"I’ll say yes to a thousand layers of anything, especially a thinly-fried cube of potato topped with a solid daub of caviar. The lunch situation at Petrossian, set inside the Tiffany store at South Coast Plaza, could be the ultimate ladies-who-lunch venue in Orange County (with prices to match). This tiny but mighty bite of crispy potato has just the mildest smear of creme fraiche to help cut through the dozens of layers of the elegant fried tuber. Of course, the salty, briny pops of umami from the caviar on top amplify the feeling of luxury. Even in a place like this, with Petrossian caviar on virtually every dish, the humble potato steals the show. And it sure tastes better than a mound of sterling silver." - Eater Staff

"Down in Orange County, caviar specialist Petrossian has opened at South Coast Plaza, keeping lunch only hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday, for now. The French-influenced menu can be found inside the Tiffany & Co. store there, meaning collaboration cocktails, dishes, and one very elegant dining room." - Farley Elliott

Feeling fancy? Instead of breakfast, you can get caviar and champagne at (inside) Tiffany's. With beautiful Tiffany-blue marbeled walls, in the corner of the high-end jeweler, Petrossian provides a quiet respite from the buzz of South Coast Plaza with an exquisite experience. While the experience requires a bit of a splurge, the beautiful ambiance, friendly and expert service, and the delightful bites are well worth the treat-yourself-dollars. For those newer to caviar or wanting an assorted tasting, they have a caviar flight, with 3 gram servings of four different caviars, served on a mother of pearl spoon to preserve the delicate flavors of each caviar. Not only did each caviar taste different (from more briney with the Baika to very mild with the Daurenki), but I discovered that I have a favorite caviar - Tsar Imperial Kaluga. The Kaluga nicely balanced a light briney taste with well-rounded nutty, buttery bursts. Highly recommend ordering the flight with the blinis and crème fraîche for more variety in your bites and to savor the tasting a bit more. The soft scrambled egg with caviar is beautifully served inside a perfectly hollowed egg shell, and the scrambled eggs are cooked Ramsey-style in a creamy, delicate mix. And a perfect accompaniment to the caviar. 10/10. The potato mille-feuille is an outrageously fun experience - with 50 layers of potatoes perfectly fried into a small tower of potatoes, each bite is a textural adventure. The caviar really enhances the salty, fatty flavors of the potato, and as a nice pop of contrast to the crispiness. Again, 10/10. Finally, the chocolate souffle provides subtle, not-too-sweet notes of chocolate in the vehicle of the fluffiest, lightest cloud of cake. The crème anglaise was velvety, and each bite felt like your mouth was swimming in decadent vanilla flavors. A great addition poured into the souffle to get some extra sweetness. This location is sadly closing in just a few days. However, there is a West Hollywood location with its own unique offerings. While I wish this location could stay or Petrossian might consider another home in the OC (and they may), the WeHo location is likely to be just as amazing. Until next time, I hope to see you again soon, Petrossian!

This is a lovely, elegant, upscale spot right inside of Tiffany's. It's more of a bistro or café than a restaurant as the seats are few and the space is somewhat intimate without feeling overcrowded. With one very small exception, this was our first time having caviar. We weren't quite committed enough to try the direct caviar tasting, which could be anywhere from $75 to thousands of dollars (wow!). Instead we opted for the various dishes that all featured caviar in one way or another. With the exception of the Egg Royale (which I cannot recommend enough!), I would say most of the dishes are meant to be, or at least suitable for, sharing. Absolutely everything was exquisite. Each dish was delicate and savoury - with the soufflé being light and not too sweet. Our server was very charming, and didn't make us feel awkward for being unused to eating caviar. He shared his knowledge with us, and provided excellent service and just had an overall great energy about him. We decided not to drink, instead I stuck with tea, which was lovely and without a hint of bitterness. "Served in a Tiffany teapot, I assume?", I cheekily asked - "of course!" came his cheerful response. I included a pic because I liked it to so much. Don't consider this a dinner location, unless you want something light, but instead a wonder lunch or brunch experience that's not to be missed.

Had a dinner there at the New Year Eve. Good advice was given before - do not go hungry. Previous reviews said about special “atmosphere” - but nothing special about it. Waiters and administrator friendly but on those level when you feel uncomfortable to ask take a picture of you. They not even bothered to advise on the caviar. So if this is a first time you trying caviar - you have to educate you-self before visiting. Other Tiffany restaurant I visited served tea in beautiful tea sets and dishes but here they used simple plane white sets . Literally nothing special about atmosphere. About food - as few people mentioned before this place is not about food. Caviar - There is a selection in the menu. I feel that they can extend the menu in order to highlight the versatility and richness of caviar which can taste differently depends on the ingredient its accompanied. Caviar has its own specific absolutely unique feature to make you sick and hate it forever or to fall in love in a second with it. This place is NOT helping to discover it sorry. There are few places serve caviar better in LA and Las Vegas. Giving 3 stars for chocolate soufflé. No regrets if you not going.

This is the new café at Tiffany’s in South Coast Plaza. Very cool décor. Was hoping that they offered breakfast…. ” (cheesy, I know….“breakfast at Tiffany’s) but no, its definitely not a coffee shop. This was actually built about a year ago, but they never opened (thank you, Covd) so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Quite atmosphere (which will probably change once it’s known that they are open), small plates, lots of wines and some interesting specialty drinks. I ordered the Smoked Salmon, which was as artistic as it was delicious. Actually felt a little bad about eating it and messing up such a cool collage of salmon, olives and garnishes I also had the ‘Cavitini’ (or so I called it) which was a sort of martini-meets-caviar (with a hit of fruit). Tastes better than I describe it. They also had a wide (and expensive) array of caviars, wines and Champaign which may end up costing more than the Tiffany’s ring your date is eying. Service was excellent and even though they did not have any dessert items (yet), our server (Lisa) managed to create something with the chef that was both artistic and tasty! Very cool experience, worth the wait, not cheap, and definitely classy.

Petrossian is an exceptional culinary experience that transports you to a world of refined elegance and indulgence. Located in the prestigious South Coast Plaza, Petrossian offers an unparalleled selection of caviar and smoked fish, as well as an extensive menu of European-inspired dishes. The service at Petrossian is impeccable, with knowledgeable staff who are eager to guide you through the menu and answer any questions you may have. Whether you're a caviar connoisseur or a novice, they will help you select the perfect dish to suit your tastes. The atmosphere is sophisticated and intimate, with dark wood paneling, plush seating, and soft lighting that creates an ambiance of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the dining experience, from the beautifully arranged plates to the perfectly chilled champagne. As for the food itself, it is simply divine. The caviar selection is exceptional, with a variety of options to suit every palate and budget. The smoked salmon is also a standout, with a delicate flavor and velvety texture that melts in your mouth. In addition to the caviar and smoked fish, Petrossian offers a range of entrees and sides that are equally impressive. From the Lobster Thermidor to the Foie Gras Terrine, every dish is expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Overall, Petrossian is a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates the finer things in life. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious atmosphere, and exceptional cuisine make for an unforgettable dining experience that is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Second time visiting this establishment. We were celebrating a friends 81st birthday! It was his first time here. He very much enjoyed the experience . We planned to have cavier tastings mostly. We did order two additional entrees to share. The salmon flatbread & potato Mille-feuille were a great choice for sharing . It was a real treat for all of us to try the 30g caviar in the original Petrossian tin. A nice bottle of Chardonnay to accompany our meal made it extra special too. Our server heard that we were here for a bday and he gave the birthday gentlemen a complimentary cocktail shot. Well, this gesture brought a big smile from the birthday fellow.

Yelp
I believe reservations are required in order to dine here. This restaurant is located inside the Tiffany & co store, to the right side. I've always dreamed of having breakfast at Tiffany's and my dreams have come true. The food was amazing, I tasted caviar for the first time. The first time I dined here was in celebration for a good friend of mine who just recently got engaged. I wanted to plan something special for her since we've been friends since we were little girls. She definitely fit right in with the vibe here. The ambiance matched her elegance and we all enjoyed our brunch here. The 2nd time I made a reservation, I just came for fun. I brought my bestie with me because she's been wanting to try it with me. I love getting dressed up and coming here for brunch. I've tried majority of the menu already except for the caviar flights. Saving that for a special occasion! I love the ambiance and the overall feel of the restaurant. I believe I had the same server both times I dined here and he was excellent both times. I wish I got his name, he was very attentive and had great suggestions for cocktails.

Yelp
Genuinely disappointed in the experience, service, and treatment of the people that work here . My waiter was very sweet but the ambience makes you feel almost out-of-place when it comes to Petrossian. They really do not care unless you are a Tiffany & Co. Customer or portray yourself as wealthy..... It was probably less than two minutes before I walked in the restaurant area just to catch a quick lunch where I was told by Security with extreme rudeness in the front to stop filming even though I am an influencer, singer , and actress on Hulu and Fox that films every single meal I eat.- He specifically said that there are ," millions of dollars worth" of inventory or glass in the store so I couldn't film I ended up ordering the potato with caviar which was genuinely a 6.5-10 being very kind here.... They said it was imported from France and had 50 layers and topped with caviar ....The Caviar here is A1 (absolutely amazing) please don't get me wrong. The ambience and experience on the other hand is very tragic .There was a table of two across from me that received four pieces of potato with caviar, but ordered the same plate that I requested . I don't mind paying 48$ + tax and 12$ for a still water and 3 small pieces of potatoes, that didn't cut correctly and was just made well for presentation. Truthfully I was a more taken back by the treatment and the amount of food that came out in comparison to the table in front of me ...it was my first time here - and out of the many fine dining restaurants and food experiences I have had WELL above the pricing of my 80$ bill. Michelin star restaurants, Salt Baes restaurants SALT in LA, Texas, and Miami, Water Grill, Flemmings ,Bistango, Mozambique , Kyas Bistro , Poppy & Seed , Wolf Gang Pucks, STK , Capital One grille, Bourbon Steak House , Maestros.... And other normal taco stand or smaller family owned restaurants....you name it I have probably been there ....This was the most tragic and disappointing food experiences I have had in a VERY long time ....McDonalds genuinely has better customer service training than Tiffany & Co. & Petrossian Mind you , I did not come in to be treated like a princess or anyone special. I came in humbly in normal clothes , before I had a training session....just for a quick lunch. I have friends who have rented their entire restaurant out multiple times , for countless birthday events and never told them this..... I callled them to ask after privately if this was normal or if they perhaps ordered an extra serving of caviar and never hand a response or call back - I don't even want to waste my time writing this "review". I am not someone who tends to complain -especially when it comes to food because I know the food industry and the challenges they have sometimes . But a total of 5 people in an empty restaurant- Must Mean Something was OFF. Truly my mistake to wanting to try this place out. Do not come here if you are looking to be treated with respect , a good time or experience. It is absolutely (trash). Excuse me , but ..... Tiffany $ Co. + Petrossian the most disappointing dining experience I had had in YEARS. I put 2 Stars for Effort and the pretty picture- (and that's me being generous)....i take it back and Have to Give a 1. So sorry but it's the truth

Yelp
Delicious sweet and savory tea cakes and pastries beautifully presented on the tiered tower. My daughter absolutely loves the caviar. Tiffany tea is delicious and a must try.

Yelp
Service was excellent. I knew it would be. The food did not disappoint. Not only did it look visually pleasing to the eye, it tasted phenomenal. It's located inside the Tiffany & Co. store. It's incredibly beautiful and the experience was amazing.

Yelp
It's quite different from the Blue Box Cafe in NY, but our experience was amazing. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel valued. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a great time with the lovely atmosphere, good service, and tasty food. We'll definitely come back for more. Oh, and the caviar was absolutely delicious!

Yelp
Definitely a must try experience!! The decor is so Tiffany & Co. colors . The very chic and very clean. I love the ambiance and when we were there there wasn't anyone except us in the restaurant. Location: inside Tiffany & Co. store. Love the service. Monika, Tony, and Vincent was very helpful and very nice. They explained all the dishes to us. Love the food. Highly recommend the Beef Tartar!! It was so good!!! It comes with caviar and a gold leaf in the middle. It was so delicious and decadent. So much flavor balanced out with the Crostini. I also recommend the Potato Mille-Feuille. It's has layers of crispy outside and soft on the inside potatoes. Smoked Salmon Flat Bread was very good too. The caviar was so good!! Would definitely recommend anything. With caviar. I think next time I would try the flight of caviar to experience different tastes. Restroom: 1 inside the restaurant. Parking is free

Yelp
We got most of the stuff they had on the menu that we liked in our heads lol And thanks to their amazing caviartenders we picked the most delicious caviar. So the whole experience was magical. The restaurant is cute inside with Tiffany blue walls - just beautiful top to bottom. Service was excellent, so happy we came today to celebrate a very special birthday. 10/10

Yelp
I had walked into Tiffany & Co. South Coast Plaza a few weeks before my visit to Petrossian at Tiffany's to scope it out for an anticipated visit. At that time, I met Tiffany Client Advisor, Dianne Yi, who was very gracious and helpful as I entered Tiffany looking for the restaurant. I also chatted with Zac at Petrossian itself, which had not yet opened on that day. He was very kind and informative, and I looked forward to my future visit. I had been to the West Hollywood Petrossian, which is a full scale restaurant, like their Paris outpost on the Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, near the Eiffel Tower. Please keep in mind that the menu at Petrossian at Tiffany is vastly more limited because of the reduced scale of the kitchen. Indeed, it is more of a nibble-on-caviar kind of place, rather than a cooked Dover Sole Meuniere kind of place. On the day of my dining visit a few weeks later, happily, Zac was once again present. He provided superb and most attentive service, and he made our caviar lunch a true royal feast. Zac was assisted by the excellent Chelsea, who also made us feel happy and welcome. And on the way out, we had a pleasant little cha with Monika from Poland, who was a delight. I look forward to returning very soon to Petrossian at Tiffany's.

Yelp
By the way, you should absolutely not attend any of their special events unless you really appreciate value and truly want to celebrate and enjoy yourself. If you like value and celebrating and enjoying yourself, then what the heck are you waiting for?? Their next event is a caviar class on June 29, 2024. Don't miss it!!!

Allie D.

Yelp
Bougieeee. Lavish. Rich. Splurge-worthy. Now I'm not a caviar aficionado by any means but the experience and food was phenomenal. Service was superb 1000/10. Our host and server, Zach, was friendly, attentive and super knowledgeable of the various caviars, the taste, pairing, etc. Food - how can you go wrong with the meticulous plating and flavors of each dish. We started out with two 30g of Ossetra Tsar and Royal. The Tsar was subtle and smooth in comparison to the royal caviar; I found that the royal had a saltier punch in comparison. The layered potato mille-feuille dish was a favorite, the beef tartar was velvety, buttery and melts in your mouth and the salmon was fresh. And you already know the decor was photo worthy. How could you refuse a photo ?

Yelp
This restaurant is a bit hidden since it is inside the mall and inside the Tiffany & Co. jewelry store. There aren't signs outside of the restaurant so just know that you have to go inside Tiffany & Co. to get to the restaurant (if you get lost you can always ask a worker) Upon arriving, the staff was very lovely. I wasn't expecting this just because I realized a lot of high end stores have very rude employees but the jewelry story as well as the restaurant were very welcoming. The restaurant was decorated very nicely, I was amazed. You can come here with your friends and have an amazing time just relaxing and talking. I sat and admired the restaurant the whole time I dined there. It was decorated beautifully. I made a reservation in advance and they even had a name card with my last name on the table which was so cute!! For food, even though it is quite pricey, I HIGHLY recommend trying it. The hamachi was amazing. The fish melted in my mouth. Since it was a special, I am unsure if they will always have it so definitely try it while they have it. The salad that I got was amazing. The dressing paired with the lettuce and veggies were so tasty. I wish I knew the recipe!! It was that good. The beef tartare was very yummy too- if you are a fan of beef tartare I highly recommend it. Last but not least, the soufflé. oh my god I have never tasted anything more delicious than that. This is has to be one of my top soufflés ever. It tasted so good and was cooked perfectly. If you want to come to this restaurant for sure try their soufflé. It was the best thing at this restaurant in my opinion - especially if you are a chocolate lover!!! 10/10 experience. Great staff and great food.

Ann L.

Yelp
Never realized the Tiffany store had a corner for champagne and caviar. Sooooo dreamy. Felt like Breakfast at Tiffany's. Aside from the venue, the food was also splendid. Ordered the creamy Egg Royale and the Potato Mille Feuille, the latter which is made of 50 layers of potato skin topped with exquisite caviar. We also ordered the Tiffany tea which is black tea with rose floral which was soooo delicious. At the end we ordered the chocolate soufflé which was the perfect touch. Will be coming back again to try the salmon flatbread and oyster/caviar. Wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Found a new fun spot for close friend get together or even private celebratory events.

Yelp
We went here a few months ago. Suuuuper fancy place inside the Tiffany store. They have your name on a card on your table which is cute lol. Small place but looks and feels expensive with a nice restroom. We had the egg royale, potato mille feuille, smoked salmon with toast, beef tartare and the soufflé. The egg royale was good but for that price I would pass next time since it's literally just fancy egg lol. It comes in a very small amount. Potato mille feuille was so good! The outside is perfectly crispy. Smoked salmon with toast points is pretty much about what you'd expect. Beef tartare was my favorite! Their tartare was surprisingly very good and it even had some caviar on it lol. Bougieeeee. The soufflé was a nice dessert. The service was great as you'd expect. Overall a great place to come to once in a long while. I wouldn't expect to be full as the portion sizes are small and the menu is pricey unless you're just loaded. We went for udon after eating here but overall it was still a nice experience.

Yelp
Wow! A very big thank you to the whole team for making my birthday experience the most lovely. Everyone here is super attentive and information about everything on the menu. The restaurant is very upscale and a gorgeous blue inside. Thank you Zach for being so kind. I started with the Egg Royale which was was so delicious and soft. The flavors just melted in your mouth. The Potato Mille-Feuille was a favorite as well (if you have hot sauce on you it'll be perfect). End your experience here with their Chocolate Soufflé, one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning to try the rest of their menu!

Yelp
Chic, delicious and incredible ! Vincent and his superb team excelled in every detail ! Our bridal shower for 20 was picture perfect .. caviar tasting , soufflé egg, salmon, pastry and bubbly champagne impeccable service, scrumptious and artfully presented. All of our guests continue to rave ! ‍

Yelp
Ambiance: Best for special occasions. As classy as the Tiffany and Co brand that hosts its location! The details are in the dining experience and are exquisite- from tastefully decorated area sporting orchids, serving smoked salmon in a 30g Petrossian tin and decadent crystal plate, having my last name printed for the table reservation, and even pearl spoons for the caviar. This is a must experience in your life time! Highly recommend for occasions like Valentine's, Mothers Day, intimate date or birthday outing. Food: I have not experienced such fine dining for a while and having food of this quality since living in NYC. Went with my bestie and tried their Valentine's Day weekend menu: added caviar flight tasting, smoked salmon, spaghetti alla chitarra and red velvet soufflé. Added the Caviar tasting which I highly recommend; since Pettrossian is the caviar brand, it's a great experience for new and experienced tasters. This was our first time trying true Caviar, so our server helped us out and recommended accoutrements of French blini, and creme fraiche. Recommend asking your server for these. Started with the baika which was subtle, then imperial shassetra (my favorite) with hints of fruit and grains, then ossetra (more balanced) and then kaluga (really strong finish and stronger fish taste). Smoked salmon was probably the favorite of the meal. Prepared in a Petrossian 30g tin, with smoked salmon and chives covered with a smooth layer of crème fraiche panna cotta, edible flowers and edible gold leaf on caviar. Spaghetti alla chitarra was to die for with creamy smooth sauce and real truffles that enhanced and complemented the sauce nicely. Ended with red velvet soufflé where they gave us opposing heart (one white one red) decorations with the powdered sugar on top, paired with crème anglaise. Very delicious but too heavy for me. Would prefer an ice cream personally! Personal preference , so it does not really take away from the experience. Service: our many servers and hosts were so kind and took very good care of us. They answered questions, were very caring and explained things even when we did not necessarily know caviar too well. I really enjoyed our time there because of the great staff. Parking: Costa Mesa shopping center has easy access to lots of parking spots. Definitely come here for Valentines or a special occasion and they'll for sure love it

Yelp
Surprisingly mediocre food and service. But they were so pretty to look at. The space was much smaller than I expected. Not worth it.

Yelp
This review is late. I wrote it in May but was unable to find a Yelp location for it. I ended up posting it on Tiffany's store review. ., so I'm reposting it where it needs to be. CAVIAR DREAMS AND CHAMPAGNE WISHES. Petrossian at Tiffany .. NEW 5 star boutique restaurant inside Tiffany and Co. ...with Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud. Beautiful!! Elegant! Intimate, Extravagant and Delicious. Whether for an occasion or a bit of pampering. The place is the iconic gorgeous Tiffany robins egg blue with gorgeous giant white orchids, beautiful mirrors, and artistic walls throughout. The food is created by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud who is spectacular. Every single detail is put into everything right down and 24 kt gold edible leafs on most items to the Mother of Pearl caviar spoons. Latest seating is at 4:45pm. It's all about the experience! A one of a kind 5 star luxury. There was a Gucci one in Japan I aimed for that unfortunately closed too early in the night.

Yelp
What a yummy treat! I have been wanting to visit since they opened back in April 2022. We went to celebrate three special occasions and we throughly enjoyed the food and experience start to finish. We visited on Christmas Eve and Chelsea at the front greeted us with a huge smile and sat us at our table. She was super friendly and very professional. Also, I think our server Lisa and all the other staffs (didn't get their names) We started with some cocktail, candied old fashion (Kentucky Owl confiscated bourbon, walnut bitter) for the guy and winter rose (Belvedere infused with Tiffany Tea, violet, lime) for the gal. The old fashion was more spirit forward as he likes it and the winter rose was light and refreshing. Holiday menu was the way to go and consisted of the following delectable dishes: Dungeness Crab - caviar, green apple, avocado, cilantro - super light and flavorful, the Apple acidic balances out the crab and the caviar melting in the mouth is pure joy Spaghetti alla chitarra - caviar, chive, Parmesan - top favorite Panna Cotta - roasted spiced pineapple, lemon balm, meringue - light and soft, it's like eating creamy clouds and the shaved spiced pineapple was a nice touch. Flavors are dancing in my mouth and was a great way to end the meal. Add ons: Beef tartare - must get! This was my favorite dish Buckwheat Blini with Caviar - delicious, could have 3 more of these. I enjoy the buckwheat vs. the wheat flour. It gives another layer of flavor The ambience is elegant and romantic with all the Tiffany blue and lovely decor throughout. I will be coming back with my friends and family. Looking forward to visiting the Hollywood location next week for another epic meal.

Yelp
What an awesome experience. My birthday Lunch with these beauties was just superb. The food and service was phenomenal. Definitely meet all my expectations. Very classy and beautiful place. Highly recommend it! If you want to do a girly girl date or even a fancy dinner.

Yelp
12/8/2022 PEACH PEONY ICED TEA Strong floral flavor, no peach in sight. But still refreshing. EGG ROYALE    **Must-Try! Incroyable! Absolutely délicieux! Scrambled eggs cooked to perfection! The crème fraîche with the soft scrambled eggs and caviar was simply wonderful! BUCKWHEAT BLINIS    **Classic Must! Light, creamy, sweet, fluffy blinis. Taste like browned butter with sour dough bread. Texture was soft and like a mini cloud. The crème fraîche bring a creamy tangyness and the caviar brings a salty, sea flavor. POTATO MILLE-FEUILLE   **Can't Leave Without It! Excited to try this! It truly is a thousand-layer french fries! This is something that's hard to find in any restaurant in Southern California, so I highly recommend you try this! Super crispy, slighty salty and buttery flavor from the clarified butter. I don't think the crème fraîche and caviar was needed. It was good by itself. HAND SLICED SMOKED SALMON 72-hour smoked salmon from France! It was delicious and everything eaten together - the sour caperberries, pickled red onions, crème fraîche and toast points - was so satisfying! I think there were 6 slices of toast points. If you're hungry, this dish will make you full! BEEF TARTARE I'm not a big fan of beef tartare. But this dish was brought to me by mistake. The meat was tender. The saltiness of the caviar complemented the tartare. The thin crostinis were crispy and tasted a bit like parmesan was mixed in it, that cheese saltiness. But there probably might be not be any cheese in it for all I know. The other components in the beef tartare such as shallots and cornichons were not visible nor could I taste it in the tartare. SOUFFLÉ Lightly crispy exterior, fluffy spongy interior. The crème anglaise takes it to another level. The crème anglaise is the best pairing without making it overly sweet. DECOR / AMBIANCE Very clean decor. Some modern touches with the light fixtures. Everything in Tiffany's signature blue with added gold accents. Ambiance was mainly quiet except for larger groups that have come in. But overall quiet and relaxing. Since this restaurant is situated inside South Coast Plaza, they might ask their guests to use the public restrooms inside SCP, which means walking outside Petrossian, but was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a personal bathroom. Now, who doesn't love that? CUSTOMER SERVICE Service was excellent! I had two servers who were serving my table. Both servers knew and explained the menu well! They made the whole afternoon there pleasurable. LOCATION First Floor, Directly across Isabel Marant and Golden Goose. Close to the fountain. There was a huge multi-colored, Christmas electric ball with Tiffany's written on it, so guests can find it quicker. I must admit it was tricky finding Tiffany's after relocating so many times. The Directory wasn't that helpful either and neither was their website. They could do better and straight up tell us exactly where they are situated at.

Yelp
First time here not exactly breakfast at Tiffany's but it was lunch, it was perfection I was able to treat myself in the way I deserve.

Yelp
5 star service and food. Impeccable. I took my teenage nephew for his first caviar tasting and he cannot stop raving about it insisting that it was the best meal he has had. The stand out was the millefeuille potato with creme fraiche and the egg and caviar. Don't miss the chocolate soufflé with creme anglaise. It was the most delectable sweet bite at the end

Yelp
Located inside the Tiffany's store at the mall. This was my second attempt at getting in. The first time months ago, there was no availability. This time, I made sure to make reservations, but there was only another set of diners this time. The service was great. The staff was friendly & informative. The food was good. Favorites were the cavier & millie potatoes

Kev M.

Yelp
We had a great meal her. Our waiter was great teaching us about caviar and with the menu. Great service. The food was perfectly designed around caviar. It was not just a dollop of caviar on an item. It wasn't cheap, but a nice experience to treat yourself once in a while. I hope to find a reason to go back!

Yelp
My bestie and I came here for my birthday, and we both had an amazing time caviar tasting. Don't be afraid to spend - you won't be disappointed. We both finished wanting more... Very private and un-rushed experience on a weekday afternoon

Yelp
One word FABULOUS! I love caviar and usually get it at steak houses as an appetizer but I found this spot on Yelp and I was like I have to try it! So first off beautiful restaurant located inside Tiffany and co. Service was insanely amazing! And the food was to die for!!!! This place really serves caviar the way it should be with the right utensils etc I can not wait to go back!!! I don't have one complaint it was literally perfection from the second I called for reservations to the second I left. PS get the 50 gram or more! Too good for anything less!

Yelp
Our evening at Petrossian at Tiffany was a sensory delight, enveloped in the enchanting ambiance of beautiful Tiffany blue decor. Monika and Tony's impeccable service elevated our experience, ensuring every moment was met with warmth and professionalism. The culinary journey began with the Potato Mille-Feuille, a symphony of caviar, crème fraîche, and fines herbes, setting the tone for a remarkable dining adventure. The Beef Tartare, skillfully crafted with caviar, shallots, cornichons, and perfectly toasted crostini, surpassed expectations. The Smoked Salmon Flatbread, adorned with caviar, crème fraîche, capers, red onions, and chives, was a flavorful masterpiece. Vincent, the general manager, shared captivating insights into the caviar selections, adding an extra layer of sophistication to the evening. Concluding with the Soufflé, a divine blend of dark chocolate and crème anglaise, our experience at Petrossian at Tiffany was a harmonious convergence of exceptional service, delectable cuisine, and the alluring Tiffany blue ambiance.

Yelp
We visited for the first time this past Saturday and had an amazing experience. Come prepared to indulge and splurge. We are avid champagne drinkers and their list did not disappoint. Our server Zach/Zak really drove our experience home. He was detailed, patient and caring as we asked question after question about the Petrossian caviar offerings and their food menu. We also had the absolute pleasure of meeting the Assistant Manager, Vincent, who made sure to check in several times on our stay. Ambiance: this is tucked away toward the back upon entering the Tiffany's Store. There is a host counter and you are taken to your table. The place is small and intimate. Recommend to come in within a couple of hours of opening. When we were leaving around 2/3pm it was picking up and so was the noise. Caviar: we had the caviar Tsar Imperial Flight tasting to decide which caviar to try as caviar service. The Kaluga outshone the rest (per our palettes) and we proceeded with a 30g tin service of those beautiful fish eggs. Presentation and accompaniments is A++++. Pictures do do justice here. They give you a 24K gold pallet of sorts to scoop the beautiful caviar and a mother of pearl spoon to eat out of or put on the blinis/toast/your hand (come on caviar bump!). Food: excellent presentation and flavor. The Egg Royale was super adorable and delicious. Very, very good soft eggs with a good dose of caviar. We also tried the Potato Mille-Feuille which is composed of 50 thin layers of potato. Very good, crisp and lightly salted. All great things paired with champagne. Drinks: we ordered a glass of champagne and white wine. Delicious and rightfully served. And since we love champagne, proceeded to get a bottle of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and the service as expected (new glasses, constant check-in for topping off our glasses but not too often). Overall amazing bottle service. Also got the Tiffany Caviartini and my friend the server's spin on a Vesper (both delicious and smooth). Can you tell we love alcohol? Extras: you can purchase the Petrossian caviar tins to go and they also have a bathroom in case you're wondering. If you're looking for a nice intimate experience to share with a loved one or even just yourself, come here. Everyone is friendly and the service is amazing. We look forward to visiting again.

Yelp
If you're looking for the perfect place to splurge on a fun brunch or birthday with the crew - this is the place. It's tucked into the back of the homewares store side of Tiffany in the South Coast Plaza, and it is absolutely gorgeous. All of the cutlery, ceramics, and glassware are stunning - and add to the overall ambiance. I'm not a person who casually eats caviar or drinks champagne for breakfast regularly so I definitely recommend this as a place to splurge a little! That being said, our server Monika was so attentive, informative, kind, and had wonderful suggestions for all price ranges. She helped us to pick champagne that paired well with everything we ordered (essentially a few of everything on the menu) as well as 50g of the Royal Daurenki caviar to share amongst the 6 of us. Highlights were the potatoes Mille feuilles, steak tartare (hand cut in the French way and perfectly seasoned), the salad, and the chocolate soufflé. The service was truly impeccable and I would return just to see Monika, our lovely host, and the additional helpers who delivered our food - cannot more highly recommend this experience. I've been to Michelin starred restaurants who weren't as attentive and solicitous and kind and lovely as the team here. They are absolutely crushing it.

Yelp
Petrossian at Tiffany will make all of your champagne wishes and caviar dreams come true! So glad to see this space open up with a more permanent concept: Petrossian caviar and its variety of upscale French cuisine. We were able to book via OpenTable, and on our first visit, we tried: TIFFANY CAVIAR TASTING (Tsar Imperial Grade): includes 3g of each of the 4 caviar offerings: Baika, Shassetra, Ossetra, and Kaluga Huso Hybrid. Each type of caviar is served on a gorgeous Petrossian mother of pearl spoon. EGG ROYALE: soft and savory egg topped with chives, crème fraîche, and caviar, and served in an actual egg shell. A must-order if you like soft scrambled eggs. HAND SLICED SMOKED SALMON: as beautiful as it was delicious. Served with toast points, caper berries, pickled red onions, and pretty wildflowers. POTATO MILLE-FEUILLE: in love with this deluxe and upscale take on a hash brown. It has layers upon layer of thinly sliced, crispy, and buttery potatoes topped with crème fraîche, herbs, and caviar. BEEF TARTARE: high quality beef mixed with shallots, cornichons, and covered in glistening caviar and topped with edible gold flakes. Also loved the crunchy sourdough crostinis. Dessert was on the house!

Yelp
I had to call for this information so if anyone is wondering the corkage fee is, it's $50 for a standard 750ml bottle and $100 for a magnum sized one. I highly recommend bringing your own bottle of wine / champagne as the prices for alcohol here are pretty ridiculous in my opinion. A bottle of Veuve Rose being $160 when it retails for $70? Yeah, outrageous. Even a cheap $20 bottle of white wine they charge $80 here. If you bring any 750ml bottle worth $30+ it's 100% worth paying the corkage fee, and please note a $50 corkage fee is not cheap. I only really see a $50-100 corkage fee at michelin star establishments. Most places charge $20-30 for a corkage fee. ‐---------------‐---------------‐---------------‐---------------‐---------------‐------------ I went here with friends for a birthday lunch. Its a cute restaurant inside of the Tiffany's store in South Coast Plaza. If it's your first time here, the restaurant is located on the far right of the Tiffanys store. Service here is pretty par for the course. It's definitely not good enough to justify the price of the dishes, but you're paying for being at Tiffanys. Alot of people will say the atmosphere is magical, and to be fair the decor is really cute. You're surrounded by that beautiful Tiffany blue color on all the walls and ceilings. They really did create a beautiful atmosphere that feels pretty luxurious. With that being said this place is exorbitantly expensive. There is no way to go around that, but the food itself is as decent as you would expect. Portions here are small, so do not expect a full on meal here. It's more akin to having afternoon tea with friends where you chat, have some drinks, and some small plates. Do not come here for a full meal unless you want to quite literally pay at least $150+ per person. The portions for dishes are small, but they are very nicely plated and taste good. On the standard menu i think the best value I had was the beef tartar. It's topped with caviar and it also comes with several slices of thin crisp bread so it's a more filling option than most other dishes. They do have a $85 holiday menu as well that's the best value here if you wanted to sample several dishes to get an idea of what the kitchen has to offer. Nothing mind blowing, but at least you get an appetizer, main, and desert. I see people online rave about the 50 layer potato dish, it's a total skip in my opinion. It's not bad, but it's not good and only really makes for a cute picture opportunity. The servers are quite nice, though the food for whatever reason takes alot longer to come than you anticipate. I feel as though there's 1 or 2 chefs in the back creating dishes for the entire restaurant. It's also awkward when you first arrive at the restaurant. I had to wait several minutes at the front as there wasn't a hostess readily present, and upon sitting and casually viewing the front I saw everyone had to wait as the hostess also is severing tables. There is no dedicated hostess out front which is a little odd. Once you get seated it's a bit slow, but the servers are attentive enough and they make up for it by being very friendly. Overall if it's your dream to actually have a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" moment, this is a really nice way to make it a reality; just be prepared to pay up for it. Would I go back? No, not unless someone was having a special event and I was invited to it. The price isn't worth what you actually get here. Though ridiculously over priced, the food is actually decent enough and the servers are all nice. The prices here are really dumb, but you're at Tiffany's. There are so many better dining options in SoCal, but to be fair it could be alot worse. At least there's effort and some quality ingredients being used in the dishes. Plan ahead and BYOB if you absolutely have to come here.

Yelp
The decor is classic Tiffany decor and dining here is certainly an experience. The Potato Mille-Feuille is a multi-layered delicate creation topped off with a bit of caviar. This was absolutely delicious, so it's too bad there were only three tiny ones! The buckwheat blini is another dish I'd recommend - the blini-caviar pairing is excellent. (There was another dish that my party had ordered, and although I didn't get to try it, I was told it was excellent as well.) The complimentary madeleines were the perfect dessert. The service, though it could be difficult to find a staff member at times, was pleasant overall. Very pricey and tiny portions, but it's a unique experience and the food is very delicately crafted. Tip: They do take walk-ins here, though reservations are recommended.

Yelp
Zachary made the experience most wonderful! Very knowledgeable, provided an excellent recommendation of options for my gluten sensitivity, highly tentative service and just a pleasure to chat with. Food was delicious - stand out are the egg royale, potato and the caviar (we enjoyed a bottle of bubbles and my brain cannot recall which caviar Zachary recommended- golden in color with nutty flavor). We lover the caviar so much, we started adding the creme and caviar to the speckled lettuce salad with smoked salmon creating a delicious combination. Very memorable experience which I plan to repeat in the future!

Yelp
Service was amazing, they are pretty good with everything, such a great experience to dine at Petrossian at Tiffany. Food was pricey off course, little serving but it was delicious & too pretty to eat. Its a beautiful gem inside the Tiffany store. We would loved to come back in the future with friends.

Yelp
My sisters and I absolutely adored our time at Petrossian's at Tiffany's. Monica' was our waitress and she was absolutely Devine! She truly helped make our dining experience extra special. The cuisine was excellent!

Yelp
We made a reservation through Open Table and had to put down $50 deposit. The day came and we arrived at the store and walked to the restaurant reception desk. We were at the restaurant early. We were seated right away. They had a table sign with my name on it, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was relatively empty. It also was small and intimate with not too many tables. We ordered caviar tastings. They were served without anything like crackers or bread. We did really enjoyed caviar... very rich creamy and was delightful. Then we ordered additional items. Smoked salmon served on plain flat bread.. salad, eggs, beef tartare potatoes. I like the potatoes. I didn't care for beef tartare. The flat plain bread that smoked salmon was served was dry and tasteless. It could have been higher quality than what was. Service was great. Food was so so especially for the price I am paying. This was an experience. French Laundry although much more expensive will be worth money but not this. I may stop in for a champagne and caviar while shopping but not for anything else. Even my soufflé cake was undercooked/baked... pretty disappointing.

Yelp
This is not a place to get full. It's inside the Tiffany store from the inside mall entrance. Basically reservation only as we saw 2 walk-ins get turned away. They put your name on a little card at your table. That was such a cute detail. We ordered basically 1 of everything from the a la carte menu as the set menu didn't look very appealing. The egg royale: so so so good, but it's literally 1 egg, not shareable Potato: wow this was amazing. The crunch and flavors and of course, the beautiful presentation Oysters: these were fresh but nothing special and 3 out of the 6 had bits of shell in it Tartare: luxurious presentation and pretty good flavor. I didn't like the bread that came with it though, too hard. Soufflé: light and fluffy Parking: closest parking structure would be the one between Bloomingdale's and Saks.

Yelp
Brunch at Tiffany's! The restaurant is located inside the Tiffany's store to the right. The dining space is small and beautifully decorated with Tiffany blue and mirrors. Service was exceptional throughout the entire meal: friendly and attentive. The highlights were the egg royale, kusshi oysters, and beef tartare. The potato mille-feuille and hand sliced smoked salmon were beautiful, but underwhelming. At $120+/pp, I recommend Petrossian for the experience and a light meal, but would discourage for those with hearty appetites. Make a reservation.

Yelp
My husband gave me a gift card over two years ago to have breakfast at Tiffany's. So very glad we finally got to use my gift certificate towards caviar and champagne. Does it get any better? Our server Zach was super professional and took very good care of us. He was very knowledgeable and treated us like royalty. The atmosphere is beautiful. The presentation of the food is outstanding. Everything tasted so delicious and decadent. The most fun was getting my jewelry cleaned while we enjoyed our experience at the restaurant. Was a beautiful elegant treat and I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
One of my really good friends and I wanted to eat somewhere fun to exchange holiday gifts. We decided on Tiffany's and we were not disappointed. I made a reservation about a month out for a weekday lunch. This place is all class and whimsical fun from the moment you check in. The decor is fabulous. We were sat and handed a menu. They had a special holiday menu, so we ordered it with the optional caviar starter. We also ordered some champagne, a Tiffany's Tea cocktail, and sparkling water. Each course is presented and explained to us. We were giving time to chat and enjoy before another course was brought out. I really enjoy that touch and it's something I don't see often in the US (More common in Italy, in my experience). Anyways, everything was impeccable. All the courses complimented each other and it was a nice build. I left feeling really satisfied. Such a wonderful place for an indulgent and fun girl's lunch. We're already planning our next visit to try out the rest of the menu!

Yelp
First time here today and I must day it was a wonderful experience. It was my first time trying caviar and I was a little nervous about it but the server explained everything and made the process so easy. We got the potato dish, the smoked salmon flatbread, and the soufflé. So delicious. We also have virgin cocktails which were delicious. So cute.

Karla H.

Yelp
What a treat! A delight to my senses. The beauty, flavors, and wonderful service. Monika explained the menu, her and Josie proceeded to bring the most unique and flavorful foods and drinks to our table. Still thinking about the Potato Mille-Feuille. 10 out of 10 experience.

Yelp
Couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of dining at Petrossian Tiffany's, a fascinating collaboration between two luxury brands known for their elegance and refinement. We decided to splurge and ordered every single dish on the menu - a bold choice that proved to be exceptionally rewarding. The ambiance of Petrossian Tiffany's was everything you'd expect from such high-profile names. The setting was sophisticated and charming, a beautiful blend of both Petrossian's and Tiffany's distinctive styles. The seating was comfortable and the restaurant was immaculate, making us feel immediately welcomed. Our culinary journey was guided by the attentive and professional staff. They helped us navigate the extensive menu with ease, pairing dishes beautifully and ensuring we had a memorable dining experience. Their service was prompt, and we were particularly impressed by their knowledge of the dishes and their ingredients. As for the food, it was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish we sampled was a testament to the high standards of Petrossian Tiffany's. From the intricate presentation to the balanced flavors, it was clear that great care had been taken in curating the menu. The taste was a delightful surprise at every turn, a symphony of textures and flavors that left us eager for the next course. Each dish was not just food, but a culinary masterpiece, reminding us that dining could be a form of art. The portion sizes were perfect, leaving us satisfied without feeling overwhelmed. Considering the exemplary service, the impeccable quality of food, and the overall ambiance, it was undoubtedly a good value for money. It's a premium experience, but one worth indulging in for special occasions or if you're looking to treat yourself. Petrossian Tiffany's is a shining star in the culinary scene, a place where fine dining meets artistic expression. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that captivates all your senses. I recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable gastronomic journey. We left the restaurant with satisfied palates.

Yelp
A bit overpriced , beef tartare was exquisite but that other potato layers with caviar on top seems like a microwave reheating item and wasn't all that . A place to be seen and quick chatting with friends , pay an arm and a leg and not feeling satisfied ! Need another meal afterward . But then I just came back from Paris , so harder to compare as food in Paris truly out of this world ! Ambience and service quite good , bottom line it is what you're looking for , a posh experience or the food !

Susan W.

Yelp
I am so happy that I finally came this morning and had ME time alone at this fun place. The menu is small but everything I ordered are perfect and delicious. My server is super professional and very patient with me. Make sure you call to make reservation because they are super busy and the place is very small.. maybe about 10 tables. Definitely I'll be back with some girlfriends next time :-)

Jane K.

Yelp
Loved this place! It is inside Tiffany's and truly an experience. The service from Monica was exceptional and made the experience all that better. The place is not cheap so her service made it worth it. The ambiance is bougie but If you like upscale trendy and expensive place this is the place to be. We ordered champagne with caviar and chocolate soufflé for dessert. The caviar was off the chart! The champagne was really expensive at $50/per glass but it went amazing with the caviar! The soufflé was cooked perfectly.I really enjoyed the entire experience here. Next time I want to try their afternoon tea service.

Samie L.

Yelp
Came here for my mother's birthday! Staff was very kind and attentive, and the food was excellent! The restaurant itself is gorgeous, covered in the iconic Tiffany Blue! Breakfast at Tiffany's was a success!
