I rarely leave such extensive reviews but this was a phenomenal experience so just had to:
The venue is tucked behind a back of little alleyway, I was greeted with a smile by two members of staff and was shown to a table by the kitchen window, service was genuine, friendly and knowledgeable, Croquettes were amazing and I think a bit of shaved cheese like Grana would have elevated it further, my second starter is the best dish I had in ages , finesse and details were spot on , I believe it was a cured cow tongue, delicacy rarely utilised, the capers, mustard seed and the whole dish was an art piece.
Moving on to the main, sweetbreads, chickpeas and squid, that was a push and well executed, I do believe the dish could have been elevated with squid ink.
Dessert could have been better and I hope it will.
In general, you would really struggle to get a table if this place was in London or New York.
Keep up the good work and hope to visit you soon.
