"When we heard that the team behind Forîn was bringing an all-day café, restaurant, and bar with a ’70s vibe to Fishtown, we put it at the top of our must-visit list. And like its siblings, it’s exceptionally stylish and filled with couples and families from the neighborhood getting boozy before noon. Unfortunately, that’s where the similarities end. The brunch at Percy, so far, is a bit disappointing. The menu includes things like an underseasoned potato latke with everything-spice gravlox, a well-cooked but underwhelming burger covered in a mess of giardinara-provolone fondue, and babka french toast that’s passable, because what covered in vanilla creme anglaise isn’t? By the end of May, Percy will also be offering dinner and live music, so we’ll be sure to check back. Until then, stick to drinks and an order of beignets at the bar. photo credit: Alison Kessler photo credit: Alison Kessler photo credit: Alison Kessler Pause Unmute" - Alison B. Kessler
