Pez Limón Menorca

We got this recommendation from someone that also lives in Menorca. Very special place with very different approaches to the menu. So special and unique. Great - a little hidden - area in the middle of Ciutadella. Sleek and special interior and great service. Laid back staff that are supportive if you don’t know what to decide on. Wine was picked well. Felt the vibe of a more special community here instead of the tourist places…

Managed to get a last minute place for two at the counter. Best choice ever!!! We could see two female chefs (go ladies!!!!) kicking ass in the kitchen and make all the awesome looking plates coming out. Plus they were not only good looking, they also tasted amazing! An interesting touch on tapas that will surprise you, with a curious mix of food choices but that combines so well. The crudo is to die for!!! And the merengue dessert is something I still dream about. Definitely give this place a visit!

We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. We ate at the bar which gave us the opportunity to speak with the chefs (very friendly). The food is delicious and creative and the service friendly, welcoming and thoughtful! 🍋🐠

I rarely leave such extensive reviews but this was a phenomenal experience so just had to: The venue is tucked behind a back of little alleyway, I was greeted with a smile by two members of staff and was shown to a table by the kitchen window, service was genuine, friendly and knowledgeable, Croquettes were amazing and I think a bit of shaved cheese like Grana would have elevated it further, my second starter is the best dish I had in ages , finesse and details were spot on , I believe it was a cured cow tongue, delicacy rarely utilised, the capers, mustard seed and the whole dish was an art piece. Moving on to the main, sweetbreads, chickpeas and squid, that was a push and well executed, I do believe the dish could have been elevated with squid ink. Dessert could have been better and I hope it will. In general, you would really struggle to get a table if this place was in London or New York. Keep up the good work and hope to visit you soon.

A delicious meal and lovely experience. We sat at a table outside the front of the restaurant and it was so relaxed and fun! Food was amazing, the perfect balance of interesting and tasty, great drinks as well.

Que experiencia! 😁 We reserved a table in the patio, and it didn't disappoint. Un rincón perfecto para nosotros! First of all the staff were incredible, all super attentive and helped us a lot with choosing drinks and food. They went into detail about anything we asked! We ordered a variety of plates all for sharing, and the plates arrived bit by bit which allowed us to savour every bite! The food was well presented and the flavors were exquisite! I highly recommend this place, for an intimate meal and well suited for couples who love food.

The food is super tasty, top quality and very well presented. The staff is great, very efficient and knowledgeable. A must try in Menorca!

We passed by Pez Limón while wandering the streets of Ciutadella. On a whim, we inquired about a last-minute reservation on a Wednesday night, and our party of five was promptly accommodated for the 8:30 PM service. We're so glad we followed our instincts. The dishes, made with local ingredients, were creative, well-executed, and absolutely delicious. Each one was unique and thoughtfully prepared, while still honoring Menorcan traditions and flavors. The wine list was short but well-curated, featuring some lovely local options. Service was friendly, professional, and refreshingly unpretentious. Our only regret? We ran out of time—and room—for dessert. Looks like we’ll just have to come back!
