"We don’t often come across a place that’s so terrible we can’t think of a single reason to ever go there. Petite Taqueria is that brand of terrible. This overpriced, sceney Mexican spot on La Cienega is serving truly foul food for drunk club rats and lost tourists, and you should want zero part in it." - Brant Cox

"We don’t love the food at Petite Taqueria, but the Happy Hour prices are pretty good. Come if you’re with a friend who’s really into clubbing, because that’s where everyone goes after eating here. The Deal: $10 margaritas and palomas, $14 shot/beer combos, $5 tall boys, food specials. When: Weekdays 6-7:30pm." - Brett Keating

The surprise of all time to find a snazzy club with friendly service, and a new superb brunch, lunch and dinner menu- three floors of intimate bars and dining plus a patio

The corn pancakes are amazing ! Also had oyster shooters (pictured) with beer, breakfast tamale, grit in my belly, and the Mexican crepe. The corn pancakes were by far the best, and the grits second.

Incredible Bar Tenders! I did not eat here, only had drinks. However, these guys know the drink game, and have it perfected. We actually witnessed the pursuit of perfection as we sat at the bar, and they worked on a new drink. It was phenomenal. I'll have to write another review, another day about the food. For this excursion, call me impressed! Given the drink scene in this area, and the over priced templates most places follow, this one was worth it. It was really nice to see some people who cared about authenticity!

Apparently everything on the menu is 'share size' .. Altogether between a friend and I we spent $88 on 2 very small cocktails, one bottle of beer , share size dish (see image), corn tortillas and butter & two tacos .. Come on, seriously?

The food was good but service was practically absent. I had to unfortunately flag down the host on several occasions just for a waiter to finally get to our table. I would have understood, except it wasn't even busy. Probably won't be back as there are plenty of good Mexican restaurants within a few miles.

This is exceptional but a bit stingy in the fajita.. High quality and fresh, light ingredients. The Mexican pizza was on a paper thin crust and loaded with what seemed to be an entire meal including salad on top..all for $11.00. It was excellent in taste, texture and quantity. The fajita consisted of grilled chicken breast on a ton of grilled onions and green peppers. It came with two freshly made flour tortillas and some paltry toppings. It was very filling and tasty but I thought overpriced. There were no chips or beans included or guacamole. Not even any sauce. I thought that there should be more to a fajita but nothing was greasy and the pairing of this dish with the pizza made a great meal.

Date. Business dinner. Celebration. Or just an excuse to sit at a beautiful bar and have amazing Mexicali cocktails. This place delivers on exactly what it promises, and that's a beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food and gorgeous people. I consider this place a little hidden gem, although it's well known it's quite small and that makes it feel unique.

The food is great!!! Everything I sampled had great flavor. My personal favorite is the burritos. If you enjoy real spicy food like I do, ask for the habanero hot sauce to go with the burritos. It's the perfect combination! TRUST! 👌🏽 It's a great atmosphere and oh yeah ... Drake dropped in. 😉❤
