This sleek Upper West Side eatery serves up traditional Vietnamese dishes, starring flavorful pho and bánh mì that'll have you coming back for more.
"The Upper West Side is dripping with ramen, but pho is another story. That’s why the recent opening of Pho Shop on 72nd Street was such a welcome sight to locals. It’s serving up all sorts of Vietnamese fare, with the focus on pho, and it’s a satisfying entry that may not be the city’s best, but is more than good enough. On my visit, I slurped up the bún bò Huế, which was significantly spicier than other versions I’ve tried, but still fragrant with lemongrass and full of beef. And the thicker noodles than vermicelli were great fun to chew." - Eater Staff
