"Khôi Hói means bald head, referring to the owner’s hairstyle. Come here for phở – beef noodle soup. There are many cuts to choose from, including rare cuts like beef heel muscle. You can also specify how you like your beef cooked." - Michelin Inspector

An outstanding bowl of beef phở! Generously garnished with fresh coriander, spring onion and sweet shallot stalks, every element was well-balanced and fragrant. The broth was light yet deeply flavorful — not overwhelming, just comforting and refined. The beef quality was exceptional — almost wagyu-like in tenderness and taste. We arrived just before the lunch rush, so it was a calm and comfortable experience. Only later did we realize this gem is listed in the 2024 Michelin Guide — and it absolutely deserves the recognition

Situated right by the bridge which Vietnamese train passes by, the pho noodles were very rich in flavor and so soft! Recommended by a local staff at the hotel, I could understand why he suggested me to try here! It was amazing to have a local experience and there was one person that could speak English, so we could order without a problem!

I think it’s not special compared to other Pho Beef that i have tried.. even the beef slices are mid.. but i do appreciate that the broth is slightly savory here The place is absolutely packed but they will sit you with other people so barely have to wait

Pho Khoi Hoi Given that it has a Michelin Award, there’s a lot of visitors in this restaurant. I even sit with a group of strangers so I guess it’s an asian thing to share. The staff recommended what to eat as I was having a hard time to choose because everything looks good on paper. I had the typical Pho and a side dish of fried dough. The food is really fulfilling and to taste this local food is an experience.

Spot on. Exactly what you want from your Beef Noodles. Unfortunately they’d sold out of their beef brisket (I’ll be back!) but I opted for their mixed cuts and it’s was excellent. The fried dough sticks were nicely done, not too big or thick and had a good glazing to it.

Simple, fast, and cheap pho. Absolutely nothing to complain about here. And on the Michelin guide? Feed me now

Pho in Hanoi is truly different from Saigon’s version. The bowl is served with a light, clear broth, flat rice noodles, and various cuts of beef, topped with a bit of chopped scallions. Hanoi-style pho has a cleaner, more delicate taste that focuses on the purity of the ingredients. The place is set up right on the sidewalk, giving you a very authentic Vietnamese street food experience as you sit and eat. Definitely worth trying if you get the chance! By the way i love Pho Sai Gon more kkkk

The only pho I want to eat is homemade pho, so I rarely get to recommend street pho. But OMG the flavor of their broth is incredible. I also love the northern style pho with the fresh rice noodles. It was a perfect bite. I got no. 7 with the knee cap meat. Meat is tender and thinly sliced. Their Chinese donut is also well made, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside without leaving a film of oil on your lip when you bite into it. I would love to come back again even if it means eating pho in 90 degree heat.
