Spent a lot of time here and Chris gave me a whole tour around the store teaching me about scent profiles, cast, throw, and the difference in each of the products (he was the best!!). Not only was it so fun to smell all the scents and their variations in expression, but I learned SO MUCH. It helped me make my decisions on what to buy and how to best use each product. And really, I just want to give PF all my money. Very into the incense for a variety of scents. Candles was my gateway. They are all the best quality. It was a pleasure actually being in store. Bringing more friends back here!

We first ordered the snippy collection online. We were in LA so we decided to stop by and check out the shop. What a trip! Grapefruit was a huge score. The shop was very lowkey, smelled amazing, and was super well designed. We stocked up for sure. Must stop by!

I've been a fan of their candles for a long time, but usually do all my shopping online. Visited the store for the 1st time so I could find some gifts for people that liked slightly different scents from what I tend to buy. Their staff member was so helpful and quick to find some scents and offer some insight on ones I might not have considered had I stuck with just online shopping. Great product and great team members! Would recommend to anyone looking to try their candles out.

About a month ago I ordered a diffuser from the website. I took a guess at what I would like and turned out not loving the scent. I reached out to the online customer service to ask if I could return or exchange for different scent. I spoke with Mike via email and he was more than accommodating. Extremely helpful, processed my return, made some great suggestions and suggested I check out their store in Echo Park to ensure I find something I really like. I went in and was helped by Chris and Jaz (I hope I'm remember their names correctly). But they were so helpful and made some awesome suggestions. I ended up picking the teakwood and tobacco diffuser and the warm leather and fir candle and I absolutely love both. Some of the best customer service I've ever gotten! Can't say enough positive things about my experience with P.F. Candle Co. I'll definitely be shopping with you guys again!

Love this place! They always have what I need and everything smells amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful too. I love all the peanuts collaborations too!

I hit up the flagship P.F. Candle Co to check out their Dos Santos Collective pop up. I was able to nab a few pieces from the collection and while there got 20% off any incense I bought to go with it! I also picked up some room spray! It's such a great store, very chill (obviously) vibes, cool aesthetic but want to shout out Chris who was nice and helpful. I'm bringing back my DSC pieces to PDX and he boxed them up really nicely for me. I should have grabbed some of the new air freshener tags while I was there... guess I'll have to try and stop back in!

Truly the only place I buy candles or incense from! My go-to is the Los Angeles scented candle and the best part is all candles are made with soy. Not to mention the best staff and overall great experience in store! Can’t recommend enough.

Had a lovely experience with Chris and Anthony shopping for new scents to fill my space. The scent bar was incredibly helpful, and I walked away with delightfully surprised by what caught my nose.

I visited this candle shop to buy a couple of gifts and was immediately greeted by a very helpful Marie, who gave me a rundown of the best-sellers and informed me of the bundle deals. I was a little overwhelmed while trying to figure out what to buy, but I took my time to scope out all of the different scents. I'm pretty satisfied with the two candles that I ended up getting and I appreciate how carefully they were each paper-wrapped! Hopefully I'll be back again to get something for myself! It's such a cute little shop. Thanks again for the wonderful service!

I learned something: Their scents rotate! Last time I was here, I bought a bunch of "Los Angeles" scents to give away as Christmas gifts to out of town family. But they don't have all the different products for that scent anymore. Makes sense --- since they now also have a bunch of new ones that I am excited to try like the Bergamot Shiso and their Enoki Cedar. Parking on the street in front of the shop is difficult, but I was able to find one two blocks away. Got some steps in. Their Teakwood & Tobacco is one of my favorites and I got some refill. Glad they are open weekday. No crowd. Friendly staff. I love how they have a big airy space so the scents don't become overwhelming. I also love how they organized and displayed their products -- logical.

My favorite candle shop, bar none. The fragrances are clearly crafted with intention to suit a living space and they're so dreamy. The staff are rock stars-- they recently tag-teamed to help me snag the last few remaining candles in a particular discontinued scent. I just love this friendly neighborhood shop!

Hey Yelpers, check in to get 10% off, which is basically getting your purchase sales tax free! I bought the Spiced pumpkin soy candle which smells so good that I want to eat it! My other favorite that I burned during the holidays was Mistletoe Special. Ojai Lavender is good for spring and summer. I also adore No. 32 Rose Santal incense sticks. Free parking around the corner if you can get it. Always a measure if I'm running in to shop. Prices are higher than what I would normally spend, so getting a small discount or a sale item really makes me smile!

peace! I had a great experience strolling in here on a random Thursday - my friend and I were greeted by the store manager Chris and another amazing person working there named Jaz. Chris was very helpful with giving a demo of their inverted incense holder, and gave two scents of luxurious hifi candles to try. This has become one of my favorite places now. Preciate y'all!

Would give them more stars if I could !! I came here to get a gift for my friend as she's leaving LA and I wanted to get her something that was locally made in LA. I remembered this candle brand but when I last purchased it it was from some boutique in Culver City and I could not for the life of me remember where I bought it. I was going to purchase online but I didn't think it'll arrive on time and realize they have a store front so I decided to go visit the store. The store itself had such a peaceful atmosphere I felt so calm when I shopping around smelling the different candles. I finally decided on a couple candles so I went ahead to go check out. The lady working that day was so helpful - since the moment I walked in she made sure I was able to find what I was looking for and helped me answer many questions. She was even able to help find stores that carry these candles near my area so I don't have to trek out to Echo Park! Anyways absolutely loved this spot I want to tell everyone about it but also I kind of want to gatekeep bc it feels like such a cute, quaint, intimate experience.

This location has a great team and is able to help you find exactly what you're looking for. I was shopping for a Mother's Day gift and Chris was able to help me find the perfect scent for my Mom! Spoiled alert, she loved it!

Absolute best candles! The storefront has some awesome limited edition scents - our most recent favorite being the red nutmeg and peppercorn. Gold Coast is the all the time go to, and sometimes we like to pop over just for the free smells. Wonderful folks, wonderful candles.

The candles smell great and they use non toxic ingredients to ensure a clean environment. They have a cool little hang out area where you can chill and take in the great smells. Def coming back.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! We came in originally to shop for just ourselves but remembered we needed to also do some Christmas shopping for our siblings. Marie was amazing and encouraged us to get one of the bundles, which saved us $10. Chris was very helpful too because I asked him if they welcomed popups for outside small businesses. I just started a permanent bracelet business, so he gave me all the info to reach out to their boss. Can't wait to come back for more candles and hopefully collaborate with a pop up.

10/10 experience . I went there with my baby girl to let her make her own candles as she was so picky with what candles she got . The lady was nice and all also . Great experience overall and would definitely recommend and comeback

I went in to buy some candles for a special girl for her 30th birthday. I'm definitely no connoisseur and one of the employees Chris could tell. He immediately was able to help me narrow down some choices and make me feel confident in my decision with just a few questions about the girl. Jaz also was very helpful by adding in her recommendation. I ended up getting 3 candles on both of their recommendations. The girl I got them for was very impressed and felt appreciated. All thanks to Chris and Jaz! They were both very kind and funny! Will definitely come back here for all my candles!

This shop is dangerous in the sense that I come away with more candles and scent diffusers than intended! Sunbloom is my favorite and they have tester strips for customers to keep things COVID friendly. Early 2020 they even had customers test scents outside which I appreciated! Friendly staff, not in your face trying to get you to buy every product. Product does that itself! Can't wait to fill up my punchcard!

I've always been a fan of scented candles & room spritzers and this shop is one of my favorites. I'm planning on going in tomorrow so I can pick up a few things (Ojai Lavender, my fav!) while the profits go to Los Angeles Wildfire Relief. It is pricey, but worth it; the sales associates are friendly without pressuring me to buy anything (sometimes I just want to take a sniff); and I'm always happy with my purchases.

Got my last minute Christmas presents here! If you order online and choose pick up, they will leave your bag on the table outside their shop so pick up is contactless! All you have to do is call right before you arrive. This was very useful and allowed me peace of mind when getting last minute gifts! There is no way I was going to go to a mall AKA covid central for my gifts. The reed diffusers are my FAVORITE!!! My top scents are Black Fig and Amber and Moss but I'll have to expand and try out everything else. This location is on Sunset in Echo Park! There's some parking on Sunset or along the neighborhood streets. Can't wait to come back!

Every scent is absolutely lovely although I'm partial to the Amber & Moss and the Wild Herb Tonic scent. Parking is a hassle but it's Echo Park so that's a given anywhere in that neighborhood. Quality products. Worth the $plurge!

My absolute favorite candles! My first time going to their shop was beautiful and such a sweet experience! The customer service was so sweet + I might have bought too many candles. Haha.

A dainty little candle shop - with cute 90s memorabilia on the shelves. My partner and I walked from corner to corner reading each, thoughtful candle and card pairing. Each card set the stage for your imagination. Like, up in the mountains with evening light peering through your canopy. This was a romantic date, that we didn't plan for.

Candles galore! This is the best candle shop I've ever been to! My favorite scent is the amber & moss. I have the car scent, room spray scent, candles in all sizes, and hand soap! To say I am obsessed with this scent would be an understatement. Not to mention the interior and styling of the shop is phenomenal and a great place to take pictures. Love the vibe! I'll be back!

Stopped by P.F Candle to look for a Christmas gift. They have a variety of locally made candles, diffusers, incense, and other fragrance related goods. They are open for in store shopping and curbside pick up for orders that you make online. The line was not long but I did have to wait about maybe 15 mins since they only let two people in at a time. If you already know what you want, you may want to just order online and pick it up so that you don't need to wait in line. However, if you want to smell the scents before purchasing, you can be browsing their website while in line. Parking is paid street parking but you can look for free parking in the residential area. I parked on Mohawk and Elsinore for two free hour parking from 8am-8pm. Lastly, they are cashless so make sure to bring your cards! They also have another location in Culver City, and don't forget to check in on Yelp for 10% off. Hope that helps!

I've been wanting to focus better during finals, so I hopped on my bike and cycled down to this super cute shop! The lady with the red cowgirl print collared shirt was super personable, down to earth, and helpful! They take precautions extremely seriously as she directed me to the hand sanitizer when I first entered. She gave me a tray of samples that I proceeded to smell outdoors. You pay by tapping your card and they set your bag on a table. Completely contact free! The interior of this shop is beyond cute. I'm so glad that the scent isn't overwhelming in there because there's nothing worse than feeling nauseated in a space. I'm a minimalist that only buys as much I need, but man was it difficult not wanting to buy the entire store.

Beautiful shop with friendly staff. I was so excited for the two candles I purchased however there is absolutely NO scent when you are burning them. ZERO! Super bummed as they are not cheap! Smell great in bottle but nada when lit.

I'm a victim of targeted ads. After seeing an online alert that this store recently opened (about a week ago), I decided to stop by despite having never heard of it. Once I entered the Sunset storefront, I recognized the candles as the brand my cool friend owns. The shop fits into the neighborhood and has a cohesive theme which includes a wooden cash register. Except, it's credit only, so I guess it's a credit register? Anyway, as you walk around the store, you may smell and sample the crafted scents which are neatly organized. PF offers a variety of scented soy candles in mini, standard (7.2 oz), and large sizes. Additionally, room sprays and incense are available for each scent. The scents are earthy with a few odes to California. Right now there is 10% off for the three seasonal candles, and don't forget the Yelp 10% off purchase! The store workers were friendly and helpful. This is a nice place to stop by for rainy day accoutrement or for a an Eastside souvenir.

Pretty nice service and, to my surprise, not so fragrant that I had to leave. The store is cut into about 20% the size. I basically could walk in 4' and walk from wall to wall. Not a browsing feel, more of a tell me what you're looking for vibe. Luckily, the staff was pretty chill. It's hyper covid aware, maybe a bit too assertive there, which I'd prefer over not assertive enough. I had a scent I wanted to check out. I got my paper and went outside to take a whiff. Well, I could not really smell it, by the time I got outside it had lightened a lot and the Sunset Blvd "scent" sorta influenced things. That said, I got the essence of it and was good to go. I bought a candle. I'll for sure go back, and it's a place I'd recommend to friends, especially for gifts.

Who doesn't love a good candle? Great store! There is an incredible variety of scents. You can spend quite some time smelling candles here. These are also made locally, so it's a wonderful LA gift to give to someone from out of town. I will say they are not the strongest-smelling candles, so you may want to buy two or three if you like a strong scent. But they look cute as fuck in your home and have a wonderful scent.

Beautiful packaging and delicious smells but these candles are SO expensive and I truly have a hard time ever noticing the scent when the candles are lit. I moved all my candles in my living room, 4 small piñon candles and one large golden coast candle and the scent is only noticeable if I'm directly next to the lit candle. This is my second try with these candles, I tried the amber moss scent before this and had this same issue. For a small* candle, $24 is just so much considering how cheap they are to make. My large golden coast candle tunneled. No matter how long I left it lit, the one wick couldn't get the heat to the outer ends of the wax. The upside is the aesthetic and they burn slowly so I feel they last a great amount of time.

You can smell all the different candles with the scent strips as well as the different room sprays and hand washing scents. It's the perfect spot to grab a present for a friend and get a candle for yourself as well. They often have 3 candle pack deals or deals on a candle/hand wash combo. Don't forget to check in to Yelp for 10% off!

They had a wide variety of candles and scents! Love the decorations and the inside was very cozy. Street parking was hard to find, so would recommend parking on the residential area. Don't forget to mention the Yelp check in to receive a discount on your purchase.

Love P.F. Candle Co. and that their store/flagship is right in my neighborhood. Like a lot of people I've been buying their candles at other specialty gift stores for years, so it's awesome to be able to go to their own place! The scents seem to appeal to everyone and the simplicity of their designs are also really nice. They make tor great gifts or treat-yo-self items! The two employees who were in the store when I came in were welcoming, helpful, gave simple instructions for how to smell and check out the products following covid-19 safety protocols. They let my husband and I peruse freely around the store but were available when we had questions. Left with a lavender candle and some cool matches, also made mental note of alllllll the other amazing scents to add to my wishlist. WILL be back!

Wonderful staff, and service! They go through the whole layout of the store, informing you of their best sellers and seasonal candles. All my questions were answered, left with my purchased more informed and eager to go back.

When the pandemic shut down the big business where I admit I used to buy my candles, it gave me an opportunity to try this place I had passed in my car so many times. From the first time I visited, I was hooked! The store is of modest size but still has plenty of candles, home decor, and other scent-related treasures to offer. When the pandemic was at its worst in LA you could go to the store front and they'd give you strips of concentrate to help you find the right candle for you. Pro Tip: If you smell your shirt in between smelling the different concentrates it basically "resets" your nose so you can try the new scent! The employees are very knowledgable about candle care and really do their best to help find the right candle for you. I am a HUGE fan of their sandstone coasters that you can occasionally get from their LA location. If you see this in store or on the LA website snag them! You won't regret it. I also love their holiday scents, especially the pumpkin flavored one as well as the cedar scent. I did wish their holiday scents came in larger sizes, though. When I've purchased candles they really display the package so nicely, it's nicely wrapped and comes with a little card about candle care, a book of matches, a few cards that have scents of other candles in the store. If you know what you want ahead of time you can even purchase online and have no contact pickup! Just call them when you arrive. Since it's on sunset it's basically all street parking, but I've never had trouble finding a spot. Shop this small business and you'll never want to go back to giant corporation candles again! :)

Came here for a housewarming gift and it did not disappoint! Lily helped me pick out a good trio. I love these candles so so much! Highly recommend for any occasion or just for yourself. Space is really cute too!

A nice edition to the neighborhood. When you first walk in you will be welcome to the nice simple decor. The candles are placed in little cubbies with a sample you can smell. I really enjoyed the Teakwood & Tobacco, Golden Coast and Sandalwood Rose candles. They are soy candles and they come in a nice amber glass jar. I went with the smaller jars for variety. These candles can be used as a nice gift or just casually to freshen up your home. The store is cashless so remember to bring plastic. There is ample street parking around the area. The service is excellent and friendly! They even wrapped my gift bag nicely. Highly recommended and definitely will be returning!
