Food and coffee are ok, reason for a lower rating is the lack of flexibility when it comes to ordering. For example, I could not order a serve of scrambled eggs for my son because “I needed to order a main dish and then have the scrambled eggs as an extra”. That’s a complete rip off and makes no sense on any modern cafe. Little improvement like this could go a long way and contribute to increased cafe revenue and customer satisfaction. Place is packed with tables which I understand but some acoustic treatment would help for a better atmosphere.

Dry cake that tasted like sand. Capuchino tasting sour. Dirty table and packed in like sardines. Worst pergamino experience to date. Do better, some of the other locations are actually nice. This was worse than Starbucks.

Pergamino is always my favorite Colombian coffee spot, and I almost always order delivery. I also enjoy visiting their locations, and I appreciate that they recently opened one near my home. The coffee is magnificent, and the food is always delicious. However, this particular branch has some downsides. It’s always too warm inside, and since the space is small, it gets very noisy. The layout could be improved—if you move even slightly, you risk knocking over the table next to you. Service is just okay, nothing special. Great coffee, but the overall experience could be better.

La comida estaba rica, pero podrían servir porciones un poco más grande. Es un lugar de autoservicio por lo que tienes que llegar, pedir y luego buscar lugar para comer. El café que dice para 2 tazas en realidad es para 1 o para 2 por la mitad o menos. Pero en general es un lugar bonito, cerca del aeropuerto e ideal para desayunar rico, también va mucha gente a hacer coworking

Dice que abren a las 9 am en Arkadia. Son las 9:05 am y los empleados están sentados hablando y aún no abren. Vinimos a desayunar aquí y no vamos a poder. Este es un restaurante para desayunos lo último que pensamos es que estaría cerrado un domingo a esta hora. Lo peor están los empleados sentados hablando y gente afuera esperando.
