the $25 corkage.

Ashley Z.

Yelp
The food was phenomenal. Service was great & premier experience. I would 100% recommend this to everyone & got to do part of the 17 mile drive for sunset.

Kevin D.

Yelp
This is our favorite restaurant in all of the Monterey Peninsula. The ambiance is great - most seats have a great view of the ocean. The staff is always very friendly and polite, and every dish I've had has been amazing. My two personal favorites are the bolognese and the "straw and hay". I also feel that the prices are reasonable given that this located at the Spanish Bay resort. Highly recommend!

Breezy H.

Yelp
Delicious Italian food beyond belief!!!!!!!!!! I had the park belly gnocchi with Alfredo sauce added, and and it was 10000% the BEST recommendation!!!

Ivy C.

Yelp
Probably the worst dining experience ever, especially at $200 a person. I'm convinced the good reviews are paid for, or from their friends and family. They took an entire hour to seat me on a Sunday night. Another 45 minutes to get my food. By then, it was 9:15pm. At this point I wondered if it's because I was the only young Asian female there in a sea of wealthy older men. It was the end of car week, after all... The steak was pretty lackluster. Pre-sliced and somewhat tough. You'd get better steak for 1/3 the cost elsewhere. They also gave me a butter knife to eat it with. The salad was wilted and old. My waiter never came back til the check came. He silently put it on my table without a word, while I was complaining about the service. Still no word. No one Sooo Food - 2/5 Service - 1/5 Hostess - 1/5 Value - 1/5 Do not recommend this - at all.

J C.

Yelp
perfectly cooked pasta, excellent service, white tablecloths and an ocean-golf course view. What's not to love?

Christopher C.

Yelp
My wife and I went here to celebrate our marriage anniversary and this is one of the best restaurants that we have ever been to. From the food to the service, everything was top notch. Manuel was our server and he was very kind and provided great service. I went with the Bistecchina natural angus tomahawk steak and it was cooked to perfection! It was probably the best steak I have ever had and I've been to my share of steak houses. My wife went with the Pappardelle Bolognese, and she also loved her choice of food for the evening! We paired our food with their 2019 Chianti Classico Riserva, Marchese Antinori, Tuscany red wine. Both of us walked away very satisfied and can't wait to go back!

Vincenzo B.

Yelp
Overall great experience, food was good and the location is unbeatable. Bread service included.

Lisa C.

Yelp
Had a wonderful dinner here for our anniversary! Told the hostess on the phone, and to our surprise we had a lovely treat presented at the end of the meal. Our reservation was at 6, but we hadn't seen the bagpiper so the hostess said it would be ok to come back at 6:30 once the bagpiper was done. The food was delicious! We just had pasta. Window seating was lovely as we could see the surfers in Asilomar. Would definitely come here again with out of town guests or for a special occasion.

Terri J.

Yelp
What a wonderful evening! The service was amazing, the lasagna ...the best I have had! The food runner/bused , Alejandro welcomed us .. and Will, our server ,Will, was knowledgeable and accommodating! Lovely evening!

Paddy O.

Yelp
Even though I've been coming to Pebble and eventually Spanish for over 50 years, we have never eaten here. My wife and I met in Traps at Spanish Bay and decided to have our anniversary there to celebrate. We were told it was very expensive for Italian food for some reason, but that was wrong. Very affordable and our food was outstanding. We got the meatballs as an appetizer which were cooked to perfection. So tasty. The Pappardelle Bolognese was also so delicious. The wine list is huge as well, however in PB fashion the only thing that is overpriced. Moreover the staff is incredible. Our waiter has been there 29 years and she was an absolute delight. We asked her if they had creme brûlée and she said no, but then showed up with one from the other restaurant, Roys!! Above and beyond. We will be back!!

Jaskirat S.

Yelp
Loved this place. Good food with best view of the ocean. Very friendly and great service

Graham C.

Yelp
First let me start by saying that this review is long overdue and in no way is a reflection on the experience we had here in November. Ok so now to the meat of it so to speak. My wife and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my parents from the East Coast. We were looking for a nice place to have a great dinner and excellent wine. Peppoli sure fit the bill. We decided to share a whole bunch of items to get a nice tour of the menu much to the chagrin of the curmudgeon.. aka my dad. We started with the Scallops with blistered tomatoes, Israeli couscous and wilted greens. The Scallops were big probably U10 or U9 even. They were cooked to perfection. They had a beautiful sear on the outside and still cooked thru without going over. The couscous added a weighted texture and the tomato a bright pop of acid. Stellar dish, everything worked! We all loved this dish. We then moved on to the Pappardelle Bolognese. I just love the toothsome texture of house made pappardelle. When you mix it with a gamy meat like boar that has been slow simmered with tomato and a cup of yum and a sprinkle of wow.. it works for me for sure! Especially when you drop that pecorino on top. Nothing is more funny than taking a "set-in-his-ways", "meat-and-potato" Irishman to an Italian place and getting him Gnocchi. What proceeded was an Abbott and Costello routine of "what is this?" "its potato", "No the pasta what is it" "its potato" etc etc etc... Dialogue aside and a quick yet thoroughly inaccurate cooking lesson later that ventured into Marco Polo and 13th century China no less we dug in to the Gnocchi di Ricotta. Its at times like this I really like to dig deep and steal Pulitzer worthy food quotes for some of the legends out there the one that came to mind right away was "yumm-O" (*Rachael Ray). Creamy mozzarella sauce with a perfectly cooked gnocchi of potato and ricotta. This dish was the kind were you send the waiter to get more bread so you can lick the bowl when he turns his back. My dad was definitely loving the meal but when the Bistecca Alla Fiorentina arrived table side with roasted potatoes to boot he was beside himself I think we all were. The grilled Tuscan T-bone was craved right in front of us at the table and we dug right in. The meat was cooked perfectly and was plenty for the four of us to share considering we shared the other courses. The crust and flavor of the Fiorentine style seasoning sang. It was a really nicely cook and delicious piece of meat. We had room left for desert- I went with the Tiramisu its my go to for sure. The wife went with the Italian pound cake with strawberries & crème fraîche gelato and my parents split the Almond Cake with orange fresh cream gelato. The Tiramisu was a modern take served in a bowl it was truly awesome it made me completely forget about the other two desserts which were enjoyed but I can't tell you anything about them. Overall phenomenal service and top notch meal. Will come back again for another epic meal.

Yelp
We ordered 2 double espresso in the bar. First of all, it is was suspicious that barmen Ben did not know the price and checked his price list. Actually , I should go away, but gave him a chance Price was $5.50 + tax. Whole bill is $11.87. I not arguing about the price, it is funny place and should be expensive. I concern about quality of coffee. It was not look right, it is was tested badly, nothing common with the coffee itself. Everything in this place must be excellent. How do you to expect me to order anything in the place , where staff not capable to prepare simplest drink in the world? I did not say anything to barmen, but it is ridiculous.

Manda Bear B.

Yelp
Solid food here as always, the lovey view is priceless, and good service too! It can be stuffy at time because some folks didn't like the fact that we were interracial couples. It was a very uncomfortable situation for us. But we let it goes. Because if was at the Pebble Beach Food & Wine special event. Sometimes your success can be a threat to others who just don't like you to be better than them or get better treatments than them, sad ugly true! Other than that, we love some of these dishes! Polpo Grigliato - Grilled octopus, Yukon potato, sweet pepper sauce, Sicilian lemon oil. Pappardelle Bolognese - Slowly simmered boar ragù with tomato, sage, rosemary, Pecorino d'Oro, so tasty, licking the plate good. Spaghetti alla Carbonara -Housemade pancetta, Pasture Chick Ranch egg, cracked pepper, Pecorino, another classic dish that you can't go wrong here! Vitello Grigliato - Natural Veal Chop, roasted butternut squash, grilled red onions & thyme, just other dish, carb-free ;) solid source of protein and plenty of veggies! Melt in your mouth! M Bistecca alla Fiorentina - Tuscan T-bone for two, grilled on live fire & carved tableside, if you have double date, I highly recommend this. It's easier to share so you can try other dishes! I love the family style and I love sharing my food :) We also got to try the Honey Sicilian Brioche, Meyer lemon/mint granita, chantilly cream, Spritz of Limoncello. That was AMAZING! Chef Angela Tamura can surely cook! Come early, take a walk to the back of the resort to the golf course and stunning ocean view! Bring layer, it's always Sunny, but windy and chill here unless it's August-October. This whole Pebble BeCh Resorts are gorgeous! And Pèppoli is a great place to crlebrate your special event or just simply date night! Note: present your gate receipt to your server. With a purchase of $35, your gate fee will be reimbursed.

Yelp
Great food. Delicious pasta. Good wine at reasonable price. Excellent service and hospitality from servers and hostess. Window seats overlooking the golf course allowing you to watch how golfers play the challenging holes of Spanish Bay.

Yelp
2 stars is just for the amazing views! Sadly the food isn't very tasty. Everything seemed very underwhelming, bland, & not flavorful. The tomato soup was unexpectedly on the chunky side I felt like I was eating canned chopped tomatoes & it wasn't very flavorful. The artichoke salad wasn't fresh the arugula was visibly wilted & the lemon essence was so bitter & strong. I asked for avocado & it never came with my salad. I asked for a spicy marinara pasta it came out with no spice another mistake & very very bland & salt less. I wouldn't come back here for the food but for the view yes.

Yelp
So good food and views! And the fire pits with the bagpipe player makes the evening awesome! Ossio Bucco is thee best! And the people are friendly and very quick to respond!

Yelp
Nice view, excellent service, and great quality food for the price point. We had the meat/cheese plate, seafood bisque, and homemade lasagna which was absolutely incredible! The waiter gave us recommendations for our trip as well and stopped at a local bakery on our way to Big Sur. Fabulous place and not pretentious. Great value!

Yelp
Whats not to love about this restaurant! Staff super friendly, extensive wine list all price ranges, great cocktails and food absolutely delicious! Outdoor seating in one of the most beautiful locations and lets not forget the bagpiper @ 5:30. Such a lovey experience, thank you!

Yelp
Food and service were outstanding. Probably best lasagna I've ever had. Very good wine list. Our waiter was ver knowledgeable about Pinot Noirs produced in Monterrey area.

Yelp
Was just okay. Service was great but food was just okay for an upscale Italian restaurant. More resort feel than authentic Italian. Expensive too, but that's a given with Pebble/Spanish Bay. Gorgeous views. Overall, failed to meet expectations.

Yelp
Another great meal at Peppoli, where we have been coming twice for dinner during our annual week in PB since 2015. The service by Mark, our preferred server, is friendly and professional. It's always nice to see him. And the food by chef Angela never disappoints. We especially love all of the pasta dishes. Great ambience, great food, and great service. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Wonderful dinner and beautiful experience. We go here for special occasions and the food has never disappointed. The service is good and picking a wine is easy with their knowledge. Just be careful if on a budget, this is not an inexpensive place and can easily cost several hundred dollars for wine (there is an extensive wine list which is great, but watch the prices, the bottles can cost hundreds of dollars or more) and a dinner for two. Definitely a romantic place for you and your sweetie or just for drinks out on the patio. If you go for an evening dinner, be on the lookout for roaming deer in the parking lot. We are looking forward to our next visit.
