"The Upper West Side is dripping with ramen, but pho is another story. That’s why the recent opening of Pho Shop on 72nd Street was such a welcome sight to locals. It’s serving up all sorts of Vietnamese fare, with the focus on pho, and it’s a satisfying entry that may not be the city’s best, but is more than good enough. On my visit, I slurped up the bún bò Huế, which was significantly spicier than other versions I’ve tried, but still fragrant with lemongrass and full of beef. My toddler and I came here around 3pm. It was such a treat. The spicy pho and rice (w/ pork) were so tasty. The people who worked there were very nice and professional.

the pho is delicious!!!!!! a must go to in the area. ordered the grilled pork pho and the nooodles with grilled pork and spring rolls. they were delicious!!!! flavorful and perfect portions. definitely will order here again!

The food was 10/10, service was fast and good. The reason of why im giving 3 stars it’s because i found an insect inside my water glass just right after I swallowed the water. I did’t tell anything to the server because I saw it after I pay and he was bussy and me on a rush to get back to work.

Their Ice veitnamese coffee taste like water and sugar. I asked the waiter to make it a bit stronger. He said NO right away. Not even try to help me and offer me if I want something else....so I guess I just drink this and shut up 😭

Ordered the chicken banh mi and was not disappointed. The flavor was really good and they didn’t skimp on the meat. Vegetables and bread were fresh. The portion wasn’t huge but for the price it was a good value

I’ve been here several times, lunch and dinner. It’s a great place to get your favorite Phô or Bánh Mi. Service personnel are very friendly and accommodating. Recommended for sharing: papaya salad with grilled chicken! 💖

Just average if you ask me. I ordered the spicy pho. It was that lemon juice broth that was slightly sweet. The beef cuts were of the poor quality kind.not too appetizing. The restaurant is still in covid mode with tables stacked around the cash register.

We really love this place and the food is really good! Unfortunately, we found a thin piece of plastic embedded in the summer rolls, almost blended in with the vermicelli. Luckily we saw it before we ate it!
