Nice service, nice atmosphere, nice decor, but sadly i thought the food was just okay — and it’s priced at a point where it should be very good. Especially with middle child just down the block at a similar price, but with food you hate to admit is very good, and might be worth the price. Middle child is “okay this BLT was 20 dollars but damn it is a freaking good BLT” — here i was like “Ok this burger was 20 dollars and I think I prefer pearls 10 dollar burger down the street”. just being honest about my vibes here. Pancakes were great and the potatoes based sides were good, but thought the other mains weren’t memorable. they weren’t bad, but seemed lackluster for the price. Also small water cups sup with that

I loved the retro aesthetic at Percy it is very charming and well done. The service was very attentive and our water glasses (albeit small) were never empty! We came for brunch and the food was good with the highlight being the pancakes. They do eggs really well here and our chai lattes were delicious. The only miss for me was the pumpkin soup which was bitter. I would definitely come back and I will be dreaming about the pancakes!

Brunch was absolutely incredible! The latke and braised lamb hash was so good, and the ricotta packages were easily some of the best I’ve ever had! The drinks were very good as well… had the Big Iron and Ube Honey Wine. Such a cool spot with great vibes and our server was an absolute delight! Highly recommend for sure!

BEST NEW BRUNCH SPOT ALERT! So I've gotten a chance to finally experience the brunch magic of Percy in Fishtown and I have to confirm for those who haven't yet been that it's one of the new best things to hit the food scene in the city this year. 🔥 A stellar menu that's reasonably priced with great portions, and options that are a perfect blend of comfort and intrigue. Caviar on hash, creme brulee rice puddings, duck sausages, in-house made sauces and breads with local ingredients and cocktail spirits make this the ideal brunch spot to multiple rounds during the season! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice atmosphere inside, loved the lounge area with the fireplace, I would expect this would be a nice place for drinks. The food was rather underwhelming, with the fries being the best thing. I thought the French toast packed a bit of flavor, did enjoy the homemade crisps.

Don’t expect the best food. Come for the vibes. Got the lemon ricotta pancakes. They were good — I’d say they were a little too much with the cinnamon butter and ours were a little burnt but they did a good job hiding it by putting the burn sides together. Smothered fried chicken is a great dish is you’re really hungry. Fennel gravy is a great — if you like fennel! I liked the Chinese broccoli. Felt like a fun twist on a classic. Coffee is meh, too dark for me, but at least it’s free refills. True diner vibe

Service has been wonderful here. My girlfriend and I have been twice and both meals were absolutely fantastic. Pancakes were easily 1 of 1. The ambiance is great, such a retro diner vibe. Coffee is really good as well. Nothing about this place is a let down.

Percy is an outstanding addition to the Fishtown roster of restaurants with an excellent breakfast (and drinks). The bartenders were kind enough to make us special drinks to help accommodate our preferences and the service was friendly and outstanding. The food is incredible and you'll find something for everyone there whether you're bringing visiting family members or just catching up with friends. The decor and atmosphere is also special and fun without being too stuffy. I highly recommend for sure.

huge portions ! great flavors. the latke were very crisp! the bread for the breakfast sandwich is made in house, the sandwich is so dense and heavy - the bacon on it is amazing. the ricotta pancakes with cinnamon sugar were to die for. i couldn't even finish 1 and the serving comes with 2. i'm unsure what coffee they use for iced coffee but it was good - not bitter. very cute space. it's bigger than i expected. pricing is on par with the portions. service was great. i'll come back for dinner soon.

Drink of Choice: Housemade Honey Wine - Black Currant. This was a very fruity and sweet wine. You could also taste the honey. I would order again. Food: I thoroughly enjoyed the mushroom toast (on the left in the photo). The mushrooms were flavorful and the profile mix of those, the Boursin, the black garlic and the chicories worked so well. I would definitely come here just for the mushroom toast. The French toast (on the right in the photo) was just ok. I loved the vanilla anglaise but probably would not order again. A bonus was our server Mave (sp). She was super knowledgeable about the menu and was able describe the menu items in detail to include flavor profile.

My girlfriend and I decided to step out of our comfort zone and try Percy for brunch today, 09/14. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've had. The host was extremely rude and dismissive, telling us they were no longer accepting reservations or walk-ins, without any courtesy or effort to make the situation better. It wasn't just a "no," it was the way it was delivered that left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I rarely leave negative reviews, but customer experience is something I value deeply. A place can have good food, but if the staff makes guests feel like they don't matter, it ruins the entire visit. Hopefully management addresses this, but until then, I would recommend others consider different options where hospitality is taken seriously.

Cute place with retro diner-like decor. Good menu selections. The server were nice but may be a bit too attentive/frequent while we were trying to have a conversation lol Mushroom toast and potato latkes were pretty good, a bit pricey for the portion, but the taste was good. Lamb hash was really good with potato/sweat potato, charred broccolis, tender lamb shreds and flavorful sauce. Croque Monsieur was hearty and flavorful with different layers and homemade bread, however you have to eat it right away, once it gets a bit cold (under strong AC in 10 mins), it becomes too creamy/heavy with runny yolk, thick mayo and cheese. Babka French toast was really good for share, not overly sweet, with creamy but airy vanilla custard and pecan crunch. The garden salad was too vinegary and salty, we even bit into salt cubes... Duck sausage had a strong gamy taste, definitely too strong to be enjoyable...

My husband and I enjoy this neighborhood spot, we come for breakfast; and it never disappoints.

The decor of the restaurant is pretty cute. As a heads up, the menu is pretty small. They only have starters, mains, and the entire back side is alcoholic drinks. They have some non-alcoholic drinks and a few desserts but we had to ask for those separate menus, which is fine. When we went, we ordered the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo. The sourness of the sauce complimented the scallop but the scallop itself was not the freshest. For the main dish, I got to try the Whole Dorade (fish), with bok choy and small potatoes. The fish was good. It was flattened and a little dry, but the sauce added a nice flavor. The small baked potatoes were tasty, but I wish the bok choy was a little less overcooked. For drinks, I got the weekly or special mocktail (mocktail that changes). It ended up being pineapple juice mixed with club soda. I was a little disappointed with the taste, since the bubbles made the drink less refreshing. Overall, the server was great. She was very nice and friendly, and she checked in us frequently. For the food, I would say that it was a 3.5 out of 5 for dinner. The Whole Dorade was a 4/5 though. The restaurant was pretty loud at some point so it was hard to hear. Because of the friendly service though (4.5 out of 5 stars), I would come back to try the brunch.

Visited Percy last weekend with a friend, I live right down the street and have heard it was opening so I made it a mission to visit. Once we entered it really felt great, the aesthetics of the 70s, mid-century modern style and interior design is there. Just grabbed a drink which was fine but I need to visit again for a DJ set. Though, while sitting in the sound lounge it made me excited to come back for another night out.

We had an 11:30 a.m. reservation and were promptly seated despite it being a busy Saturday morning. The space is beautifully designed, and the staff were genuinely friendly--checking in with us several times throughout the meal. One thing to note: when you look at the menu on the table, there's no mention of espresso drinks, which can be a little confusing. That said, you can order a latte or other espresso-based drinks--they're just not listed. The food came out quickly. The pancakes were unique--unlike anything I've had elsewhere. The Philly breakfast, however, was pretty standard. Also, be aware there's a kitchen fee added to your bill.

Tried this new spot a week ago and were not impressed- sorry to say so. The decor of the place is nice and has its vibe but food is not worth of it! Spanish omelet was the worst, latkes were very salty and greasy, ricotta pancakes tasted like regular pancakes. Unfortunately I would not visit it again-sorry

The ambience was nice and the brunch was okay overall. The gulf shrimp and latkes were solid, but the French toast was just average. The espresso martini tasted like old coffee, which was disappointing. Prices felt high for what you get -- not terrible, but not somewhere I'd rush back to.

Came here for brunch and had a great experience. Very cool aesthetic, friendly staff, and great food. The highlight of the meal was the sunchoke soup. It was super creamy, delicious, and served in a generous portion. The staff even offered to split it into two bowls for easier sharing, which was a nice touch. I had it with a side of eggs (an interesting combo, I know) and also shared the French toast with the table. The eggs were nice and fluffy. Fluffy eggs are harder to come by than you'd think. The French toast was probably my least favorite, as it felt a bit dry, but the flavors were still good.

I enjoyed my experience at Percy and I will likely be back especially for that pancake (8/10). Really cool decor that makes this place unique. The food took a long time to come out which was surprising because there weren't that many ppl there. Not sure what was going on but I had to take a star away for that. Worth trying!

Percy's is a really cool brunch spot in fishtown with upon entering has a great diner feel to the spot. They also are open for dinner and have a great spot for live music in the evening. We sat at the bar and the service was great and friendly. They have a great menu and serve elevated food and drinks. The French toast was delicious and is a great item to share with somebody. Their breakfast sandwich is filling and delicious. The prices are reasonable here and you get quite a bit of food with your order. A great spot to grab breakfast in fishtown.

Food is delicious. Service is fantastic. Ambiance is out of this world. I was walking by and happened to walk in it was the best happy accident ever. Will be returning asap.

Percy is so cool inside. The decor is retro but giving upscale diner vibes. I was torn between the Spanish omelette and the Percy cheeseburger ( I went with the burger). The cheeseburger was10/10. Our server/waitress was phenomenal and had knowledge of the menu. It was hard to find parking but the experience at Percy was worth circling the blocks three times.

Never thought I would eat caviar under the L! Great vibe curation and helpful staff. I enjoy that the chefs have culled down the menu to only amazing items. Their latkes are better than Middle Child's. Pricy for what it is, but if you are a biotech east Kensington tech bro this is just another drop in the bucket.

Went here to check out their brunch yesterday. The first thing u notice is how nice it looks inside. It gives like a modern diner vibe. I ordered the Ricotta Pancakes that have gone viral and I must say 10/10 and Duck Sausage on the side which was my first time ever trying and they were good as well. The staff was very welcoming and nice

So it's early days for this place and I have high hopes. Today my friend and I grabbed brunch. Tons of attention was paid to the aesthetic. Great energy in this place. The bar is gorgeous. The staff were welcoming and eager. Our water glasses kept full. Our server was clearly inexperienced but sweet. The menu is small and creative. Many things sounded interesting. I got the ricotta pancakes. They were plate sized and had sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top with a cinnamon butter and a small two tablespoon sized thing of syrup. The pancakes were good. But for $20 for two pancakes I expected to be blown away. The 3 pieces of bacon for $5 was crisp and delicious. My friend got the babka French toast. It was lovely on the plate. The sauce it came with was great. It had a crunch from the pecans but the flavor didn't really shine. The babka was good but the edges were a bit dry in places and dark. My friend also got the duck sausage. He said it was good. They only had apple and orange juice. Meh. Idk. I like the vibe. I'll check it out nice dinner is an option. There's a lot of strong choices for brunch around here. Percy doesn't slap anywhere but your wallet. I'm being generous w the 4th star. I rounded up cause I'm rooting for Percy.

Glad to see another great place in Fishtown. Love the ambiance great for date nights and it is family friendly too. The food was very delicious. And had their espresso martini which was great followed by crab croquettes, devil eggs, and carrots for appetizers. The beet sauce/dressing for the carrots was outstanding and loved the crab croquettes too. For mains had their dorado fish (must try) so good and half chicken - it was good but I have tried better it wasn't very tender, a little chewy but still overall it was good. Ended the meal with Beignets that was nice and warm. Overall amazing food , great service and lovely location. The staff was very attentive and manager too personally came and checked a few times on us. Will certainly come back to try their brunch menu that looks really good.

The atmosphere and staff are enough of a reason to come here. We sat at the bar and Matt was our waiter and he was insanely helpful. He made recommendations, checked on us the perfect amount, made an effort to remember our names. Just all around top notch service. The atmosphere is a sheik 70s diner with amazing drinks and a swanky music lounge. But the real show stopper is the food. We had a series of apps for dinner and I cannot wait to go back for more.

We stopped last Thursday for a quick cocktail. The lounge was closed for an event so they seated us at a table. We ordered a round of drinks. It took forever. And the place was empty. The drinks were great. We enjoyed them. We wanted another round but our server never returned. Ever. We had to flag down one person to get our bill and a different person to pay it. The interior is well done. The beats were great. The service was poor.

Went for brunch. First time. The space is nice. Table for two was a bit on the small side with barely enough space for multiple plates. Service was great from a friendly wait staff. Had the lamb hash. The small portion was just ok. My friend ordered the same and liked it more than I did. It was tasty but due to the small portion, I wouldn't order it again. As for drinks, coffee was fine with refills. I ordered a Bloody Mary. There was no garnish served and no spice to the mix. It too was just ok. I've has better. Considering the difficulty with finding parking, the food and Bloody Mary wasnt good enough to go back again for brunch and struggle with parking. I want Percy to succeed so I will give dinner a try another time. Hopefully, that will be better.

The overall vibe of the lounge is immaculate. Cocktails are on point. What else can I say?

Fantastic meal! Wait staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The vibes are welcoming and bright. The Bloody Mary and pancakes top notch. The Spanish omelette is like nothing I've ever had before.

Mixed feeling about this place. It's new so I think there are still some kinks to work out. Service was a little slow but the food was good. I also think they need to expand their menu a little bit. It is a cute atmosphere and definitely has potential!

Really great vibe here. Went for brunch and look forward to trying the dinner soon, as well! The food was delicious (especially the beignets) and the coffee was great. Highly recommend grabbing a res and trying them out for yourself!

I'm a repeat guest. My sweet favorites are the lemon ricotta pancakes, the French toast, mondal bread- the mushroom toast and soups on the savory end of things are amazing. I had the fish once for dinner, holy shit. I wanted to lick the plate. What's that sauce dude? I don't even order fish usually and damn I want it right now. I once went with a friend who said the latkes were the best thing she ever put in her mouth.

Had high hopes for the pancakes. Wasn't expecting the lemon, nor granulated sugar on top. Was expecting cinnamon butter but couldn't find much cinnamon. For 20, was expecting more.

The food & service are amazing! Can't wait to come back with friends/family. Check out the sound lounge.

beautiful place and great vibes, but the food was sooo underwhelming and way too salty. imagine middlechild clubhouse except twice the price, half the portions, and none of the taste. we got the french toast - mediocre, baked egg - decent, fries - way too salty, and bacon - way too salty. my tongue was puffed from all the salt by the end of the meal. service was great tho. probably the worst breakfast Ive had in a long time. hopefully it was just a fluke because the atmosphere was great.
