"In a neighborhood with plenty of standout pho spots, Pho 45 is an institution in its own right and very much worth going to. The broth here is uniquely dark, savory, and meaty - without the immense fragrance you typically find in most pho - and that’s exactly why we like it. All their rare meats are of high quality, but if you aren’t asking for the filet mignon, you’re doing it wrong. On those arctic days when the thermometer dips below 65 degrees, you will find us here, bent over a gigantic $9 bowl of delicious pho." - Brant Cox

The atmosphere is great, family oriented. I felt like I walked into my mom's house. They have good music playing and the staff are friendly and attentive. The service was great, we come in around 5:30pm, it was pretty packed but we got a seat immediately. The food...MUST try! Had the vermicelli shrimp. It was on point especially with the grilled shrimp (about 6) were fantastic. The sauce is a bit in the sweet side, so add it in small amounts. We got the tofu spring rolls--excellent. Everything was made fresh. We're coming back to try the pho.

Google
one my absolute favorite places to get pho in the garden grove area!! pho meats are so fresh. have never liked tendon at pho places until I had theirs. can be busy at peak times like lunch especially on weekends, but usually isn't super busy. i love pretty much all their pho options - my personal favorite's the number 6, but can't go wrong with 1 if you want to try all the meat types. i haven't tried any of the other non-pho dishes, but i've heard great stuff from my friends. also great affordable price! tea is great and is free if you want it. staff are super welcoming. absolutely recommend to anyone looking for some good pho - also super close to a lot of great viet coffee places if you want to get some after.

Google
This is almost criminal that you can have such great pho in the area!!! Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk is also amazing!

Google
The flavors of the broth are so rich. The food was warm to perfection for a soup. I honestly feel this is one of the places I have eaten pho from. The staff are very attentive and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone reading this review.

We came here on a whim and do not regret it! We walked in and were warmly greeted and seated promptly. Service was fast! We submitted our order and the food came out piping hot less than 2 mins later. We got two brisket pho and chicken fried rice with egg rolls. Everything was delicious and the broth is so rich and flavorful. A new spot for the family for sure. Thai tea is unmatched!

Google
This is my 3rd returned to this pho shop. Staffs are young and polite! It's seems like they have trained. For me soup come out must be hot and good aroma. You can find it here. Keep up good jobs. Thanks.

Google
I am Vietnamese so very picky. This place has amazing food, generous portions, very affordable and really great customer service which is so rare for a Vietnamese restaurant. They greeted us (everyone literally greeted us as we walked in), asked how everything was, checked up and asked if we needed refills on our water. Amazing. I'd definitely be back the next time we visit CA.

Karen A.

Yelp
The food is amazing !! And the service also is top notch. They always greet you with you a smile and want for you to enjoy the food.

Yelp
Wow, now THIS was a good meal! My fiancé and I have been on the hunt for a good pho place, and this is definitely up there. This has the vibe of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant that is gonna be the go to when we want some comforting food. Beef cube fried rice - 8/10. The fried rice was alright, but the flavor of the beef really makes up for it. Pho - 9/10. The broth is extremely flavorful, and one large bowl can easily accommodate 2 people. Spring rolls - 8/10. These were good and so fresh! I personally thought the peanut sauce was a little too sweet, so I couldn't use too much of it. Egg rolls - 8.5/10. The flavor of these were spot on. The only complaint I have was the texture of it; it wasn't as crisp as it looked, and it was a bit rubbery. REALLY big portions and great quality for the price. Highly recommend!!

Alex N.

Yelp
Solid pho spot. The meat is super tender and the broth is light. It could use some more depth but overall I really like this place. I wish the spring rolls had pork and mint in it but at least it didn't have iceberg lettuce. The green leaf lettuce is a plus. The dipping sauces were tasty too. Fresh with roasted peanuts. The egg rolls were crispy and flavored well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My water cup stayed filled and they weren't greedy with the fresh herbs. I'd definitely come back.

Yelp
This is a local Garden Grove establishment. In my opinion, they serve the best pho in the City and maybe in the OC. Their pho is delicious and they give you plenty of meat with each serving. Each bowl comes out piping hot and within minutes of you ordering, much faster than any fast food restaurant and much more healthier. They were featured on Eater or one of those food review for must try Vietnamese restaurants. They keep their facilities clean, their restroom is probably the cleanest restaurant restroom I've been to in the City, but granted you should always clean/wile your utensils yourself before using as good practice in any restaurants. They are a staple of the community, they welcome small local musicians trying to fundraise (for church or other misc reasons) through short live music performance. The owner graciously give out a few dollars to solicitors who may be trying to sell them a service or good (window washer or someone trying to sell them cilantro/veggies in exchange for a few dollars) without taking the goods/service. If this establishment doesn't have a good heart, I don't know what does. I will continue to support them in the years to come.

Ellen K.

Yelp
Food came out super super super fast. Free iced/hot tea. - Egg Rolls 2.1/5 The egg roll fillings are tasty. HOWEVER, they do not fry it fresh for you! It's cold inside. I would skip this. - Pho 4.2/5 The pho broth was good and decent. It definitely did hit the spot. They give you a good amount of meat too. Free parking in lot

Yelp
Another solid pho restaurant in a very saturated market of Orange County. This place is able to hold its own and I would recommend it amongst the other greats Pho Dac Biet: Get It's a relatively clean broth that's mildly sweet and doesn't have too much msg. It's loaded with lots of meat and definitely request all the onions, sauces, sides to throw in Service is straightforward and what you would expect from a Vietnamese restaurant. Friendly and polite but some interactions can be short and straight to the point. I requested a drink but it never came so.... Food: 7/10 Service: 7/10 Atmosphere: 7/10 Value: 7/10

Jane L.

Yelp
I usually get the pho here but decided to get the vermicelli bowl today. I love their pho broth. Their vermicelli pork bowl was great too. I actually quite like that their fish sauce sauce is mild. Their food is solid overall. The prices are still pre-hyperinflation prices! But the thing that this place absolutely nails is how friendly the staff is. I was waiting in my car for take out after I placed the order at the counter, and unexpectedly and pleasantly they brought it out to my car. That's service! It's definitely not rude and rushed like the other famous pho place nearby. One of my go-to's for pho in GG!

Brian F.

Yelp
I've been told that Pho 45 is one of the better pho restaurants in Orange County. It's a classic pho shop located in a small plaza with no frills and quick service. We got the pho 45 dac biet large (#1 $13.99) and the pho suon bo (#3 $14.99). The #1 had a huge portion of meat and was more of your typical bowl of pho with the steak, flank, tripe, and other accompaniments. The #3 had three huge short ribs that weren't fall-off-the-bone but with a little pull they came off clean. I dipped them in the broth to make them softer which helped. Also, it was steaming hot! It was still hot 10 minutes after it came out even when the #1 was cooled enough. The broth was clean, flavorful, and had a lot of the star anise and clove spices that I associate with pho. This place was homey and our food came out really fast.

Mayu T.

Yelp
Solid option for good pho and fair price ($13 for small). The small size is a generous portion that is almost comparable with the large. The broth is simple, with mostly a clean, salty beef flavor (as opposed to complex with the addition of more aromatics and spices). The quality of the well-done brisket was good, and the rare steak was not bad as a meat cut--though not exactly what I'd consider "rare" steak--and both were tender. There are other places I would choose to go out of personal preference, but I'd be perfectly content eating here in the future. 4/5

Rebecca C.

Yelp
As a new OC resident, I have yet to find a go-to Vietnamese restaurant for your classic dishes--BUT this might be the one Phở 45 is a no frills, casual sort of eatery that offers AMAZING customer service. I want to emphasize this as I grew up going to Viet establishments and they're usually super chill and not so focused on each and every customer lol which is fine/normal. Anyways, I ordered my favorite vermicelli bowls that come with egg rolls and grilled pork. Very delicious and good portion size for the price! This place will be a regular spot for me and hopefully y'all can give them a visit too!

Javi L.

Yelp
My fiancée & I are truly in love with this place, some of the tastiest pho we've tried, the broth is truly amazing and it's always so RICH, FLAVORFUL && ABOVE ALL CONSISTENT. That seems to be a problem if not the problem with MOST pho places, but not here believe me!! I always get the pho tai filet mingon ( #2 ) which comes with no tendons but I love tendons so I'm always adding some to my pho lol. I also love Thai tea it's my go to for the most part unless I'm feeling super adventurous , && the one made here it's freaking amazing! The service is by far one my favorite things about the restaurant my bowl of hot pho comes out as quickly as I place the order, truly remarkable! Which makes eating it so much greater. It can be tad bit noisy when it's super busy and packed, and you may come across a waiting/seating list from time to time as it is a small business but don't let that stop you from eating here you won't regret it!

Tiffany P.

Yelp
Good pho and generous portions at affordable prices! Each bite is LOADED with meat. There's options between thin or thick noodles for that dark, savory broth. The pho comes out piping hot, so give it a minute before diving in!  I highly recommend Pho Tai Filet Mignon (rare beef) or Pho 45 Dac Biet (combo meats). Pho with oxtail is also available (not on their official menu, but shown as available on their wall ad.) Service is speedy and attentive. This is a great option for quick, filling and casual dining!

Oh Trust Me H.

Yelp
They illegally charge higher sales tax for the city. It should be 8.75% but my receipt shows 8.777755%.

Kurtis C.

Yelp
Been eyeing this spot ever since I read good things about it on Reddit. Pho 79 is usually my and my wife's go-to pho spot, but we really dislike the inconvenience of it being cash only, long wait times, and awful parking. I ordered up a #1 which is their Pho Dac Biet aka everything (thinly sliced rare beef, flank, brisket, tendon, & tripe) and my wife ordered something a little different than our usual, #51 which is essentially hu tieu/chow fun with a little bit of everything too. They also offer nuoc beo and onions on the menu too which is nice since I often times forget to request for those sides. My wife and I were immediately greeted by the staff upon walking in, as well as the appetizing smell of pho filling up the restaurant. The broth tasted just as good as it smelled and came out perfectly hot. The noodles were cooked with the right amount of bite. The hu tieu was actually REALLY good! The original plan was to order rice, but I'm glad we got this instead. However, we did request no bean sprouts but ended up getting them in our dish anyway, so we had to pick them out. Honestly, I think I'm just going to start going to Pho 45 over Pho 79 for the convenience and cost. Like, it's more than halfway through 2024 and Pho 79 still doesn't take card lol. BYEEEEEE keep cooking them books!! Rant over.

Gio T.

Yelp
I'm going to update my review since I've visited a couple of times after the change in management. They really got a hang of things now and service is now on-point like it used to be and the pho is amazing as always. While it breaks my heart to not see the old staff I've been familiar with, Pho 45 still delivers on quality and speedy service.

Madeline C.

Yelp
Solid pho. Passed the congealing test where it congeals in the fridge so it's good collagen in the broth and not just salty water. I got the #1 with Combo of Rare Steak, Well-Done Flank, Brisket, Tendon and Tripe. The brisket and steak was perfectly cooked in the broth and soft. I got the wide noodles and it was good portion, not too many. Overall pretty good broth but not the best pho I've ever had. Solid place and if I was in the area I probably would return. Their chili sauce is really spicy and the crunchy garlic oil was good.

Christine N.

Yelp
An absolute must try at this Pho 45 location. I got the pho dac biet and the broth was flavorful and they did not skimp out on the meat toppings. They had really fast service and what I loved was every time a customer walked in, they would always say "hi, welcome!". They actually acknowledged customers walking in. This definitely alleviated any questions like "did they notice I came in?" Or "Am I being ignored?" And also, let's be real- a lot of asian food places are infamous for not acknowledging anyone when customers walk in. So that's why I was pleasantly surprised when they did! The location is clean and located in a very busy plaza. Parking in the plaza is free, but please have patience when it is packed. I highly suggest coming here to eat the pho dac biet when you're in Orange County. As always, leave tip if you're able to.

Khaing A.

Yelp
This place is amazing. I got #1 combination and #3 short ribs with bone, and both of them are very good. I prefer #1 better for both their broth and meat. For #3, the broth is cleaner and slightly sweeter. While the meat is easy to separate from the bone, the meat is not very tender. For the $14/ $15 bowl of pho, they give you a ton of meat that I struggled to finish one bowl. This will be my go to pho place whenever I am in the area.

Fuyme J.

Yelp
First time visitor Plenty of parking available in shopping plaza Immediately greeted with everyone saying welcome One large main dining room Pho size bowl small or large for $1 difference Servers were ready to assist immediately Order the seafood pho with thin noodles and iced condensed milk coffee and 2 egg rolls All condiments on table (siracha chili oil hoisin utensils) bean sprouts basil jalopeno lime on separate plate Food comes out quick! Egg rolls fresh crisp not greasy - unsure if vegetables or had meat in it too Pho broth was nice and hot, amount of seafood looked deceiving and was just basically fish ball shrimp and squid The seafood itself bland and rubbery, noodles maintain shape and weren't soggy, adding spice to the broth bumped up the flavor overall. Coffee was more on the bitter side and very much large chunks of ice that the straw was not able to fit in the cup so maybe cup was half filled with liquid if not less.. 2 to 3 sips and just wasn't a fan Overall friendly staff, large selection menu of pho vermicelli rice stir fried dishes, clean restaurant, but probably wouldn't return immediately though was glad to try a new spot.

Arielle C.

Yelp
The service was great. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by all of the staff and quickly seated. They have a pretty large menu of food, drinks, and desserts. I ordered the pho with filet mignon and a side of meatballs which was tasty and brought me back to life. I would come back again. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because several staff members sneezed a few times into the open air in both the kitchen and front of house which curbed my appetite.

Grace F.

Yelp
Busy Busy Busy but, the turn around is super fast & they have Super Duper customer service they are On It, from the time you walk in, get seated, served & leave. Pho broth is yumm, nice & hot w/tons of flavor, a little bit on the sweet time, but good & worth what you pay for. They are on it when you need a refill of water & always checking on you, if you need anything or how else can they help you. Located in a plaza but, Good Luck finding parking, cause it's Xtra Packeddd, a lot of other restaurants & they are all busy w/lines.

John T.

Yelp
You can always count on this place for delicious Pho on Thanksgiving day! They do have signs stating they will close at 3 in observance of the holiday. Ordered the #3 Pho soun Bo (Beef rib) Large Size added some meatballs for 1.50 Broth was a little hotter in temperature as opposed to last time. Service is fast and food comes out quick as well! May come back to try other menu options.

Michael C.

Yelp
Holy wow! All around best pho I've ever had! Small mom and pop looking spot in a shopping plaza. We came during a dinner rush with 6 parties ahead of us. But they move fast. Service was very friendly and very fast. I got the combo large pho. LOTS of meat and LOTS of flavor! The broth has such a nice aromatic and beefy flavor. Very silky savory. Ask for the side of sliced onions! I wish I lived closer because I often find myself thinking about this pho!

Maly Y.

Yelp
Party of 16: We're Asians so pho is always a go-to meal for us. We were on vacation in Anaheim/ Garden Grove area and wanted some pho for lunch. My sister came upon this location so we thought we give it a try. It's a little typical Asian pho shop. We were greeted quickly upon arrival, didn't have to wait and were seated right away. The waitressing staff took our orders as soon as we were ready. My husband and I ordered a bowl of pho, combination fried rice and a plate of fried noodle with vegetables. We both agreed that the food was really good. Will definitely have pho here again the next time we are in the area.

Karen R.

Yelp
Pho 45 is my favorite spot in Orange County for pho. This time I ventured out and got Bun Bo Hue, and I am really glad I tried something different. This has a more seafood and meatier based broth from what I could taste compared to the pho (as a non viet person). This soup is saltier, spicier than pho, and you can really taste the lemongrass. I also always order an order of eggrolls and use the lettuce to pack the egg roll like a taco and add some of the veggies and herbs that come with the rolls, and the dipping sauce brings it all together with a bunch of different textures in the crunch. Make sure to bring cash since it's cash only! And during the peak hours expect a line. Overall service here is quick and straightforward which I appreciate and there's lots of seating. The parking lot is a little bit hidden, but once you see it, you can't miss it.

Nick S.

Yelp
Service was amazing!! The food was even better! The owners and staff inside are so attentive to your needs. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and the ambiance feels like a family home serving food to guests

Dustin D.

Yelp
This place is great! Everyone working here was so welcoming and nice. The pho is delicious and savory. There was so much meat that I still had some by the time I got to the bottom of the bowl. Would definitely return to this place

Alice W.

Yelp
Looking 4 a 5 star pho?! Come to Pho 45! I've been coming to this casual comfort Vietnamese pho in Garden Grove for several years now, and I must say - service and food are IMPECCABLE! What I'm impressed with is their SPEED - customers are PACKED, but I've never been stuck in a loooong wait-list, thanks to them being fully staffed & quick with service. I recall having 2-3 different staff take my order, give me basil/bean sprouts, and serve me pho... all within nearly 5 minutes of being seated! Not to mention they are SO kind, asking me if I'm finished before clearing my table and even offering me a lil baggie to take my leftover basils home :) Aside from service, their pho, despite inflation, is still at competitive pricing of $11.99 for small and a dollar more at $12.99 for large as of 2023. Portions are generous, with plentiful meat and soup base nearly to the rim. Delicious broth and soft meat. My go to is their #1 Pho 45 Dac Biet. Definitely will be back for my next crave, especially on a cold rainy day!

Katie B.

Yelp
Delicious! A super solid bowl of pho! We went with some friends with kids and they gave us a small bowl of broth and noodles for the kids immediately when we sat down! It really kept the kids occupied lol they definitely knew what they were doing! Now on to the food: I got the Vietnamese pickled lime soda which honestly I didn't think was worth the 3.50 because it wasn't very big, it was tasty but like five sips. I got the house special pho which was fantastic! Super flavorful, had a good amount of quality meat, and was a very comforting bowl! We also got an order of the spring rolls which were super crispy and delicious. Our friend got this stir fried beef dish I don't remember the name of but that was super super good, i would definitely order that again!

Robert N.

Yelp
This 40+ seats hole in the wall place (yes they can pack them in!) is prob OC's best phở resto overall. Right when you step thru the door, you will immediately greeted by the staffs with the friendly, "Hi! Welcome!". Then the order taking is efficient. They make sure you know what type of noodles you like, any sides of vinagrette onion (hành dấm), or fatty broth (nước béo) can be included at no charge. Then phở comes out piping hot and full of goodness. You will never complain that there isn't enough beef at this place. It's endless beef, literally. And it is good tasting phở with good quality ingredients. Then once you finish, and you will finish the bowl cleanly, pay the bill at the counter, and as you leave, there will be a host of happy chants, "thank you! Come again!" This place offers thru and thru great fast friendly service, great food at decent price. Make sure you leave a well-deserved tips in the tip jar for the service staff! It is one of my favorite phở joint in OC!

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
Since we were in the area, we came back today for a morning bowl of their delicious pho. Still hands down one of my favorites pho spots and I'll bump them up to #1 after this morning's visit. Though not expected for a pho spot, I was pleasantly surprised that they have improved with their customer service by ensuring a great dining experience from the moment you enter the restaurant. Kudos to Pho 45!

Tram N.

Yelp
My family and I have been coming here for years, and the food comes out how we last remembered it. Service is extremely friendly here. Everyone greets you as you enter and leave the restaurant. Since they're known for their pho, the food comes out extremely quick (probably less than 10 min). All other non-pho items may take a few extra minutes. I always order the tai (rare steak), sach (tripe), and bo vien (meatball) pho with the thicker pho noodle. It's always a must have for me to ask for a side of pickled onions on the side as well to add it to the pho later. The restaurant is a little small so there's usually always a line, but it does go by quickly since food comes out quick. We normally order pho to-go and they package their food very well too. Definitely order to-go if you don't like to wait.

Ada X.

Yelp
To begin, the food is served really fast with basically no wait time. The broth is rich and flavorful. They give you a lot of meat and you can choose between size small or large depending on much you want. This is a solid pho spot I would highly recommend.

Maria E.

Yelp
Am I missing something here? The reviews are so good which is why I came but their broth is so disappointing. Lacking so much flavor. Had to add a bunch of fish sauce for it to even be decent. The chicken was at least super tender and service was really good. I would come back to try their other stuff but the pho is a no for me :(

Ed H.

Yelp
I was in the area so I dropped by to try the Ox tail pho. It was good. Like the La Mirada shop, the staff are attentive and polite. They're always happy to have you. Rounded up the meal with Longan dessert and Thai iced tea to keep cool and awake for the drive home.

B R.

Yelp
Service is great! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. It's a very small restaurant though. My gf & I ordered the pho filet mignon which came with so much meat! It's was very soft and delicious. The broth reminded us of home and albeit it was anything fancy, we loved the simplicity of it. We also ordered the shrimp spring rolls they were huge and the peanut sauce was filled to the brim. We will definitely be back! Super affordable - no nonsense pho!

Dean D.

Yelp
New management. The soup doesn't taste the same as before. I won't be able to guess what they did but I make better pho at home. They even got rid of the old staff that used to work here. Very sad, I used to come here often. Good bye Pho 45.

James K.

Yelp
Second time visiting this restaurant. I was really impressed with their pho first time I visited, so I thought I would comeback here whenever I had business in the area. I had combination pho the first time when I was here and it was great. Second time coming, I decided to try something different so I got oxtail pho. Although it was good, oxtail definitely ain't their specialty. There are better places for oxtail pho. Although their broth and noodle was perfect, I prefer the oxtail meat to be a little softer, but it's just my preference. If I was to rate just the oxtail it would be 4/5, but I know this place is still amazing so I would give 5 stars. My favorite pho restaurant in Garden Grove so far.

Joann V.

Yelp
3.5 stars This is one of the more welcoming Vietnamese restaurants around. I'm glad to see many international faces here because it means they feel comfortable eating here. I only got 1 dish, #2 pho tai, and I can't complain. The broth was nice and clean-tasting. The portion was generous. The noodles were a good texture. Sauces were recognizable brands. Side vegetables were fresh. Only gripe I had was the tip amount. They calculated 15% off total, not subtotal. So be aware of that.

Vivian C.

Yelp
I love Pho 45 . This place has amazing food, generous portions with a lot of meat, very affordable ( ( Small bowl is $12.99 - large bowl is $13.99 ) and really great customer service which is so rare for a Vietnamese restaurant. They greeted us (everyone literally greeted us as we walked in), asked how everything was, checked up and asked if we needed refills on our water. Amazing Highly recommended .

Jasmin H.

Yelp
We were craving pho after a long flight home and although every popular neighboring pho spot was packed on a rainy Easter Sunday, this spot's wait was the shortest we checked out (3rd location we had to go to rip) at 15 min for 3 people around 2pm. It's located in the plaza with Mokkoji and the new Coratdo coffee shop (einspanner lattes after your pho). Service was quick and friendly and the food came out even before our drinks and waters. The only thing I will say is when the bill came they just wrote a total on the guest check where the server took our order that did not seem right ($65 for three bowls of large pho at 13.99 a bowl and 1 viet coffee did not seem correct). We took the bill back to the cashier and asked for it to be itemized to which she apologized and corrected the total. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but not sure if anyone else has experienced this happening. Since it was our first time I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming it was miscalculated for a different table, but if we didn't notice we would've paid almost $20 more before tax/tip. The pho itself still hit the spot and the noodles were a good stiffness still. They are very generous with their meat portions but I think the broth could be slightly deeper in flavor.

Lisa W.

Yelp
Wanted to try all the popular phos in Westminster. Pho 45 is our next stop. The service here is absolutely nicer and more attentive than most and they still have sriracha. We got the dac Biet special, comes with everything and we added a beef bone side. The meats are good, the tendon was a little hard tho, it doesn't melt in your mouth. The broth is good but wasn't amazing, it's less sweet than Phoholic and Pho 79. Even though the pho was good, I think we still prefer pho 79.

Yelp
I usually love this place but some stuff was off today. The broth tasted like water instead of its usually flavorful broth. I ordered egg rolls and the middle was very cold instead of hot and fresh. That is dangerous considering it's made with pork. I will change my review once these things are fixed.

Yelp
Broth was on point the flavor to it was there I love how welcome the workers were. I will come back for sure with my little family again. Also I will recommend the Vietnamese ice coffee.

Yelp
BOMB. Staffs are very friendly and quick on their feet! Food was served in about 5 minutes? Ate everything up in 10 minutes, that's how good it was. This is slowly becoming my go-to if I'm craving for pho.

Yelp
Probably one of the best pho places I've had! Staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Portion size even for a small is pretty big. They give you a ton of meat :)

Yelp
Quality pho. Nice clear broth, tons of flavor, not too salty. Consistent good, friendly service. We used to frequent Pho 79 whenever we found ourselves in the O.C., but their service has been lacking and broth has been murky the last few times we've been. We stumbled upon Pho 45 and took a chance...so glad we did! We've been 4 times so far this year (we live in San Diego) and are already looking forward to our next visit. Notable shoutout to their egg rolls and fried rice...lots of flavor and nice sides for when you want a little something extra.

Yelp
With all the rain going on nothing beats a hot bowl of Pho! Beyond the pho, the menu at Pho 45 boasts a variety of Vietnamese dishes that showcase the diversity of flavors in this cuisine. The spring rolls are a refreshing and crisp delight. The service at Pho 45 is consistently excellent and speed of service as well will have you in and out with your belly full. Me and my lady enjoyed the rare house brisket with some hot tea and egg rolls to enjoy while looking out at the rainy weather.

Yelp
Excellent pho for cheap. Staff was extremely nice and the food came out about 30 seconds after we ordered. The pho was rich with a deep broth. Meats were buttery and tender. That's about it. Basic and to the point pho. Can't go wrong! Easy parking
