Fantastic food, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We loved having dinner here one evening, it was delightful. The blackened salmon Caesar salad is superb, as is the chocolate chip ice cream sandwich sundae. Recommended if you’re in the neighborhood :)

Casual and fun environment, friendly staff. They even have a double layered train set and book station for kids. Was a nice cozy place to hang out on a rainy afternoon while catching up with friends. Food is great too

Loved this place! The bar seating was great and the bartender was super friendly and assisted all of our needs. Their in-house made spicy bloody marry was amazing and the cider really got us in the fall spirit. I got the southwest eggs benedict, it came with a tad too much sauce - I would order something else. Will for sure be back!

Should have read the reviews... We arrived at about noon on a Sunday after walking around the Zoo for a few hours. We were greeted and seated quite quickly, the waiter came and got our orders for drinks while we browsed the menu. We were a bit disappointed to see how small the lunch menu was (a $16 burger, or a few different salads, and a lot of breakfast items), but it very well could have been that they served 'brunch' with a few lunch items. We got our beers and was not overly impressed with how warm they were. For an IPA, I would have expected something a bit more cold than just under room temp. I'd suggest they lower the temp of their keg storage. After about 15-20 minutes, we got our food. Our two friends who got the chicken cesar salad had a nice bunch of salad, but no chicken. My wife and I got our burgers, but the first bite revealed a burger that was far more pink than what most people would be OK with. Given the drinks, the missing chicken, under-cooked burgers, and a 15-20 minute wait, we decided it was easier just to eat what we could and get out of there. $44 later for my wife and I, 2 burgers, a soda and a beer... we left. On a side note, don't get their burgers, $16 was a definite ripoff for that burger. About the only redeeming quality of this place from our visit were the fries, those were very good! I'd suggest that you go to the food court at the Zoo, or make a longer walk to a better place to eat.

I didn't realize I was looking for a restaurant like this until I found it. I came here for breakfast before hitting up the zoo and was kind of nervous about bringing my toddler to a pub and eatery. What I didn't expect was this to be the most family friendly adult establishment I've ever been to. They have a play area, toddler utensils, and cut fruit into appropriate bite sizes. They also have a comfortable layout which has plenty of room between tables (but they do ask that strollers are parked outside). There's a full bar which makes this place awesome for parents (or regular brunch goers) and their menu is locally sourced. Plus the food is delicious. This is a perfect place for a large group or just a small one to eat. Our food came out within a reasonable amount of time (which is another plus with a little one).

My family loves this place! They are incredibly family-friendly...really family-forgiving. There is great options for food, both on the adult and kid menus—healthy options on both. We usually visit in tandem with a trip to the zoo! They also have Wine Wednesday with great deals on bottles of wine.

Service. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. All around great. Food...meh. Not so good. Went with 10 friends and pretty much only one person actually, genuinely liked their meal. "Dry", "too salty", "boring". Some of the descriptions shared amongst us. My burger tastes okay, but the bun they used was super dry, crumbly, and deterred from the experience. Decor and atmosphere were good, it's just the food that didn't work for us. Which I suppose is a large reason for going out to eat.
